  My husband bought my engagement ring from the Tampa location, and it is truly one of a kind and perfect for me. About a week after he gave it to me one of the side stones fell out (it is almost 100 years old) and when we brought it back it was replaced within an hour with no issues at all. We ended up buying his band from here as well (not vintage, but a new tungsten band). Now we can both pop in anytime to get our rings cleaned. We are both really happy with the quality and service, and plan to be back for future anniversary gifts.

  I love this store! I know its not traditional, but I picked my engagement ring out with my fiancee. I really wanted a vintage ring, and he was clueless. We looked online and found a beautiful ring on gesner's website. We decided to go take a look in the store, and it was perfect. The first one I tried on was my dream engagement ring! I did have it sized, and a few weeks later the ring had a split on the back. I stopped in the store and they took care of it right away. No questions, no finding a receipt, they immediately fixed the ring and had it back to me in perfect shape in a few days. The great thing about using a small business is that you always deal with the same person, and they remember you! We dealed almost exclusively with Shawn, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He called us a few months after we bought the engagement ring and offered us a great deal on wedding bands. We went back in and I got a gorgeous 1930s eternity band that I thought would have been out of our price range. The beauty and quality of vintage jewelry is just soo much better, plus many of these pieces are one of a kind! We spent less than our friends who bought from a chain jewelry store, and the quality of the diamonds are amazing. I cannot recommend Gesners enough!

  I am a huge fan of vintage and estate jewelry. I prefer pieces that are unique. I found the perfect engagement ring and wedding band at Gesner Estate Jewelry in Tampa (they also sell online). I found a ring that perfectly suited me. They helped me personalize it by exchanging a few stones. I get many compliments on the ring. We also got an antique wedding band here. It's a forever band channel set with sapphires!
  
  They people here seem as excited about your special purchase as you are yourself! They did the sizing very quickly. I had them even fix other pieces of jewelry I own.

  I have never been spoken to by a business so rudely in my life. Beautiful jewelry, but some customer service training is in order.
  
  My fiancé and I bought my engagement ring here and had a nice experience, so we also ordered his wedding band from Gesner. First, the ring that they ordered for us was too big. Someone at the store sized him, and at the time the plastic ring they used for sizing felt comfortable. When the actual ring came in, it was definitely too large so they re-ordered a half size smaller. They called us a few days later to say that the new ring was in, but when we got to the store it took them 10 minutes to find it. When they finally found it, the ring was the exact same size as before, NOT the new smaller size. So, they apologized (without sincerity) and ordered what they said was the correct size to be sent to us since we live an hour away. Once the new ring was received, it was way too small.
  
  I understand 100% that these things happen -- you can't always know until you try it. The problem I have is that when I called to see if we could get the ring in a 1/4 size, the person I spoke to was so incredibly rude that it brought me to tears. He claimed it was our fault for not speaking up about the size, told me he couldn't help me and hung up the phone abruptly after not even allowing me to speak. I was calling to ask about how to fix the problem, not to yell at someone. I don't yell at people; I'm barely even capable of that. I have never in my life written a negative review online OR called to complain to a business. I think they need to get rid of that bitter man or give him some training. Thank you to the woman who at least fixed the issue for us and understood the questions I was asking.
