Having our cupcakes made by Khatija was a joy from start to finish. She runs the business out of her home, and she welcomed us into it for our first meeting and tasting. We had talked about just having one or two kinds of cupcakes, but she selected a third that we loved and had to include. Since we couldn't have an entirely organic menu due to budget constraints, it was important to us that we went organic wherever else we could, and she came through! She uses all organic ingredients, and was able to satisfy our request that at least one variety of cupcake be gluten- and dairy-free to accommodate a guest's allergies. You wouldn't have known it to taste those chocolate cupcakes that there was no gluten or butter! Even the non-dairy "buttercream" frosting was amazing! She delivered the cupcakes and set them up in a beautiful tiered presentation at our venue exactly as we wanted them. They were so popular with the guests that if she hadn't set aside one of each flavor at our head table for us, my husband and I wouldn't have gotten a single cupcake!
