Gloria is Super Woman! Everyone loves her!

Gloria is hands down the BEST photographer out there! During our initial appointment, she made us feel so special because she really took the time to listen to what I told her over the phone about my wedding vision, and you could tell she loves what she does and loves all her clients so much. Booking Gloria on the spot was the easiest decision my husband and I made. Her attention to detail is perfection. The quality of her photos are gorgeous. Above all, she is such a delight to work with. She's easy going and always so happy to see you. Throughout the entire process from initial booking, to engagement photos, boudoir photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, Gloria was there for us every step of the way. With Gloria, it even goes beyond the pictures, you know you're going to be taken care of like family with her. Gloria came to the rescue on multiple occasions. My location for engagement photos was not the best, but Gloria was quick on her feet to think of an alternative location very close by. The photos turned out beautiful! Another incident occurred when both my coordinator and videographer backed out of my wedding with only one month to spare! Gloria was there to send A+ referrals my way, and I am so thankful to her because my wedding team was amazing! Gloria was very involved in the wedding process from start to finish. She knows what recommendations to make because she knows what's going to look good. I put my trust in Gloria 100%, and for that reason, all the photos she has taken have come out looking like straight out of a magazine - as many have said actually. For all those reasons, Gloria is worth every penny! Gloria is like family now, and I cannot wait to continue my journey with her in the future for maternity and family photos. Thank you, Gloria!! The Best Photographer For My Client

I recently referred Gloria Mesa to client that had a party within a few weeks. Gloria was perfect for my clients as she connected with them and their culture. The whole time she went above and beyond including driving to their home last minute for an engagement photo shoot.

On the day of the party she showed up early and even stayed later. She is so professional, kind and gracious. She is also one of the most talented photographers that with whom I have worked.

Her pictures are beautiful. She is always present to the joy in the room and is ready to capture every moment.

The best bilingual photographer in la

Gloria literally saved the day for my husband and I! Our photographer, who we booked almost two years in advance, cancelled on us TWO WEEKS before our special day. Thankfully, I called Gloria and she was available! I think this was a match made in heaven because it all worked out wonderful. Most of my family speaks Spanish so the fact that she could direct everyone instead of having to translate everything was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. With less than two weeks for Gloria to prep for my wedding, she made she I got all the pictures I wanted along with the style we were going for. I felt so comfortable taking pictures all day with her (which I thought I was going to dread). Gloria was there all night and captured all the important memories. Both of our families fell in love with her too, can't wait to have another life event for her to capture!

Blown away

Gloria was the easiest and best choice we made while planning our wedding. She was responsive, helpful and just an absolute pleasure to work with. We received so many compliments from our guests and family about her and her assistant. She also did our engagement photos and honestly we were blown away with her work. Amazing person & photographer

Gloria was absolutely amazing! My husband and I loved working with her and were so pleased with our pictures.

When picking a wedding photographer we wanted someone who could do softly lit, ethereal and editorial quality photos. As soon as we met with her we knew she was the one for us- the connection and attention to detail. One other great part of working with her is that she knew our venue (Quail Ranch) very well so then picking Gloria was the obvious choice.

But the best part about using Gloria for photography (apart from the amazing pictures) is how comfortable she makes you feel! Of course photos take up a large chunk of your day, and you're spending intimate moments with your photographer - you want someone who is going to make you feel comfortable, and Gloria did just that. We feel she went above and beyond. By the end of our engagement photos and wedding day, Gloria felt more like a longtime friend than someone we hired. And, of course, our photos turned out INCREDIBLE. We absolutely love them. I highly, highly recommend Gloria.

Wedding & Engagement shoot

Gloria was beyond amazing! She shot our engagement photos as well as both ceremonies (we had a catholic ceremony on Saturday and a Jewish ceremony on Sunday follow by the wedding reception). From the first moment at our introductory meeting we could tell why she came so highly recommended. Not only is she a complete professional, she explained her vision and how she likes to capture moments and the real relationship, but she also is such an amazingly warm and loving person which made us feel so comfortable with her and able to open up in front of the camera.

When it came to the day of the big reception we knew that Gloria was in charge and was in her element. It goes without saying that she is more than just a photographer, she is a true artist. You only need 5 minutes on her website to know how beautiful her photos are. Beyond the quality of her photos though, she was always able to make sure her and her team were ready to capture every big moment, as well as many of the fun, unplanned candids throughout the night. She had some special lighting shots she wanted to capture at sunset and made sure to communicate with us just the right amount so that everything would run smoothly.

There aren’t enough stars available to rate how highly we feel about Gloria, but one thing is certain, we would absolutely recommend her to anyone for any occasion. Her vision is unmatched and we were so at ease knowing the one thing we would have from our wedding for years to come was in her hands.

Exceeded Our Expectations!!

Gloria Mesa was recommended to me by a friend from Bel-Air Bay Club. I spoke with Gloria and voiced my concerns about my party being held outdoors and in the evening. Not a problem she said, and truer words were never spoken.

The photos are beautiful. The vibrant and colorful lightning at the party was captured by Gloria she was able to make sure I had shots of everyone attending. The evening was such a blur for me, so much fun I just didn't want it to end. But, thru the photos, I feel like I am reliving the evening over again with Gloria's photos that captured the fun, love and laughter.

Gloria has an amazing eye for composition... so many of our wedding day photographs look like something torn straight out of Vogue or your favorite magazine. We've never looked more glamorous. But even more important than that, she captured every emotion of the best day of our lives. Our joy, our tears, our laughter, our silliness, our love. The most caring and talented photographer!

Gloria did everything to capture our day perfectly. She met with us beforehand and really honed in on the experience and feel we were hoping to capture on our big day. My husband hates getting his picture taken, but Gloria made him so comfortable he finally admitted it was fun! simply the best!!

Finding a photographer who you can connect with is extremely difficult but finding one for your wedding is more complicated than I can ever explain. I searched months and months for someone who understood my vision and for absolute professionalism. I thank my lucky stars I found Gloria by a referral! Gloria is the absolute best! On my wedding day she was very professional, understanding, kind to all my guest, and she gave me the guidance I needed to fulfill my vision. My family loved her and to this day still give me complements on my photos and Gloria's amazing personality. I highly recommend her if you want the best. She went above and beyond the day of my wedding.... Every time I look at my photos I fall in love all over again!!!

Planning a wedding is a lot of work. One of the best decisions we made in preparation for our wedding was asking Gloria to be our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, Gloria was extremely prompt with returning emails, answering questions, and really helped us think about the overall feeling we wanted for our wedding day. On the wedding day, Gloria was equally incredible in her approach to capture every moment by providing many laughs and smiles, as well as tactically arranging the subjects of her photos. Gloria and her staff are incredibly attuned to the attention to detail in every shot they capture. To illustrate this, in a group of family photos, one of Gloria’s assisting photographers pointed out to my father in law that his glasses could be seen in his suit pocket. With so many emotions and things happening on our wedding day, it was such a piece of mind having a photographer that cared about our pictures as much as we did, down to the last detail. We met with several photographers, but we ultimately decided to go with Gloria because we sensed her honesty, professionalism, and true desire to help us capture one of the most memorable days of our lives. Gloria was THE BEST! We worked with Gloria on both our engagement photos and on the day of our wedding and both sets of photos were amazing! At first, it was the quality of her photos that first drew us into looking to hire Gloria, but even more than her talented eye for photography, she is super friendly and personable and really gets to know you and what style of photos you are looking for. Initially, she had us send her some Pinterest engagement photos, but from there it was all her expertise! We really loved how she worked with natural light to create beautiful, bright, crisp, natural-looking photos.

On the day of our wedding, we worked with Gloria to have her bring an additional photographer, which we would definitely recommend. This way, Gloria was able to have photos taken from multiple angles, which added so much more versatility to her work. During the entire wedding she worked tirelessly to take photos of us and our guests and even stayed until the very end of our wedding to take photos. Many of our guests commented to us that our photographer was awesome and that they were impressed by the friendliness, energy, and dedication of Gloria and her assistant throughout the wedding.

We had heard stories from some friends about photographers taking months to finally return the wedding photos, but Gloria made it simple when she said, "Go enjoy your honeymoon and let me know when you get back!" Three weeks after the wedding, she let us know that the photos were on the way and provided an online link to share with friends and family. We really can't say enough about Gloria, but we are very thankful for having her capture our special moments with us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch photographer.

Gloria is the best of the best in photography. The pictures she and her team captured for our wedding are priceless. She also did an amazing job on our engagement shoot, which we did in Mammoth Lakes California! She traveled there and stayed the night to make sure we got perfect lighting the next morning for the shoot. The memories she helped capture are some of the best of my entire life. I will always hold her close to my heart. I've gained a friend in her for a lifetime. She is very helpful, insightful, professional, caring, loving, she is extremely talented and creative. Gloria is absolutely amazing and such a special and talented person! My husband and I just adored her and she managed to go above and beyond our very high expectations. She helped keep everyone on track before the wedding, kept me and my husband calm, was careful to make sure she got every photo on our list (and so much more), and was amazingly nice to our friends, family, and 2 dogs. In addition to our love for Gloria as a person, her work is outstanding and our photos are spectacular! Our guests all joked that Gloria was like a Ninja - she was dressed professionally in all black and was never in the way but managed to come out of no where to get amazing shots of everything at our wedding. She caught every spontaneous group photo and even got shots of our guests before the ceremony which was such a fun surprise! The pictures from our ceremony are stunning and the moments she captured throughout the entire day are just so special. I could not be happier with our experience working with Gloria and her team! I would highly recommend her and hope we can work with her again in the future.

Gloria Mesa is an incredible wedding photographer! Her photos of our wedding turned out phenomenal. She also did an amazing engagement shoot, which was so much fun, and it gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and her photography shooting style, which we loved! Her photos truly capture the moment and evoke emotion along with her superb creativity and talent. She went above and beyond by staying late to capture amazing night photos at our wedding. Gloria has an incredible talent to draw in the couple's love for each other, and we were both glowing in our photos. She really has so much more to offer than your typical photographer. To me this is one of the places you want to spend your money, photos and Gloria did not disappoint. Choosing the right photographer is so vital to capture your special day. From the moment we first meant Gloria we knew she was the right fit. Not only is her website amazing, but at our first meeting she brought a few books displaying her beautiful work in print. We had a year to prepare for the wedding and during that time we kept in touch with her bouncing ideas around and how we envisioned our day to go! She was more than willing to make that come true for us, getting the shots we asked for was very important to her. We dragged her all over the place and she didn't mind a bit! She worked well with my other vendors particularly our videographer to ensure he got the footage he needed as well. She has 4 different packages I believe you can choose from to fit your needs and budget! I wish I could share my beautiful photos on here who knows maybe you will see them on her website. Gloria was truly a joy to work with! She is one of the kindest souls and has a way of making everyone she comes in contact with feel immediately at-ease and comfortable. You will feel like you have known her forever, which helps make even the posed photos come out natural and authentic. This quality coupled with her photographic talent made for GORGEOUS wedding photos that I will treasure forever. Gloria was absolutely the greatest. It was very important to my wife to find the right photographer. As soon as we sat down with Gloria her warmth, friendliness, and engaging attitude put us at ease instantly.

Over the course of a few months, getting prepared, engagement shoots, and reshoots she was always positive and willing to be as helpful as if we were family.

On the day of our wedding she was early and professional and she just got a long with both sides of the family. She truly was amazing. I never once had to worry if we were going to get the great quality of pictures when all was said and done.

When we finally received our wedding album we were blown away. It was so nice and classy, everything we were looking for in a wedding album. I know a lot of photographers let you choose your own photos to add to the book and Gloria will do the same. However, at this time we had so much trust in her ability that we just asked her to do her best and provide us with great lasting memories.

She succeeded on every level.

I recommend Gloria for any event and anytime I need a professional photographer again there will not be any question as to who we will choose.

Gloria went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. She took our engagement photos and our wedding day photos, and both sets were absolutely beautiful. She is very professional, but also really makes you feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. This was important because we can both be somewhat shy and don't really like taking pictures, but Gloria made it a really great experience. My husband and I always recommend her to friends, and look forward to hopefully having her photograph our family again in the future!

We met with Gloria a month before the wedding so we could show her pictures and poses we definitely want. The day of the wedding Gloria arrived early and introduced herself to the wedding party and then she started doing her magic. During the wedding we took lots of pictures and had so much fun!!! Getting great photos was the most important thing to my wife when we were planning our vintage style wedding. After looking at every photographer within 200 miles Gloria was the first and only photographer we contacted. Within a minute of meeting her we were both ready to sign the contract.

My husband and I LOVED having Gloria be a part of our special day (married in March at LA River Center & Gardens). We had two ceremonies - a Hindu and a Civil ceremony, and she was present for both. Gloria is incredibly warm, kind, and friendly, and everyone felt at ease being photographed by her. Gloria is one of those people that has a gift, not only for photography, but for making you feel like you've known each other for years from the moment you meet. She connects so easily with those around her while maintaining an air of professionalism at all times.

As far as the photos are concerned, we were extremely pleased with the end-product. We ended up with 3 CDs of photos (since we had two ceremonies) and are able to share with loved ones. We plan on ordering some from her (although we haven't done it yet), but even printing her photos ourselves worked out well. We were very pleased with her prices, very competitive, especially since you get the digitals. We can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Gloria - and I hope we can use her services again in the future (I don't know if she does baby or family photos, but I'd hire her in a second if she does!!)!

I could not have dreamed up a better photographer for our wedding. My new husband and I interviewed so many photographers and then we found Gloria. For my wedding, choosing the right photographer was second in importance to choosing the right groom! Upon meeting Gloria, her relaxed and friendly personality made it easy for me to communicate our needs for a wedding photographer. While her portfolios are testament enough to her professionalism and talent, I had a very specific style and vision for our wedding. I needed a photographer who was willing to listen. Gloria was flexible and patient, and in the end captured our special moments in just the ways we had talked about. After spending an afternoon with Gloria while she took our engagement photos (and after seeing the beautiful results) my fiancé and I felt confident in her ability. She truly is a photographer for any couple’s style. We had a large bridal party (ten bridesmaids and nine groomsmen) and Gloria navigated the scene with perfect poise and professionalism; she was direct and assertive when needed, but overall playful and calm to insure that everything went smoothly – and indeed it did. Choosing Gloria to be our wedding photographer was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. We wanted our photographer to be patient and understanding of all the stresses that come along with a wedding. Gloria was a dream to work with. She is a true artist and creates amazingly beautiful images. She was so easy to be around and gently guided us through the shots we wanted and kept things moving in a timely way. Many many family members commented on how professional and non-intrusive she was during our ceremony and reception and she managed to get a ton of great shots. She was very good at seeing where the good shots were with natural lighting and capturing people's emotions so photos did not seem too pose-y. I think having Gloria as my Photographer for my wedding was the best desicion I made in my wedding planning process. I was kind of frustrated becuase I did not want to keep the vendor I was originally working with. When I heard about Gloria, I felt such a relief to find that being so close to my wedding date (a month in a half) she still had my date open. She is the best I really like her work! her positive attitude towards everyone in the wedding party and of course her flexibility to work with us and make it happen. Gloria was recommended to me by my sister. My sister had been in another wedding where Gloria was the second photographer. My finance (now husband) and I took a look at here images on line and her style fit with exactly what we wanted. We were able to meet with Gloria later that week. She showed us multiple wedding books of her pictures, explained how she liked to work, and gave us a price sheet. During our first meeting I knew she was the photographer I wanted. She was very easy to talk to and get along with. She put me at ease, which was great since she would be with me throughout my wedding day and stress is not what you need. Also I wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable if this person was going to be taken pictures of me as I was getting my dress on. It was very easy to get a hold of her through email or phone throughout the whole process. All of our wedding pictures came out great. On the day of the wedding, she showed up ready for business in her suit and camera in hand. We also had an additional photographer through Gloria, that also took excellent pictures. I admit that I was a little lazy and busy so I actually just finished up my wedding album and finalized it with Gloria almost a year after I got married. She still keep in touch with me just make sure we were doing well and to let us know that she had not forgotten about us.

We did look at other photographer, but one of the things that we did not like is we did not get photos. You would have to buy all the photos through that photographers site. Gloria supplied us with 2 DVDs of all our pictures, so we could print as many as we want.

You cannot beat Gloria if you want a great photographer for any occasion.

Having one photographer with the groomsmen and one with the bride as everyone was getting ready was really special from my perspective as the mother of the groom. Every one of the photos Gloria and her team took were stunning! From the formal portraits to the candid shots, Gloria not only captured the beauty of the day, she captured the joy as well. Not a day has gone by this past year where we haven't looked at at least one of the wedding photos. These are truly memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Gloria Mesa Photography!

Gloria was on our venue's (Quail Ranch) recommended vendors list. We chose her because of her familiarity with the venue and her bilingual skills (Spanish, English). On the day of our wedding, she made us feel very comfortable and made us laugh. In addition, her interactions with my mostly monolingual Spanish-speaking family was great.
The only thing I would recommend is to have your make-up artist/ hairstylist work closely with Gloria so they are on the same page regarding your wedding day timeline. Gloria is very good with time management and you should base your timeline off of her recommendations. Also she was great with our pitbull, who was a part of our wedding day and engagement photoshoot.

Mother of the bride

Gloria was recommended by our wedding venue and she did not disappoint. She went out of her way to get to know the couple and her pictures were beautiful. She captured the moments of the wedding, but was not intrusive in any way. She recently helped me put an album together, and it is a wonderful keepsake. It was very difficult to select which pictures to use as there were so many gorgeous pictures. I would highly recommend Gloria.
