Gervasi is beautiful! It is very classy

If you are getting married in Ohio, it HAS to be Gervasi. This is a five star venue at a three star price. Our wedding looked incredibly expensive without even coming close to exceeding our budget. Every single person we worked with - our coordinator, Kendyll, the venue manager, bar staff, catering staff - were so kind and helpful. We wanted for nothing. Our guests raved about every detail and every person they interacted with. Kendyll was so responsive and professional throughout the planning process, and ensured every little detail went exactly according to plan all day. It was a PERFECT wedding. We got married at the Villa Grande, ceremony on the veranda and reception inside. The linens were beautiful, food was delicious...I don't even know what else to say. What a treat. GET MARRIED HERE!!!!

Accommodations were upscale and convenient as we had rented a Villa across from our venue. Staff was accommodating and attentive. Food and beverage was perfect selections were perfect and delicious! You don’t need to spend a lot on decor as the space is beautiful. Save yourself money by having the essentials and a great photographer as the grounds are gorgeous as well.

I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for an amazing, stress free experience

Gervasi is a beautiful location for a wedding. We had a small wedding so we were in the Conservatory for the ceremony and had a private room at the Crush House for lunch. the staff was very helpful in making necessary arrangements and recommending other event vendors. we also stayed in one of the Villas and it was wonderful. Loved the breakfast we received!

Our dream come true in a fantastic venue, Gervasi Vineyard. Outstanding service from the minute we went searching for a venue to days after our wedding. Villa Grande has beautiful decor that you really don't need to do much! Our guests are still talking about the food and wines..

We had a great wedding and reception. With all the new Covid restrictions we were worried our day wouldn’t look the way we wanted but we were blown away. Everything was perfect and our wedding coordinator, Kendyll, worked hard to ensure we had a great time. She gave us multiple layout options that were covid friendly, she explained the new rules and regulations in ways that made sense for our event, and she made all the last minute changes we needed without a single compliant. The food was amazing. It’s been a week and our family and friends still have not stopped talking about how beautiful our day was. Kendyll and the Gervasi staff were all so LGBTQ friendly as well. We never felt uncomfortable and we were treated with dignity and respect just as every other couple should be! I would highly recommend Gervasi to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding experience.

Gervasi Vineyard provided our wedding with the reception only. It was superb. The wedding was in April and their outdoor pavilion does not open until late May so we had a small reception 125 ppl. in the Sophia Balleria room. It felt like we were in Italy. Laura Kell was our coordinator and she was awesome. Everything we needed she provided. She was so helpful with the planning, organizing, and the day of, everything went smoothly. She helped keep everything and everyone on schedule. The food was better at our reception than it is in the restaurant! We had a special menu and the chefs catered to our every request. They did a superb job. Our guests still talk about our wonderful wedding. I would recommend Gervasi and Laura Kell to everyone.

I photographed a wedding at Gervasi and I can't recommend it enough! Not only is the ambiance amazing, but so is the food and staff. The event coordinator, Brit, was very professional and helpful to both the bride and groom as well as other vendors. Gervasi is beautiful on the inside & out!

My husband and I were just married 7/21/18 at Gervasi. Ceremony and Reception at the Ballaria Sophia. It was AMAZING. Everything we hoped and envisioned. The process from start to finish was so easy and flawless. When I feared the rain, we came up with a backup plan that luckily we didn't have to use! Throughout the reception the entire staff (servers, bartenders, coordinators) were so attentive and able to help with anything we needed. My guests even commented on how great all the staff were. We also stayed at the Villas which are gorgeous, and the staff there were just phenomenal. Made it so easy to just stay at the locations. I always knew I wanted to get married at Gervasi and I've been there countless times so my expectations were high. My expectations were exceeded! I can't thank Gervasi enough for everything.

Josh and I celebrated our wedding at Gervasi Vineyard on 9/2/17 in the Pavilion. We stayed in the Villas at Gervasi. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our wedding and events leading up to the wedding we're exactly as we hoped and dreamed. The staff was amazing, helpful, and so nice. The staff worked to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Our wedding coordinator was Stacey and was awesome at ensuring all of our questions were answered and she was extremely easy to communicate with. She was super helpful and guided us throughout the entire process. Gervasi was absolutely beautiful. I could not have imagine our perfect day anywhere else. Gervasi and the staff working with our wedding surpassed every expectation. We will definitely be back to celebrate anniversaries and staying overnight in the villas! Gervasi and staff, thank you so much for ensuring our day was absolutely perfect!

An amazing venue for our wedding!

Gervasi Vineyard is a gem hidden in Canton, OH. It is the most beautiful venue for a wedding! The setting is on a beautiful lake surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean style architecture. I had to plan my wedding from Florida, having only visited Gervasi on two prior occasions. Rachel Reda, the event planner, insured that everything went smoothly and seamlessly on our wedding day. The food was fabulous and the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend Gervasi for a wedding or any special occasion!

We recently had our wedding at Gervasi and it was a wonderful experience. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food was fantastic and our wedding coordinator, Stacey, made sure the entire event went smoothly. Stacey contacted all vendors to arrange all details. I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. The only disappointment I had throughout the entire event happened while we were taking pictures during our first look. Gervasi requires the photographers to sign agreements regarding which areas are available depending on the wedding venue. The other wedding on the day of our wedding spent a large amount of our first look taking pictures in our area. Stacey quickly asked the other wedding to move but the photographer continued to take pictures until our photographer asked her to move a second time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Gervasi to anyone looking for a fantastic venue.

We had our wedding at the Pavilion on October 11, 2019. We could not have asked for better weather, it was just the perfect day! Our coordinator, Kendyll, was amazing and helped us with all the details leading up to the big day! She was so helpful! The staff there was absolutely wonderful the entire day. From the preparations, ceremony, cocktail hour, and then the reception everything was done efficiently. Gorgeous venue, delicious food, and amazing staff. You can't go wrong! We stayed at the Casa for a couple nights after, and it was the best way to spend the perfect weekend!

I can not say good enough things about Gervasi. Everything went smoothly and perfectly for our wedding. The food was amazing, they even gave guests take home boxes. The customer service is outstanding. They made the process so easy for us. The venue itself is beautiful and well maintained. So many people kept commenting that it was the most beautiful wedding and location. I am so pleased with the service and venue.

We had the best world class experience you could ever ask for at Gervasi. They were there every step of the way to answer any questions we had or make any changes. Kristine was also great! She was very patient with us and never pushed us in a direction that we didn’t feel comfortable with.
If you are looking for a place to hold your wedding or any event, we highly recommend Gervasi. They delivered all the way to the end and never disappointed. Plus the grounds are absolutely stunning!

Oh My Gosh...I can't describe enough how thrilled I am to have gotten married here! Besides the picturesque setting (that you'd never even imagine in OH) the quality of the event was amazing! One name sums up the entire reason that my day went perfectly : LAURA KELL. She is AMAZING! I would work with her again on any event, anywhere - she took care of everything, had great communication, always got back to me about any questions/concerns I had, and made my day go so smoothly I didn't need to worry about a thing! I just don't have enough words to tell her how much I appreciate her!
The venue was amazing - people will be talking about it long after the wedding is over (I actually booked this venue without even visiting, just based on pictures online, and I was NOT dissapointed!). The food was superb - we had a huge selection of appetizers and desserts and no one went home hungry - in fact, they gave all of the leftovers to the bridal party to make sure we got to eat something!!
Our families rented a villa - which though costly, is extremely worth it! Everything was so relaxed and taken care of I couldn't have asked for more on my wedding day. Gervasi Vineyard was at the higher end of our budget, but I'd go back and do it again in a heartbeat! There is no comparison for the quality I recieved at this venue! Thanks again, and I hope to visit many times in the future :)

We booked our wedding at Gervasi and will be getting married this coming June, 2016. From the moment you pull in it is just beautiful. We met with a sales representative who gave us a tour and went over the logistics of everything. They were so informative and personable it made the experience even better. So far we have been emailing back and forth with the wedding coordinator and she has been very quickly responsive. We couldn't make it to the scheduled food tasting so they scheduled us a private tasting. They have been so flexible, I've appreciated every moment with Gervasi thus far.

Absolutely loved this venue. It was gorgeous and well worth the money we paid for it. There were a few slight hiccups on the actual wedding day; however, the issues were corrected. The villas on property are beautiful and perfectly situated to walk from them to the veranda of the main building. Definitely recommend!!

Gervasi and their entire staff were amazing during my daughter's wedding. We stayed in the Villas on property and that made the weekend even more special. The communications throughout the entire process were great and they helped us have a fabulous wedding and reception.

My wedding day was the most beautiful, most perfect day and I cannot thank Gervasi Vineyard enough for all their fabulous service. They took such good care of my husband and I from start to finish. We were so, so, so pleased by all of their hard work and effort to help make our day the best of our lives. I was blown away by how beautiful the outdoor pavilion was the day of our wedding. Every one of our guests raved about Gervasi and so many have already went back to visit. I cannot thank them enough for making the day absolutely perfect. Venue fit for our princess in her wedding day!

Hands down- Gervasi Vineyard is one of the best places to get married in Ohio. I searched for almost a year for the perfect venue (including a trip to Florida for beach sites), but when I saw Gervasi, I fell in love. Although it is not the most affordable venue, it is worth every single penny. I am so happy I put the money into the venue- the service, the viilas, the food and wine, and overall quality of their wedding services is outstanding! Laura Kell is a WONDERFUL coordinator! She dealt with my frantic emails/phone calls with grace, always making sure we had everything was wanted. I have been told on multiple occasions that our wedding was one of the best people have been to and I have Gervasi to thank for that!! We already booked our anniversary stay in the Villas!

If you think the Gervasi Vineyard looks absolutely gorgeous online, you would be correct. But its even more spectacular in person. They have thought of every last detail. Planning a wedding from across the country (in 2 months none the less!) is no easy task however, Tina and Brad were fast with email replies, answered every question and helped make sure the day went off without a hitch. Tina was there to help coordinate the ceremony. She was always on top of things! I have to say Brad was the BIGGEST help I didn't even realize I needed. He was there during our entire reception, making sure guests were served and happy. He helped push things along (without being rushed) to make sure everything got done in our time allotted and as an extra plus ...My cup was never empty! You have a million places to choose from when looking for a wedding venue...The Gervasi Vineyard was an excellent choice. The grounds were beautiful and the Villas that most of our family stayed in were classy and warming. We will certainly be returning here for our anniversaries!

Gervasi was a dream location for my wife and I, and throughout the process they made it perfect for us. Despite getting rained on, it was the perfect day. I'm still getting compliments from friends and family weeks later about how beautiful it was and how delicious the food and drinks were. We forever will remember our wedding day because of Gervasi!

In our area Gervasi Vineyard is probably one of the most unique places to have a wedding. The staff are very professional and review all the options with you. So far we have had nothing but a positive experience with this vendor and are so excited to have our wedding at this venue.

Deb was an INCREDIBLE planner and I do not know what I would have done without her in the planning of my wedding. She then ensured our night was what we wanted and everything there was breathtaking. We have been told by several people that our wedding was the most beautiful they have ever attended

My now husband and I searched high and low for the right place to have our wedding. There were several contenders, but Gervasi Vineyard had them all beat by a mile. So we chose them to host our wedding earlier this month.
When I walked into the atrium at the Villa Grande, before I had even spoken to anyone, I knew this was the place I wanted to say “I do.”
Everything from the planning to the decor, the service and the food was absolutely top tier. My guests continue to compliment everything about the day.
We also stayed at The Casa during our wedding weekend, which may just be the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Perfect place to get ready for the day and to crash after the party.
I wanted to give thanks to the amazing team that took care of my guests and my husband and I. Allison and Kat made sure everyone has a fresh drink and continually checked in to make sure all was well. Sabrina, Katerina, Hannah, and Duncan were attentive, professional, and so so kind to everyone. Jack brought the night to a perfect close.
And finally to Maggie, who was spectacular from the first email to the last. She answered every question, problem solved, and made our wedding as amazing as we had ever dreamed.

My husband and I will return for weekend getaways and anniversaries for years to come as the entire property now holds a special place in our hearts. Thank you for the most wonderful day ever.

Gervasi made our day spectacular. My wife and I were treated so well and the day went off without a hitch. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and I could not ask for a better venue.

Kendyll was absolutely superb. She was easy to work with, she helped us with all of our changes and helped keep our wedding day perfect even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was everywhere you needed her to be, she even helped bustle my wedding dress!

This is a hidden gem in Northeast Ohio! My husband and I got married at Gervasi two weeks ago and it was amazing! The guests are still raving about the food, breathtaking scenery and hospitality offered by Gervasi. Our event coordinator, Kristine, was super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. We had dietary restrictions, so the chef and coordinator adjusted and placed orders specifically for our event. The staff also went out of their way to make sure guests were taken care of. Thank you Kristine, Gervasi and the staff for your superb work and helping make our day so special! 10/10 would DEFINIATELY recommend!!

We were very BLESSED to be able to secure the date we did, and marry at Gervasi Vineyards in Canton, Ohio March 1, 2014. With the Villas rented, we had our family and friends stay in the comforts of "home", while feeling we were all in Italy! A Special day, with amazing food, warm receptions, and attention to detail. A special Thank you goes out to Deb H., who's guidance and gentle suggestions, where welcomed and so much appreciated. They ALL made our Wedding day, a MAGICAL MOMENT! The food, was delicious!!!

Gervasi Vineyard's Ballroom provided the exact backdrop we were hoping to achieve for our wedding reception. The venue is lovely and the food/wine were terrific. I would not hesitate booking Gervasi Vineyard for a future event. Rachel Reda was an amazing coordinator to work with - professional, speedy, accommodating and personable.

We had Rachel as a wedding coordinator for our wedding and she ROCKED! So quick to respond to my emails, answers were clear and detailed, all meetings with her went smooth and she wrote down every detail we requested and made our visions come true. Rachel made the wedding planning process a breeze. She set up our wedding decor/centerpieces beautifully and even took time to shine the glasses and vases we brought. She even saved me 750 corks to use for part of my DIY decor. Aside from our awesome wedding coordinator, Gervasi is beautiful. My husband and I love it here. We had one of our first dates here, got engaged here, and got married here. It's romantic, relaxing, and food is delicious. The prices are up there, but it is worth it.

Our wedding was 1/27/18. We had our ceremony in the conservatory and reception in the ballaria. Our wedding was amazing and the staff treated us like royalty. If you want a wedding of a life time Gervasi will make that dream come true !

The Conservatory and il Cantino were perfect for our intimate wedding. We based our selection of venue primarily on the quality of Gervasi's food and wine. Our luxury villa was just steps away from both the ceremony and reception sites. This allowed me to enjoy what few brides experience, a stress-free wedding day. Our wait staff was attentive beyond measure, wanting to make sure my day was perfect. We are completely satisfied with our decision to wed at Gervasi Vineyard and cannot imagine having selected any other venue.

We just got married and held our reception at Gervasi. We loved the experience. From the time we walked in the doors, we knew this would be our venue. The food was fantastic and the staff was so accommodating.

Gervasi held their annual food tasting event, which I wasn't able to make it to. My mom and her friend went and sampled all the options, so that we would know what we wanted at the reception. Everything was so delicious that it was hard to choose from. The wines and desserts were obviously amazing, too.

Rachel, who helped coordinate our event, was prompt in replying when we had questions. She made sure everything (picture frames, guest book, card box) went where it was supposed to. We were not stressed going in, at all.

The reception was beautiful. It rained that day so unfortunately, it was a bit muddy taking pictures out near the lake. There was some duck/goose droppings, too, which wasn't very attractive but not horrible. We chose to hold our reception at the Ballaria Sophia because of its indoor/outdoor option - but it was too cold and wet to use the outside, which was kind of a bummer. I don't think anyone would have wanted to go outside and walk around, anyways. Everything was beautiful inside. The food was served hot, which was so important to us, and with a stunning presentation. The dessert table was gorgeous.

Afterward, the staff helped clean and pack everything up neatly. They gave us the rest of our cake, the rest of our opened but unfinished wine and a whole new bottle for the newlyweds.

Overall, we wouldn't have changed a thing about this venue. It made for the most perfect day.

Throughout the entire process, I had an event coordinator who was always available to answer questions, which really helped make the process easier and less stressful. Everyone that I worked with was friendly, responsive, and flexible.

The food and wine were incredible and the overall location is beyond gorgeous. While the services they provide are on the more expensive side, it was definitely worth it in the end. I can confidently say that Gervasi helped make my wedding an event that people will be talking about for years to come!

We loved our experience with Gervasi! Everything was darn near perfect. The food was exceptional, the service is 5 stars, the views are spectacular! My only issue was finding out that after spending the money to book an entire villa for my wedding party we had to spend $16 more each day over 2 guests in each suite. Each suite holds more than 2 adults. So, breakfast was not complimentary for anybody over 8 adults each day. We were surprised that the additional cost added up to nearly an extra $300! When the cost of renting a Villa is thousands, one shouldn’t need to have to pay extra for breakfast for those staying.

Gervasi is such a beautiful place to get married! We really enjoyed the experience of working with Rachel and everyone. Everyone was very responsive and made sure we had all the details down! :) I was really happy that I didn't have to worry with such a professional and detail-oriented coordinator. The process was easy and everything was perfect!!

Gervasi was our first and only pick for our daughter's wedding! We had stayed there several times before and knew it would be perfect. From the serene lake with a swan that seems to appear on cue for photos, the calm and luxurious environment of the villas, the delicious food, and the Gervasi staff who are always attentive, professional and friendly, we knew we would find no better place to enjoy this celebration.
A few suggestions:
You may want to ask the event coordinator for pictures of how your food selections will be displayed at your reception so your vision is carried out.
Consider asking the staff to have a sandwich platter or small plates of munchies available for your bridal party while getting ready on your day. There is a lot going on between breakfast and the reception, and you will want something to keep you going.
Above all, an event at Gervasi is the perfect choice!

Wonderful! The gervasi staff really made our wedding special and easy to plan!

Gervasi is definitely the most beautiful venue in the Akron/Canton area, and its prices match, but I was overall very happy with my choice. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many beautiful photo ops on the property. The food is also amazing--SO much better than typical wedding fare.

I planned my wedding from out of state and the head wedding coordinator Laura did a great job keeping me in the loop and answering my emails promptly-I LOVED her. Laura went on maternity leave the week before my wedding, but had set me up communicating with her assistant Jordan who was also fantastic and helped me finalize all my last minute details and was a fantastic communicator.

The downfall was the day of the wedding when Jordan was not present at my reception and the two women who were there failed to execute the plans I had worked with Jordan and Laura on. Neither woman introduced themselves to myself or my husband (totally unprofessional) and claimed that they did not receive my seating arrangements and had to do set up until the 11th hour. We also asked them to handle a guest issue for us and they completely ignored the request. Finally, this is a small detail but, the servers put out the butter horus before guests arrived on our 90* wedding day--common sense would have caught that as a no no, and it makes me nervous about what other food safety issues may have happened that I was unaware of. Through the year+ of planning I had only the highest opinion of Gervasi as a venue, but the reception itself left a bad taste in my mouth. I think Gervasi needs to up its wedding staff if it plans to continue throwing 2 weddings a day, otherwise it's customer service will continue to suffer.

My husband and I were looking to have an outdoor wedding and we could not have found a better location! After viewing the property, we knew we couldn't beat this location. We met with Jeff originally to book the event and he was great! Very friendly and prompt at responding to any questions we had. We were then referred to Stacey who was our wedding planner and she was great! Very friendly and also great at responding to any questions or concerns we had.

Our wedding was on a Friday, and we booked one of the Villa rooms for Thursday and Friday night (there was a 2 night minimum). They are absolutely beautiful!

I will say Gervasi has many rules, some that they do not explain upfront before signing the contract, such as the photographer contract. Our photography contract stated we only had access to the surrounding areas of the Pavilion (ceremony/reception site), such as the Stone Arch and Tree Grove, the North Vineyard and the North side of the lake. Unless you booked an entire Villa, you are not allowed to take pictures in the lobby area, as this can disturb other guests.

Everything went pretty smooth the day of the event, no major issues. Stacey was there the whole day to make sure everything went ok. She was great at helping set up everything! I had requested in a previous email that their Lambrusco be served at the head table for our toast and noticed it was missing during the speeches. Not a huge deal, but for the premium you pay to have your wedding here, attention to detail should not be an issue.

The food was outstanding! We also had their dessert tray, incredible! Highly recommend!

Was everything perfect? No, but what wedding is? Gervasi is absolutely gorgeous and we were very happy and grateful to have booked our venue here. Everyone was very professional and friendly that we encountered. It was absolutely beautiful and we have no regrets.

We got married May 18, 2019 and had our reception at the Villa Grande which was perfect! The food, service, and venue was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend renting out the farmhouse as this is where my bridesmaids and I stayed the night before our wedding and got ready the day of. Gervasi is a beautiful property and offers stunning photography opportunities, which unfortunately were stolen from us.

The one thing that is holding me back from a 5 star review was the fact that the property was littered with high school students taking prom photos. And by littered I mean HUNDREDS of prom students and their parents/families all over the property for prom photographs. I felt so bad for our photographer whom we spends thousands of dollars on because there was just nothing he could do to control the environment/background of the photos. Many of the prom students and their families did not respect the fact that we were trying to take our wedding photos and we had to ask them to get out of the way in several of our shots. Long-story short, I recommend this venue but absolutely not during PROM season if you plan to take photographs on the property. I would like to add that we were assured that this was not going to be an issue by our planner but this was not the case. If I could change anything about our wedding day, it would have been the actual date to completely avoid people who were also at the property taking prom photographs.

So first let me say I wish I could split the review from the actual venue staff and the wedding coordinator we were assigned. We got Kendyll and pretty much from the beginning her response time was subpar to say the least. Trying to set up a consultation took a week, because she didnt respond. We couldn't proceed with other things (invites, flowers, cake) because we were waiting for a response from her. It seemed like every time we needed her she was out of the office. When our final balance was due we couldn't reach her because she was out of the office. That happened more than once. A few days before our wedding day I specifically asked will there be people staying in the villas. We booked the Ballaria Sophia and we didn't want people walking through during our ceremony. Kendyll told me yes people booked the villas but she and her team would make sure people wouldn't roam through our ceremony space. That was not the case. Guests from the wedding in the pavilion invaded our space before, after our ceremony, and while we were taking pictures on the veranda. Again we asked Kendyll to take care of this. She sent people on her team to prevent people from walking through which they absolutely did not. We still had to shoo guests from the other wedding because they were in our pictures!. Eventually, we tasked our family members to stand at the entrances to our ceremony space and reroute the guests from the other wedding. We were told we had access to the south vineyards for pictures, this was not the case. Gervasi had those vineyards sprayed earlier in the week we could not use them. This should have been communicated to us by Kendyll it never was.

Now the good. The food was great, everything ran smoothly. Bar was great. The setup was perfect. The staff was awesome and super helpful. My only thing was Kendyll, I feel like for the amount of money we paid for Gervasi the quality of service from our coordinator should have been significantly better.

Gervasi is a beautiful place but very expensive. For what you are paying, he quality of service should be better. Overall, I am glad we got married at Gervasi, it is a beautiful and special place and the food is great--but, you pay a premium.

Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous! The planner provided to us was not very detail oriented or organized which made things a bit of a headache, but in the end... we had a gorgeous day that we will never forget and people cannot stop talking about the venue! If you want a venue that makes you feel like you are no longer in miserable and grey ohio... this is your place!

Beautiful setting but don't depend on Gervasi to pay attention to detail or listen. We hired a wedding planner and even she was disappointed with the level of professionalism and lack of detail. We made it clear on 3 different occasions that we would like white linens and ended up with wrong color napkins. Also, we were to have wine passed during cocktail hour (also mentioned and even WRITTEN in the timeline from THEM) and my wedding planner had to tell their "event coordinator" that they forgot and make sure that it was done. We had a villa for 2 nights and that was royally booked wrong by their "event coordinator". We were the first ever to book a villa there and they "forgot" to put us in the villa we had requested. From a cost standpoint there is a large facility fee that goes towards nothing, and all of their beverages are a la carte. You will be billed per drink (yes that includes soda as well) We never got the bottles of wine that were opened and supposed to recorked and sent with us. I would never ever recommend this place to another bride until they learn how to treat people and be respectful of the business that you are giving them. They are short staffed and need to learn how to listen and pay attention to detail. It's too bad such a beautiful place needs a lesson on customer service and tact. Just for kicks if you want to book Gervasi; go visit a few other venues just to see how thankful they are for your business. Then, you'll see how Gervasi could care less that you are spending so much money with them.
