Gloria and her team were on it! They made our day so much better. They ran the schedule, spotted issues before they became issues, creatively fixed last minute problems and no guest was the wiser. We got to enjoy the whole event and keep all of our attention on our family and friends. Exactly the kind of professionalism you need. We couldn’t have made a better decision than to hire Gloria and her outstanding team. -

Gloria is the best!
Gloria helped us to plan our June 2024 wedding all the way in Albany, NY and we truly couldn’t have done it without her! From our initial phone call, she helped us narrow down venues and vendors, was available for video calls when touring locations, and helped us get started with important details such as our budget and guest list right away. She was so organized and helped keep us on track with reminders throughout the year. As the wedding date got closer, she contacted vendors to confirm all timelines, helped us figure out gratuities, and reminded us of many last-minute details we might not have remembered if not for her. During the wedding and reception, she did such a great job of keeping everything under control that my husband and I were able to relax and have the time of our lives! We could not recommend Gloria and her team more! -

Working with Gloria and her team was a dream from start to finish! When you start wedding planning you have no idea how many little details you're going to be juggling, and Gloria's check in calls and checklists to keep us on track were beyond helpful. I cannot sing enough praises about the Gloria Schulz team on our wedding day. We truly did not have to lift a finger or stress about a single detail because Gloria, Meagan and Cassidy were there to guide us at every step (and make sure our champagne was always fresh). They coordinated with all the vendors and made sure everything and everyone was exactly where they needed to be. Choosing Gloria Schultz Events was the best decision my daughter and I made when planning her wedding. Gloria and her team are true professionals. Gloria provided us with all the resources we needed, including a planning and communication website, amazing vendors, and experienced guidance.

If you are looking for a wedding planner/coordinator - LOOK NO FURTHER. Gloria and her team are truly magicians. I came to Gloria only 5 months before our rescheduled/relocated wedding needing help with everything from vendor selection to design work with the vision of a "southern summer garden" wedding - and man oh man did she deliver!! She made the planning process a breeze, held my hand in all the places it needed holding, and on the day of wedding when we were hit with a torrential storm and lost power to our tented reception space, she ensured that wedding went off without a hitch! Truly, none of our guests where the wiser as we ate dinner by the candle light and had the absolute night of our lives. 100/10 recommend. -

Working with Gloria to plan our wedding was the absolute best investment for us to be able to enjoy our wedding weekend! We started working with Gloria a few months after our engagement when we had our venues and a couple of key vendors booked, and I only wish we had found her sooner! I knew I wanted to be hands-on with the planning process, but I needed a coach that could help me get through the decisions and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. As soon as I met Gloria, I knew we needed to have her in our corner! In a few words, Gloria is warm, proactive, thorough, and a great listener. She recommended a vendor team that was a perfect fit for us, and she helped us prioritize our to-do list and budget. She helped us plan and navigate the complexities of having a multi-venue wedding with ease, and seamlessly worked with the two venue coordinators on our behalf.
The week of the wedding, Gloria identified a parking concern due to an event sharing the same parking lot as our reception venue, and she got ahead of it so that our guests were well taken care of! On the day of the wedding, my mind was completely at ease with Gloria and her assistants leading the way! They executed every detail of our plan perfectly and happily jumped in to assist when any new challenges arose. Gloria’s small adjustments throughout the day kept our timeline on track, and my dad even commented in his speech about how smooth everything had gone! Our wedding day was everything we had hoped it would be, and we can’t thank Gloria enough for her helping us bring our vision to life! We highly recommend Gloria to anyone planning a wedding! -

Wow! Gloria and her team did an incredible job on my wedding. I cannot recommend them enough! At the end of my wedding, I felt like everything had gone so smoothly and didn't stress one bit. They are so highly responsive and detail-oriented. They are an incredible steal for the value of what you get to what you pay. I honestly am not sure we could have done it without them and will be letting all my engaged friends know to use them! They are so personable and kind, but also have the know-how and get it done attitude to handle your day. I was blown away by this experience and again, cannot recommend enough! -

If you are here scrolling through these reviews just go ahead and stop what you are doing and give Gloria a call. After making the decision to get married I can promise you that hiring GSE will be the next best decision you could possibly make. My husband and I didn’t realize the amount of stress we had about wedding planning until we talked to Gloria and she immediately took that all away. She has such a calming spirit and because of the amount of experience she has in this industry you can put your trust in GSE that she’s going to help make your wedding dreams come true. Gloria was willing to step in and help resolve any potential issues for us because she wanted to ensure our day was as stress free as possible - and she absolutely did that. The vendors that she recommended were all phenomenal and we wish we had hired Gloria from day 1 to help us with absolutely everything. We have had so many comments from family and friends acknowledging how well organized everything was and wondering how far Gloria would be willing to travel to help them plan as well. Gloria quickly felt like an additional member of our family and we are so sad that our time working together had to come to an end. If I could hire Gloria to help keep the rest of our lives in order I would in a heartbeat. -

Absolutely Incredible
Gloria is the most amazing wedding planner who helped make all of my wedding dreams come true. From the moment we first chatted on the phone, I realized she would be the perfect person to help plan our big day and I don’t have one single regret about it. Throughout the year of planning, I would get email reminders about what needed to be done next and we stayed connected through email, text, and phone call frequently. The day of our wedding was the day I needed her most and she completely exceeded my expectations. The way she set up everything I had purchased in the most beautiful and perfect way, and she was fully prepared with everything including some snacks for when I was hungry, and mints for right before I walked down the aisle. My dress was difficult to bustle but her and her team made it happen! I couldn’t recommend Gloria enough to help plan your big day. I will always be thankful for her and all that she did for us! -

I could not have pulled off my wedding without Gloria and her team. Her day-of coordinator services encompassed much more than just the wedding day. Despite many challenges out of our control during the planning process, Gloria stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Months before our wedding, we had to make adjustments to ensure the safety and health of our friends and families during COVID-19. Gloria took on the challenge with positivity and grace. I was never more grateful to have Gloria than when she communicated with our vendors to make a smaller, more intimate wedding happen for us. On my wedding day, I never once felt stressed, even when a torrential downpour occurred hours before our outdoor ceremony was set to begin. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, organized, or well-informed wedding planner. Thank you Gloria Schulz Events! -

Awesome Experience with Gloria!!
Gloria was so professional and sweet throughout our entire wedding planning process! She was able to provide solid recommendations and was great with communication - in addition to keeping me on track with a timeline for all planning purposes. The day of our wedding she made sure to get us a little bit of alone time away from the wedding, which was VERY appreciated during the crazy times.
