Investing in a quality videographer for your wedding is one of my strongest pieces of wedding advice for soon-to-be newlyweds. Hiring Josh at Parrot Films will be a decision you will be so thankful for all of the years beyond your wedding.
My wife and I got married in March 2019 right in downtown Milwaukee, and Josh did a phenomenal job with the videography of our big day! He met with us in-person at the very beginning to talk about expectations and what we would need, and he was very professional in getting all of the details necessary to do his job. He also informed us of everywhere him or his assistant would be to shoot so we knew just what to expect.
He captured every part of the day and worked seamlessly with our photographer so that he was never in any of the photos or ceremony, but still captured incredible footage. He knew just where to be, what moments to capture, and it put our minds at absolute ease knowing we were working with an excellent professional. Not to mention the cinematic style of the final product evokes an even more beautiful and artistic side of the day that makes you appreciate everything you planned for even more.
I strongly recommend hiring Parrot Films to capture your wedding. My wife and I watched our film again on our anniversary and were brought right back to that day: reliving our ceremony, our vows, and the joy of celebrating with our dearest family & friends; Josh was able to condense all of it into an amazing 8-minute film. He does truly fantastic work! -

Working with Josh and Parrot Films was one of the best parts of our wedding day! He made our day so fun and joyous! When my husband and I saw the final video, our mouths dropped! It is by far the best wedding video I've ever seen! We couldn't have asked for more to remember our special day. -

I discovered Josh’s portfolio when I was in urgent need of a videographer. The videos I saw showcased his talent and abilities making me hopeful to work with him. Upon reaching out his service was quick and reliable. He called me promptly after I sent him an email explaining our situation and was incredibly kind and helpful. He spent quality time talking with my fiancé and I to really get an understanding for what we were looking to capture on our big day. He made a great effort to make a stressful situation run extremely smooth by having great communication with us through the whole process. When we got to meet in person he had a welcoming personality and it felt like a friend was there capturing our special moments which made it easy to capture genuine emotion! He brought great energy to the day and the entire wedding party had a blast shooting with him! The final product was breath taking and brought back overwhelming emotion. Our video is incredibly unique, professionally produced, and delivered in a timely manner. Josh is a very talented genuine individual and I highly recommend working with him to make your event unforgettable!

The quality and care put into the video is utterly beyond anything that I could've ever imagined and I am proud to show our wedding video off to any and everyone who'll watch! Everything we wanted and more! A true professional
Josh from Parrot Films did an incredible job capturing video and photography for our wedding. He was extremely friendly and communicative, helping us piece everything together before the big day and asking us insightful questions we hadn’t even considered. On the actual day of the wedding, Josh and his team were very professional, capturing everything we wanted and more. Josh was also very good at giving direction, making us feel comfortable and natural around the camera to capture moments that felt genuine. If you’re worried about what you need to do when it’s time for pictures or video (like most couples and certainly us), don’t worry because Josh has it handled! It was a great experience working with him. We were absolutely delighted and are still in awe of all the photos and the wedding film we received of our big day. It is such an amazing feeling to be able to look back and relive every important moment and even those more subtle ones we thought he might’ve not gotten (but like a true professional, he did! He’s just as good at being a fly on the wall and melting into the background when it’s necessary while still getting everything on camera). We highly recommend Josh and his work! He truly helped our wedding feel that much more special and perfect, and we are so grateful. -

Parrot Films surpassed all expectations that my fiance and I had. From first introductions to scheduling our engagement photos, we were met with professionalism and enthusiasm. When it came to the photos, our local (sunset cliffs) was prefect. Josh absolutely crushed it. My fiance and I had so much fun. After all of that, the pictures were breathtaking. 10/10 recommend Parrot Films for any event that requires a professional, energetic and dedicated photographer! -

If so could give more than 5 stars I would! Parrot Films did an incredible job with our engagement photos. My fiancé and I had never taken professional photos before and were a little nervous but Josh helped us feel comfortable and the photo shoot turned out to be so fun! The photos turned out amazing as well! The colors are so vibrant and the black and white ones are stunning! I am so grateful! -

After watching a bunch of his previous work, we hired Josh as the videographer for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. It was easy working with Josh throughout the whole process. He was great at communicating with us leading up to the wedding and he made our vision for the video (vibe, key moments, etc.) a top priority. Although we actually couldn’t meet in person beforehand due to Covid, he was such a pleasure to have with us on our special day. Overall, he did amazing job with the video and gave us such a priceless gift that we will treasure for the rest of our lives! -

I knew I wanted a wedding video from day one. The day just goes by so fast and I wanted something I could look back on and remember. Everyone else I talked to didn’t think it was necessary/waste of money. I was nervous about going through with it because it can add up and honestly, I can be a bit picky when it comes to things I like/am super happy with. Let me tell you…I regret Absolutely NOTHING!!!! There are so many companies to choose from so it’s can be kind of intimidating…HOW do you possibly choose?!? Josh/Parrot films were AMAZING!!! If I could go back I would choose them OVER AND OVER again!!!! I can’t believe the outstanding work they did. It’s literally feels like they have known us for years. They captured all the right people/moments from our day and the songs they used were PERFECT!!! Every single time I watch our video (which is a lot) it brings me to happy tears because I just love it SO MUCH!!! Thanks Josh for Everything and for giving us a product we will cherish FOREVER!!!! -

My wife and I are so beyond happy with our decision to have Parrot Films and Josh Palasz do our wedding video! We were both blown away by the quality and beauty of our film. The video perfectly showcased our day and is truly something that we will cherish forever.

Our experience with Parrot Films was extremely positive! Josh took our not-so-traditional idea for a wedding film and got just as excited as we were about it! We wanted more of a personal and unique home video film of our special day, and Josh embraced it! He felt just like family amongst our small gathering of family and friends and captured the happiest day of our lives. We could not imagine anyone else being there, we had so much fun with him. Wedding photographer here! We absolutely LOVE Josh! He creates such beautiful wedding films, AND he is so fun to work alongside! Being a photographer, I can't stress enough how IMPORTANT it is to have a videographer that not only creates beautiful films, but one we can vibe with, too! He doesn't make anything awkward, doesn't make it a 'competition', and he is so helpful. (He's on our team!) it's always an amazing wedding-documenting experience when we get to work with him. 10/10 would recommend! -
