  Great addition to our wedding!

  Erica was really responsive when we initially reached out and provided us with lots of information on the photo booth packages. Her support continued after we hired her, and there was no problem upgrading out package just a couple of months before our wedding. The attendants on the day of our wedding were extremely kind and fun. We had lots of compliments on the photobooth from our guests and getting a copy of all the images the day after the wedding was great. I would absolutely hire Genies Mirror again for an event.

  Amazing!!!!

  Absolutely loved this photo booth for my party it was one of the main attractions!! Erica was so professional and so fun she fit right in the with all my guests. She came out to the Bronx for my event as she does do NY NJ & CT. The customized start screen and photo lay outs were so perfect. Need her for all my events!! Will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

  So entertaining! Great service!

  I booked Genies Mirror for my birthday and it was a big hit! The owner and her assistant are also sweet and made sure we knew how to use the mirror. Will book again!

  Loved it!!

  Genus Mirror Photobooth was hired for my wedding. Erica was amazing!! She very carefully assessed the theme and style of my wedding reception and incorporated it into the photobooth! It looked great, everyone loved the props, people were enjoying it for the whole night. Definitely recommend !!

  Made my bridal extra special!

  The girls were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The mirror photo booth was a hit at my bridal shower! I would book Genie mirror again in a heartbeat!

  Unique and amazing

  I was looking for something different and heard about Genies Mirror on Instagram. I reached out and they immediately responded and sent me pricing and packaging. everything was so organized from beginning to end. I was able to book and sign my contract on their website. I was super picky about my colors and Erica was so patient in creating the perfect look! People are still talking about it !

  Professional and loads of fun!

  I had them at my grand opening for my wellness center, not a typical use for a photobooth but Genies Mirror was a hit! The interactions, staff, service and the creativity they put into customizing the booth was amazing. They also have a great package where they keep a guestbook with the photos while the event is taking place, super convenient.

  Unprofessional-stay away

  STAY AWAY-UNPROFESSIONAL
  ERICA MATOS, the owner, gets busy pointing fingers at customers for canceling. Going with another vendor was a much better deal even with deposit spent on them to hold the date. Taking your time and shopping around will save you so much trouble. You never know what may happen in the wedding planning process. I'm so glad I didn't hire her in the end. You'll get a response with lots of attitude from her even when you cancel before the date required by the contract.

I will look over the contract and see how much you may have to owe us if any. Yes you emailed me 32 days prior to your event...but that’s because I emailed you. Had I not emailed you, would i have heard from you in time? "
