As a curly girl I was desperately looking for bridal hair stylists that knew how to work with curly hair and had examples/images of their work. I reached out to a Facebook group and a couple different people suggested Solange, and I am SO happy I found her! She was so easy going and did EXACTLY what I had hoped for for the hair trial and recreated it even better on the day of! On the day of the wedding she was so friendly and engaging with my family/friends getting ready and she did an amazing job with everyone's hair, not just my curly hair! The style she did held up throughout the whole night, even after hours of sweaty dancing. I would highly recommend Solange to anyone with curly hair or anyone looking for a fun, friendly, and talented bridal hair stylist! -

I hired Solange as the makeup and hair artist for my sisters special day! She provided the most heartfelt professionalism and genuine respect for all of us and the looks that we wanted. Three brides maids, a matron of honor, mother of the bride, flower girl and most importantly the BRIDE! I can speak too the fact that my sister has never worn makeup or had her hair done up before. She gave her an elegant and romantic look. Her husband literally cried when he saw her approach the isle! 🥹 I shall also speak too the fact that we are all different tones of skins and hair lengths. I used Glamour Me Bridal and Beauty for my 11-2-24 wedding. Solange and Katie were absolutely AMAZING. They provided hair and makeup services for me, my mom and MIL, and 6 bridesmaids. They were so professional and really listened to what my friends and family wanted for their hair and makeup. Everyone who got theirs done was so pleased with how they looked. On top of it all, they were so calm and positive. On what can be a chaotic morning, I never once felt stressed. They even completed all of the hair and makeup services ahead of schedule, and we had extra time to relax a bit before the wedding.

Solange and her team are absolutely amazing! My bridal party and I got to work with Bree and Koreena the morning of our wedding, and they were both so laid back and easy to work with! They added to the calmness of our morning. Both were so professional, efficient, and organized, and all my girls and my mom loved their hair and makeup.
Bree did amazingly quick and beautiful updos, and Koreena is an incredible makeup artist. My girls and I are all very minimalist with our daily makeup and hair routines. Bree and Koreena made us look very beautiful without being overly dolled up.
Solange has very reasonable prices as well which was one of the main reasons why I wanted to book her! Her and her team’s work is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely book them!! -

We booked Solange for both hair and makeup for our 2020 wedding. She worked at a speed like I've never witnessed before for hair-dos! Our group of 10 ladies all had their hair done & done exactly how they wanted, within 20 minutes each. It was a pleasure working with her and she was always quick to answer any questions I had. My mother and I went for a trial about a month before the wedding and Solange was so personable & we had such a great time and loved the outcome. I am not one to wear makeup, I literally own a tube of mascara and some chapstick, so I was nervous about having my makeup done and lashes on. But Solange made my look super natural and I was shocked at how comfortable the lashes were. I highly recommend booking with her, you wont regret it! -

I am a perfectionist and very picky. When it came to my hair and makeup for my wedding day I needed both to be perfect. I am SO glad I came across Solange in my searches and chose her to work with. I had to move my wedding date due to the COVID-19 pandemic and originally Solange was not available on my new wedding date. But she ended up making it happen, making sure that I was a priority in her schedule! She taught me a few things too - like how fake hair extensions won't curl on an iron and white eye shadow would throw the photographer off. On the wedding day she set up in a separate part of the suite we were in so she could keep things clean and socially distanced from where we were hanging out. That girl did makeup and hair for 5 bridesmaids/my maid of honor, my mother in law, my mother and myself in under 6 hours by herself!! I am so grateful and feel extremely lucky that I came across her page and was able to work with her. I hope I get the pleasure of working with her again in the future! -

Solange is amazing ! She was able to do my July 4 wedding with short notice. Was so quick to respond to all my questions and have great feedback. Day of my wedding I changed my hair style to look a little different from the trial and it was absolutely perfect! All of my bridesmaids had her decide a look for hair and make up which came out beautiful! She is reasonably priced and amazing at what she does. I got married exactly a month ago and I cannot say enough amazing things about Glamour Me Bridal!! Searching for a makeup and hair artist can be daunting but I luckily learned of Solange through a mutual friend and her reviews were glowing.
My bridal party consisted of eleven beautiful ladies. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly, efficiently and beautifully everyone's look came together!! Solange was so incredibly easy to work with and her makeup artist Katie was fantastic! They both paid close attention to detail and made all of my ladies' visions come to life!
I have never felt so incredible and beautiful as I did on my wedding day and all thanks to Solange!! I would absolutely recommend Glamour Me Bridal to anyone!!

I had Koreena do my makeup trial for my wedding. She listened to what I wanted for makeup ( natural look because I never wear makeup) and surpassed my expectations. Then for the wedding she made my wedding party of 6 and moms look
AH-MAZING. She was super flexible with everyone’s wants and helped my out with a last minute decision to do lashes. Koreena was professional and super personable at the same time. I highly recommend Glamour Me Bridal and Beauty to anyone! -

How do I even begin this review. OUTSTANDING, FABULOUS, AMAZING. Just a few words to describe Solange. From the start, Solange was attentive and thorough. I am one of those clients that emails you multiple times a day, changes her mind constantly and is nervous about everything. Solange never let that get in the way of providing wonderful service for me and my girls. She is very popular so her schedule is tight, and would make sure I knew in advance that trial days were limited and was always offering times to squeeze me in. I am a huge pain in the ass, and Solange never let that bother her (which is SO hard to do!) I changed my hairstyle completely from the trial and was so impressed by the outcome. She really outdid herself. Not only did Solange provide hair services to 14 people on my wedding day, but she followed us around for the first look and our ceremony, touching up everyone's hair and makeup so we would look flawless! I know your wedding day is the one day that you will feel that special, but with Solange there fixing my makeup I felt like a celebrity. It was the coolest and most unique experience of my life. I owe it all to her. Everyone looked SO amazing. I am SO happy I chose her, from the beginning I knew I could trust her. Solange and her team at Glamour me Bridal and Beauty were very professional and made my ladies look flawless! After my trial with Solange, I knew without a doubt that I was going to book her team. I felt beautiful! I was very indecisive when it came to my makeup and Solange tried many things until I was completely happy. (Including 6 shades of lipstick, only to realize I loved the first one..) My hair was everything I pictured and more. On the day of my wedding my ladies and I were a group of different races, ages, skin conditions, hair types, etc and Solange had everything to match my girls perfectly. Solange was able to keep us on schedule the day of and made my wedding morning effortless. I didn’t worry once about having to rush myself or any of my ladies. Solange and her team are absolutely amazing! They did my hair and makeup for my June wedding, as well as the hair/makeup for my 7 bridesmaids and mother-in-law. I initially found Solange via a MA/RI Facebook group and decided to reach out since her prices were very reasonable and her pictures looked great. I'll admit I was initially a bit hesitant in trusting someone that I didn't have any first-hand recommendations for, but I was put at ease after inquiring about her availability from her first response. Solange was always super responsive, answered all of my questions, and was very flexible when I had some scheduling conflicts arise for my trial.
On the day of the wedding, Solange and another makeup artist arrived bright and early to the hotel suite and proceeded to breeze through all of our hair and makeup. Every one of my bridesmaids commented on how amazing Solange was at doing updo's and how quickly she worked. We even got through everyone ahead of schedule with plenty of time to spare! All the girls looked beautiful and cohesive, and everything stayed in place throughout the entire evening.
As someone who doesn't normally wear a lot of makeup I had been worried about finding the right balance between over-the-top and natural for my wedding day. But Solange hit it out of the park and I felt absolutely beautiful!
I definitely recommend Solange and her team for anyone in search of their wedding day hair and makeup! -

Beyond happy!!!
I got so many compliments on my hair and make up from my wedding! I was dealing with Solange two years out from my wedding because I’m crazy and booked her that far in advance. She was very good at communicating and answered all my annoying and last minute questions! Solange and her make up artist arrived promptly at the hotel and finished everyone’s hair and make up in record time! Look no further! Solange and her team are amazing! After reading other reviews on websites, looking at her Instagram and comparing other airbrush prices, I booked a trial and I am so glad I did! I knew I wanted an updo and airbrush makeup for my wedding look. I’m an indecisive person by nature, but Solange helped to ease my wedding hair/makeup anxiety by helping to make my vision a reality at the trial.
About a month before, Solange sent a detailed schedule and invoice for my bridesmaids and myself. Solange was responsive to updating the invoice with changes.
On the day of the wedding, Solange and another makeup artist came to the venue’s bridal suite. I was soooo happy with my bridal hair and makeup, only making a few changes from my trial. The makeup held up on a 90+ degree summer day in our non air-conditioned church ceremony, pictures outside and reception!
I highly recommend Solange and her team!

Solange did my makeup for my July 20th wedding, along with the makeup of my mom, my husband's mom, and 3 of my bridesmaids. Everything about working with Solange was fantastic! On the wedding day, she finished everyone's makeup with enough time before the ceremony so nothing felt rushed. Everyone looked beautiful!! If there was one thing I spent a long time searching for for my wedding, it was hair & makeup. After talking to Solange and reviewing her services, it was the most affordable and quality service I could have chosen! She has lots of experience in bridal and makes you feel so comfortable with yourself. I was anxious to get my makeup done because the last time I got it professionally done, it was a disaster. I also have a lot of hair and wanted a style that would hold up all day. Solange listened to my requests and worked with me at my trial to give me the exact look I wanted. She's honest, but not pushy at all. There were some modifications made to my invoice, and she was very responsive and flexible with changing some times and services around for the day of my wedding. I stumbled upon Solange and Glamour Me via a local bridal Facebook group – and am SO GLAD I found them. Solange is an absolute pleasure to work with, she put me completely at ease, even before my trail, answering every once of my ridiculous nervous bride questions. At the trial I was blown away with how well she captured the look I was hoping for (both hair and makeup) and how much fun it was sitting in the chair and chatting as she did. Along the way she was super helpful and responsive, and flexible with our ever changing list of services. On my wedding day she came to my house and breezed through hair for six bridesmaids, two moms and my bridal hair and makeup. Some knew exactly what they wanted, others left it up to her and every one of us looked and felt gorgeous. We also had the pleasure of working with Koorena who did makeup for three bridesmaids and both moms, some who never wear makeup and others who were more particular – again everyone came out looking great. Glamour Me offers reasonable prices, and a friendly/skilled staff. Solange and her team made me feel like an absolute princess on my wedding day and I would and will recommend them! -

Even though she was away the weekend of my wedding celebrating her one year wedding anniversary she sent the best of her two girls who were amazing. Mackenzie who did all of our hair was so funny and could look at a picture for 30 seconds and make it happen. Koreena who did makeup was absolutely amazing as well. She asked me what I wanted for make up and I said whatever you want to do as long as I look good that’s all I care about and she did exactly that. I’ll definitely be referring them to any upcoming wedding I find out about. The prices are on point along with them being there on time and being so flexible. She was so fast, professional, and accurate to mimic ideas and photos my wedding party wanted. AND THE LOOKS LASTED FROM 8:00AM TO 10:00 PM!!! Would recommend her to every single bride. Tina Sent on 03/09/2018The day of the wedding she was on time.. and like an hour ahead of schedule. I was nervous when she only scheduled 30 mins per person.. but she really knows what she is doing and I had to trust that.. and it's not because she is rushing.. she has been doing bridal hair for so long that she just has a routine and knows how to do eachstep correctly.
So of course, she did my hair exactly how I wanted. There was no need to an updo.. my hair stayed put all night. In fact... I went to sleep.. didn't touch it.. and the next morning it looked great too. That was important because we got back in the dress and tux to visit my husband's grandmother in the nursing home... and my hair still looked perfect. My bridesmaids' hair all looked perfect, my mother's hair looked perfect...
Solange was so ahead of schedule.. she even did my grandmother's hair (for free)... the little girls had beautiful high (inspired by Disney) buns which were perfect.. perfect makeup for the little girls.... one of the older girls who has a pixie style cut said she didn't like her hair pinned back and Solange was so kind and worked with her to find something she liked... and she stuck around to put the veil in... just perfection all around.
I urge you to book a trial with Solange and see what she is capable of.. I mean I literally did 5 hair trials before I even met her.. that should say a lot right there!! Honestly... I could go on and on!! :) -

Solange is professional and easy to work with. The inquiry, quote, and contract process was simple and easy to understand. Solange’s pricing is very reasonable for the value she provides. Brides - do the trial!!! After my trial I sent Solange some feedback of changes I wanted to be made and she took it well. On the day of the wedding, she absolutely nailed the vision, even exceeded my expectations. Her tools are clean or new and she uses well known products. My makeup didn’t budge all night, and my hair was still curled 2 days later. Solange is easy to talk to, and stuck to the committed timelines. I cannot recommend her enough for you and your wedding party. -

I was married this past weekend and I hired Janet to do my hair along with 6 other girls. All of my girls hair came out decent although not what they shower her pictures of. When it came to my hair all I wanted was a pony tail and showed her a picture and she said it was absolutely no problem and easy to do. She literally gave me a huge bun with like 3 curls hanging out of it, it looked like I had a mullet. I made her fix it so I thought, 2 tries later I had to make her take it down. To my surprise she started brushing out my hair caked with hairspray and already curled (about an hour and a half before we planned to leave for the venue) I was already not happy but was trying to be as nice as possible about it. My hair was extremely subpar and I have very long hair that could've been so beautiful for my wedding if I went elsewhere. Then when I was finally at the point that it was good enough, I went to the bathroom and came out and she was getting in her car and took off not saying bye to me or anything. My photographer and videographer couldnt believe what happened her extreme unprofessionalism made her by far the worst part of my wedding day and I hope my review saves future brides from her mess.
