Update 1/29/24- Gi, that is complete crap and you know it. YOUR contract specifically names YOU as the photographer. If you could not do the wedding then that makes YOUR contract VOID! We NEVER cancelled. Not to mention you lied several times about a particular person being "secured" when they themselves told me they never were. You provided ZERO solutions (another lie). You apologized and said you would be returning the deposit because you KNOW you are in the wrong and then changed your mind over a week later. I invite anyone to please reach out to me should they wish to see all of the proof I have of our experience. How do you have so many bad reviews with the same complaints if you aren't the problem? Where are the rest of your bad reviews that you keep deleting from these sites? Google reviews? Pay attention people!
Would not recommend. Gi was easy to get in contact with prior to us giving a deposit in June of '23. After that, close to impossible. She reached out via FB messenger and told us she couldn't do our wedding months after having our deposit but assured us she had someone secured to do it. Immediately after sending this message, she deleted all social media. After a few weeks of getting no response to email, phone calls or texts, I reached out to the photographer she claimed was covering our wedding only to find out that photographer was NOT doing our wedding and this photographer again confirmed she was not covering any of Gi's work a few weeks later after Gi was still trying to claim she had her secured. Her communication throughout all of this was horrendous and in fact the worst out of any vendor I have ever dealt with. After getting her to finally respond, she apologized for the "craziness and confusion" and said she would be returning our deposit. It’s now two weeks later, again without any response to several messages, she has now changed her mind and decided she will not be returning our deposit. The worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. Shame on YOU for your horrible “business” practices!

I presented multiple solutions to accommodate your needs during this time. However, your decision to cancel our services activated our non-refundable deposit policy. It’s essential to understand that policies are in place for a reason.
