Goodstock is awesome - they have a variety of packages so you can choose for your price point/needs, and their services are so well worth the money. They are super fun, professional, organized, and helpful. Their questions helped me plan a much better and seamless wedding than I would have without them! Highly recommend. -

I can't thank Amy enough for all the incredible work she did for Julie & TJ's wedding. She is truly one of the most detail-oriented and thoughtful planners I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
Even before meeting her in person, I could already feel how supportive and proactive she was—she checked in with me frequently before the wedding day, always trying to make sure everything would go smoothly on my end. What really sets Amy apart is that she genuinely considers things from a vendor’s perspective. Instead of insisting that everything be done her way, she leads with humility and collaboration, which is rare and so appreciated.
On the wedding day, she arrived early, full of energy, and went out of her way to introduce me to the other vendors like the florist—something that may seem small but really touched me. It showed her leadership and her ability to build a strong, harmonious team atmosphere.
Thanks to her efficiency and planning, everything ran on time, which allowed us to capture ceremony and reception details beautifully and stress-free. And while we were shooting, Amy was still going above and beyond—making final adjustments to the decor to ensure everything looked picture-perfect.
Her team was just as amazing—the two other ladies working alongside her were incredibly kind, supportive, and easy to work with. I truly enjoyed collaborating with all of them and look forward to witnessing more beautiful love stories together and capturing even more special memories in the future.
I wholeheartedly recommend Amy to any couple looking for a planner. She will not only make your wedding beautiful but also make the entire process smooth, calm, and joyful. -

I am forever grateful to Amy and the team at Goodstock Productions for making our wedding the best day of our lives so far. Our guests could not stop commenting on how we had the most seamless flow and personal wedding they had ever been to.
After interviewing a number of candidates, what made us pick Amy was how she balanced both being extremely organized/professional as well as friendly/down-to-earth. Whether you want a traditional wedding, an eclectic out-there wedding, or you aren’t even sure what kind of wedding you want yet - Goodstock has your back. My husband and I were having our wedding at a very strict venue that operated like a well-oiled wedding machine, but we still wanted a wedding that felt uniquely like us and Amy helped us deliver on that vision at our budget and in the way we truly wanted.
I could go on-and-on, but here are some of the top reasons you should choose Amy and Goodstock for your wedding:
+ PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, ORGANIZED. Coming from a type A girly who loves/works in spreadsheets but had very little time because of a demanding job, I was impressed by Amy’s ability to be thorough but also clear/concise for people who aren’t familiar with sheets.
+ KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE. Amy knows weddings, and was so on top of details and questions that I would -never- have thought of on my own.
PERSONALIZED, JUDGEMENT-FREE, AND REALISTIC. Amy and Goodstock make sure that you are having the wedding YOU want, and do not press their own agenda. No question or request is off limits, but Amy knows how to kindly and professionally let you know what is realistic and what is not. If you disagree, she will not stop you from moving forward, and will do her best to make it happen.
+ FLEXIBLE AND RESOURCEFUL. Amy is extremely creative and well-connected - she helped us make our vision for very specific and unique pieces come true, and at the budget we needed. She has a great network of vendors and an endless amount of ideas to make things happen.
+ FORESIGHT AND CARE. Amy took the time to get to know me, my husband, and details about our guests to make sure attention was given where it was needed. She called out things that we may want to address before it happened, and genuinely cared about both our experiences as well as our guests.
CALM AND SUPPORTIVE. When there’s an inevitable hitch during planning or even unexpected events on the wedding day, Amy was there with a solution and support. I am admittedly not the nicest person under wedding stress, and Amy was my rock through everything.
TL;DR If you want someone who is professional, resourceful, caring, on-it, and feels like both the best planner you’ve ever had and the cool girl you want to be friends with - pick Amy and Goodstock!

I don’t even know how to start this review… because the service that my husband and I received from Goodstock Productions was completely ABOVE and BEYOND what we could’ve imagined. As a bride who is not very good at planning things, I felt extremely overwhelmed when I realized I needed to plan my wedding. My fiancé (at the time) and I immediately started looking into wedding coordinators, and thankfully, Goodstock was one of the vendors our venue (The Sequoia Retreat Center) recommended. We were so pleased with them after our first initial interview that we canceled any other interviews we had set up with other wedding coordinators.
Anna and Amy were just so welcoming and kind, and seemed to really have a good understanding of my Twilight wedding vision 😍 I felt like I was talking to long time friends. Once we hired them, we got straight into business.
Something unique that Goodstock offers compared to other wedding coordinators are their ability to begin working with you right off the bat. We chose the Month of Coordinator package, and usually your Month of Coordinators don’t speak with you until 3 months prior… but the moment we hired Goodstock, we had access to them immediately. We were able to email them and ask any questions we wanted which was so helpful considering I’ve never planned a wedding before 😅 Anna would email us every month to check in and make sure we were on track. I’m going to miss our monthly check ins! Anna always had an answer no matter what question I had and a way to make me feel less stressed through her knowledge. I would send her paragraphs of questions I had and she always had an answer on what to do or how to solve the problem.
Once we were 3 months away from our wedding, things began to amp up and the next phase of our wedding coordination began. This included coordinating meetings with vendors, organizing & reviewing contracts, and Anna reaching out to introduce herself to the vendors/wedding party. There were so many times during these meetings that Anna had a better understanding of what was going on than we did. Anna also was super creative, like having this awesome idea to have me cascade down the stairs at my wedding ceremony with dry ice. She was down for the theatrics and so was I! In addition to these things, Anna was always a listening ear. Especially the last few weeks before the wedding where everything seemed to be going wrong, she offered support and assured me that everything was going to work out. She always had a back up plan just in case🤣
The day of the wedding was simply amazing. I didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew that Goodstock would have it handled. They coordinated, they directed, they designed, and they DELIVERED. Honestly, I feel like they did more than what wedding coordinators are expected to do. They really went above and beyond what we could’ve expected and my husband and I truly couldn’t have been more pleased with the services we received. Special shoutout to Anna, Amy, and Prescilla for all that they did that day and more.
Overall, Goodstock Productions are more than just wedding coordinators. They’re truly a family! I couldn’t have imagined our wedding turning out as amazing as it did had we not hired them.
I highly recommend Goodstock Productions to any and all people! You won’t regret it! 🥹 -

If you're looking for a wedding planning team that will bring your vision to life and make the process enjoyable, Goodstock Productions is the one. As someone who’s been dreaming about her wedding for years (and loves planning every detail), I needed a team that I could vibe with, execute flawlessly and handle everything with grace. I know that's a tall order and Amy and her team exceeded every expectation.
Amy was calm, decisive and cool (both as a person and as a planner) under pressure—exactly what every bride needs in a planner. Anna and Priscilla were incredibly hardworking and detail-oriented, ensuring our Nevada City wedding ran seamlessly. From big ideas to tiny details, they made sure every part of our day felt personal, beautiful and exactly how we envisioned.
Goodstock Productions made our wedding stress-free and unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a team they can trust with one of the most important days of their life. They’re simply the best, and I can’t wait to work with them again someday. 💕

Absolutely amazing
The entire GoodStock team was just absolutely amazing! Not only did they work well together and with other vendors, but they also had great communication with us the entire wedding planning process. They were so thoughtful, organized and professional. Every time someone asks us about our wedding planning and how we managed it all, we always give GoodStock all the credit. We got the Month-of Coordination Package and the GoodStock team went above and beyond for us. They had a quick response time and had an answer to every single question we had. We had some difficulties with our venue around pricing and expectations for the day-of and the GoodStock team jumped in right away to advocate for what we wanted. They also did their best to keep our stress levels low as they would give us updates but not bombard us with every detail of every conversation with our venue. Our only regret was not hiring GoodStock before locking in our venue and not getting a bigger wedding package with them. I (bride) did not want a wedding coordinator as I thought that we could do it all with no additional help.... Lol. There was no way we could have done it all and had such a beautiful wedding. My now husband, was very involved in the wedding planning and we both work full-time jobs. Even though my job is pretty flexible, we still found it difficult to juggle wedding planning and a full-time job. Thankfully, we had GoodStock to help! They were the perfect balance between being professional and keeping things light and fun. They thought of things that my brain didn’t even think about like how will we fold the napkins, when will you bustle, specific timeline to ensure we had everything we wanted, and even reviewed our contracts with vendors to make sure we weren't missing anything. Even months later, our wedding party and guests still mention how detail oriented and professional GoodStock was. The entire team was just amazing! Our wedding day exceeded the dream we had of our big day. Thank you so much, GoodStock Team! -

For a couple that was very on the fence of hiring a planner/coordinator, we were so glad we hired Amy and the Goodstock team! From the beginning of the planning process, Amy was so attentive to what we wanted. We gave them our vision and they sourced the best rentals and decor for the occasion; our boho glam wedding! The best part- our cake delivery was late and we did not even know because the Goodstock team handled it seamlessly! Thank you again, goodstock team! -

Our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Goodstock!
Amy and her team are amazing. They took the short timeframe of four months to plan a wedding that wouldn’t have been possible if we didn’t have them. She truly took what my husband said through the whole wedding process and made it true; It was a party disguised as a wedding. Goodstock Productions is so caring and detail-oriented. Being the bride, I expected nerves on my big day but arriving to the venue I had zero to none. Thank you for all you did! -

Choosing to work with Amy and her team at Goodstock Productions was the best and easiest decision we made! The time and effort she dedicated to us and our wedding was amazing and made us feel like her only clients and we fully trusted them to bring our vision to life! Everyone was organized, detail oriented, and extremely responsive to any and all of our questions. Working with Amy felt like working with a friend! Extremely professional but so comfortable and relatable. They handled our wedding day with such ease- if there were any issues my husband and I had no clue about them! They helped our day flow with such ease and run so well on time it was incredible. They coordinated all of our vendors leading up to the day and handled all aspects of setting up and breaking down which helped us truly remain present throughout all aspects of our wedding day! We couldn't be more grateful to Amy and her team and have been singing their praises to everyone!

There are not enough nice words in the entire world to explain our experience with Goodstock as our wedding coordinators. Admittedly, I think my husband and I can be difficult- indecisive and too laid back when it comes to making decisions, we were never too enthused about having a traditional wedding, and the stresses of it absolutely wore us down, but in every moment of indecision and us being emotionally tapped out of the process Goodstock was right there to not only push everything forward, but to lift our spirits. Between Anne and Amy, who are the perfect complimentary opposites, there is no weak spot. Their attention to detail from aesthetics to logistics is unparalleled. They are passionate about what they do and that absolutely translates into the quality of their work. We didn't know how much we needed coordinators until we had them, they made the process infinitely more enjoyable and less stressful.
