  Amazing service, beautiful rings

  I found Gennaro when the diamond on my engagement ring came loose- they fixed it for me within 10 mins! We ended up buying our wedding bands here which came out beautifully. Diana was so helpful through everything. We will definitely be continuing to use Gennaros in the future!

  Amazing service! So happy 🥰

  When me and my (now) fiancé were starting looking at rings we were at first very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. We went into Gennaro’s Jewelers because they had a great reputation and they did not disappoint! Sean one of the gemologist explained to us about the 4 Cs (something we knew nothing about) in a simple way we could easily understand that instantly made us feel more confident about picking out our ring. He was so genuine and kind during the entire process and wasn’t pushy at all, which is something we were worried about before we started looking. We could tell he really wanted us to find what was best for us in terms of look, quality and price range. He did a great job at guiding us in the right direction in a non-bias (yet educated) way but keeping what we said we wanted in mind. I’m a very indecisive person and Sean was extremelyyy patient with me while picking out my stone and setting, which I really appreciated. We are both SO beyond happy with the ring and I couldn’t recommend them more 🥰

  Perfect Rings

  If you are looking for engagement/wedding rings, there is only one place to go. Gennaro had great prices and quality. We dealt with Kathy, who was amazing. She was helpful and informative. We wanted a specific wedding ring and she helped us design and find the right ring. Whenever we need to buy jewelry, we will be using Gennaro.

  My now-husband bought my engagement ring here, and we returned to purchase our wedding rings--very happy that we chose Gennaro. Very attentive, fast service, no matter how busy they are. I like how you can always see your jewelry, especially your diamond rings, as they are cleaning them. They shined up both of my rings prior to our wedding, and they simply sparkled! I feel great knowing that I can trust Gennaro with my diamonds, and they are right in the neighborhood. We plan to use them for any and all jewelry needs in the future!

  My husband purchased my engagement ring from Gennaro's and we went back and purchased our bands from here, as well. We love Gennaro's! They have great quality stuff and the staff is very helpful.

  We purchased our my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings for our July 4 wedding at Gennaro. They are the best jewelers, hands down!! They were extremely profressional through out the entire process and weren't pushy at all to make a sale like other places we shopped at. We felt completely comfortable and satisfied. They engraved our bands free of charge after our wedding. We go back there all the time with our rings and other jewelery to get cleaned. We have reccommend them to our friends!

  Stopped in yesterday (recommendation from a friend) with our 2 heirloom wedding bands that we both needed sized down for the wedding, plus I wanted to add the metal balls to my engagement ring (it is an heirloom as well and I didn't want to size it down). Despite being a bit busy when we walked in, we helped right away. Everyone was extremely friendly, especially Sean who was a pleasure to work with!! Everything was done on-site while we waited.
  
  My ring was inspected to make sure the diamond was secure prior to any adjustments being made. Sean explained that the seating was a bit too high and it was recommended that it be changed for a slightly lower one. He advised that it was not a pressing matter, but perhaps something I may want to consider doing in the future. (There was absolutely no pressure to make the decision)
  
  Your diamond really NEVER leaves your sight! My engagement ring was inspected prior to any work being done while I watched on the big screen. I was walked downstairs to watch the metal balls being attached to the ring. Someone was there to explain each step in this process as well. Then the ring was back up on the screen after to inspect it once more.
  
  I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism! I am planning on going back with my mother to get her ring resized. :)

  We cannot say enough good things about Gennaro Jewelers. They are professional, helpful, kind, and so good at what they do. They completely restored my grandmothers 70 year old engagement ring to PERFECTION, and helped us pick out an amazing wedding band to go with it. They never let your jewelry leave your site. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. You get incredible value for your money and service that is unmatched. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option!

  By far the best jewelry store i have ever been to. Your rings never left your sight, everything was done while you waited with your rings. They have such a large selection of rings for men and women. My engagement ring and wedding band are so beyond beautiful, everyone stops me to see it and ask where its from and how gorgeous it is.

  Gennaro Jewelers was wonderful. The associate spent a great deal of time with us while choosing our rings, and we never felt pressured. They gave us a good deal on the rings, too. My ring had to be ordered. When it came in, I tried it on and it was too big (possibly from losing weight). Gennaro had no problem re-ordering the ring for me. Great service, as always!!!

  Beautiful items and high-quality diamonds and jewelry. All customers get VIP treatment when they walk in the door. The staff is very knowledgeable and completely honest. They offer an NYPD discount which came in very handy.

  I was so disappointed, they are so unprofessional the women helping us was so judgmental and rude . They were clearly talking about us because we were young they thought that we could not afford what we were asking for but I had plenty of cash to pay for what I needed done. Bad atmosphere . Bad service . Only a block away is a great jewelry place and jeweler that'll take care of you . Phillip Joseph's jewelers . They got what I asked for done within 3 hours while gennaro would've took a week and I would've got it done but the lady which I do not know the name was a rude rude woman . All in all genaro is a horrible place with a horrible atmosphere .
