I recently ordered my wedding ring from Gentebands I ordered a size too large (100% my fault) and emailed them about an exchange.
Less than 1 week later my new ring arrived. It is the perfect size and it's perfect! Even better than the online photo.
I cannot thank them enough! their products are top of the line and their service is unmatched. I most definitely recommend Gentlebands to EVERYONE! this is the best purchase experience I've had in 66 years. Again, highly recommend!

Very happy with my ring. Checkout was easy and shipping was quick. Ring was actually a bit loose when it arrived, so I opted to go down half a size. The free return process was very easy as well. You can tell the ring is made of quality material and it’s actually a little heavier than I was expecting. -

A perfect experience
The dark black color contrasts really nicely with the gold band. The ring is also scratch-resistant, as I've not had any knicks or damage so far. Fits the size chart very well, and has a rounded inside so it doesn't irritate whichever finger its on. -

This vendor is a scam
Do NOT purchase. This place is a drop shipper and not as they represent themselves, and tied to several sites. The items they represent on their website are not close to what they send. The items they send are out of China, and not close to their website. The ring we ordered and the ring that was sent was nowhere close to this. Reached out regarding the issue, they said we could keep the ring, and they would sent a new one. This came through China post, no worries, but we wanted the represented ring. The second ring was the same wrong ring. When contacted again, they said that it was due to angles and lighting and that I must of miss understood what I was getting. This was an insulting insinuation. You can see in the pictures this was not a misunderstanding, it was a misrepresentation All said, we are perusing a refund and the hunt for a ring continues. -

Scam Alert
I got the interlock for my fiancée, and let me just say the ring looks nothing like the ring they have advertised. In the picture on their website, it has two real fishing hooks interlocked with fishing line tied to each end and the fishing line going all the way around the ring. Well what we have is two fake fishing hooks, and a drawn on fishing line that doesn't even match up with the hooks. I contacted customer service and they just apologized and had no explanation as to why it looks that way and offered us a free different ring in return. My fiancée is so disappointed he doesn't even want a different one and I don't blame him. Our explanation is its 100% a scam, don't waste your money as the rings posted are $150 and more and just printed. My advice is to do your research first, as I was dumb and tried to trust how gorgeous the rings looked. -

We bought my fiancé's ring from this site (meteorite) and when we received it, it was pretty, but the materials were questionable. We also ordered some from two other sites to try on and both of those came with certificate of authenticity for the meteorite, but this one didn't. He liked another ring, so we returned one with no problem, then when we tried to return this one (one day after receiving it) we could not reach them. The policy says we could return it within 30 days for any reason, but there were no instructions. When we emailed, we got a response that said they preferred we kept it...but that wasn't what we asked for. We emailed back saying we really wanted to return it per their policy and they sent us a cut and paste of the previous email. We triedd calling twice, went to voice mail. We tried chat, just AI. We checked scam reviews and now realize we've been scammed. So, just trying to save others from the same mistake. -

My ring was delayed, they said i could take a refund or they'd get it done quickly. This processes repeated many times, and after months and months they suddenly cancelled the order.
I would think this company is China, you would do wise to avoid this unprofessional glorified internet dropshipper (i assume) and buy from a real ring manufacturer.
