What an amazing venue! We looked at multiple venues, all of which were more expensive, and Gerry Ranch was the hands down winner. The look, feel, and flow of the venue is simply beautiful. From the very start the Gerry staff had everything very organized. We used almost all of the needed vendors from Gerry's preferred vendor list. Our day of coordinator has done over 600 weddings, she kept everything moving per plan. Planning a wedding is very stressful. Gerry did an amazing job reducing the planning stress. Everyone attending said this was an amazing wedding. Thanks Gerry Ranch!

Our daughter had her wedding at Gerry Ranch this past weekend. It was the most amazing and beautiful venue. We had so many friends and family traveling from out of town and they were blown away at the beautiful landscape. We did minimal centerpieces and flowers because the landscape itself shows its true Southern California charm. Jaclyn was our wedding coordinator. She kept us on track with timelines, when costs were due and anytime we had questions she was always prompt with responses. We researched a few wedding venues and this by far was the most gorgeous. Thank you for a night we will never forget.

Gerry Ranch was the perfect venue for our April wedding! The natural beauty of the space absolutely took my breath away—rolling hills, blooming florals, and that golden California light made it a stunning setting for our boho-themed day.

Jaclyn and her staff here absolutely amazing! My wife and I had the wedding of our dreams, all because of the planning and coordination that Jaclyn helped us put together. As a family operated ranch/venue they made us feel right at home, even as much as greeting us for our rehearsal with her father cracking jokes and making the entire wedding party feel comfortable and valued. Even still, a few weeks after our big day, we're receiving comments from our guests of how beautiful and well put together the venue was. Streamlined is an understatement. If you're looking for a rustic, ranch feel to your wedding look no further! Growing up on an avocado orchard in Carptineria, Gerry Ranch made feel feel a sense of home from the minute we stepped foot on the property. Jaclyn was amazing and any couple that is so lucky to work with her will have the wedding of their dreams!

My daughter got married at Gerry Ranch and it was absolutely a dream venue, all our guests raved about what a spectacular wedding venue it was. Jaclyn, our coordinator, was fantastic, responded quickly to all my questions and requests. Our caterer, DJ’s, was amazing, our guests continue to rave about the food at the wedding. Gerry Ranch a perfect place to have a gorgeous outdoor wedding, the venue is impeccably clean and the Gerry family are so hospitable. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a outdoor wedding.

I cannot thank Jacyln, Kat, Ken, Scotty and the entire Gerry family enough for their help in delivering our dream wedding. Their outdoor venue was exactly what we were looking for -- convenient, quasi-rustic, elegant yet not stuffy. They worked through every detail with us, creating a perfectly detailed timeline for our vendors. Kat was a perfect day-of coordinator, helping keep us organized and on time. We loved the convenience of having everything in one spot - the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spots are within a very short (5 ft.) walking distance of each other, yet each feels like its own unique space. Guests loved the yard games (Jenga!) and ample, convenient (air-conditioned!) restrooms. The Gerry Ranch has literally thought of every detail to make your day perfect, including a sparkler grand exit. You won't regret getting married there!

We are so glad that we chose Gerry[s Ranch as our venue! They are a well oiled machine and we felt like they handled every aspect of the wedding beautifully. They are so friendly and professional. Extremely easy and nice to work with. We really felt like we didn't have to worry about anything! The day of my daughter's wedding surpassed all my expectations! Everything went perfectly! Their set up is designed to allow for a smoother flow. The ceremony, happy hour, and reception all perfectly laid out! The bathrooms are really nice, too. The view and scenery is gorgeous! They take care of everything from set up to clean up accommodating your personal tastes. Jaclyn was great to work with as a coordinator being patient and flexible. The owners, Ken and Joanne, are wonderful and made you feel at home on their property. They truly want your event to be the best ever! This is a super outdoor venue!

Our wedding at Gerry Ranch was everything we could have ever dreamed. The venue is beyond breathtaking, Chantal is the most phenomenal coordinator ever, and the entire experience was everything we could have wanted.

The setting is so beautiful -- most of our guests remarked that it was the most stunning venue they'd ever seen. Chantal was a phenomenal coordinator, handling everything from big picture ideas from the start to handling the display on our sweetheart table the night of our wedding. The preferred vendors may seem limiting, but ultimately they set us up with the best wedding food we've ever had and a DJ that made our night a party to remember.

Chantal and Gerry Ranch were a complete dream. Had to take a break from my honeymoon to send some love her way. She's an awesome person to help keep you focused during planning and the day-of, and knows the venue and the industry in an out. The venue is drop-dead gorgeous. My guests were primarily from the east coast and could not stop raving about the views. My photographers who've done millions of weddings said it was their new favorite wedding venue to shoot. The value was amazing as well. Our original venue burned down in the Malibu fires and after researching and visiting over 20+ venues in SoCal the price for what you get can't be beaten. Booking Gerry Ranch and working with Chantal relieved so much of my stress preparing for my wedding day. Book them now!

Words can not express how wonderful and attentive the Gerry Ranch team was throughout my wedding planning process. The venue was the most beautiful placed we'd seen and we knew it was just the back drop we wanted for our ceremony and reception.

Our day of coordinator was Chantal who I emailed about a million times with questions, and last minute changes. She was always very quick to reply to me and saw that our entire day ran seamlessly.

My guests loved the venue for it's beauty and it's charm, but it was the people I interacted with on their team that truly set the venue apart. We didn't have to worry about a single thing the whole day. Professional, efficient, amazing. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

We couldn't be happier with Gerry Ranch! The venue is beautiful with separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception surrounded by the ranch and the rolling hills. We got multiple compliments from our guests about how gorgeous it is and someone told me we gave people a perfect taste of southern California.

Above and beyond the venue itself, the coordinating services provided were invaluable. We worked with Chantal and Jaclyn, and I credit them with making the wedding planning experience infinitely smoother than I expected. We were planning our wedding from the other side of the country, and I expected to have trouble wrangling vendors and details leading up to the wedding, but our coordinators were so responsive, organized, and helpful, it felt like things came together seamlessly. Their list of preferred vendors also made it easier for us to find and select high-quality, experienced vendors familiar with the venue.

On the day of the wedding, they kept everything running smoothly. We dropped off decor and it was all set up for us (even cake stands still in boxes and not assembled yet) and then broken down at the end of the night and taken back to the loading area to go back in the car. Scotty drove us around in the golf cart so that we could get photos in multiple locations and take advantage of the wonderful views. We didn't have to worry about a thing and just got to enjoy the day!

Wow! My now husband and I could not be any more grateful to the wonderful staff at Gerry Ranch! We had the pleasure of working with wedding coordinators Jaclyn Carrillo and Chantal Cruz. Communication with the team was always easy! We aren't from the area so we were definitely looking for flexibility from the team in order to ensure that everything went well the day of our wedding! They made everything go seamlessly! Another great aspect of booking our wedding at Gerry Ranch was that they have established relationships with many other service providers in the area and we were able to book our caterer (Command Performance), DJ/PhotoBooth (InTheMixEvents), and flowers (Casi Cielo Events & Flowers) through their recommendations. All service providers were amazing and super professional! If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding venue, professional staff, quality services and truly a dream come true wedding you won't go wrong with Gerry Ranch!

PS: The owner Ken Gerry was so sweet and made sure that everything went well during our rehearsal and checked up on us the day of the wedding! He was super welcoming and we fell in love with his dog Foxy!

My husband and I were married at Gerry Ranch on September 9, 2017 and we have not stopped hearing compliments about the venue, the staff, and incredible beauty of the ranch. You cannot beat the sweeping views of the Camarillo hills surrounded by lemon, avocado, and blueberry groves. We highly recommend Gerry Ranch to anyone in the Southern California area looking for a top-notch outdoor venue!

The best part about Gerry Ranch is that it is family owned and operated - they made us feel at home from the very beginning. Our coordinator Natasha was organized every step of the way, from our planning meetings up to the day of logistics. Jaclyn helped us with our contract and provided amazing rentals and florals via her company Casi Cielo (also connected to the ranch). Scotty provided help on the day of our wedding taking us (and our photographers) everywhere we needed on the ranch golf cart. They work as a tight-knit team and they made our wedding a truly perfect day.

After looking at numerous venues in both Los Angeles and Ventura County, Gerry Ranch provided the best value and they provide a great list of recommended vendors. Weddings are a huge investment and Gerry Ranch made planning as easy and streamlined as possible. They provide an onsite coordinator as part of their services, which is awesome! We felt at ease the entire planning process knowing that Natasha and Jaclyn were overseeing everything. They also provide a bridal suite on site, making the getting ready process so much more relaxed.

Everyone at Gerry Ranch is so wonderful, they were extremely responsive and helpful for the entire year we spent planning our day. Ken is the owner, he was very welcoming when my fiance and I visited, and he was there to help out at the rehearsal dinner and day-of as well. Natasha and Amanda were our day-of coordinators and they did such a great job! The whole day went exactly as we had imagined, I could not have asked for a better venue and team!

Jaclyn was an incredible asset, making sure everything was perfect for our special day (including saving the day by decorating our wedding cake with flowers when our florist skipped out early). From the very first meeting till the last, my husband and family loved planning our dream wedding with the amazing staff at Gerry Ranch. They venue and preferred vendors we worked with all made our wedding a day to remember. I had very high expectations of what I wanted the day of our wedding. I was truly blow away from how Jackelyn, Natasha, and the entire Gerry Family worked together to have the entire day and night go perfect!!!! The views and romantic setting made Gerry Ranch a perfect venue for our dream wedding. Hands down I would recommend this venue, rentals, flowers by Casi Ceilo to any Bride and Groom.

Working with Jaclyn and Natasha and everyone at Gerry Ranch was wonderful! They completely put my fiancé and me at ease and made our friends and family feel so comfortable. Jaclyn is especially knowledgeable about the property and wedding planning in general. Natasha was always positive and full of great ideas. We would absolutely recommend getting married here if you're looking for something full of natural Southern California beauty, has great weather year round and gives you what you want for a great price. Gerry Ranch was the absolute best venue for the elegant yet rustic wedding that we wanted. It is a family owned ranch and you can seriously feel the love that this family has for each couple that gets married there. We toured the ranch mid December and it looked like we were there in the middle of Spring! There were tons of roses in bloom and the property looked stunning for it being their off season. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From meetings to phone calls to working out all the logistics, they really have it figured out and are happy to help you. They partner with Casi Cielo for rentals and florals which is another great company that I recommend!

My husband and I got married at Gerry Ranch on June 26th, 2016. We came across the venue through the Wedding Wire website and scheduled a visit and tour of the venue the next weekend. We immediately fell in love with the beauty of the venue, with the mix of the garden and rustic feel. The natural décor at the venue alone leaves you with minimal extras you need to add to beautify the space. The venue allows for everything to happen at one site, preventing guests needing to take the time to and from locations. It also provides an adorable bridal suite to get ready in, along with a golf cart that was able to take us to the different locations that we wanted photos at on the property. The one downside, I would say, is that they have an arrangement with Omni Catering that you must go through for the catering. As we were initially looking for a venue where we did not have to pay the high catering prices (around $75 a meal for the minimal package), we were a little hesitant. However, as they provide servers, clean-up and a bartender (whom will serve alcohol that you can provide – thus bringing down the cost), along with the pricing of the venue, minimal rental additions and amazing restrooms that are on site (including air-conditioning and music) we decided this was the venue for us. We could never have imagined that we would be so happy with the venue that we chose. Every step of the way Jaclyn (the on-site, day of coordinator) was there to answer any and all of my questions. Jaclyn and her husband also have a rental and florist company, that we decided to go through and it made everything so easy, without outrageous prices! All of our guests were so amazed by the beauty of the venue and the amazing location, and now a few of my friends got the venue info and want get married there because of how impressed they were. We could not be happier with our choice in venue and would fully recommend this site to anyone in the search for the perfect outdoor venue.

We got married here during fourth of July weekend, and absolutely loved it. Gerry Ranch is an incredibly picturesque ranch with views of green rolling hills, and with beautiful green lawns surrounded by blooming flowers, avocado and citrus trees, and blueberry fields. There are so many great photo spots, and the weather is so perfect, that this place is one of the best venues for an outdoor wedding. It was perfect for our wedding, and our guests loved the place too. Also, the staff is incredible. Everyone from Gerry Ranch who helped out with the planning and coordination did an amazing job.

My husband and I could not be happier that we booked Gerry Ranch for our wedding. The scenery is breathtaking, and Jaclyn is the most amazing coordinator! I knew the whole day would go off without a hitch with her as our coordinator, and it did! She did a beautiful job and uses the best vendors. She is also an incredible florist, and I HIGHLY recommend you use her for your flowers! Omni Catering also does a top notch job. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and the food was great. I can't even begin to count the amount of people who said it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. You will not regret booking a wedding here!!!

My wife and I were lucky enough to snag the first wedding of 2016 at this amazing location. It truly has a million dollar mountainside views any direction you look. The landscape is manicured to perfection, the flowers were in full bloom, and everything was clean and tidy. Ken, Jaclyn, and Becca were always available to help and as friendly as could be. Becca was very helpful with decorating and improvising when it was needed. Everything came together because we had so much help from our wedding coordinators. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and handled every situations well. The layout of the venue is very well planned, where our ceremony flowed easily to the cocktail hour and reception.

Gerry Ranch also conveniently supplied all table, chair, and rustic decoration rentals, along with some amazingly beautiful flower arrangements. Omni catering who they partner with also did an amazing job with food service and quality. Our bartender, servers, security, and everyone else involved were great. Jerry at GTZEntertainment was a great DJ and MC. He was very well spoken, and had the dance floor going all night. Officiant Jonathan Mulford made our ceremony unique and that much more memorable. Jerry and Jonathan were both in Gerry Ranch's preferred vendors. We absolutely trusted their insights and opinions 110%. It was the wedding of our dreams!!! We couldn't be happier with how our wedding turned out and if we could do it all over again we would absolutely choose Gerry Ranch.

We got married at Gerry Ranch in early October. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and I could not have been happier with our choice in location! I knew I wanted my wedding here the second I saw the venue. The venue is located off Santa Rosa Road, and is surrounded by beautiful avocado trees, lemon trees, blueberry fields, and has white rose bushes surrounding the entire venue. This venue comes with a dance floor and string lights above the dance floor and reception area (which was perfect because that was one less thing for me to rent!) Working with Jaclyn was amazing. She is so patient and kind and was so easy to work with. She made sure my wedding was perfect and worked with me to ensure that everything I wanted was incorporated into our special day. We used her rental and floral services (Casi Cielo Events & Flowers) and I was so happy that we did. My flowers were absolutely lovely and exceeded my expectations, and the options for rentals were amazing! Honestly, having rentals, flowers, and venue all in one place made wedding planning so easy. People were coming up to me all night asking how I found this venue and saying it was the most beautiful wedding location they had ever seen. I was so happy with how my wedding turned out, I would recommend Gerry Ranch to every single person out there planning a wedding! I also recommend going with Casi Cielo for flowers and rentals- Its absolutely worth it! :)

This venue was amazing! After we saw it we couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful the space was and how it would be the perfect place for our wedding. You always hear about crazy wedding-day mistakes and you're warned how it's inevitable that something will go wrong, but I always felt confident in the Gerry Ranch team that that would not happen on our wedding day. I was right, everything went off without a hitch and it was the most magical day of our lives thanks to the amazing staff at Gerry Ranch, especially Jaclyn and Chrystina. They were always responsive immediately to requests and questions that I had about planning and execution. They were always calm and in turn made me feel so comfortable that the details we worked so hard to envision would be executed seamlessly. Every one of our guests raved about how it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful day and can't thank Gerry Ranch enough!

Not only is Gerry Ranch itself amazing, but the people make it exceptionally out of this world. The owner of the venue is always around and working hard to make this place tip top. Jaclyn coordinated my wedding, as well as did the day of coordination and flowers. She covered it all and had so many great suggestions that were needed to make my day run smoothly. Command Performance Catering went beyond what I could have imagined--Melanie was awesome and their food is so good! I was hesitant because I had never been to an event hosted by Command, but I ensure you there is nothing to worry about. All of the vendors that Gerry Ranch is associated with are a perfect fit for any style of event!

Reviewing this place as a bride may seem bias because of course, in my eyes, my wedding is better than anyone else's big day! But I had SO many people express to me that this place was the most beautiful venue they had been to. Some of these guests had been to weddings all around the world. Some guests also told me that our wedding as one of the best weddings they had been to-from start to finish! You will not be disappointed by this place, and neither will your guests! I would redo my wedding day if I could- and I would do it all at Gerry Ranch!

I haven't booked this venue yet, but I loved the location. Such a gorgeous place to be married! Jaclyn is great and so friendly. I really appreciated all the information she was able to give in a short amount of time. They were our first venue tour, so we haven't gone with anyone yet, but we are definitely considering it!

My daughter had her wedding at Gerry Ranch and with the help of the talented staff and beautiful facility our family had an experience we will never forget. All I can say is that if there is a single doubt about booking Gerry Ranch for your wedding, put it behind you and book right now. I got married here on April 25th and it was the most magical day I've ever had in my life. My guests all felt it too. The scenery is magnificent, and it shows the true beauty of Southern California. Jaclyn was so lovely to work with. She helped me through many of the wedding stresses that come when you're planning such an important event, and she treated me, my husband, and my family as if we were part of her own. The food and service from Command Performance Catering Group​ was also amazing, my guests can't stop talking about how delicious it was. Many have said it was the best wedding food they've ever had, the carrot soufflé has been on everyone's mind all week. Gerry Ranch was the perfect location for our wedding! We didn’t even look at another venue after stepping foot on the property. We loved the intimate feel of the ceremony and reception area, which is surrounded by beautiful blueberry fields and lemon orchards. Also, since the ranch is nestled in the Santa Rosa Valley, the mountains are all around. It was such an incredible place to celebrate our marriage and provided such a picturesque setting for photographs!
Ken, Jaclyn and Juan were an amazing team and helped my husband and I through the process of booking the venue and preparing it for the wedding day. They are very sweet people and made our wedding day extremely special. They take pride in their work and are detail oriented. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding.

I was blown away by Gerry Ranch. The owners Ken and his daughter Jaclyn could have not made me happier. The site is stunning to begin with but Ken & Jaclyn's flexibility and willingness to make my day perfect went above and beyond what anyone should expect. I am so so happy I chose Gerry Ranch for my ceremony and reception. The bridal room is the most beautiful I have ever seen and the layout of the site it so functional. Self -parking was great so I could eliminate the cost of getting valet. I would recommend this site to any and everyone getting married!

Gerry ranch is gorgeous and Jaclyn and her team are amazing to work with. If you are looking for a great ceremony/ reception space with an amazing florist then seek out Gerry Ranch! You won't be disappointed!

I had my wedding here June 22, 2019. It is the most beautiful venue my husband and I toured, and the cost is SO reasonable, especially when you find out what the other venues are charging. I remember driving up for our tour through all the farms on the dirt roads thinking there was no way, but my breath was taken away when we got to the actual venue. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. An amazing mountain view behind the ceremony, cocktail, and reception space. If you have older family member would can't got up and down hills this venue is perfect laid out, and has plenty of space. The bathrooms are AMAZING and play music inside. I could not recommend Gerry Ranch enough. Farmer Ken is the sweetest person. And Jaclyn, who works with/owns Casi Cielo was my coordinator and she was so perfect the day of. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of Casi Cielo (the exclusive rental vendor for Gerry Ranch) but honestly that never caused a problem. If you choose to get married here you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I loved getting married at Gerry Ranch. From the moment we first walked onto the property, Ken was so willing to help us and show us around. The property is absolutely beautiful, and far enough from any other establishment that there is a perfect feeling of privacy and intimacy. The bridal suite is roomy and was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to hang out, while the groom and the groomsmen thoroughly enjoyed hanging out amongst the avocado trees. Gerry Ranch will always have a special place in my heart now!

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE Gerry Ranch! Every guest complimented us on how beautiful the venue was. It's an unbelievable beautiful property, ideal for an outdoor California wedding. That being said, they do have an exclusive caterer and rental vendor. The rental vendor charges for EVERYTHING. You want glassware? That's extra. Oh seating for cocktail hour? That's extra too. Those are t standard items included in the basic rental package. Also, the exclusive caterer DOES NOT come with a complimentary tasting... So we had to pay $200 for a private tasting, to try a restricted number of menu items we were considering for the wedding. They do hold an open house at the property where the caterer serves food for the brides and grooms that have booked the venue to try at no cost. However, there is no guarantee that they will serve the menu items you are interested in for YOUR wedding. Also, this happens once a year. So the open house fell one month before our wedding, which was too close for comfort for me, which is why we opted to pay for the private tasting several months before our wedding day. (PS- they only offer private tasting during week days). That being said, the food was phenomenal!! Robert at a Command Performance Catering was so accommodating and friendly! Everyone we spoke to raved about the food after the wedding. Booking this venue comes with a day of coordinator, whom you meet with several times leading up to the wedding date. Our coordinator was lovely and very put together. However, on the wedding day she forgot our chuppah, she salvaged the situation and got one to the venue. Additionally, during cocktail hour we took our photos while guests were supposed to be cocktail-ing. Guests kept coming over, interrupting photos and taking selfies with us which impeded our strict timeline. The coordinator was no where to be found, and wasn't of no help keeping the guests in cocktail hour. Overall though it was amazing and those were the ONLY issues!!

The venue is perfect. It is so beautifully set up, we STILL have guests telling us how beautiful it was, and if they had a wedding to do over again, it would be there. The day of coordinator was flawless. We had zero hiccups day of the wedding with the venue. We also used Casa Cielo for our flowers, which made the process even easier because everything was done in house, ready where it needed to be for our big day. I have absolutely NO complaints about this venue. I would do it here over again and again!

So I have been looking at venues over the past month spending a significant amount of time and stress into it and I narrowed my search down to a couple including Gerry Ranch. I will admit that after touring there I thought it was beautiful and would make the perfect venue for my outdoor wedding amongst the fields of produce. I put a hold on the date I wanted and told them I would come to a decision within 1-2 days but that I was excited about it and that I was sure my fiancé would be too.

However, when we sent them an email the day after saying we wanted to book that date they said that they accidentally gave that date to another couple that was touring with a different rep of the Ranch so it must have been a communication error or something. They offered us an earlier date at a somewhat discounted rate that wouldn't work for us and would be during the middle of summer when it's hotter than we would like. We asked if they could give us a discounted deal on a later date when it was cooler but they refused-probably because they could get more money else where since my guest list would only be 80-100. They also then backtracked and explained that a couple had originally had the date we wanted but then broke up and called the wedding off! But then this couple called them this weekend because they got back together and wanted to do it on that date again. So Jaclyn the owner told them yes and didn't think to let us know as one is supposed to when you have a hold on a date and didn't even tell us that it was taken until after we told them we wanted it.

Basically, I feel that Jaclyn was unprofessional and left me feeling sad and frustrated as it took a lot for me to finally commit to a venue only to have them give it to someone else without telling me when I had a hold on it. :(

This venue sure looks nice but I hope no one else has to go through the experience I had.

I had an absolutely horrific experience dealing with Jaclyn during the Coronavirus pandemic. Gerry Ranch along with their sister company, Casi Cielo were the only vendors who refused to refund our deposits due to the cancellation of our wedding.

Most of our relatives were coming in from out of the country or thousands of miles away, making it impossible to hold the wedding this year, especially considering the costs. Gerry Ranch's solution? Provide an additional deposit to reserve a date next year! Why would we give their company additional money when the company has been so horrible to work with this year?! We as a nation do not know what the future hols and when a vaccine or the eradication of the virus will allow us to congregate again, so booking another date next year only to have to cancel it is not a solution to our problem. The other solution was to have it this year and with the spike in California cases and new shutdown across the state this doesn't seem like the appropriate move to force couples into potentially harming family/friends.

I understand that this pandemic impacts everyone, but the wedding industry is about customer service and, unfortunately, they lack the service mindset. I've accepted that we will not receive back our deposits and the purpose of this review is to let other couples know that when they weigh their option in these uncertain times- Gerry Ranch and Casi Cielo are not to be trusted with your money. When/If we rebook our wedding Gerry Ranch will not be our venue.
