Amazing Venue

Wind Mountain Ranch is incredibly stunning, with so many options to make your day unique. Molly was so easy to work with, and made sure that no detail went unnoticed. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, it really is the perfect place to get married in the PNW!

Amazing venue, highly recommend!

We had such a special and magical wedding experience at Wind Mountain Ranch! The venue is stunning, with incredible views in all directions. Everyone at our wedding was blown away by the beauty of this location.

We had the best time celebrating our marriage with our loved ones at Wind Mountain Ranch. And it was so fun to stay in the cabins with friends and continue the celebration. Molly and her team are a pleasure to work with. We will always remember the immense joy, love, and celebration of our wedding. We feel so fortunate and grateful for the whole experience and it will always hold a profoundly special place in our hearts.

Breathtaking venue, perfect day!

From the first time meeting with Molly to even after our wedding, she was the absolute sweetest! She is very helpful and made sure we had everything in order for our big day. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and it was amazing to have so much space and use of the cabins for our out of town guests. Everyone who came to our wedding commented on how stunning the venue and the views were! We still have so many friends and family members tell us it was the best wedding they’ve been to! I definitely recommend this venue for any wedding!

Could not have chosen a better venue!

I cannot say enough great things about Wind Mountain Ranch. We were blown away with this venue from the moment we made our first call. Molly was so helpful, easy going and understanding and helped us through the entire process. Everything was simple and explained. There was so much flexibility! Not to mention how absolutely breathtaking this venue is. We loved that there were 3 different ceremony locations on the venue to choose from. The cabins were clean and cozy and it was super convenient being able to come early enough to get ready onsite! Everything about this venue was truly perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to spend our special day. I will cherish Wind Mountain Ranch forever and cannot wait to come back and visit on our anniversaries.

Perfect Venue!!

This venue was absolutely perfect! It was Gorge-ous, the cabins were cozy, and the setting was amazing. Molly was a joy to work with. Very professional, fun and made getting married during a pandemic seem easy. I would highly recommend Gorge-ous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch to anyone looking for the perfect place to spend the happiest day of their lives!

Serene, surreal, and stunning.

From the first contact we had with this venue, we could feel the passion and love they have for weddings. Every detail of this venue has been meticulously thought through by Molly and her family. Through the entire planning process, Molly was always quick to respond and able to answer all our questions. We had toured a few venues, but as soon as we set foot on Wind Mountain Ranch, we knew this was where we were going to be married. The property is absolutely stunning and the views.... there are no words to describe the mountains and Gorge, you’ll have to go see for yourself!
Because of Covid-19 we decide to cancel our 150 guest wedding in order to keep everyone safe. I called Molly, distraught and heartbroken that our wedding would be canceled. Molly was so kind and understanding.
We decided to have and elopement with just our parents and siblings and postpone our reception with all our friends and family until June 2021.
We had a month to completely replan our wedding, and Molly went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions.
We rented out the cabins the weekend of our elopement for our families. Our families LOVED the cabins, the craftsmanship is amazing and the decor and amenities are so well thought out. They have everything you need, and more!
The day of our elopement was perfect. Molly made sure everything was set up and ready for us. It ended up pouring down rain, classic Oregon weather. The flexibility of an elopement meant we could wait two hours until the rain cleared to have our ceremony. Again, Molly and her family did more than we could have ever asked for to make sure our day was perfect and adapt to the weather.

Simply Magical

This venue is stunning! We had the best weekend of our lives, staying at the cabins, enjoying the Gorge, and working with Molly. The cabins are so cozy and the perfect get away from the city. We stayed all weekend and had our wedding on Sunday. It was magic. We looked at other venues are they are incompatible with Wind Mountain Ranch!

We will remember this weekend forever.

Stunning Gorgeous Venue!

This venue is STUNNING. Absolutely breathtaking! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Molly and everyone at Gorge-ous Weddings and Wind Mountain Ranch. They provided everything we needed for our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to other couples!

Dream Wedding

This location is so beautiful. The owners were kind enough to show us around even though we dropped by without an appointment and the coordinator Molly was kind enough to agree to extend our time frame for our party.

There are not enough words to describe how epic this place it. Not only are the grounds BREATHTAKING (our wedding photos are amazing!), but Molly was a dream to work with. Everything was so organized, easy, and very user friendly. They went above and beyond for our wonderful wedding. Highly, highly recommend!

As a vendor I have the pleasure of visiting lots of venues to host events and weddings. Wind Mountain Ranch is so majestic with so much to offer, the gorge views, pond with rolling hills of grass, and mountains wrapping the property. Molly the owner and property manager will take such special care of you taking down all of the pertinent details to ensure the venue is set as planned for your arrival. Having on site accommodations for the night of your wedding for you and your wedding party is also a fantastic perk!

A beautiful venue and a wonderful experience

Our special day was beyond perfect and a large part of the magic was thanks to Molly with Gorge-ous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch. Molly was always quick to respond to my questions and was so sweet to work with. The Columbia River Gorge is so beautiful, but there is something special about Molly's venue, it really is the perfect place to celebrate your love.

Incredible Venue

Gorge-ous Weddings is an incredible scenic venue. It was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and even though we saw many others after leaving we both knew that would be where we would get married. It is not only beautiful because of the incredible Columbia River Gorge views, but also because of all the details the owner, Molly, puts into it. The tent, landscaping, even the guest restrooms are beautiful.

I don't know where to begin this review. Everyone at Wind Mountain Ranch was a delight to work with. Molly and her team are extremely responsive, considerate, and generous. They have thought of everything in order to make the venue utterly amazing for the couples. It's worth every penny.

About 4 days before my wedding, the ranch house, where about 12 of our guests were staying, caught fire and was no longer available for guests. Molly's husband called me and guaranteed that they'd find another solution for us. We looked for other nearby rentals, but nothing seemed right. Within a day, Molly and her family offered her dad's house which very close to the venue property. It was such an amazing place and actually ended up being an upgrade from the ranch house. The view from the front patio has an incredible view of the Gorge and was actually where we ended up taking all of our pictures.

This just goes to show how much Molly and the Wind Mountain Ranch team care about their couples. I can't stop thinking about how great our wedding day was. It was made even better by the relationships we made. Thanks, Molly and team!

Molly was seriously a dream come true to work with. She was very clear and professional (but also super down to earth and a sweet person) about everything when booking the venue for our wedding. Any questions we had (which was a lot) she always answered for us quick and thoroughly. I cannot tell you how many people commented how amazing and GORGEOUS this venue is. It truly is a little slice of heaven sitting up above the gorge with a breathtaking view. The amenities included in the package make Gorge-ous Weddings worth the price. The best part is being able to use the ranch house while getting ready in the morning! All of the groomsmen, bridesmaids, family, vendors, were commenting how nice it was to all be in one location together. We were even able to rent the house the night before as well, and Molly was extremely helpful in setting this up. I would absolutely recommend booking Gorge-ous Weddings for your special day. We are so happy we did!

Best wedding venue ever! All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was; it doesn't get better than having the mountains as your backdrop! Besides the amazing landscape, WMR had so many extra features we simply couldn't find anywhere else - Our wedding party stayed in the ranch house that's included as a part of the venue contract, while we stayed in one of the private cabins. Also, if you're looking for an outdoor venue, you might've noticed it's difficult to find one without porta-potties - WMR does not have that problem! Their restrooms are beautifully done, and we actually had guests comment to us how beautiful the restrooms are (not even joking). Most importantly, Molly is one organized lady - She had prompt answers to our many questions, and with the venue being family property, she knows it extensively and is able to provide the best advice based on her years of experience in the area. Thanks for everything, Molly!

Having our wedding here was the best decision we made about our wedding. From the very beginning everything went smoothly, communication and quick responses from Molly made our wedding planning for decorations very easy. Everything about this venue is worth the money! The views, grassy areas, amazing reception tent and the ranch house. They offer many bonus rentals which helped make our ideas really come to life. We had a lot of family's with tons of kids so having a place for kids to be able to run and play was huge on our list and Wind Mt Ranch truly provides that. My husband and I would recommend Georgous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch to any couple looking for a beautiful location with all the amenities you could possibly need for a wedding. Every person from our guest list easily said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been too. We were so blessed to share our special day with all our friends and family, and show them all the beauty that we see living in The Gorge. Having our wedding here was the best decision we made about our wedding. From the very beginning everything went smoothly, communication and quick responses from Molly made our wedding planning for decorations very easy. Everything about this venue is worth the money! The views, grassy areas, amazing reception tent and the ranch house. They offer many bonus rentals which helped make our ideas really come to life. We had a lot of family's with tons of kids so having a place for kids to be able to run and play was huge on our list and Wind Mt Ranch truly provides that. My husband and I would recommend Georgous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch to any couple looking for a beautiful location with all the amenities you could possibly need for a wedding. Every person from our guest list easily said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been too. We were so blessed to share our special day with all our friends and family, and show them all the beauty that we see living in The Gorge. I swear to you, there is literally no place on this earth more beautiful! Every guest at our wedding is still talking about the location! Not only does it make your beautiful photos, but Molly and her husband are excellent business owners. Even with a baby on the way, Molly managed to be prompt in her responses to us and we were allowed to visit the venue for planning. I wouldn't change a single moment about our special day. My husband, my family, & I all intend to celebrate our five or ten year anniversary at the same venue! It really was that perfect...

Wind Mountain Ranch is an incredible find! We were so lucky to have stumbled upon it while searching the internet for venues near Portland. It was the first and only venue we visited – we knew right away that this venue was for us. The open space, incredible views, natural beauty, amenities (tent, tables & chairs, house, ceremony site(s), bathrooms), and the personal feel of the venue sold us over immediately - even on a cold and rainy day in late February. What we did not know at the time, but quickly discovered, was that the beauty and personal feel of the venue were just the beginning of our positive experience. Molly was hands down the most responsive and helpful person we dealt with during our planning process. I cannot stress enough how critical this was to the success of our wedding. No matter how small the detail, she responded quickly and clearly so that I could move forward with planning. She was helpful with suggestions and open and flexible to working with us to make our event special and successful. The package also allows for personalization and flexibility to work with your budget and theme. We felt that we had most exceptional event – it was a resounding success and we could not have been happier. Our friends and family kept asking where we found out about Wind Mountain Ranch. It is a unique and special place – Molly and her family have worked to preserve the personal and family feel and this is felt in the warm and welcoming energy that fills the entire venue. We are so thankful that we came across Wind Mountain Ranch in our search – it was perfect! I highly recommend going for a visit if you are looking for an event venue, you will be sold the moment you drive up the driveway.

I honestly wish I could rate higher that 5 stars. My husband and I had an amazing wedding day thanks to Molly. The venue was exactly what we were looking for and the price aligned with our budget. Molly was incredibly responsive, answering emails and calls within the same day. Although she was in the middle of wedding season, she still gave us her full attention and she remembered us. I know that sounds strange but with ALL those couples, she remembered what was going to be different about our big day. We were lucky enough to have amazing perfect weather and couldn't have been happier. I would HIGHLY recommend Gorgeous Weddings for a perfect outdoor event.

My son and now daughter-in-law were married at Wind Mountain on 8.9.14. They feel lucky to have found this venue as it had everything they were looking for - a beautiful setting, indoor tent option and a fun flexible coordinator. Molly stressed from the beginning that she wanted to help them create the day of celebration that felt right for them and she truly did. Wind Mountain Ranch was one of the few outdoor venues that had the essentials included (tables, chairs, linens, restrooms, bar, lighting, house for wedding party preparation) but allowed them to bring in their own caterer and beverages. The cost was comparable to other venues but was a better value due to its inclusive package and lack of add on costs. It truly was the perfect venue for their special day!

Gorge-ous Weddings at Wind Mountain Ranch was one of the last venues we looked at, and immediately after taking the tour and speaking with Molly, we knew it was the one. Whereas all the other venues seemed to be lacking an element that we were looking for, or there was something we would have to make-do with, Wind Mountain Ranch had literally everything we were looking for and more. Molly seemed super organized and on top of things, which was comforting. The grounds were immaculate, the views stunning, and the ranch house was beautiful and a perfect, comfortable place for everyone to get ready before hand. With tables, chairs, and linens provided, and additional decorative items available for use, we didn't even have to get any outside rentals which was awesome. On the day of the wedding, the venue was even more beautiful than the first time we saw it, and our guests were raving about what a gorgeous location it was. Molly was fantastic to work with and we couldn't have chosen a better backdrop for our big day.
