Being the Type-A bride that I am, I created a spreadsheet and compared a bunch of makeup artists from south FL. I researched for MONTHS and started following each artist on Instagram and reading their reviews, to see who would be the best fit for me and my expectations.
After finding Gabby, it was clear to me that her talent was what I was looking for. I decided to do a bridal trial before booking her for my wedding, just because I am very particular with my makeup/hair. The trial was an amazing experience and I totally recommend it. We got to play with different styles and see how it would look the day of the wedding. I decided to book her for my wedding date after the amazing job she did during trial!
Her and Sophie were outstanding the day of my wedding. Not only did they made me feel like a queen, but they also did an amazing job with my bridal party makeup, including my mom, aunt, and my sweet abuelita (6 people in total)! Hiring Gabby for my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made to bring my wedding vision to life. Gabby and Sophie were punctual, talented, and made my bridesmaids and I feel amazing! They are funny, talented, and super professional. Our makeup lasted all night, even with all the dancing and humidity in Miami.
Honestly, I just wish I'd have found her sooner, but all those hours I spent researching paid off!
PS. I will definitely hire her and Sophie again for any future events. -

Right to the point, AMAZING! Highly recommend!
Let me explain.. I’m a jersey gal, so you can imagine my anxiety trying to find a hair & makeup team for my destination wedding.. and not knowing a soul in Florida to ask for recommendations. I did a quick Instagram search & the rest is history.
Gabby & Sophie’s work speaks volumes, and I knew I wanted them just by looking at their Instagram feed.
Right from the beginning, the communication was phenomenal. Quick responses, and clearly stated if/when there would be delays.
Customer service is unmatched. Like I said, I’m an anxious girl, so I had a lot of questions. They answered them professionally but with grace.
Pricing was very fair & straight forward.
I was prepped prior to arriving for my trail day. Gabby gave me clear instructions to prep my skin & hair for day of. The trial was perfect!
Not only do the girls have such talent, but their vibes are amazing. They’re fun and exactly who I wanted to be around getting ready for my wedding, and I learned that just in the hour for the trial.
Leading up to the wedding, there was open communication! They checked in to confirm everything before so I didn’t have to worry day of. The girls arrived on time for my wedding day. They brought the vibes & the talent on 100 that day!
My glam lasted in the Florida heat & sweat!!
We did a second hair look & touch ups (definitely recommend) and it looked just as amazing.
I cannot recommend these girls enough!!! 10/10, a million stars! ⭐️ -

Great team!
I can’t say enough good things about these two incredibly talented and kind women. They were an absolute dream to work with on my wedding day.
My makeup and hair turned out flawless and lasted beautifully all day and night. They really listened to what I was going for and brought it to life even better than I imagined. I felt like the best version of myself, and I’ve never felt more confident or beautiful.
Beyond their incredible talent, they were both so sweet, professional, and genuinely fun to be around. They made the whole getting-ready process feel relaxed and special.

Brides - look no further!
The duo you never knew you needed! Gabby & Sophie are truly the sweetest, and most genuine girls I’ve ever met. Not only did they make me feel beautiful with their glam, but they helped to calm my nerves on the most stressful day of my life! We chatted like we’ve know each other for years. Their presence is so peaceful, which helped to put my mind at ease.
Their professionalism is a 10/10. They showed up on time, which allowed for the day to start off in the smoothest way. They came with all of their equipment and a set schedule for each girl’s service. You can definitely tell they’ve been at this for years because they knew exactly what to do as soon as they walked in!
They were also super flexible and accommodating. We last minute added on an extra makeup service and they were able to get it done within our needed timeframe, and the bridesmaid looked gorgeous (of course).
I cannot recommend Glammed Up By Gabby enough. Gabby & her team are trustworthy, talented, and such a pleasant group to be around on your big day.

Gabby and Sophie are literally the dynamic sister duo!! I had four different looks (hair/makeup) with four different outfits and they helped curate my looks for my multi day Indian wedding. Two of my looks included flowers in my hair and Sophie did such an incredible job. Gabby helped cultivate all the looks so they didn't clash and she listened to my preferences. Not only did they do my bridal hair and makeup but they did my mom and sisters too. My mom has never looked better! We were OBSESSED with how good all the looks came out. For my Indian brides, they can help you with all the jewelry needed for your hair for your special day. They were on time, efficient, and the results were impeccable. I love a soft glam look and they were able to elevate my features with still feeling like myself. Gabby’s makeup lasted all day for my outdoor wedding. You can trust these sisters to have you looking the best version of yourself. Both of them went above and beyond for me and delivered every single time. They even brought the flowers for my hair come the wedding day. Five starts are not enough. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!! -

Gabby & Sophie were an absolute dream to work with!! Both SUPER talented and the cherry on the top was how incredibly sweet and geniune they are. They both have such a calming and positive energy, which made the entire experience so enjoyable and stress-free.
They nailed my trial with zero notes, then absolutely crushed it on my big day! I’ve never felt more beautiful, while still looking like myself, in my entire life!

Trying to wrangle all my bridesmaids and my mom and my mother in law to be on time was not an easy task but gabby was able to stay calm and collected which helped me to stay present too. Brides... BEWARE of this DYNAMIC DUO. You are going to want to scheme up a plan to figure out how to bring them with you everywhere you go! I truly don't know where to start with these two fabulous women. They are QUEENS of their craft.
I found Gabby and Sophie on Instagram while planning my wedding in Miami (I live in New York). What captured my attention was their UNFILTERED photos of absolutely stunning brides of all backgrounds. The deciding factors in booking them (without a trial scheduled!) was the quality of makeup/hair, professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth they exuded via email. Could you imagine what they're like in person if they can be so warm via email?!
I booked Gabby and Sophie without a trial. I eventually decided to do a preview 4 months after booking them because I happened to be in the area. They knocked it out of the park and I asked them to replicate the exact trial look for wedding day, no changes needed. Had I not been in the area before wedding day, I would've still trusted their work on the day of.
Come wedding day, Gabby and Sophie were able to create a flawless, elevated, unique look on each bridesmaid, my mom, my mother in law, and me. This group was unique in the sense that they all had different skin tones, types, and hair types/preferences - yet Gabby and Sophie still nailed it. Not only was their work aboslute perfection, but they were the best friends/sisters you never knew you needed on wedding day. They brought the energy, the good vibes, and the inside jokes. I wish they could've stayed with us all night and I genuinely teared up when they left, which you can see in the pictures!
Everyone's makeup and hair lasted ALL night at an outdoor wedding that was in the high 90's with full sun. Gabby and Sophie's work is absolutely unmatched. If you want makeup and hair that will last all night, give you an glammed, elevated, yet still "you" kind of look, these are your girls!

Gabby and Sophie made my bridal dreams come true. From the very first email, they were SO lovely and easy to work with. And to when I met them in person, they were no different. They very quickly understood the assignment/ my vision and nailed it on the very first try during my trial. They both work so hard, and put so much passion and love into what they do which makes the experience 10x times better. There’s a lot of talented people in this industry but not a lot of genuine and helpful personalities like Gabby and Sophie. They made me feel absolutely stunning for my wedding day and I cannot recommend them enough. They not only made me feel like a star, but my bridesmaids and MOB fell in love with them as well. They truly are fantastic artists! Any bride would be LUCKY to have them there on their special day. -

The moment I met Gabby and Sophie I knew they were going to be the perfect addition to my wedding day. Their energy, their talent, the bond that they created with me from the start was something I will forever cherish!
Gabby, Sophie, Naty, and Kiara absolutely outdid themselves. I was so so happy and felt so gorgeous the day of my bridal shower & the day of my wedding and I loved the way the girls, my mom, grandma, and mother in law looked.
Everyone was so beautiful, and it wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for their incredibly talented team. I am beyond grateful for you and thank you for making me feel so special. I hired Glammed Up by Gabby for my wedding day hair and makeup back in November 2023. Both Gabby and Sophie are obviously incredibly talented, but it makes it that much better that they are also such professionals and just genuinely nice people. I met with them a few weeks before my wedding for a trial run and when I decided to completely change directions with my hairstyle after the trial they were so supportive and gave the best advice which made me feel at ease about pivoting on my look for wedding day. Wedding day morning it felt like they were just part of the group hanging out and getting ready. They were also SO good with my nieces (5 and 7yo) who were very excited about getting their hair and makeup done. I was absolutely obsessed with how my hair and makeup turned out on my wedding day. I never thought I could feel so beautiful and it really was all thanks to Gabby and her team. Can't thank them enough! If you have hair or makeup needs, these are your girls!! -

I had the pleasure of working with Gabby’s team for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with their work. From the moment I contacted Gabby to the final touch-ups on the big day, this team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m not local to the area and came down about 4 weeks before my wedding for a bridal hair/makeup trial. As someone who doesn’t wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, I was worried about not looking like myself on my wedding day. But after working with Melissa (makeup) and Kiara (hair), I felt like a strong, radiant version of myself on my wedding day. They proactively asked and listened to my feedback, and did exactly what I wanted on the day. My hair and makeup were flawless and lasted all day and night. They also did hair and makeup for my mom, flower girl, and several bridesmaids. Everyone was thrilled with their looks and the getting-ready experience. 1000000% worth it!!!!
Gabby provided make-up for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother. I couldn’t have been happier with the results!!! She has a wonderful eye for color, listens to your requests, and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a relaxed, collected stress-free attitude. I was so calm all morning because I knew we were all in such great hands. Our makeup and hair looked great all night long with hardly a touchup. I can’t recommend Gabby and Sophie enough, they are so talented at their craft and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend her and her team –they are worth every penny. I am already ready to book again !!! :)

Glammed Up By Gabby was amazing!!! Sophie did my hair and Gabby did my makeup for my engagement shoot, bridal shower and as well as my wedding day. They were so wonderful in working with me to find the perfect style for each occasion. On my wedding day, they hired the best beauty crew to help them with my bridal party and family (25 women). I am so grateful I was able to hire Gabby and Sophie for our big day! These ladies are so sweet and have amazing skill in what they do. I did a trial for both hair and makeup which I highly recommend. I have extremely curly hair and didn’t know exactly what I wanted so I ended up doing 2 hair trials, both which were beautiful. When I saw what the hair and makeup looked like together I was blown away at how beautiful they made me look. On the big day, I was a little nervous about my hair, especially because it was a rainy day. Sophie did a hybrid between the two hair trials and incorporated my natural curly hair like I had requested, and it was absolutely perfect! Gabby did a natural bridal look and it was exactly what I wanted, I loved it! As I said our day was a rainy one, and we had to make it work by taking pictures in the rain. My hair and makeup lasted the ENTIRE day through it all! I was blown away, these girls know what they are doing and prepare you for anything! My whole bridal party looked absolutely gorgeous. My mom had no idea what she wanted for hair and makeup and let the girls take the reins, and she looked so gorgeous, my dad was blown away and said she looked like a model :) As far as communicating, Gabby was the lead and is extremely reliable and responsive. She actually texted with me for a couple hours when I was stressing about my hair style one evening lol I was indecisive about what I wanted and she talked it out with me, sending me pictures of ideas. These ladies genuinely care about you and want to make sure your vision comes to life. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!! -

As someone who does not get her makeup done often, hiring a beauty team for my wedding was a little overwhelming! I reached out to Gabby on Instagram and she responded immediately. After chatting with her a bit and looking at her photos I knew I wanted to book with her! I ended up doing two trials with her and Sophie to nail down the exact hair/makeup that I wanted and was so happy with the natural glam look that they helped me achieve. Having Gabby and her team with us on the morning of the wedding was so easy and fun because they blended right in with the rest of my girls, chatting and singing to Taylor Swift while they worked :) Myself, my bridesmaids, and mother of the bride all felt so beautiful after having our hair and makeup done, and it stayed all day, even with the rainy South Florida weather and dancing all night! I would highly recommend this team to any bride, Gabby will make sure you look absolutely beautiful, whether you want full glam or just a natural glow! -

Gabby & Sophie are amazing at their craft & the fact that they have beautiful personalities to keep you awake during early call times is the cherry on top! But seriously, I'm grateful to have booked these ladies for my wedding day-- they made my girlfriends, mom, & I feel our absolute best. As someone who normally doesn't wear makeup on a daily basis, one of my priorities on my wedding day was looking like an enhanced version of myself & Gabby absolutely nailed it!
Not only does their handiwork deserve recognition, but so does their timely communication and utmost professionalism. Gabby & Sophie were prepared & ready to go for my bridal trial, and on wedding day, they were early and efficient with setup/breakdown.
It goes without saying but I will anyway, these sisters are an amazing team. I can't wait to get my hair & makeup done with them again! -

Best Hair & Make Up Artists Ever!
Gabby is hands down THE BEST hair and make up artist I’ve ever been to!!! We traveled clear from Missouri just to have our wedding in Florida. The day I had found Gabby and her business I immediately knew that she was who I wanted and I’m so glad I did. She made us girls look like models for my wedding. Everyone was so happy with how they looked that day!!
We also loved the fact that her sister is a huge part of her business. We are very family oriented and family means so much to us. So seeing that her sister tag teams with her to support each other’s dreams is so huge and so amazing!!

Seriously don’t even think about it go with gabby. We just had our wedding 1/21/2021 and I found GABBY via IG couldn’t have asked for a better MUA and person. Seriously so sweet and nice and made me look like and feel like a QUEEN not a princess. I did a trial for my engagement pics and actual wedding day and so happy I did both. Sophie did my hair and Gabby did my make up and just completely blown away. I was sweating from dancing and everyone said “you’re sweating? Your make up still looks flawless!” and the 7 ladies that got their hair and make up were all super impressed. Urgency, on time, nice, and did whatever it was we wanted I would give her 100/10. Seriously just book her now! Don’t even think twice! -

The best make-up artist in South Florida (and in the world!)
This sister duo is incredible! They’ve been a part of so many special moments leading up to my wedding day since 2019. First, they helped me create an unforgettable glam look for my boudoir photoshoot. This was my first time meeting them and I knew right on the spot that they were the perfect team for my big day. Next up, they made me glow for my bridal shower. For the wedding day, they created the most natural bridal look ever! My makeup did not wear out one bit for any of these occasions – outlasting intense heat / humidity and torrential downpour. My hair was also full of volume and the curls were bouncy and gorgeous! Most recently, they both helped me recreate my bridal look for our bride and groom portraits. I have had SO many compliments on my look – it made me feel really beautiful and confident. Gabby and Sophie are both on top of the latest makeup and hair trends and they really know how to work with all different skin / hair types. I had a million questions from the proper shape of my eyebrows to the best extensions and they had recommendations and suggestions for all of my questions! Also, my mom was really worried about her wrinkles being enhanced, my aunt has extremely thick, sometimes untamable hair and I have combination skin and thinning hair. We all looked absolutely stunning for the big day and it was all due to this amazing team of professionals! I didn’t realize just how important personality and chemistry are until I met Gabby and Sophie. They are very personable and you feel like family from the get-go. The stories we share help the time go by faster. On my wedding day they went above and beyond to distract me so I wouldn’t get nervous and cry. They are really truly talented, positive, charismatic and know how to perfectly capture their clients’ vision for how they want to look for their big day. I can’t wait what the future has in store for them! If it’s anything how I imagine, I can foresee a lot of happy and stunning-looking clients.
