Great Experience!

I used Glamour Beauty for my wedding makeup and they did a fantastic job. During my trial, Katie walked me through different options and explained what she was doing so that I would feel comfortable on the day of my wedding. She listened intently when I explained things that I knew I didn’t like and presented other alternatives to test during the trial that could make me feel more comfortable. She took all of my suggestions and was very flexible two days before the wedding when all of my bridesmaids changed their minds and decided they wanted air brush makeup because of the heat. On the day of the wedding, Katie and Kiara arrived early before 7am to setup and were done about an hour early with myself and the 7 other women who needed their makeup done! I loved being ahead of schedule and it make the whole process much less stressful. Katie and Kiara came prepared, were very professional and made us all feel and look beautiful! I would highly recommend Glamour Beauty!!

Sommer was great at trial and day of! She used my samples to start and then listened to my change requests to find my perfect wedding look.

Dream Team

Amazing group of makeup and hair stylists. I had Katie, Kevin and Sommer. They are a fantastic team and work very well together. They were fun to be around and provide superb services for all of us. This dream team will make your day perfect!

Recommend Airbrush!

We used Audrey with Glamour Beauty for our wedding on June 1st 2019. Audrey was personable and came highly recommended from a friend. She did not disappoint. Our hair lasted until the end of the night, even though we had it down. The only thing I wish I had done differently was chosen the airbrush makeup instead of the traditional. Not their fault but my own. My made of honor used the airbrush and it was gorgeous and lasted until the next day. The traditional makeup lasted as well but I liked the look of the airbrush better.

Out of state bride!

I was an out of state bride and was definitely stressed about planning a wedding from New York. Glamour Beauty made the process easy and stress - free. They send out reminder emails weekly and accept separate invoicing to each bridal party. Nice since I could not collect payment from them being far away.
I opted out of the trial due to me not being in Minnesota until the week of my wedding. Audrey and Leanne did perfect even without the trial. I was nervous but Audrey and Leanne eased my nerves. My makeup and hair was BEAUTIFUL. They got my vision even without meeting me prior. My bride tribe also got the looks they envisioned.
I would recommend them and recommend doing a trial if you live in the state.

Woohoo!

WooHoo, these gals and guys are FANTASTIC! I had Kevin as my makeup artist and Macy as my hair stylist. Both makeup and hair turned out perfect. Kevin was friendly and listened to my inspirations, tweaking my makeup to make my best features POP. Macy was sweet and did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will book them for all my makeup/hair!!!!!!!!

Amazing Airbrush Makeup

Audrey and Macy did our makeup the day of our wedding. We all had the Glamour beauty airbrush makeup. Very relaxing almost like a spa treatment with the airbrush. It feels like cool air/mist on your face and we had our eyes closed the whole time to not crease our airbrush eyeshadow. I would highly recommend the airbrush eyeshadow it is natural and is a special relaxation on your busy morning

So talented! Audrey and her team came and did our wedding hair and makeup for my wedding. Each style was executed beautifully. Our makeup was perfect too! Everyone gave us compliments all night long.

I recommend Audrey and her team. I hired Audrey for my engagement photos and loved my hair and makeup so I hired her again for my wedding. I liked my hair and makeup even better on my wedding day. If that is possible. Audrey is professional and artistic young woman. Her team is just as great as she is. I highly recommend any artist from Glamour Beauty.

Book them!

I was the MOH in my best friends wedding. I had found Audrey on the Knot for my wedding and my best friend ended up going with her as well. Audrey and her team provided airbrush makeup for all 12 of us. The makeup lasted all night. The only downside was I had to pay a little extra for Audrey (since she's the owner) but I would definitely request her for the main artist. Her work is definitely worth the extra money. I can't wait to have them do our wedding hair and makeup next fall.

Spectacular service!

Our original company ended up not responding to us so we were in a panic to find a hair and makeup company that week! We were able to find Glamour Beauty and Audrey helped us out! She was able to fit us in and provide spectacular customer service. We can not rave enough about her and her company!!

True Artists

I don't even know where to begin! As with most brides, I was stressed out the week before the wedding and was on the tail ends of a skin condition on my face. So to say the least, I was a tad nervous how I would look on my wedding day. Audrey really saved the day! She took such good care of me and helped fix my skin before applying makeup and it was FLAWLESS. I have never felt so beautiful than on my wedding day. I received so many compliments on my makeup and all of my bridesmaids (and mom) absolutely loved Audrey and her work. She is an artist and is amazing at what she does! That is no question about it. She is the most down to earth and fun person to be around, we were all a tad sad when we were done getting ready because we couldn't hang out with the Glam Squad any longer. It was such a pleasure and any future brides out there, Glamour Beauty is a gem!!

one stop shop

Glamour Beauty is the real thing! I had artist Leanne - one of the top artists at Glamour Beauty to do my hair and makeup, my 2 bridesmaids and mom. She is fantastic! Her work is detailed and she is FAST! She got all of us done in 3 hours! She is hilarious and had all of us laughing for the whole time. I had my eyelash extensions done by her too - this company does everything! They were beautiful and will continue to use Glamour for all my future salon services. Thank you Glamour Beauty and Leanne!

I am so glad I hired my make-up artist through Glamour Beauty. Audrey was my make-up artist and she did an excellent job. I didn't even get a trial run done but it worked out perfectly. The hair-do looked even better than what I had hoped it would look like. The make-up was not too much, not too less. And Audrey did it well in time, she actually finished 15 minutes before completion time and provided touch ups on my fiance. I am usually picky and a harsh judge but I had nothing to complain about. They are also reasonable and flexible, just the dream of any bride!

Audrey did my hair and makeup for my trial run, rehearsal dinner and day of! I wasn't planning on getting my makeup and hair done on my rehearsal dinner but after my trial I LOVED her work and decided to come visit her for my rehearsal dinner! Her work is outstanding, I have had my hair and makeup done for multiple weddings I have been in and Audrey has surpassed every one! Not only is she fun to work with but she is also the owner of the company and her communication is beyond what is expected from a beauty company! Do not hesitate to book with her!

Katie and Leanne did such an amazing job last weekend with my wife and I. They had the challenge of not doing one bride but two! Everything was perfect and they got every last detail down perfectly. Im not sure how Katie did it but she made my short hair look like it was in an updo! They suggested that both the MOB do airbrush make up and honestly it was such a great suggestion. Both our moms looked completely natural which they wanted since neither wears makeup often. Jenny(my wife) looked stunning. Jenny doesnt ever wear makeup but really wanted to for the wedding. After talking to both Leanne and Katie they settled on airbrush. Everyone needs to try airbrush makeup once in their life, Thank you to Katie and Leanne for making 2 brides feel like a million bucks

There are no words how AMAZING these two did! They were beyond accommodating with all the people and the time restrictions. Some of our wedding party didnt get into town till the day of and they made sure to get everyone in. They did amazing and all the wedding party looked stunning. The airbrush makeup looked so natural and flawless( it lasted for hours) They truly did everything to make our day special.

Just Amazing

Glamour Beauty did an amazing for my wedding last weekend 10/9. Katie and the team were easy to communicate with throughout the whole booking process from start to finish. They were on time for our early start time (6:45 AM). The trial went great and I felt great on my wedding day.

My girls were very happy with their services!

I contacted Glamour Beauty (formerly Dee by Design) to do makeup & hair for 3 preteen girls going to their first formal. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but chose to let the artist (Sommer) see where her vision took her. My girls and I were so pleased she knew that the girls would want the bright colors but that as a mom I wouldn't want anything outrageous; her makeup was on point! I will definitely be working with these ladies again!!

Audrey and Lee Ann are the best, they were so flexible. they agreed to do for extra people on a very short notice. They were fast and perfect even though we ran short of time. They were the sweetest people.

As a bride to be finding a hair and makeup team is a little overwhelming! Thankfully I had several girlfriends get married this summer and did all the research for me. Katie and Leanne blew me away with their amazing work. Not only do they do hair/makeup but the most amazing spray tan. The bride had the most amazing natural tan at the rehearsal dinner and a couple of us bridesmaids wanted one too. They were so amazing and got 3 of us in that night! My hair and makeup was exactly what i wanted. My Fiance told me that i better use them for our wedding lol I am so excited to do my trial with them in a couple weeks.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My hair and makeup was beyond anything i could have ever expected. I went into my trial with an idea of what i wanted and they helped make the looks me. I don't wear a lot of makeup and Leanne suggested airbrush since it is so lightweight. OMG it was like magic and so light and natural. Katie is a hair wizard and somehow made my fine hair look full and voluminous! Bonus is my hair lasted all night and even stayed curled the next day. Thank you so much ladies

Horror-story experience

I had my bridal hair and makeup trial with Macy last summer. The place was a very sketchy room in White Bear Lake, but I didn't care about it, and she told me they were remodeling, so fine (be aware if you DO care about that kind of stuff). Macy was sweet and friendly, but she really struggled to do my makeup and hair. I chose their full airbrush package and it was very bad. Her airbrush gun kept spitting the product on my face, so she would spend a few seconds using the airbrush and then a minute tapping my face with a sponge, trying to spread the product, back to the airbrush and then tapping, over and over again. It took FOREVER and in the end my face looked all spotty. The airbrush gave me no coverage and I literally had dots of makeup all over. I told her I didn't like it and she redid everything without the terrible quality airbrush. It didn't turn out great, but it was a lot better. Then we moved to hair (I had asked for a half-up, half-down, with a braid on the side and curls). My hair turned out completely different from the inspiration photo I gave them. She struggled for a long time to do the braid (which turned out messy and weird). She even apologized for it and said it was her weak point. My hair turned out suuuper frizzy and with a terrible volume. I was there for hours while she tried to fix it and not much improvement happened, but I thought everything would be ok, after all that was just the trial and I thought the owner would accommodate something.
I went home and called Katie later that day and that was when the horror story started. I have never talked to such a rude vendor. Not for a second she acknowledged their mistakes; she was unwilling to get me another stylist and refused to cancel the $700 package she had sold me, without keeping my deposit; all that while being TERRIBLY RUDE. She blamed it all on my hair type, even though they never specified it was a hair type they couldn't work with (I have thin straight hair and never had any problems when getting it styled before). She made me cry on the phone and remained stone cold.
In order to not lose the deposit (which she was unwilling to return), I kept Macy for one of my bridesmaids and MIL and had her do a simple makeup on me, without any of the airbrush scam. My wedding coordinator was able to get me a last minute hair appointment with someone from Hair by Heidi (honestly just go with them if you are on the look) and she did an amazing job on my hair.
