  Very professional, no pushy sales tactics, great customer service. Kim was honest and upfront about the total cost of my engagement ring and the quality of work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Can't say enough good things about this place and the owner, Kim. My husband and I were searching for wedding bands to match my designer engagement ring, and could not find anything that matched well enough in a decent price range. When we first thought of having something custom made, we found Kim at Gillespie Jewelers and never looked back! He did a fantastic job matching my ER and got the band turned around relatively quickly (without having to send in my ER for months on end!). He also helped keep a few surprise projects from each other and engraved my husband's wedding band for me, and made a custom pearl necklace my husband gave to me on our wedding day. Everything turned out great, and Kim and Angelica were such a pleasure to work with! THANK YOU!

  We purchased my husband's wedding band from Gillespie, as they were the only place in Dallas we could find that sold Andrew Nyce Designs damascus style bands. They are the nicest couple and took great care of us. Our ring came in in a very timely manner, and looks stunning!

  My husband had my engagement ring and wedding band custom made by Kim Gillespie using a family heirloom and we couldn't be happier. When Kim was finished with the set, he offered to redo it, as he was afraid the setting looked slightly different than what they had originally talked about. However, my husband assured him it was fine and I can't imagine what could have been done differently to make it look any better. It's beautiful and the ring of my dreams.

  My engagement ring is an heirloom (was my greatgrandmothers), so it needed a little extra attention when I got it. I took it to 3 jewelers (and spent several hundred dollars on it) before finding Kim.
  
  As soon as I walked into the shop, I knew I had finally found the right jeweler! Kim and Lacey were so welcoming, kind, and understanding! Kim knew what needed to be done before I even opened my mouth. He completely rebuilt my broken, warped ring so it will last another 100 years. He also created a matching wedding band from scratch and it looks like it was bought with the engagement ring 100 years ago.
  
  We will be frequenting Kim's shop for many years because you can't beat the quality, prices, and service!

I cannot count the compliments I get on my engagement ring every day. Kim is truly an artist, so there were times I got annoyed because the process wasn't happening fast enough. That said, it was certainly worth the wait. I love my ring and would recommend Kim again and again.
