    Golden rule catering was very easy to work with and did all of the work so that we didn't have to on our wedding day. They have extensive menu options including vegetarian entrees and sides. They were quick to answer any questions we had and were also useful in making recommendations for our wedding for setup and other vendors. Their experience was apparent and put us at ease going into our wedding. We received a lot of compliments about the food at our wedding and many wanted to know who provided the food. The food was buffet style but was served by the workers from Golden Rule, which helped make sure we had enough food for all guests, which was also appreciated. Thank you for helping make our wedding a success!

    The food was incredible at the tasting and at the wedding. They were on time and the food was hot and fresh. All my guest complimented the food and had seconds. And, there was more than enough food for everyone to have seconds.
    The food options and the price is unbeatable. Period. I looked. We had a salad, 2 vegetables, 2 starches, and 2 proteins for less than half of what other caterers charge and the food was spectacular. They also helped bus the tables and cut our cake.
    Not to mention, the staff was super friendly and responsive.

    Sarah and the staff at Golden Rule were fantastic. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was delicious and warm, staff friendly and professional. We had a few hiccups with the venue on the day prior to and day of the wedding, and Sarah went above and beyond to help us find solutions and answers in spite of having nothing to do with the problem. She was wonderful throughout the planning process and highly responsive, as well as open to our ideas and customization. Golden Rule was an affordable, delicious catering choice for our wedding and we highly recommend them.

    I don't even know where to begin! Sarah and the staff at Golden Rule Catering made our wedding turn out so well. The food was an amazing, homemade menu (that was actually hot for all of the guests!). Sarah made the line run so smoothly, and it seemed just as people were getting their food, everyone was seated and digging in. They also helped us with renting a tent, drink services, decorations, etc. that made our wedding so beautiful and fun. We really couldn't have done it without them, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. I'm not saying this just because it was our wedding, but we had so many guests come up to us with their first comment being about how good the food was. We were so fortunate to have Sarah and the Golden Rule staff helping us out, and we really appreciate their assistance, punctuality, professionalism, talent, and a realization of all of our requests to make our day as special as it could ever be. If you're having trouble deciding, honestly look no further.

    Everyone at Golden Rule Catering was easy to work with, helpful, professional and flexible. They helped to make our special day a huge success! I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for help with their event.

    Golden Rule was a great vendor to work with! Their food is amazing. We got so many compliments on it from our wedding. Everyone loved it! Not only the is the food amazing but the staff is great to work with as well. They are very quick to respond, helpful and most of all reasonable. We were on a very tight budget for our wedding and Golden Rule worked very hard with us to give us great food for our wedding day and we loved working with them.

    Really delicious, homemade food! We didn't want "trendy" - just wanted everyone to enjoy the dinner. Thank you so much Golden Rule. My daughter is getting married in September and is going to call you :)

    Sara from Golden Rule catering really worked 1 on 1 with my husband and I to make sure that our wedding was everything that we could have ever wanted it to be. the Food was absolutely delicious. THANKYOU!!

    Working with Golden Rule Catering was a wonderful, easy experience. The staff were all extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped us work within our budget, and they made sure to give us good, honest advice about what would work best with our venue and within our budget. We had a large wedding and didn't want our guests to have to wait for us to arrive, so they were prepared to have the guests eating and drinking the second they walked in the door. The service was incredible throughout the whole process, and the food was incredible. Literally every single dish we had was delicious and at the perfect temperature! They also did a fun coney bar later on in the evening! The options are endless, the food is fantastic, and every single part of working with Golden Rule Catering was effortless. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding so unforgettable!

    after a half day of researching caterers and being totally frustrated, I called Golden Rule catering. They were recommended to me several times. Oh my gosh!!! The owner Carol was very down to earth and very professional.
    Between her and her crew, we were totally taken care of! And the went above and beyond what catering "duties" really are.
    Now the food, absolutly fab!!! I'm still receiving calls and texts commenting on how all enjoyed the menu!!! Thanks again Carol and crew!!

    Having worked with Golden Rule on a number of other events, I knew that they were the only caterer I would consider for my wedding. In fact, I had originally planned on a specific venue, but upon learning that they exclusively use another caterer, I felt it far more important to work with their team. Everything was exquisite. Their expertise transcends that of most caterers inasmuch as they provide event planning, decor design and florals. You can use them for any or all of these services. Everything from the wedding flowers to the dinner flowers were amazing. I continue to receive compliments, and my wedding was 3 months ago. Above even all of this, the food was exceptional and elegantly presented.

    The staff at Golden Rule Catering are amazing people to work with. They truly care about making your event unique to you! Since we were married in Maui but had a reception for in-town guests later, Carol was able to create the most beautiful arrangement of Hawaiian-style desserts. From the pineapple tree with chocolate covered strawberries in the "trunk" to mini-pineapple upside down cakes and macaroons, our guests were in awww and had to try a little bit of everything. I don't know what we'd do without their personal touches, including the floral arrangements by Tammy for the guest tables and my replica bridal bouquet! Unforgettable!

    I've also used them for a baby shower and Sarah was willing to create unique and creative appetizers that, once again, everyone LOVED. Everything from the plates to the drinks, they were on top of it! Thanks ladies!

    Sara and her staff were top noch! She worked with our budget and provided us with a meal that every one loved. As a bride it is so important to not have to worry about vendors and you will never have to worry about Golden Rule being on time or holding up their end of the deal. The food was great and affordable. I would tell anyone I know to book them again without any hesitations.

    Golden Rule delivered our catering to our picnic shelter yesterday......food was VERY GOOD! I'd definitely use them again.......just ask for extra napkins.....all we had was what the flatware was wrapped in......my fault for not asking if extra napkins were included.

    This place was okay. They quoted a price and the final came back to be double that. The chicken was cold and rouch and the asparagus was hard. We paid way too much for what we got. Make sure that if you are going to pay that much to go with a copany that you know will give you exactly what you want!
