10/10 experience with Gianna!
Gianna was an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. She captured the essence of the day so authentically. She was super responsive leading up to the big day, we felt we were in great hands. Gianna exceeded all of our expectations. We also added on a film package which turned out awesome! We highly recommend Gianna for your wedding events! -

A true artist
My fiancé and I planned a wedding photoshoot in the streets of Brooklyn, and hired Gianna.. we wanted a rugged but clean look and she outdid herself. She is a true artist that knows what it takes to capture the perfect image .. she totally knew our vision and delivered! Would absolutely hire her again.. she was extremely responsive and laid back, and made our photoshoot an awesome experience. We absolutely love the film photos! Such a nice touch and they are super cool to look at, can’t wait to frame them! And we also got the photos back super quick! 10/10 recommend! -

Incredible wedding photographer (film & digital!)
Gianna was brilliant I’m so happy we chose her to photograph our elopement. She was very flexible with timings (even last minute changes on the morning of) and made us feel relaxed and ourselves. My favourite thing is that she shot on film and digital, so special to have both mediums and we even got the film photos back within 24hrs! She’s truly a master of her craft and a wonderful human. Thanks Gianna for giving us the best memories to keep forever x -

Gianna did an incredible job helping us to arrange our wedding day in New York, speaking to us in several calls to the UK! She helped us find an officiant, a location for the ceremony and a videographer (which was a last minute addition).
On the wedding day, Gianna was punctual and really friendly - she understood what we wanted from our day and was brilliant at adapting to varying timings and weather! She put us at ease from the start and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else!
We are incredibly happy with our photos from the day - Gianna's photos were everything we hoped for and more - if you like Gianna's style, you can be certain you won't be disappointed! -

THE most stunning wedding photos
My husband and I eloped in NYC in December and Gianna captured the whimsy, beauty, and spirit of the day perfectly. She was made us feel comfortable and natural, while encouraging us to take advantage of multiple sceneries like Central Park, The Plaza, & the streets of NYC. All of my family and friends say these wedding pictures are the most stunning they’ve seen. I may be biased, but I don’t think they’re just being nice! They really are perfect. -

Gianna photographed our August 2021 wedding at Frankies 457 Spuntino in Brooklyn. We recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.
We first contacted Gianna after seeing her reviews on WeddingWire and The Knot, and then looking at her galleries on her website and Instagram. Her ability to capture the authentic feeling between the couples in her images stood out beautifully among the many (MANY) generic, “wedding-y” galleries we looked at.
In looking through her Instagram galleries, it was striking how relaxed and natural the couples in her photographs looked. And so, when we first met with Gianna, we were nervous about how she would work with two awkward people who barely tolerate our moms’ documentary impulses. She immediately set us at ease with her candor, frankness, and experience. Her warmth and good humor carried over into the family portraits at our wedding, as she skillfully herded generations of relatives into just the right spot.
So, bottom line, we loved working with Gianna, and we loved the final photos. She captured our wedding day perfectly—when we flipped through the gallery, it felt like we were experiencing our wedding all over again. Everyone looks happy, young, cool, and delighted, which, as old millennials, is impressive. My mom cried. The photographs are beautifully composed. We look forward to showing the pictures to our grandkids.

There are no words I could use to describe our experience with Gianna that could prevent me from sounding like her own personal groupie. She is an absolutely beautiful soul with a beautiful eye for her craft. She is insanely gifted, patiently, and nurturing.
Our wedding day was extremely emotional. Perfectly imperfect. Everything my husband and I wanted and dreamed of. She was able to capture it so perfectly. 6 months later, we look at our pictures and are in awe every time. She gave us the greatest gift of capturing those memories forever and we couldn’t be any happier! -

Gianna is an amazing photographer and if you are looking for natural photos then choose her everytime. We are not your typical lovey dovey couple and she embraced that and took photo's that we didn't even know she was taking whilst distracting us with something else. The results were some amazing natural poses, laughing and joking, messing about. We won't lie and questioned where we going and having a rusty shutter as a backdrop was questionable but when she sent the final prints through they are amazing and have become some of our favourites though there was too many to choose from . Thank You for capturing our day in a spectular fashion. Don't look elsewhere, you won't regret it -

Gianna is a Queendom with the camera lens!
For our elopement, we ordered a package where we didn’t know who was going to be our officiant, and photographer. Oh man, was the universe aligned that day and blessed us with the most amazing photographer, Gianna. My partner and I were overwhelmed at how busy Brooklyn bridge park on a Saturday afternoon was and we were informed that Pebble Beach was a nice spot. As we were walking towards the original location, I could see that there was already another wedding down there and a huge crowd. My partner and I don’t like crowds it’s the main reason we wanted to elope and Gianna could sense that we were uncomfortable at the idea of being around a large group of strangers and she suggested we keep walking to find a quieter spot. She found a nice secluded grass area with trees either side and a cool rustic building in the background with rough old textures. It was just so us! We’re blown away by the way she uses everything, the surrounding and backgrounds to bring out the most beautiful shots. The photos at first glance look so simple but there is so much detail in each frame and it’s so subtle. We absolutely love Gianna’s work! -

Coming for the UK we was slightly nervous about the whole process as well as not being comfortable in front of a camera to begin with. The Most Gorgeous Photos Ever
From the moment I spoke to Gianna over the phone I knew she'd be so fun to work with. With a down to earth personality, the awkward experience of posing in front of the camera quickly went away with what Gianna brings to the table -- like her experience in the wedding industry. She was able to capture the sweetest parts of our big day. You could just feel the love and all other emotions in all of our pictures! She knew all of the little details about our wedding location that made everything run smoothly, and she even squeezed in some time for an unexpected first look with my husband. It was my favorite part of the ceremony because it wasn't previously planned, therefore the emotions captured were 100% raw and real. That meant so much to us. Do yourself a favor & leave the best day of your life in the hands of this talented photographer ! -

We will forever be greatful that Gianna was our wedding photographer. We had never met or spoken to her before our wedding day but she made us feel so at ease. We messaged her the morning of our wedding to add an extra hour as we wanted to have our photos in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. We were inspired by her own wedding photos we saw on her instagram & knew it looked like how we wanted our special day to look. She was more than happy to go above and beyond for us. My husband and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience with Gianna was. We met with her a couple of days before our wedding for some cool shots in Soho and her presence blew me away, in such a fast-paced and at times overwhelming city, she is very calm and patient. She gets to know you a bit in your appointment but also she found the beauty on the sidewalks, the great vibrant spots that ended up looking awesome in our pictures! A few days later for our wedding, again she got so many beautiful pictures of us and our family and friends. Though about 22 people were present, in some of the pictures it’s as though it’s just the two of us, they are beautiful and classy. There are some traditional photos after the ceremony of us with our family, but also some fun ones with are almost a little whimsical. We are so grateful! She is an artist and will not disappoint! -

NYPL Elopement
My husband and I eloped and had our ceremony at the New York Public Library. I fell in love with the look of the marble and really wanted to have a classic/glamorous feel for our elopement. Gianna did not disappoint us at all. The pictures were everything we imagined and more. My husband and I dislike taking photos, but with Gianna, we both felt so comfortable. The pictures came out amazing!!!
She helped guide us for our shoot and has a unique vision. I have seen pictures of weddings at NYPL/Bryant Park before, but ours looked completely original/different, thanks to Gianna! -

Dream all around!
Gianna truly made our day! She was flexible, fun and most importantly, a fabulous photographer. In addition to making me look great in the pictures, she made sure to highlight every important aspect of our "micro wedding", from the LES streets outside our venue (my brother's art gallery), to the beautiful chuppah my artist mother-in-law made for us.
My family commented on how much they loved her, even asking if perhaps she might be willing to join our clan permanently. I am known for making silly faces in photos and my husband is known for refusing to take pictures. Gianna patiently coaxed us both into smiling and truly lovely poses. Gianna somehow managed to capture all aspects of the magical day, from the serious nature of you know, committing to one person forever, to our hilarious journey through the freezing streets of the Lower East Side (me, a lifelong Miamian, in a giant strapless dress, no less.) She did this all while NINE MONTHS PREGNANT! Gianna, you are a miracle worker. Thank you! -

So it was great to speak to Gianna she is really friendly letting me message for months leading up to the big day bugging her with random questions, giving us brilliant advice about picture settings and being realistic about what we could achieve. On the day itself she was brilliant from being our witness and at points our body guard stopping people from interrupting the ceremony! Gi has a fantastic eye for details and captures photos that are more like fine art but yet manages to capture the precious candid moments! I honestly can not recommend her enough, she is just fantastic! we're so pleased that Gianna was part of our day, somehow she walked the fine line between being the ultimate professional and a great friend keeping us laughing and talking about all sorts of things!! She is a brilliant wedding photographer!!

She helped us pick our final ceremony location and could tell what style photos we wanted from our discussions/texts/emails. We had never visited the city before so everything was a little nerve wracking but exciting at the same time. We spoke to Gianna a couple of times before the renewal (she was always reachable for any questions regardless of the time difference) and she advised us on a couple of locations and asked what sort of photos we wanted. As soon as we met her, we felt immediately comfortable and her knowledge of the city was superb. We felt comfortable enough to completely let her decide what photos she took, the locations and even went to a location which we would never of thought of before,the photos were incredible. I would recommend Gianna to anyone and I hope my review, which will be one of many great reviews for her, helps put you in Gianna's direction as you wont regret it. If I return to NYC (which I hopefully will) I would definitely be in touch for a coffee and maybe even some more photos :)

I cannot speak any more highly of my photographer, Gianna. Weeks before my big day, she contacted me to get my ideas and a feel for my style. A week before the wedding, she took the time to personally call me to once more go over what my goals were and what exactly I envisioned my photos to looks like. You only get one day to get these photos and she cared to perfectly capture the moments that I would remember and look back on forever . My photos looked straight out of a magazine! The lighting, the setting/backgrounds (Central Park NYC) and poses were all absolutely perfect. She was very prepared and straight to the point making sure everyone (my family who attended) were all prepared so that no time would be wasted and we could get the most out of our session. She promptly delivered the photos to us right at 48 hours just as promised and I’ve still been looking through them days later just as I’m sure I will be years from now, knowing she helped make my wedding day exactly what I envisioned it would be and then some!! -

Great knowledge of the area. The pictures were amazing, not one bad photo. Her assistant was taking natural shots in the background the whole time, all black and white which was a lovely surprise when we got them back (which was the very next morning)! I'm not sure of exact cost as it was part of a package but I estimate about $400 for 2 hours and all the digital photos. Highly recommend Gianna for your wedding :)

Our wedding photos were just what we wanted, thanks to Gianna's incredible eye, intuition, and consideration. They capture the candid moments of pure love and genuine joy that we experienced - but also that our wedding guests experienced with us and with each other. When I'm looking through our photos, there's one point that always makes me cry. There is a series of photos of various people hugging us after the ceremony - parents, grandparents, wedding party, etc - where I can just feel and relive the intense love and happiness that we all felt in that moment. It's truly something special.
The photos are also artistic - framed and edited beautifully. We left the venue with Gianna right after the ceremony to take some photos by ourselves with some murals, and in the bar where we met. The photos from that hour look like they could be in a magazine, and we are so grateful to have them.
But Gianna doesn't just deliver a beautiful product - she is also a great personality that we enjoyed working with before and during the wedding. She's super responsive, kind, understanding, and she caught right on to what we told her we were looking for. She was also creative in the moment - picking great spots for photos and instructing us for poses that made for beautiful photos. She also brought a great second shooter and between the two of them, we were in great hands during the wedding.
We highly recommend Gianna for anyone looking to hire a real, down to earth artist at a reasonable price. -
