Golden Thread Cinematography gave us the greatest gift—capturing the heart and soul of our wedding celebrations so beautifully that every time we look at the photos or watch the video, we’re transported right back to those incredible moments.
We first worked with Kevin for our courthouse wedding in March, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kevin was kind, professional, and so easy to work with. He made us feel completely at ease during such an emotional and intimate day. He captured every detail with such sensitivity—from the quiet anticipation beforehand, to the heartfelt ceremony, to the joyful moments right after. The photos from that day are full of warmth, light, and authenticity. They perfectly tell the story of a day that meant so much to us.
Then, in April, we had our full wedding celebration in Hawley, PA, and the entire Golden Thread Cinematography team—Kevin, Autumn, and Ben—truly blew us away. They made the trip out to our venue in the Poconos and stayed with us from morning until late into the night. Not once did they miss a beat. From emotional first looks to the energy of the dance floor, the golden-hour portraits to sweeping drone footage of our stunning location—they captured it all with creativity, precision, and heart.
Throughout this entire process, Matthew was a constant source of support and clarity. His communication was excellent—thorough, timely, and always thoughtful. He made planning with the team seamless and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in good hands. From early conversations to last-minute details, Matthew made sure everything was organized and tailored to our vision.
The teamwork among Kevin, Autumn, and Ben was flawless. On the day of the wedding, the team blended into the background when needed and stepped in with just the right amount of direction when we needed guidance. We never felt rushed or posed—they allowed our day to unfold naturally while capturing it in the most intentional, artistic way.
When we received our photos and video, we were absolutely blown away. Every image is a piece of art, and the video feels like a short film—we laughed, cried, and felt every emotion all over again. They didn’t just document what happened; they captured how it felt. That’s a rare and priceless talent.
