I booked Golden State Trolley for my wedding and they were by far one of my most communicative vendors from the very start! They were extremely kind and helpful and easily accommodated changes made and added to the scheduled day!! They picked up my wedding party to and from our venue and shuttled my guests from the parking lot to our ceremony site! All my guests were raving about how cute the shuttle is and of course the amazing playlist we kept going for the whole ride! Thank you to Kendra and our drive Travis!! You helped make our day sooooo special! Please book them you and your guests will be raving about it for days!!! -

We used Golden State Trolley for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough! From the booking process to the big day itself, everything was seamless.
Kendra on the booking side was an absolute pleasure to work with due to her being responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.
Now, here's where Golden State Trolley really earned their stripes: we got married on a day when a large protest was happening in the city, which created major traffic diversions. Our driver handled it like a total pro while navigating around everything calmly and efficiently and getting us to our first look shoot. We were honestly so impressed. That kind of grace under pressure is hard to come by!
Our friends and family had such a wonderful time riding the trolley! It added such a fun, unique touch to the day. If you're looking for wedding transportation that's equal parts practical and memorable, look no further. -

Golden State Trolley was amazing to work with. Our wedding required moving 35 guests from SF City Hall to the Presidio, and the entire day went incredibly smoothly thanks to Kendra and her planning, and our driver, Travis.
Later in the planning of the wedding, we asked if we could stop halfway to add a photoshoot, and it was no problem. That little accommodation meant so much to us.

Golden State Trolley and working with Kendra was so easy and all of our guests thought it was such a fun touch to the event! Kendra was very responsive and helpful in planning our our timing and routes based on our hotels and venue. She was very accommodating when we needed to have a few last minute adjustments as well. We hired the trolley to make our grand entrance at our wedding reception The driver was really sweet and accommodating to make frequent stops for all of our photos. He let us play any music we wanted and was overall very kind and sweet to us! We also got so many compliments on the idea of having the trolley and guests were able to hop on and take photos during the reception.
The booking and planning process was seamless, The events manager was very easy to work with and responded to all my concerns. They remained flexible as our event needs changed and offered helpful solutions. 10/10 would recommend! -

We had a fantastic experience with Golden State Trolley! From the beginning, Kendra, the event coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful — her timely communication made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of, George was punctual and friendly! He safely drove us to and from our venue. The trolley itself was beautiful, and our guests loved taking photos on and around it during cocktail hour. We had such a fun time on the trolley / it was the perfect mode of transportation for us and our wedding party between our ceremony & reception! We drove around for an hour & a half taking pictures, and there was plenty of space for the 30 passengers we had on board (plus a huge cooler, multiple bags/purses, and snacks). The driver was professional and kind, and it was super easy working with their admin team in advance to determine our route & answer our questions. -

I can’t say enough great things about Golden State Trolley! We recently got married in San Francisco and needed a fun, reliable way to transport our guests around the city to multiple locations. Kendra and the team at Golden State were absolutely FLAWLESS from start to finish!
From the planning process, pricing, and organization—everything was seamless. I had so many questions throughout, and Kendra answered every single one quickly, kindly, and with genuine care. She truly made me feel supported during what can be a very stressful time. Since we were coming in from out of town, we even arranged to meet with the owner beforehand to drop off drinks and goodies for the trolley—it was such a personal and thoughtful touch to be able to connect in that way.
The day of the wedding went PERFECTLY. The drivers were amazing—fun, professional, and kept the energy going as we had our cocktail hour rolling through the city. Our playlist was hooked up and playing, and the drinks were kept on ice and constantly stocked. The trolleys themselves were beyond adorable—clean, charming, and a total vibe. They honestly became one of the highlights and talking points of the entire day!

I'm so glad I booked a trolley for my SF city hall elopement! Kendra was amazing to work with- extremely kind and responsive. She made sure my itinerary was doable and had amazing suggestions. As a wedding planner, working with Golden State Trolley was such a pleasant experience! The trolley itself is absolutely charming—it's going to look incredible in the couple’s photos. Transportation to and from the venue was smooth, and both the couple and their guests were thrilled. I am so thrilled we booked with Golden Gate Trolleys for our wedding earlier this month! The booking process was easy and Kendra was very responsive to all my questions. Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!
Kendra was so easy to work and INCREDIBLY responsive over email. We had our wedding during a very busy weekend of San Francisco and never once felt rushed for time because our driver Travis was on top of it and so kind. Wonderful convenient trolley for wedding transport
We used the Golden State trolley to transport some of our wedding guests from the East Bay across the bridge into the Presidio in SF. The booking experience was very easy and Kendra was great to coordinate with. Our guests really enjoyed it and also mentioned that the music was great! Would definitely recommend -

Golden State Trolley was the perfect added touch to my son's wedding. We used the trolley to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the Golden Gate Club and as a backdrop for photos. The driver was very professional and prompt. He called to let me know he had arrived and was ready to go. He was dressed nicely and was a very friendly person. We worked with Kendra to secure Golden State Trolley for a wedding event in June 2024, and they where phenomenal! We also had a booking for earlier in the week to take our guests wine tasting, and it was a huge hit. Our guests and we had such a great time on the trolley. I kept calling it a “shuttle” beforehand, so that our guest would be surprised when a quintessential SF style trolley showed up! We got to hook up our own playlist to it, and we had snacks and bottled water for our guests! Our driver George was awesome, very friendly and had a positive attitude the whole time, and he was an excellent driver and very punctual. Kendra was my point person who I arranged the service with and she was always quick to respond. If you have 26 or fewer guests I cluding yourselves as a couple, I highly recommend booking with Golden State Trolley! PS they have another one for wine tasting! :) -

Golden State Trolley was the icing on the cake for us! As a San Francisco native, I wanted to encapsulate everything that it has to offer. Kendra, the event coordinator was awesome to work with! She made everything possible for our wedding. She responded back to my questions right away and made my decisions booking the company easier. We are so happy we used Golden State Trolley on our wedding day! Kendra was amazing and made the planning stages seamless. She was very kind and accommodating. We were able to design a beautiful ride from City Hall in San Francisco through Golden Gate Park and over the Golden Gate Bridge. George, our driver made the ride so fun and was very enthusiastic and professional. Our guests really enjoyed our 3 hour ride. Best choice ever!! We were back on forth on this or a limo service, but I'm so glad we did this instead. Not only was the trolley more spacious, but also stunning! We had such a great time being able to hangout with our guests going back to our hotel after our event. And I can't wait to see our wedding picture on the trolley.....Sneak peaks already look amazing.
Also, Kendra was always so helpful and quick to respond when ever I had questions. She helped me finalize our timeline to make sure our guest were arriving/leaving on time. Couldn't recommend GSTC more. Loved, and will definitely use again! -

They worked with us in detail on the tour stops, alcohol drop off, supply pickup and everything in between. Hands down best company to work with. My husband and I got married on April 10, 2023 at the Brazilian Room at Tilden Park in Berkeley, CA. Golden State Trolley provided transportation to about 40 of our guests staying at both the Shattuck Hotel and the DoubleTree - Berkeley Marina.
My husband and I unfortunately did not get to ride on the trolley, but I sourced some feedback from my guests. They said George was on time, friendly, and played really fun music. They thought the trolley was a really fun and unique way to travel, and made the ride up to the venue very memorable.
Thank you Golden State Trolley for making our guests so happy! 10/10 recommend! -

Unique Shuttle Experience for Our Wedding
Golden State Trolley was one of our wedding vendors that truly exceeded our expectations! I have to admit, when I started looking at shuttle services I had a bit of sticker shock at pricing but then I found Golden State Trolley... their rates were better/comparable to other services but our guests also got the fun & unique SF/bay-area experience of riding in the trolley vs a boring black bus. Our driver, George, was super friendly and a hit with all of our guests. All of our communication with the event coordinator, Kendra and the driver, George was extremely easy & thorough. I am so happy I found them and would 10/10 recommend them for any event. -

Dealing with Golden State Trolley was an absolute joy and a pleasure from beginning to end! We had our wedding in San Francisco and all of our guests were from out of town, and we wanted to give them an authentic SF experience. As soon as I reached out, Kendra was so incredibly kind, helpful and patient. We even changed our itineraries somewhat last minute, and she was so reassuring that it was completely fine and she would communicate with the drivers.
The day of the wedding, we rented two trolleys - one for our bridal party and one for our guests. Both of our drivers, Julie and George, were the absolute BEST. Julie drove the bridal party trolley and was so sweet, taking pictures of me and telling me how beautiful I looked. She was on time, patient with us as we took pictures and made sure everyone was on time and where we needed to be.
George drove the trolley for our wedding guests, and he was all anyone could talk about at the reception! Our friends said they had an absolute blast and that he even acted out "The Wheels on the Bus" for our friends two-year-old son that was on the trolley. Our guests even told us that they tipped him on top of the gratuity we left for George because that's how much they appreciated his hospitality.
The trolleys are so clean, gorgeous and well cared for, and being able to play your own music is the icing on the cake. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose Golden State Trolley! -

A definite MUST!!!
Golden State Trolley was a great addition to our wedding, they even had a wedding emergency basket for us. The trolley was stunning and we were able to get many great pictures on it!
Our driver was very flexible and understanding to our needs. He worked with us on last minute changes throughout the day and also helped keep us on schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about Golden state Trolley! When planning our wedding we had trouble finding a trolley in SF and after many calls found Golden State Trolley! Even though it was a far drive, they came out to the city for our wedding day. They went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND! They let us bring wine onboard, chilled it ahead of time, passed out drinks to everyone, allowed us to operate the music if we chose, picked a beautiful scenic route to get us from A to B, were so kind and gracious and overall added to our big day in a big way. Lisa was also very communicative leading up to the day answering every question and Brian the owner was our driver! We are so thankful for everything they did to make it so special!
