We are extremely happy and satisfied with the outcome of our event. Our needs were met and understood. When planning for our event, Amanda considered our requests and worked hard to accommodate our wants or offered agreeable solutions. We loved working with Amanda. She is professional and made herself available. On the day of our event, Amanda and the entire staff handled all our needs and kept the event moving nicely. The entire staff was courteous, professional and attentive. Our guests loved the venue and especially the courtyard. We highly recommend this venue for your special events.

Beautiful venue, with lots of options for laying out tables/chairs, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Amanda and Alyssa. Professional, responsive, proactive, and creative. Great value for the costs and it is gorgeous.

This place is perfect for simple and elegant! Not only is the space incredible for both ceremony and reception but also amazing spots for video and photos. Every single person involved was so helpful but most of all our wedding coordinator, Amanda, was spectacular at her job and getting things done in a timely manner and she was so fast to resolve any problems that came up our wedding wouldn’t have been successful without Amanda. So happy to have chosen Glen Ivy Golf Club.

Everything was wonderful! The venue, food set up was excellent. Few things to improve on is the bridal suite smelled terrible of the sewer. Some guests complained that that male restrooms were very dirty and not cleaned. There was a shortage of cutlery. We hired a vendor from outside for appetizers and there were no plates offered and the guests had to eat on the charger plates. If these things are improved, it would be just perfect. The steak and chicken was great. Some guests complained that the vegan dishes came cold. Pictures are awesome to take at this venue. Breathtaking views.

Our wedding day was September 17th, 2022 at Glen Ivy Golf Course. Our experience was amazing to say the least, and I give so much credit to the success of our day to our amazing Day of Coordinator, Amanda Lauritano!

Amanda was attentive, easy to work with and very professional. She provided anything and everything we needed with ZERO complaint.

She handled my family and friends perfectly and gave my husband and I everything we asked for. To have the ability to deal with so many different personalities with the same positive attitude is truly a gift.

As a bride, Amanda went above and beyond! Continually checking in on me and easing any anxiety or fears that I would express out loud, or the ones that she could tell were present even without me saying anything.

Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Amanda and her team literally made our dreams come true.

From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations.

We highly recommend Amanda as your day of coordinator for your special day!

My experience with Glen Ivy Golf Club was amazing! Alyssa and Amanda were awesome! The facility is gorgeous…the mountains, water falls, the lakes all create a whole VIBE!! Such a great ambiance. My guest are still talking about my wedding!! My husband also said he wants to do it all again next year 🥴 I would highly recommend!!!

We recently had our wedding at Glen Ivy Golf club and could not recommend this venue more. Our coordinators, Sydney & Yasmin were so attentive and made everything run very smoothly the day of. We were pleased with everything this venue had to offer including its beautiful golf course, waterfalls, and outstanding view of the mountains! On top of it, the food was absolutely excellent and we had many of our guests come up to us afterwards asking for the recipe (lol). We were so happy with how it all turned out, would highly recommend😊

One of the most important aspects was just how accommodating and friendly they were! From the delicious food to the amazing venue where it all took place, it was very well worth the time and planning it all took!

We went to a wedding at Glen Ivy this past weekend for my friend. It was SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! The views, the servers, and the food was amazing! This is a one of a kind wedding location. I'm definitely going to my have my wedding here when I get engaged!!

My husband and I recently got married at Glen Ivy! The entire planning process so pleasant. Our coordinator and the staff at glen ivy went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better Wedding! The whole weekend was amazing, we highly recommend hitting up the Glen Ivy Spa and playing a few rounds of golf!!. Our wedding weekend was a dream come true!!

I wasn't expecting that much from this venue, but I was blown away by the level of the service and the facility. The quality of the food and service was off the charts. Everything was organized and well thought out. I will strongly recommend this property to my peers!

Glen ivy was nothing short of amazing. The views are spectacular, the new ballroom is modern and very clean and the staff know how to keep you happy. Very pleased with our decision.

The staff has been amazing. I love that you can customize your package to fit exactly what you need. Plus their vendors all work together and their vendors have worked with Glen Ivy for years, which takes the stress off of having to make sure the vendor shows up

Everything about this venue was perfect! Thank you Tara and Beth for making this day so special to us! The grounds are beautiful with greenery, trees, waterfalls and tunnels. Even with some of the waterfalls out of order right now there still was a ton of photo spots. The food was amazing and I had guest still telling us how much they enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and always got back to me at a timely matter. I'm so happy I booked with this venue.

It's so sad that they are no longer doing weddings after June but this is a perfect affordable all inclusive location!

I absolutely love the staff at Wedgewood Glen Ivy. It was the best selection we made for our wedding. Everything was perfect and thorough from the first meeting to the wedding day. Kristy was very helpful and efficient, Gina was very thorough during rehearsal, securing the items we left for setup, and making the wedding day go smoothly.
Caitlin is truly a gem! She had been consistent, thorough, dedicated and amazingly efficient from the first day we met. When I was overwhelmed and stressed out during the planning process, she helped me calm down, refocus and made herself available at all times to help with anything. She had my husband's Guinness waiting when we had our meetings (which he loved) and she followed through on everything as promised, even the smallest detail. Everything was organized, the vendors were all top notch. We used their bakery, DJ, officiant, and florist. We got our own photographer/ videographer. The food was wonderful, the buffet option allowed for variety and quantity. The scenery was breathtaking! We had so many options for beautiful pictures on site. Most importantly, I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the day and that was priceless!

We are so grateful that your team made it possible for us to have the perfect stress-free wedding we wanted!

The staff was very helpful for our big day and everything ran so smoothly!! The food was amazing, drinks amazing, they decorated beautifully, and so much more.

Glen Ivy Golf Club was the perfect wedding venue for us! They had two options for ceremony location, an indoor reception hall, & many options for photo opps. This is what sold us the most! One thing that we loved about this venue, is the flexibility to bring in your own decor (& some food as long as it’s not homemade). This made it easier for us to have DIY decor & bring in our own late night snack for our guests.

Another thing that our guests are still talking about & that we enjoyed is the food! The appetizers were soo good. We had the bruschetta, meatballs, Mac & cheese bites, & crab cakes. Everyone was raving about the Mac & cheese bites & the crab cakes! For our entrees, we had the stuffed chicken & the tri-tip with chimichurri- no complaints! And we also had assorted desserts with them: cheesecakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, & churros. I guess you can say the churros, brownies & cookies were a big hit because they flew off the trays like crazy. I didn’t get to try the churros or brownies but I did try everything else and they were good!

We booked with Glen Ivy about 18 months before our wedding date. When we booked, we booked with the event director, Alyssa. It was a seamless process, we communicated back & forth with our contract before signing. Once we started getting into the wedding planning about 4-6 months before our wedding, we worked with the coordinator, Amanda. During this process, we did get a little nervous because some things that were promised to us when signing with Alyssa were different once we started working with Amanda. Additionally, there were times where some things were miscommunicated, which became frustrating. Luckily for us, we also had a coordinator who was helping facilitate the planning between what we were working on and with Amanda. Biggest tip: if you don’t hear from them, you should definitely reach out. When we were able to communicate with Amanda, it was mostly by phone or text. She was attentive for the most part, but as a bride, if there is something you want, you’ll have to make it clear. Just for peace of mind, we made sure to have everything in writing just in case there was any confusion in the future (this ended up not being an issue at all.).

During the last two weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day, Amanda & the venue team (Karent, banquet captain) was great to work with. Side note: when signing a contract with any venue, it would be better to sign for less guests than you are expecting. This was an issue for us because we had more guests declined than expected & we went back & forth with Amanda many times on how we can allocate our money. But nonetheless, Amanda made sure that we were using every dollar we paid as part of our contract.

We made sure to provide Amanda with all the information she needed in order for our day to be seamless. The day of the wedding, her, Karen & team worked effortlessly with our coordinator and her team. My wife & I did not have to lift any fingers and they were always available to bring us what we needed (drinks, food, appetizers). There were plenty of venue staff around to attend to whatever needed to be attended to. They were all so patient & did everything with a smile. Bartenders were amazing & all the staff were very attentive!

By the end of the night, we wished we had more time to party. The venue team worked with our coordinating team to make sure that all of the decor we brought was packed up.

Alyssa and Amanda were awesome from the start to finish. Offered a great location and created an amazing experience that was hassle free. Amanda made sure all the vendors were on board with the time and space they needed for their setup. Very flexible with changes that occurred. We highly recommend you give them a call and take a look, you won’t be disappointed.

The team had a lot of turn over before and during Covid and the coordinators were very sweet but communication often was lost in translation due to so many different methods they use for communication. The management and the coordinators were all very helpful. In a few years when they’ve done more weddings I think the team will be more experienced and have more insight into the details of wedding day specifics. They might even decide to offer more for day of the event such as ceremony sound. However what they offer now is very reasonable, and the rehearsal dinner was great! However, I suggest having an outside planner to assist with all of the details leading up to the day of! Overall the team was extremely understanding and helpful regarding changes due to Covid. Very compassionate and I would definitely highly recommend this venue

This is definitely a beautiful venue, with a professional, but sweet staff. The main reason we chose Glen Ivy was the various options we could take away and add to their multiple packages. The venue is picture perfect, but very affordable. The staff did have a very quick turnover rate. We went through multiple venue managers prior to actually having our wedding. I am not sure why there was such a high turnover rate, but most of the staff was professional and timely with their e-mails about meetings and payment reminders. I did deal with one venue manager (out of the multiple I interacted with) who was unprofessional with her politically incorrect comments, but all of my other interactions with the site were polite.

In February my husband and I canceled our plans to have our destination wedding in Cabo and decided it would be best to have our wedding closer to home. We looked at a few spots and when we visited Glen Ivy we were introduced to Alyssa who is the director of events and sales coordinator. Off the bat we had a great impression of Alyssa as she answered all of our questions, this was a total change from the events coordinator in Cabo as it was difficult to get a hold of this person. While visiting the venue we were told that an amphitheater was being built and would be finished sometime in June, just in time for our planned wedding date of July. As the days got closer to July I noticed this amphitheater was not even close to being done. We contacted Alyssa about this in which her response was she never made any promises and that was discussed which it wasn't. The venue provides a day of coordinator so for this reason I decided to not hire a wedding coordinator, Alyssa had told us that their coordinators are great and are able to execute what we needed done on the day of the wedding. I did not speak to my wedding coordinator Amanda until 3 days before my wedding via telephone in which I had to ask to speak to her. During our conversation I felt rushed and dismissed as she told me we would go over everything at the rehearsal. During our initial walk through she was also not there to discuss all of my wishes and Alyssa was the one discussing timeline with me. On the day of the rehearsal as I was walking through everything with Amanda she never once took notes on where I wanted everything, just stated: "we'll make it all work to my wishes". I discussed with both Alyssa and Amanda where I wanted everything place during cocktail hour, that we would want a bar outside and one inside. On the day of the wedding both bars were placed outside and when I followed up with Alyssa after the wedding she stated that she discussed with my husband that if the bar was placed inside it would leave less room for dancing and so they decided if thats the case both bars will be outside. This never was discussed and my husband and I both stated that we wanted one bar inside and one bar outside. My day of wedding coordinator Amanda was unorganized on the day of my wedding. My wedding party had to help setting up the reception tables, this I found out later. I also found out Amanda stated during the time of help "I guess its all hands on deck". I discussed with Alyssa about creating seating cards that had a picture of the food item each guest wished to receive so that servers knew what guest was getting during the main course. My seating cards were placed in an area not discussed and placed in an area where if you did not walk by there you would not know where you are sitting so I had to hand these out during cocktail hour. Another upsetting thing I found out after the wedding was that if you were not seated at your table you would not be served your food, I found out a lot of my guests did not get served their dinner because they were outside at the bar. What was the point of creating seating cards with food item displayed if guests wouldn't even get served their main course if they were not seated??? I don't even think Amanda printed out my timeline. My timeline that I discussed with Alyssa was not followed at all and Amanda basically stated that everything was just going to go based off of my time, what is the point of this coordinator if she isn't going to coordinate for things to happen in a timely manner as discussed?! Cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss was never done. Honestly I wish I had my wedding at another venue. This venue makes promises and on the day of they don't deliver. I also tried to reach out after my wedding to see if anything can be done but instead of offering sympathy they tried to turn everything around and not take any responsibility for the wrongs that happened. Weddings are not cheap and its a once in a lifetime thing you look forward to with lots of time and effort spent into planning. It's unfortunate that things turned out the way it did for my wedding. At the end of the day I of course made the most of my wedding and enjoyed it with all of the people I care about. If you are considering this venue I would think twice or hire your own wedding coordinator that will get the job done.
