Dealing with Golden State Trolley was an absolute joy and a pleasure from beginning to end! We had our wedding in San Francisco and all of our guests were from out of town, and we wanted to give them an authentic SF experience. As soon as I reached out, Kendra was so incredibly kind, helpful and patient. We even changed our itineraries somewhat last minute, and she was so reassuring that it was completely fine and she would communicate with the drivers.

The day of the wedding, we rented two trolleys - one for our bridal party and one for our guests. Both of our drivers, Julie and George, were the absolute BEST. Julie drove the bridal party trolley and was so sweet, taking pictures of me and telling me how beautiful I looked. She was on time, patient with us as we took pictures and made sure everyone was on time and where we needed to be.

George drove the trolley for our wedding guests, and he was all anyone could talk about at the reception! Our friends said they had an absolute blast and that he even acted out "The Wheels on the Bus" for our friends two-year-old son that was on the trolley. Our guests even told us that they tipped him on top of the gratuity we left for George because that's how much they appreciated his hospitality.

The trolleys are so clean, gorgeous and well cared for, and being able to play your own music is the icing on the cake. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose Golden State Trolley!

Dealing with Golden State Trolley was an absolute joy and a pleasure from beginning to end! We had our wedding in San Francisco and all of our guests were from out of town, and we wanted to give them an authentic SF experience. As soon as I reached out, Kendra was so incredibly kind, helpful and patient. We even changed our itineraries somewhat last minute, and she was so reassuring that it was completely fine and she would communicate with the drivers.

The day of the wedding, we rented two trolleys - one for our bridal party and one for our guests. Both of our drivers, Julie and George, were the absolute BEST. Julie drove the bridal party trolley and was so sweet, taking pictures of me and telling me how beautiful I looked. She was on time, patient with us as we took pictures and made sure everyone was on time and where we needed to be.

George drove the trolley for our wedding guests, and he was all anyone could talk about at the reception! Our friends said they had an absolute blast and that he even acted out "The Wheels on the Bus" for our friends two-year-old son that was on the trolley. Our guests even told us that they tipped him on top of the gratuity we left for George because that's how much they appreciated his hospitality.

The trolleys are so clean, gorgeous and well cared for, and being able to play your own music is the icing on the cake. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose Golden State Trolley!

Wonderful wedding transportation option in the Bay Area!

Our guests and we had such a great time on the trolley. I kept calling it a “shuttle” beforehand, so that our guest would be surprised when a quintessential SF style trolley showed up! We got to hook up our own playlist to it, and we had snacks and bottled water for our guests! Our driver George was awesome, very friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time, and he was an excellent driver and very punctual. Kendra was my point person who I arranged the service with and she was always quick to respond. If you have 26 or fewer guests I cluding yourselves as a couple, I highly recommend booking with Golden State Trolley! PS they have another one for wine tasting! :)

Kendra, the event coordinator was awesome to work with! She made everything possible for our wedding. She responded back to my questions right away and made my decisions booking the company easier. We would not have chosen any other transportation than Golden State Trolley Co. It was a unique add-on to our wedding and everyone loves it. My husband and I couldn't have been happier!

Icing on the Cake for an SF Wedding

Golden State Trolley was the icing on the cake for us! As a San Francisco native, I wanted to encapsulate everything that it has to offer. We used our trolley for 2 things - one as a photo opportunity for our guests (which they loved) and another to transport our wedding party around for photos. The communication from Kendra was phenomenal. She made the process so easy and stress-free. Thank you Golden State Trolley Co.!

Nothing short of fantastic the trolly was a huge hit. George our driver was great and played great music the entire time. Highly recommend the weddin.

Kendra was our main contact, she is incredibly sweet and was so flexible when our timeline shifted slightly the day of our wedding. They were more than accommodating throughout the entire planning process and were always quick to respond. The trolley itself is stunning, so many of our wedding guests absolutely loved it and it makes for a great photo op as well!

Great experience

We hired Golden State Trolley Co on recommendation from my mom after she went on it for a different event. We had a great experience from start-to-finish when it came to coordinating with Kendra. Our guests had so much fun on the ride back from the venue to the hotel!

Phenomenal

Best choice ever!! We were back on forth on this or a limo service, but I'm so glad we did this instead. Not only was the trolley more spacious, but also stunning! We had such a great time being able to hangout with our guests going back to our hotel after our event. And I can't wait to see our wedding picture on the trolley.....Sneak peaks already look amazing.

Also, Kendra was always so helpful and quick to respond when ever I had questions. She helped me finalize our timeline to make sure our guest were arriving/leaving on time. Couldn't recommend GSTC more. Loved, and will definitely use again!

Hands down best part of the wedding!

This company was great to work with and super flexible. They let us do everything we wanted and some. They worked with us in detail on the tour stops, alcohol drop off, supply pickup and everything in between. Hands down best company to work with. Golden State Trolley made our day so fun and so special. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Our driver was the best and deserves 100 stars. Not only was he the best driver, he made all of our stops a breeze. All of the guests from the wedding were raving about how much they loved the wine trolley experience and how it made our wedding so fun. Worth every penny.

Incredible experience

We are so happy we used Golden State Trolley on our wedding day! Kendra was amazing and made the planning stages seamless. She was very kind and accommodating. We were able to design a beautiful ride from City Hall in San Francisco through Golden Gate Park and over the Golden Gate Bridge. George, our driver made the ride so fun and was very enthusiastic and professional. Our guests really enjoyed our 3 hour ride. I would definitely recommend this company for any trolley needs and would love to use them in the future!

Fun, Memorable Way to Travel!

My husband and I got married on April 10, 2023 at the Brazilian Room at Tilden Park in Berkeley, CA. Golden State Trolley provided transportation to about 40 of our guests staying at both the Shattuck Hotel and the DoubleTree - Berkeley Marina.

My husband and I unfortunately did not get to ride on the trolley, but I sourced some feedback from my guests. They said George was on time, friendly, and played really fun music. They thought the trolley was a really fun and unique way to travel, and made the ride up to the venue very memorable.

Thank you Golden State Trolley for making our guests so happy! 10/10 recommend!

Easy to work with and so fun!

Kendra from the Golden State Trolley team was amazing to work with! I had to change the timeline, the location, multiple times and she was always quick to make changes, confirmed everything was correct multiple times, and always open for a phone call. They made the process so easy! Plus, the trolley is just so cute and so fun! Definitely a great addition to the wedding!!

What A Breeze

From the moment of pick up and our last stop, I couldn’t have been more relieved knowing our timing was impeccable. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful ride and allowed our guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery riding over the Antioch Bridge to our venue.

The best wedding transport!

We booked Golden State Trolley to transport our wedding party from the getting ready location, to the photo site and to the venue, and after the wedding to transport/shuttle all guests to our optional after party. From the time of booking, GST was extremely responsive, friendly, and organized. The price was reasonable and the experience was absolutely incredible! The trolley was beautiful, and we all had so so much fun. Our driver was incredibly friendly, punctual and flexible, as our plan had some last minute adjustments due to weather. Would definitely recommend GST for weddings or any special events!

Unique Shuttle Experience for Our Wedding

Golden State Trolley was one of our wedding vendors that truly exceeded our expectations! I have to admit, when I started looking at shuttle services I had a bit of sticker shock at pricing but then I found Golden State Trolley... their rates were better/comparable to other services but our guests also got the fun & unique SF/bay-area experience of riding in the trolley vs a boring black bus. Our driver, George, was super friendly and a hit with all of our guests. All of our communication with the event coordinator, Kendra and the driver, George was extremely easy & thorough. I am so happy I found them and would 10/10 recommend them for any event.

Perfect Trolley Ride!

I didn't want a bus or limos or anything too corporate for our wedding transportation. Finding the Golden State Trolley was so much fun and Kendra was the best coordinator to help/guide me with all the logistics. The trolley is absolutely adorable, I wish I could have been a fly on the wall of people driving on Ygnacio seeing this white trolley passing John Muir. I hope people smiled. They team was wonderful, it was seamless and we got some great pictures with it as well. Thank you!!!!

We had an amazing wedding and Trolley experience, with Golden State Trolley. From the beginning, Kendra was very patient and great with continued communication as we were still narrowing down our guest list and deciding which size Trolley we would need. When we finalized, we had several logistical locations for guest pick up, venue drop off and to the reception. Golden State Trolley made it seem so effortless. I had been in contact with other charter companies, and Golden State Trolley by far had the best price and customer service! The experience was so much fun! Our guests raved about the Trolley! We connected our Spotify and played music through the Trolley speakers. The Trolley comes equipped with speakers, cooler for drinks /snacks. The driver was so friendly and awesome!

Golden State Trolley was amazing beginning to end!

Coordinating with Kendra was seamless, and she answered all our questions with ease. She responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns, and even set up the coolers on board beforehand for us!

From our multiple venue day, GST wisked us away with ease on our timeline with perfection! They accommodated our last minute changes, and drove the streets with perfection!

We cannot wait to use GST again for another celebration, and look forward to any that we will be invited to. Our guests raved about the experience, and want to use them in the future as well. Don't go with basic, and opt for the fun experience that Golden State Trolley will bring to your event!

Best Trolley ever!!

We had such an incredible wedding on the trolley and working with Golden State Trolley. Kendra, who we worked with, was fantastic. She was patient with me and gave lots of great options to make our wedding special with their trolley. Our driver did an amazing job too. He did a great job keeping to our playlist and making our guests feel safe. Great speakers took the driver also was very polite and had no problem with any of our asks.

A definite MUST!!!

Golden State Trolley was a great addition to our wedding, they even had a wedding emergency basket for us. The trolley was stunning and we were able to get many great pictures on it!
Our driver was very flexible and understanding to our needs. He worked with us on last minute changes throughout the day and also helped keep us on schedule.
They have everything you need and more for your special day. We would highly recommend using Golden State Trolley for your next event, THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful and clean Trolley. Friendly and professional driver. Nicest people to work with. Always responsive, professional, kind, flexible and courteous. I always recommend them to my couples and always receive the best feedbacks about them! The guests loved the trolley and it looks great on pictures. Highly recommend then for their excellent service!
