    Gorgeous Wedding Venue!

We are 100% satisfied with our experience having our wedding at Glacier Hills County Park! Krystal was so helpful and responsive throughout the last year during the planning process. Our wedding day couldn’t have been more gorgeous in this setting! All of your amenities are in one spot, making it so easy on your guests. Our ceremony was on the sled hill (with chapel as backup if weather didn’t cooperate), cocktail hour on outdoor patio, and reception in the hall. Our bridal party stayed in the cabins by Friess Lake, which were clean and super cozy! The venue made our special day absolutely magical.

    Wonderful Venue

Glacier Hills County Park was the perfect place for our wedding. I first saw it when I attended a wedding there, and I had my heart set on it ever since. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and location is beautiful. I appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own food and drinks. We had a plumbing issue during our event, and the staff was really responsive and resolved the issue quickly. It was the perfect amount of space for about 175 people (including wedding party and vendors) and the supplied tables and chairs worked great. It was nice to have the venue for the weekend so that we could set up the day before and take down the day after. Glacier Hills was an incredible venue that made our day so special.

    Glacier Hills County Park's reply:

    Julia,

First off, thank you for choosing to have your wedding at Glacier Hills! We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and we are so happy to hear everything went well, despite the plumbing issue. We hope to see you in the park again soon. Cheers!

    The most beautiful venue!

If you are looking for a rustic/industrial, naturistic venue, this place is perfect. It is rustic on the outside but the hall has a beautiful rustic industrial feel. The chapel is definitely historical and very old but that is why I loved it so very much! Krystal, the parks business coordinator, was amazing at communicating with us! At the time there were not many pictures online of the inside of this venue so she let us into the venue multiple times so we could get measurements and pictures! The venue is very affordable. We rented it out for the entire weekend and they even let us in earlier. The capacity is 200. In addition, this is a venue that is extremely flexible! They allow you to bring in whatever vendors you would like. We really got to choose and build our entire day up from scratch. They do not supply staffing, but we were able to do everything ourselves with the help of our other vendors. We did not have a coordinator and the day went so smoothly!! Ourselves, family, and friends did not have to lift a finger!

    Glacier Hills County Park's reply:

Hi Taylor! Thank you so much for the nice review. We really appreciate your support of the parks. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you.

P.S. We LOVE the picture you shared of the chapel. Please send us more (when/if you have time). We're dying to see what you did with the spaces!

    Congrats again and best wishes!

Great Experience for a Fall Wedding

Glacier Hills County Park was a fantastic venue for our wedding! The ability to have the space for the whole weekend was fantastic for a DIYer like me. I had plenty of time to set up everything to how I envisioned. We were even able to use the space for the rehearsal dinner and breakfast the next day! The Ranger House was a great option for us to use for the groomsmen to get ready and for some family members to stay in for the weekend.
The staff members I communicated with were all very helpful! Highly recommend this space!

    Glacier Hills County Park's reply:

Emily! Thank you so much for the great review and feedback. It was a pleasure working with you and we wish you both the best!

    Beautiful location

Beautiful location, plenty of parking, grounds and building were kept up. The only thing I wish the building had was air conditioning.

    Glacier Hills County Park's reply:

    Hi Jamie!

Thank you for the review! We now offer air conditioning within the Hall. :)

    Very friendly and helpful!

We are strongly considering this venue, as it is a beautiful place to have a wedding! The prices are VERY reasonable and offer a perfect venue for a simple yet elegant wedding. The only draw back about this venue is that the chapel for the ceremony is not heated. We were hoping to have a mid to late fall wedding and figured this venue would offer beautiful photo opportunities outside. Since the chapel is not heated, however, it would be way too cold to have a ceremony in a late September/October evening. If they offered a heated chapel this would be the perfect venue.

    Glacier Hills County Park's reply:

    Hi Eva!

I am following up in response to your review. We appreciate the nice words regarding Glacier Hills! The historic Little Flower Mission Chapel was originally built on Holy Hill in 1925 as a temporary chapel while the church was bring constructed. We have done our best to preserve the historical space with limited updates! However, we are looking into the possibility for heating options within the chapel at some point.

That being said, we regularly do weddings in the fall season at the chapel and have not had complaints regarding it being too cold. We also do winter weddings in the chapel as well and have offered that couples can bring in their own (small) space heaters if not left unattended.

If you are still interested in the space, I'd love to touch base with you. Thanks again for the feedback!
