Britt and Jamie did an AMAZING job doing both hair and makeup for the bride and bridal party. Cost and flexibility with last minute changes went without stress or tension. They were flexible and very easy to work with. Both ladies were so personable, kind, easy to speak to and really listened to our wants! Overall, great experience and would book through them again! -

Even when weather was less than ideal for the big day, they created a flawless and long-lasting look that truly weathered the storm. Throughout the time leading up to the wedding they were super responsive and willing to help/answer any questions. On the wedding day they were punctual, personal, and asked questions/listened to all of my preferences and created exactly what I had in mind. Maddy and her Glacier Beauty Co. girls are simply the best!! Could not have asked for a better experience -- all my girls loved their hair, and my bridal hair and makeup was absolutely PERFECT. The whole morning was stress-free and easy, with everyone able to enjoy the getting ready process on site! My mom was raving about her hair all day, and Maddy was kind enough to stay extra to fix it up right before the ceremony. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they took my vague ideas for hair and makeup and turned them into the most perfect look. I had the absolute dream team for my wedding day in Glacier National Park, and I can’t say enough amazing things about Glacier Beauty Company—specifically Maddy (hair) and Britt (makeup). From the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease. They are not only talented professionals but also warm, calming, and truly passionate about what they do.
Maddy brought my hair vision to life in a way that exceeded all expectations. My style was elegant, timeless, and held up beautifully throughout the entire day—even with the mountain breeze! My hair is very fine and frizzes easily, but NOT that day thanks to her. She truly listened to what I wanted and added her expert touch that made the final look absolutely stunning.
Britt, my makeup artist, is a true artist. She made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. My makeup was flawless, natural glam, and glowy—just the way I had imagined it. It looked amazing in person and in photos, and stayed fresh through every laugh, tear, and hug.
Not only did they deliver perfection in hair and makeup, but they were also such a calming and positive presence to have around on the morning of the wedding. It felt like having close friends there who just happened to be incredibly talented at their craft.
If you’re getting married anywhere near Glacier National Park—or honestly, even if you have to travel a bit—BOOK THEM. You will not regret it. Britt and Maddy made me feel confident, radiant, and completely myself on the most important day of my life. I am forever grateful.

Dream come true
Absolutely amazing work! The ladies did great on my wife and I. We felt very welcomed and they made us feel so beautiful. I was very nervous due to this being my second professional hair and makeup but they did such an amazing job! I highly recommend using them because they made us look stunning!! They are very sweet and respectful. 10/10! -

The best wedding HMU in Glacier
Madeline did a phenomenal job on my wedding hair and makeup! I had a general idea of what I wanted but nothing specific, so I bought a few different accessories and a veil to experiment with. I left it all up to her and it came out absolutely perfect! My photographers mentioned multiple times what a great job she did. Because my fiance and I eloped, we never got photos of the getting ready process. Madeline was so sweet to snap us a great first-look photo, which came out so cute! The booking process was very smooth and easy. You will be in the greatest hands with Glacier Beauty! I can't recommend them enough! -

The perfect Duo!
I wanted to look like I had just walked out of a fairytale and Maddie and Demi made that happen. They were so lovely to work with willing to match the energy of myself and each bridesmaid whether that was nervously chit chatting or just relaxing in the chair. If I was to do my wedding twice there is no other duo I would have wanted. -

I would choose the GBC Team for hair and makeup services in the Flathead Valley every time. I got married July 2023 and planned the wedding from the east coast, so I did not have a chance to come in for a hair or makeup trial. After a zoom consultation and a few inspiration pics, Maddy did a mockup on a mannequin. On the day of the wedding, I told her I liked that, plus showed her a pic of me with hair that my fiancé like and she just whipped up a new hairstyle, clip-in extensions and all.
Maddy did an equally great job with my whole party that got their hair done.
And Sophia did such a great job with makeup. Just an absolute enhancement of our natural beauty and the makeup lasted until I took it off.
In addition to being incredibly talented, the GBC team has excellent processes so you always know what to do next, are willing to work with you on packages and are just such kind-hearted, beautiful people. It was a pleasure to spend time with them on such a special day. Again, I cannot recommend the GBC team enough from my experience.Glacier Beauty Co.'s reply:

Absolutely amazing!
I don’t have enough good things to say about Maddy and her team! I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day - even after a day of adventuring around Glacier National Park full of wind and sun. Coming from far away, we couldn’t schedule a trial, but Maddy was super communicative and we had a ton of conversations in advance. She’s so talented and absolutely made my vision a reality - and it was even more beautiful than I expected! -

I found Maddy online when I was looking for a hair and makeup artist. She is a one stop shop! She is so knowledgeable and is so passionate about hair and makeup. She worked with me and did exactly what I asked for even the last minute changes after the trial! I felt the most beautiful I ever have. Not to mention my hair and makeup stayed from 4 am until 12:30 am the night of the wedding even through out a 3 mile hike in the morning! Highly highly recommend ❤️ -

Absolutely the best choice. The Glacier Beauty Co did a phenomenal job for my wedding. Maddie and her team (we had Emily & Alex) are amazing. I asked for a pretty intricate hair style for my wedding and the adventure session into the park the day before. I paid for all of my party, so I used one of the packages. In total it was the bride's hair & make up (twice), 5 bridesmaids, 4 flower girls, and my mom. They knocked it out of the park. GBC is very responsive and happy to accommodate- even when it's a last minute/day off addition. They are super fun to work with and friendly, which when you are a stressed out bride helps a LOT. They are easy to work with and the quality is amazing. I am so happy I scheduled them. They made my day beautiful. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

An easy wedding morning
Madeline was so easy to plan with, despite me not living in Montana. I was, however, able to make a trip out to Montana prior to my wedding for a trial, and I am so glad I did - we ended up completely changing my look for the big day! The day of my wedding, Madeline and one of her amazing assistants were right on time and quickly did myself, my 6 bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law’s hair. 10/10 would recommend ❤️ -

Maddy was amazing to work with. She is professional and organized, and great communication prior to the day off. When the day came, she is all of that and more and we quickly felt like friends as she did my hair and makeup for my adventure day. Sadly she wasn’t available for my wedding day as well but when I told her my plan was to do my own makeup on my wedding day she gave me a bunch of helpful tips and tricks and I was able to pull off a very similar makeup look on my own for the wedding day thanks to her! She is warm, friendly, listened to what I wanted and a beautiful soul inside and out. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend!!!! Thank you Maddy! -

Dream Wedding
When I began to dream of eloping in MT, being so far away in MO, my first steps were to nail down my vendors. My only expectation was to find a stylist who knew how to capture the “feel”. A little research on some of the socials, I knew I wanted to book w/ MSSE. Maddy exceeded any dream, hope, expectation I had. The emotions I spit into words somehow made sense to her and she was able to conform my wedding hair into the style I had dreamed of. On top of that, she made my bridesmaids feel just as much, if not more, beautiful. Having her as a part of my beauty tribe that morning set the day in such a bright, positive, and exciting way. She’s personable, professional, and absolutely phenomenal. P.S. She has experience as a barber and even made my hubby more of a hottie!!! All our love, B + D -

Magic hands!
Maddy was amazing. She did an incredible job with my bridal hair and different looks for my bridesmaids as well. She is one heck of a master stylist and can go above and beyond expectations. Not only is Maddy an expert in styling, but she is so efficient too, not rushed, but efficient in her precise work, we got done way ahead of time!!! Maddy is the best!
Maddy was the best choice we could have made to provide hair and makeup services for our wedding day! She made sure both myself and maid of honor looked amazing and felt confident on our big day. She was personable and made you feel like a friend. She even visited my husband to help him with any final touches he needed! “Above and beyond” doesn’t even come close to what she provided us. From extensive communication before the event, personalized style for the event, and even sticking around for a few minutes to help with a wardrobe malfunction! Maddy is one of a kind and anyone would be lucky to have her on their wedding day. -

Flexible and wonderful
My experience with Maddy was great! Once booked, she remained in contact with me and made sure she had an idea of what I was looking for. My wedding was during the off season so she was able to accommodate me when a lot of HMUAs wouldn’t. She listened to all of my concerns and totally got the look I was looking for. She took care of my mom and I and we felt absolutely beautiful. Plus, she’s an amazing person and so easy to talk to so that was nice! I would highly recommend! -

Maddy was spectacular! She tackled myself and my five bridesmaids (all of whom have more and longer than average hair) and she did so flawlessly. I could not have been happier with my hair on our wedding day! Leading up to the big day Maddy was so helpful, easy to talk to and coordinate with, and very professional (and personal). Destination Wedding/Elopement
It was a pleasure working with Madeline. After showing her several pinterest images of styles I liked, she was able to arrange and improvise to put together a similar look. She took into account little tid bits I wouldn’t even have thought off, like where my clip should go so that it can be most appreciated during the ceremony. She was flexible and accommodating when I changed the location where I chose to get ready, and also added several members of our family who also wanted to get hair styled last minute. She was personable, approachable, and knowledgeable not only about hair but also about the event/venue and what to do for the rest of my trip (we chose a destination wedding and made a vacation out of it). -

Maddy did an absolutely amazing job! I was so worn out from jet lag on the morning of the wedding and she was made getting ready relaxing and a breeze! It was great chatting with her while she worked on my hair while I chilled in my Pjs haha! She did hair styling for my mom, mother in law, and my sister in law and I couldn't have done my hair better myself. It was beautifully curled but not overly so. Just what I wanted and she helped me incorporate a really pretty flower veil I found on etsy. I got the feeling she has been in the wedding biz for a long enough to know that sometimes things just don't go to plan but she really made getting ready so much less stressful than I imagined it would be. So glad she was able to help me feel beautiful and confident for our wedding in Glacier National Park! -

Maddy was so awesome to work with, and made me and my bridesmaids hair look absolutely incredible! She was so sweet from the moment I met her for my trial and listened to everything I wanted to create the perfect updo for me. Each of my bridesmaids hair looked amazing. The girl can definitely braid! I'm so glad I chose her for my wedding day. She was calm and professional amongst the chaos of wedding morning. I've been in several weddings where we were rushing to get hair and makeup done before photos time, and she was ahead of schedule the entire time which was much appreciated. She also made my flower girl feel extra special with the cutest hair style. I can't recommend her enough! -

Madeline will make you feel like an absolute princess! Not only did she perfectly put together my hair vision but she got all 4 of my bridesmaids looking top notch in record time. I highly recommend Mountain Soul Event Styling! Maddy Coogler is an amazing Montana Bridal Hairstylist! She is so professional and talented! She took the time on a weekend to drive through a November storm to Flathead Lake to do a hair trial with me. She showed up with a smile and was so easy to talk to! Then, when my July wedding week rolled around and the weather was extra hot I asked her if we could switch my hairstyle to an updo so I would be more comfortable. She was flexible and pulled my new bridal look off with ease! She even worked in two hairpieces that I had not even shown her until the wedding day. Maddy brings a lot of experience to the table and it was easy to trust her. My bridal hair was better than I could have ever hoped for! Maddy was punctual and well prepared to do a variety of gorgeous hairstyles for my four bridesmaids and two flower girls. Maddy was easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process. She truly made me feel important. You can tell she loves her job! She is a Montana treasure! -

I'm so grateful to have found Maddy for my West Glacier wedding. Not only was she really patient as I changed hairstyles and asked for things my hair just didn't want to do, but she also really delivered. She did a great job on my hair and also on some of the wedding party and family. She even did a clean up/trim for the groom's beard and he really liked the results (So did I!)
I also had a slight makeup mishap and difficulty putting on my dress and she stepped up to help. Her attitude is so calm, reassuring and can-do. Really appreciated having her there and would recommend her to anyone :-) -

Maddie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She communicated well during the months/days leading up to my wedding and responded almost immediately to all my emails/messages. She gave my husband a shapeup/trim first and she did exactly what he wanted! Then on to me.. my hair turned out amazing!! I previously bought Halo extensions and she put them in my hair for me. My hair stayed the entire time, which ended up being about 8 hours!! I also had no problems with my bridal clip she put in for me!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out even better than the picture! I am still getting compliments. I highly recommend Madeline!! -

Maddy made me feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day and her services were an excellent value. She was professional and timely in her responses, making the business aspect of the interaction a breeze. She was reliable and communicative throughout our interaction. She was patient and flexible for my very non-traditional wedding, and she was understanding when things changed from our original plan of who was having hair and makeup done. She was also just really fun to spend time with, and helped me create the serene and chill vibe I wanted while I was having hair and makeup done, which is really important when you end up spending a significant portion of your wedding day with the people helping you get ready. I could tell she worked really hard to prepare and make the makeup and hair trial a success, AND (this part was super important for me), when I brought things I wanted to change about my look and do a little differently from the trial for my wedding day she totally took it in stride and listened to everything I asked for, made those changes exactly as requested on my wedding day, and I couldn't have been happier. 100% recommend her services -

Maddy is the best!
Maddy is WICKED talented and was so much fun to work with! She is an expert in her craft and it was so inspiring to watch her do her thing. She came incredibly prepared, even practicing my style on a mannequin the night before and sending my photos (I'm from out of state and didn't get to do a trial) which was incredible! Maddy was excellent for our August 2020 wedding!
Maddy did a phenomenal job for our August wedding! She truly made my bridal hair vision come to life. With the busy and stressful morning, she handled getting through everyone's hair with grace. The mimosa bar set up she brought with was so much fun! She also kindly borrowed a table to us for our reception when we realized we were short one! I was so happy with her service provided to us. And as the bride, I was able to stress less about my hair and more about the special day! I would highly recommend Maddy's services!

Maddy was AMAZING! My husband and I were eloping from North Carolina so I was nervous about hiring someone I didn't really know, but I was spot on choosing Mountain Soul. Maddy is so kind and makes you feel right at home from the first contact I had with her via email to when she put the last bobby pin in my hair. Maddy did exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions as well. Amazing hair and makeup for elopement
Maddy did my hair and makeup for my glacier elopement! She came to the house in a whitefish and was beyond sweet and executed what I wanted perfectly (especially with no trials). My hair was amazing and stayed in all day and night- even through extreme wind! I did not want to take it out because it still looked so good. Make up was also on point. She did not make me feel cakey or fake. I truly felt so beautiful on my wedding day.
Maddy is pricey but I found all hair/makeup vendors to be similar in price and it is nice that she can do both and come to location! -
