Fantastic!
Anne has been the best, always so helpful and has good ideas about all of our trips. She goes above and beyond and when she is out or not available, we always get an email from one of her colleagues letting us know and offering to help if we need it asap. I highly recommend Global Excellence and Anne Caffrey to everyone that I know. -

Great Customer Service
I used this company when I booked for my honeymoon (St. Lucia). Anne was very helpful in giving us advice and tips and keeping us up to date on all Covid protocols and information we needed to know for travel. She made this trip so easy for us. We only have to give our information to her and she took care of the rest from booking hotel, airport shuttle, and flights and excursions. She was quick to answer any questions we had and even checked in when we got back to make sure everything went as planned. I highly recommend this company. -

Great service for honeymoon booking
Anne @ Global Excellence was great to work with. She helped me book our honeymoon seamlessly and without hassle. Before we left, she had me stop in the office and went through all paperwork to make sure I had everything we needed to travel abroad. (We went to Greece: Athens | Santorini | Crete) The companies she picked to help with transportation / excursions were wonderful. Anne absolutely helped make our honeymoon awesome and special!-

we have taken 14 cruises and all done by Global Excellance... They take care of everything and we don't have to worry about anything... We had an issue with our last cruise with Royal Caribbean and Michelle Rheaume our agent took care of it for us and everything worked out great. She worked very hard to make sure our vacation was going to be perfect. They are top notch when it comes to travel arrangements... Great job everyone..... -

Michelle at Global Excellence was the best! She helped us to plan our dream honeymoon to Hawaii and it was amazing! She made sure that we received all of the amenities that we were supposed to receive on our stay at the Hyatt on Maui. She sent a card and called to welcome us home, which was also a super nice added touch that we appreciated so much! We will be going back to have her help us plan all of our future trips! -

Anne Caffrey is a Pro. She listens to my questions and what I am looking for on the trips she has scheduled for me. She gives me options and books the right trip for me/us. Anne has planned quick business trips for me as well as longer vacation to beautiful destinations. I no longer use the online booking sites, i use Anne to book my trips!! -
