    I will definitely use Gold Star Limo again. The price was fair, and it was a pure pleasure dealing with the owner of the company and the driver. Not to mention, the limo bus was beautiful!

    The driver was great. He went above and beyond his duties. I hired a limo bus for 5 hours for 19 teenage girls. The driver was in contact with me throughout the night letting me know all was well. As a parent, I really appreciate his concern for the girls. His personality was great.

    The girls said the driver was so much better than the driver they had last year with a different company. And the girls said the bus was so much nicer than the bus last year. Everyone was happy!!!

    I hired GoldStar Limo for a Bachelorette Party from LI to NYC-- Hot pink H3. I spoke with Carrie who was informative, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Everything she stated on the phone was backed by an emailed invoice. She was so friendly that I even invited her to come with us crazy girls!! True Story!
    The H3 arrived EXACTLY on time. The driver, Joe, was FANTASTIC!! Great man. Great attitude! And a great driver! He was like an old friend by the end of our 12 hour excursion!
    Both Carrie and Joe HONESTLY gave us a GREAT EXPERIENCE! We couldn't have asked for anything more.
    And the H3 was sparkling clean inside and out!

    i used them for my wedding on 10/20/12 we had the the Rolls and the escalade both cars were beautiful & the drivers where great. They were on time didnt rush us & were very professional.The Rolls was the nicest of all the limo companies we looked at it was also more spacious. i had no complaints at all. My driver even fixed my train before i walked down the aisle.we are actually using them again to go to the city with a bunch of friends in 2 weeks.

    When we first walked into this place the man was on the phone and did not get off for like 10 minutes while we were standing there. My husband wanted to walk out but I told him lets just get a quote. Best thing we ever did. I heard so many stories about how the limo always gets there late but our limo was right on time. Not only did we get a great price but we got a great driver. He was an older man and he had the music blasting like if he was a teenager. lol I walked down the isle by myself so he made sure that my dress was placed nicely on the floor. I can't complain. I got the best service.

    Dealing with the company of Gold Star was a little complicated. There are 2 men who you will speak with, Greg and Bob. Bob was just fine but Greg was not as nice. Our driver, Joey, however made up for for what Bob & Greg lacked. Joey was friendly, accommodating, and overall an extreme delight to be stuck out east in a little bit of traffic with. This company does have great pricing and our experience was overall great. I just hope Greg will be a bit more patient with his customers.

    We were really excited to have booked with Gold Star Limousine. After our first meeting we had a good feeling and were very excited! we booked.. a rolls royce, 2 14 passenger lincolns and a party bus to shuttle our guests with them. Two days before my wedding a received a phone call stating that I owed more money then was contracted for! They told me that I did not write down the correct times, however I did. After asking to cancel the limo that was supposed to pick up the groom and have that limo just meet us at the church for after I was told that I was foolish and I should let the professionals handle the wedding planning. At this point I was severely upset. After being yelled at and made extremely stressed two days before my big day, they came through and did what they were contracted to do in the first place! I was relieved that they at least did that. I would not however, use them again

    You get what you pay for! This company is dirt cheap-and the good reason. They're Rolls Royce doesn't work, hasn't worked, and the owner has no clue when it will be up and running again.

    Now let's fast forward to the FIVE MONTHS we have been standing here waiving money in the air BEGGING them to take it and allow us to check one more item off our wedding to-do list. Basically nobody works in their office and the number of their site links to the owners cell phone which you can guarantee he won't ever answer the phone let alone call you back. We bent over backwards to give this company every chance to at MINIMUM just let is know what the hold up was and when we could expect a call. Not a word from them.

    After months of emails from us asking if we were all set for a shuttle and a limo and how could we be assured of our reservation since they refused to allow us to make the deposit ...it was like we started back at the beginning with them asking how many vehicles we needed (somehow they had us booked for 3?), asking which limo we wanted, and what times we needed limo service. After learning the hard way we did some research on this company and learned they are earning quite the reputation on the island.

    I can't say how they are for actual service because we never for to that point thankfully, but booking a limo should be an easy wedding task!

    I'm fairly confident they are doing a sufficient job of sealing their own fate and they don't need my help. But just in case...do yourself a favor, and spend the extra few hundreds bucks. Money well spent for a brides peace of mind!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I went with a bridal party last night and nothing in our limo worked, Im getting married in June, I will not be using this company!! We had to walk 7 blocks because the limo driver had us sitting in the dark and kept pulling over and trying to restart the limo to try to get something to work! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! PS THERE WAS NO STROBES OR FOG MACHINE!! LIES LIES AND MORE LIES.

    Horrible horrible horrible!!!! We hired them for my sons wedding. He had went with Allstar limos, their prices were a little high for us so we decided to use Goldstar. We booked a limo for 14 and were told we had to pay 100 percent upfront. The day of the wedding we had all our close friends and family members and were extatic for our sons wedding. Limo was up supposed to get there at 6:00 and by 6:15 we got worried and called (mind you we love about 1 minute from the location of the limo storefront). 6:30- 6:45 phone call after phone call and no one is answering or calling back! At this point we are frantic and all cram into cars, no idea how to get to the hall or where we are going. We ended up being about 40 minutes late to our sons wedding!! Finally we get a call from them at 8:00 saying their limo driver got a "flat" and his cellphone was dead. Garage! Does he not have a spare!? This is 2013, limo drivers who are on their phone all day have phone chargers. Then we had to fight to get out money back. Our sons wedding was amazing, but they single handely almost ruined it. Please don't use them. It was the worst experience imagable and every brides worst nightmare. Could you image if my son and his bride used them!? They wouldn't have made it to their wedding!!
