Sheila and her team created an absolute magical display of cupcakes for our big day. The hardest part was deciding what flavors we wanted, as all of them were incredible! The small cutting cake she made for us was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was so hard to save the rest of it and freeze it. My husband and I wanted to eat the rest of it when we got home! Sheila was very responsive and helped us create the best package for our wedding. Would highly recommend! -

Amazing! First, their food taste so, so good and looked so beautiful. Second, I had been emailing them in July (my wedding was in March) about tasting and I got the contract from them and everything. I filled at the contract and sent it back. Fast forward to February, I was looking through my emails with them to see when I needed to send in the flavors I wanted, and I realized I never sent the contract to them. I had accidentally sent it to my mom. So I didn't have a cake for my wedding like I thought I did. Now keep in mind this is 1 month before my wedding! I called them in a panic telling them what happened. They were super sweet and were able to still do the cake for my wedding. If this had been another vendor, I would not have gotten a cake for my wedding. They were super friendly and helpful! They food is so tasty as well! 10/10! -

In a single word... amazing! Literally from the tasting, to cake design, to the gorgeous display, I could not have asked for more. The set up was gorgeous! My colors were navy and gold, so they used gold stands with jewels, perfection. My guests went crazy for the cupcakes, even a week after the wedding I kept getting asked for more! I cannot wait for my anniversary so I can taste it all over again. -

Splendid service matched by delicious cake!
We decided to have a small ceremony before our larger wedding ceremony and wanted to have a cake and cupcakes for our small group after dinner. Great Service and Product
We used Gigi's for our wedding. We are not cake eaters so having Gigi's Cupcakes was the best choice for us. Gigi's made a small cake so that we would have the traditional cake cutting experience. We loved the peach blossom flavor of the cake. Our guests are still raving about the cupcakes and how good they were. I would definitely recommend Gigi's Cupcakes of Savannah to others. -

This cake was an absolute masterpiece! It was carefully planned but I ended up having to make very last minute decisions and the cake still turned out beautifully! The cake designers and owner really took care of everything for me! I had preserved the top tier portion of the cake and my guest at my wedding enjoyed it so much! It was definitely a statement piece! I recommend this company to anyone that is having a very special event! -

Perfectly Unique
Gigi's was recommended to us by our wedding concierge and we were not disappointed. Sheila was absolutely amazing to work with and completely understood our vision. Even when we asked for a little change at the end when my mom got us a dog figurine, she had no problem working with us on it. We absolutely loved our cake and it was everything we could have imagined. The cake was so moist and tasted amazing. We also visited the storefront to drop off the cake topper and got some cupcakes. They were also to die for! Will be coming back when we visit Savannah again! -

It would almost be easy to overlook Gigi's Cupcakes for a wedding cake. I mean, the name says cupcakes! And one often assumes that a chain/franchise might not be the place to go if you want a bespoke, boutique wedding cake. The storefront itself is also very modest.
But to not give them a serious look for your wedding day cake needs would be a serious mistake! They were delightful to work with and gave me every bit of personalized, attentive service you'd desire from a boutique bakery.
The tasting was delicious, the communication was top notch, and they carefully reviewed and made sure they understood my vision. They were also supremely helpful and understanding when COVID made me reschedule from November '20 to September '21. What I ended up was getting a superb, beautiful and delicious cake that looked exactly as I hoped for a wonderful price. I only wish I had eaten more! -

I worked with Sheila and Patti, and both were very responsive, friendly, helpful, patient, and nice even when I couldn't make up my mind on cupcake flavors- haha! The cupcakes were beautifully decorated and perfectly moist. They executed my vision for our 6-inch wedding cake perfectly. Also, the gold cupcake stands you can rent from them are very affordable and look amazing. Our guests loved the cupcakes as well! I chose GiGis because they offered so much variety in cupcake flavors, they had reasonable prices, and great service! My experience with Gigi's was with out a doubt easy and fun! We came across Gigi's around the corner from the hotel we were staying while in Savannah tying up the lose ends of our wedding vendors. The baker our coordinator hooked us up with was just not up to par and we came across Gigi's while heading back to the hotel. It was so easy to set up a last minute tasting and the package deals were just what we were looking for at the wright price for our destination wedding in Savannah. Sheila was our contact person at Gigi's in Savannah and was so helpful the entire start to finish. The packages come with set up and the flavors of your choice. The cupcakes were a huge hit and they even packaged the leftovers for us to take with us. We enjoyed the services and the deliciousness of the cakes. We would so recommend Gigi's Cupcakes in Savannah for any event that is looking for elegance, great taste, variety, and great customer service for their event. -

GiGi’s in Savannah was the best choice possible for our Savannah wedding! We are from KY and had our destination wedding in Savannah, GA. The whole process was very stressful due to being states away, but not with GiGi’s! They were so professional and worked with me to create a perfect cupcake display for my small wedding at The Mackey House. GiGi’s associates were so kind and made my day even more special. I can not recommend Gigi’s enough for wedding cakes! They were very easy to communicate with and Patti really made my vision come true! Also, I am gluten free, so the top layer of my cake was gluten free! I requested a specific type of finish and the cake looked exactly like my inspo picture. Beautiful and delicious cake! GiGi’s was able to incorporate a 3rd generation cake topper in with modern decor to give us just the look we wanted. Made it even more special and sentimental. We live 5 hours away but not a single problem handling details via text and phone. She even met me early on a Sunday morning to get the topper. They delivered and set it up at the restaurant which was one less thing for us to think about. She was very caring - I highly recommend. -

To make a long story short... I was robbed of a cake from another so called "Baker" This lady had charged me $450 and would not refund and swore she could deliver even though she had moved. 2 weeks before the wedding and she would not respond to text, or messenger. After googling and researching me and my now husband came across GiGi's and not only could they do the cake basically last minute, but they also made the cake exactly how I wanted it to look and the taste was Amazing! They have made a customer for life out of me! Definitely recommend over and over again! -

Stress-less and Delicious!
We had a delicious two tiered baked cake from Gigi’s Cupcakes Savannah for our wedding. They were so easy to work with! I sent them pictures from Pinterest and they made it happen! They let me know exactly what they needed from me, my florist, and my vendor and when we arrived for our reception the cake was set up beautifully! Could not recommend them enough! -

Following our engagement in 2020, my fiancé and I decided to get married with one month’s notice (to make it “official” before he deployed) in Feb. 2021 and needless to say, I was initially pretty worried it would be impossible to find vendors willing to squeeze us in on such last-minute notice, during COVID, and over Valentine’s Day weekend at that. Gigi’s (Savannah, GA location) stepped right up to help, despite having limited capacity to take on additional orders due to the holiday weekend, and I could not be more grateful. We had a 6”-8”-10” three-tier round cake with one layer each of vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cake covered in buttercream frosting. Per usual, the cake was DELICIOUS (pro tip: it’s much more cost effective to sample Gigi’s cupcakes to select your cake flavor than to do traditional cake tastings at many Savannah bakeries!). Gigi’s consistently delivers on quality, so rest assured, you and your guests will be more than satisfied. Gigi’s text chat service gave me a direct line to the bakery to streamline communication and the bakery did an amazing job bringing my vision to life (seriously, not everyone gets the layered frosting look right, but they nailed it!). Would absolutely recommend Gigi’s for your special occasion, whether that be a wedding or other important event. -

Best cupcakes ever... And grooms cake!
Sheila is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!
She is one of the sweetest people I know and we couldn't imagine having anyone better for our wedding cupcakes and grooms cake.
First off, the cupcakes are the best cupcakes we have ever tasted! Sheila went above and beyond when making them special for our wedding day.
Also, I threw a little curve ball at her when asking her to make my husbands grooms cake, but not out of cake, out of watermelon!
Pictures don't even do it justice! She took my vision of my husbands watermelon "cake" and made it more than we had even dreamed of.
Chet and I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond our visions and making our day super special! So many people asked both about who made the cupcakes and how we got our grooms "cake"

Wow. I had to plan my entire wedding from scratch in just 45 days, and Gigi's was something I had 1. Never tried and 2. Came highly recommended by my wedding vendors. Still, I was hesitant because in my personal experience so many cupcake joints that come highly recommended don't always meet my expectations. I'm not crazy about overly sweet desserts, I do NOT like frosting; basically, I am VERY picky when it comes to cake. I drove up seven hours the weekend before my wedding and tried Gigi's for the first time and was blown away by the moistness of every single cupcake, the lightness of the frosting, and most importantly the kindness, attentiveness, and flexibility from every single person working at Gigi's. We ordered more than 50 cupcakes for our wedding day, took every single leftover with us on our honeymoon, and my entire family made a pitstop before heading back home to Florida to get their own batches of the deliciousness that is Gigi's. If you are looking for a sign that these are the cupcakes for you... this is it! Thank you to everyone at Gigi's for giving us the sweetest and most beautiful, magical, day. We are eternally grateful! Here's to many more years of visiting our FAVORITE cupcake shop as a married couple! -

Gigi's was amazing in helping us plan our Wedding twice due to Covid. We had the most beautiful white wedding and red velvet wedding cake. It was so flavorful, fresh and absoultely gorgeous. I would use Gigi's again and plan on stopping in for our 1st Anniversary and getting cupcakes when we come back to Savannah. Thank you! -

Beautiful Wedding Cake!
My wife and I had GiGi’s in Savannah make our wedding cake and cupcakes. The wedding cake was strawberry flavored and it was absolutely delicious! The cake was so moist and had a ton of flavor. I asked them to model the design after another cake I saw on their Facebook page, and it came out to be so beautifully done. It was gorgeous! I would highly recommend GiGi’s for a wedding cake. -

I worked with Shelia throughout this process and she was always available.Whatever question I asked she always had an answer, and she worked with my budget.I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she made it come to life.I recommend 1000000%.I looked forward to working with them for my next events. -
