Can not recommend enough! The absolute best.

Ginger was such a pleasure to work with and I absolutely LOVED my wedding makeup. As someone who doesn't wear much makeup, I was concerned about still looking "like myself," but I could tell from pictures and other reviews that her work is top notch. I felt comfortable with Ginger from the moment I started talking with her, and the trial/wedding day went perfectly. I can not recommend her enough and will definitely be making appointments at the salon with her moving forward!

Get Ginger!

Ginger was a great communicator before I even had my bridal makeup trial. We talked a lot about what I liked and didn't like during the trial, and I went with traditional makeup instead of airbrush. She asks if you plan on changing your hair color or skin tone for your Big Day so she is prepared. She also makes notes and takes photos for reference. Afterwords, she told me the makeup products she used, in case I wanted to buy them for reapplication at the wedding. I have oily skin, and I didn't have to reapply anything on my day! The lashes she used were beautiful and didn't budge. I ended up wearing my full-face makeup for about 12 hours with no issues or irritation. Such an amazing experience!

Ginger is the best! She was so easy to work with, especially considering the multiple changes to our plans we had to make due to COVID. Everyone’s makeup looked amazing and I would recommend Ginger to anyone.

Ginger is so talented and fun to work with!

Ginger was absolutely fantastic!! At the trial she really took the time to see what worked best for my skin tone. She suggested having my eyebrows and lashes tinted/shaped and I did so with her before the wedding and my brows have never looked better!!! My wedding makeup was absolutely perfect and beautiful. She enhanced my natural beauty and killed it with my purple eye makeup. My entire bridal party was pleased with their makeup and it lasted all day long in 80°+ heat. She was so organized, attentive, and just wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend :)

Ginger Completely Exceeded Expectations

Ginger is so professional and talented. A true leader in her industry. I was an out of state bride and was not able to travel for a trial with Ginger, but was confident from reviewing her work I could trust her on my wedding day. She did not let me down. I looked absolutely stunning and everyone in my bridal party did as well. Ginger came prepared, was on time and met the schedule she planned. She also made expectations very clear. She asked ahead of time for any skin conditions she needed to be aware of and was very clear that nobody was to be eating or drinking while in her chair so that she could make sure she was on time. Ginger and I have stayed connected and I enjoy learning from her healthy lifestyle. I couldn't be happier I trusted Ginger with my day.

Ginger is the best!

I am lucky enough to have known Ginger for many years as an amazing esthetician (schedule your pre-wedding facials with Ginger at ESSPA!). She's an extremely talented makeup artist that also understands how to make your skin and natural beauty shine through. You will not need to worry about not looking like "yourself" on your wedding day. Ginger is a perfectionist - the airbrush technique she used for my wedding was flawless. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL, were all extremely happy with their makeup - and one of the most important details, it lasts!! After hours of dancing and celebrating my makeup was just as beautiful as when I walked down the aisle. Ginger is extremely professional, will guide you through the entire process, and I cannot recommend her enough!!

More than Makeup

There are not enough words I can use to articulate how professional, attentive and highly skilled Ginger is. Her ability to blend makeup and highlight the natural attributes you possess is astounding. She accentuated the beauty of myself and all of my bridemaids. Everyone looked and felt flawlessly gorgeous! On a day that can be overwhelmingly full of anxiety and nervousness, she created a calming sense of security and an image of natural beauty that allowed us to exude confidence throughout the day.

Best makeup ever

I have known Ginger for a long time and I was familiar with her work.
I was thrilled that she was able to do my makeup for my wedding.
I'm very comfortable with doing my own makeup but it was such a treat to hire someone I trust. On my wedding day, it was nice to sit back, take it all in and feel pampered. She made me feel beautiful. I was very happy with my makeup, it lasted all night and photographed great. I received so many compliments. She is truly a professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Ginger Is Amazing

I was so nervous when I began researching makeup artists. I don't wear a lot of makeup and I tend to stick to what I know. I've had my makeup done by professionals before and I ALWAYS hated the final product. Whenever I first researched Ginger, I found nothing but good reviews. After conversing a few times, I scheduled my trial with Ginger. I filled out a survey she emailed me and sent her a few pictures of makeup looks that I liked. Words can't explain how beautiful I felt after my trial. Ginger did such a great and precise job. My makeup looked identical to the photo we decided on. I booked Ginger and Kate (her associate) to do my 5 bridesmaids, MOG, MOB, flower girls, and my bridal makeup. Everyone loved their makeup and had nothing but amazing things to say about Ginger and Kate. My party had both traditional and airbrush makeup. Both techniques were awesome! I would recommend Ginger to anyone who needs a makeup artist! :)

Ginger was wonderful! She was so responsive when I was in the planning stages of my wedding and very easy to work with. During my makeup trial she listened to everything I wanted and made sure I looked flawless on my wedding day. It was so nice having her come to us the morning of the wedding to do our makeup, and she is so sweet. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Ginger was amazing! I had a very close friend do my hair and make-up for my wedding, but Ginger did my bridesmaids. She showed up a half hour early, knew exactly how to set up the room for the best night, and got started! She was even a trooper and let me shuffle my groom out of our room minutes after she arrived (wedding-eve activities!)
My girls looked beautiful, and they were all very happy with their make-up. Would definitely recommend :)

Ginger did an amazing job on our make up for my sisters big day! She is very professional and makes you feel and look beautiful! She listened to our requests did exactly what we wanted. Ginger was my saving grace when it came to makeup for my wedding day. I am the type of person who feels anxious about having someone else do my makeup, especially for something as important to me as my wedding, and I'm also incredibly particular! Ginger not only made me look so beautiful, she completely put me at ease. She truly cares about every detail and has an amazing talent for making you look your very best. The most important thing for me was that I look like myself, despite wearing more elevated, bridal makeup than my day-to-day. During my trial run, Ginger spent as much time as was needed to get the look that we both felt was "just right", she listened and understood my vision, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. She's a true professional who is very experienced, organized, and well prepared to ensure that everything will run smoothly. The day of the wedding, Ginger did makeup on-site for me and my two bridesmaids. She arrived with plenty of time to set up and I was actually able to relax and enjoy the whole morning, as Ginger was so prepared and kept right to our timeline. I told my girls I've never seen them look more beautiful than they did that day. Ginger did an amazing job and our makeup really did last all night! There was practically no time throughout the evening for any touchups at all, but the fact that I didn't have to worry about - or even think about my makeup and could focus on everything else that whole day, was pretty incredible. If you're the type who cares about all the details, I cannot recommend Ginger Papp more.

Ginger was an amazing makeup artist! I am from out of state and she was so accommodating around scheduling my make up trial around the few times I was home. When last minutes changes happened on the week of my wedding for make up schedules for the big day, Ginger was very flexible and made everything go so smooth! She has an awesome set up with professional make up chairs, lights, and tools. She did a fabulous job and we all looked stunning! Ginger did mine and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding, and I can't say enough great things about her! She had us show her photos of the type of makeup we liked ahead of time so that she was prepared on the day of the wedding. We all LOVED our makeup and it looked great the entire night! She traveled to the hotel I was getting ready at for the makeup which made everything completely stress-free. If I ever need my makeup professionally done again I am 100% going back to Ginger.

Ginger is the full package when it comes to doing makeup. She is very knowledgeable about makeup trends and application, and she has a strong background in skincare and facials. The combination of the two results in skincare prep that creates a great canvas for the makeup to sit on, makeup application that photographs beautifully, and skin that never suffers from prolonged makeup wear. On top of that, she is funny and charismatic so the experience with her is always relaxing and fun. She is a hidden gem in the Pittsburgh area and I feel very fortunate to have found her! I strongly recommend her services to anyone.

I have used Ginger for my makeup many times. Always beyond my expectations! So when I was planning my wedding there was no doubt that I had to use her. Plans were being made for a Florida wedding. The one thing I had to bring from Pittsburgh was... yes, Ginger:)

Gingers's work is truly amazing! She is a real artist! I've seen her makeup on a few friends of mine she did for a wedding before and that made me excited , couldn't wait to get my makeup done by her.
I've showed her an image of a makeup look that I had in mind and she was able to duplicate that with some changes, which fit my facial features much better. I was very happy with the result!! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family for any occasion.

I might be the most picky girl on the planet when it comes to my makeup. When I set a date for my wedding, I decided I'd TRY to trust someone other than myself with my makeup. I was super anxious about it and after a couple trials from makeup artists, I had almost given up.

That's when I was referred to Ginger Papp. I went in for my trial and she completely exceeded my expectations. She is hands down the most talented makeup artist I've ever met, and the only person I'd ever trust with my big day.

It was so nice to feel relaxed on my wedding day knowing I was in good hands. She seriously blew me away with how perfect my makeup was. I had never felt so good about myself!

Since my wedding, many women have asked me who did my makeup and I strongly urge them to set up an appointment with her. Every girl I've sent her way has been beyond thrilled and booked her for their weddings.

I can't express how incredibly talented this woman is! I am forever grateful for her making me look my best on the best day of my life! :)

I can't talk highly enough of Ginger! She was early to set up for my big day which is so very important! She was calm and super professional... We had 7 ladies getting their makeup done that day and my Mother decided to add 2 more ladies to the bunch and with a smile on her face Ginger did 2 more girls for us. My makeup was perfect for me not too much but just spectacular that my husband hardly believed I had any on. Honestly if your looking for a professional make up artist who is truly a artist I highly recommend Ginger and her service.

We hired Ginger Papp for our wedding. I would highly recommend her as a wedding makeup artist. We had two wedding ceremonies in one day (as my husband and come from two different religious backgrounds). Ginger was able to arrive promptly at 5 am to do my makeup, my mother's, and my younger sisters for the morning ceremony. She met us at the second wedding venue promptly at 3 pm. She met with us before the wedding to plan the makeup looks for all three of us for each event. Therefore, the day of she came extremely prepared which helped alleviate stress. Ginger is very personable and pleasant to work with. She is truly a visionary in how she is able to transform your look. Hiring Ginger was one of the best wedding decisions we made. We were truly happy with her work and she made us feel beautiful for each event.

Ginger does fantastic work. She is careful, attentive, and highly skilled. She exemplified how make-up artistry is a true profession - anyone that thinks you can sit down at the make-up counter at the mall and get excellent results hasn't had the luxury of working with a professional like Ginger. I received compliments on my make up from the photographer, the hairstylist, and everyone that saw photos of me on social media. And I was only a bridesmaid!

If there was an option for 6 stars I would give ginger 6. She has always made me feel beautiful for special occasions and I have been working with her for years. I would and will continue to use her for every special event I attend. Her technique is flawless and she is also incredibly creative. Absolutely love her and her work

Ginger did a beautiful job on my brows and my makeup. She understood the look that I was going for entirely. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist! I would highly recommend Ginger for any makeup services AND especially for special events!!!

Ginger did the makeup for my wedding party and she was wonderful to work with! I mentioned in my trial run that I wanted a less dramatic eye, and she was great about making adjustments the day of. I feel like she really listened to everyone and strove to give everyone exactly the look they wanted. She was also kind enough to cover up some untimely mosquito bites I had acquired on my arm...and you couldn't even tell they were there! I would recommend her to all of my friends. She's very patient, professional, and easy to work with.

A++! Ginger has a supremely professional attitude and the skills to back it. She has come to my home/meet me at hotels for events before. She has a huge collection of makeup and takes great care of it all, high end makeup that she keeps sanitary. In addition, she is also super responsive to requests about your makeup and goes above and beyond whatever I describe! Ginger is the best, I have used her many times before and plan on using her again!

Ginger Papp Is one of the most talented make-up artist's I've ever worked with. I am a professional actress and have worked with many make-up artists over the years. She is by far the BEST. I am the mother of the bride. My daughter is also a professional actress. She too looked exquisit! She would also agree with my review. If you hire Ginger, you will not be sorry. You will be amazed.

Ginger is a fantastic makeup artist and very professional! She uses high quality makeup and brings everything she needs with her on site which is perfect for a bridal party. I received so many compliments on my makeup the day of the wedding and even afterward in photos! She did an amazing job! I highly recommend Ginger!

Ginger is the absolute best! She has done my makeup for my wedding and also recently for a wedding I was in. Everyone looked flawless!!! She always does the best most amazing makeup! And my fake eyelashes are still on after 2 days!!! Her airbrush skills are awesome too! I would highly recommend her m!
