  It's almost as if we were actually at our wedding! When you're getting married, there are two givens; you won't get fed (you'll be starving at the end of the day) and you'll hardly have a chance to notice the flowers or anything before it's all carted away! LOL! Believe me! We were a pretty a-typical wedding couple. We're a male couple. I was 54 and my husband was 49 when we got married. We had been searching for a photographer a got so many referrals for people who were unavailable. It became apparent that we had given ourselves six months to plan a to get a photographer booked and we needed at least a year. We knew nothing about Genie In a Bottle, but they were referred to us and they turned out to be WONDERFUL! We didn't have the typical pre-game show; getting the bride and bridesmaids ready, garters, rice, no rehearsal dinner, etc. It was just a beautiful day with 123 guests, a keyboard, 20 singers, strings (we're musicians too) and our pastor for brunch wedding out in the country in stone amphitheater that was so old, it looked like it was built by vikings. We had a pre-wedding consult with Jasmine and her husband Derek. They were an amazing team! Because my husband and I had known one another for 12 years prior to dating and becoming engaged, a lot of the people (friends) at the wedding knew one another before the wedding. The was so much hugging that it would have made any other photographer crazy trying to pry people apart long enough to get a photo. They were completely un-intrusive. The outcome though of the 630 images genie In a Bottle sent us to pick from was stunning! It looked as though the flowers, food and guests were all lit in a studio and posed - but they weren't. It was the combination of seriously great camera gear and Jasmine and Derek's artistic eyes that made our dream day a day to behold. We saw so many captured moments we would have missed if it wasn't for the artisanship eye of these truly lovely people. I can't recommend them enough.

  Having Jasmin and Derek capture our wedding was the best decision we have could made. From the first conversation to the delivery of our pictures the two of them were kind, accommodating, professional and just wonderful. On our wedding day Jasmin and Derek made sure we got all the shots we wanted and anticipated shots we could have never thought of. If you are looking for people to make you feel even more special on your wedding day and work professionally every step of the way Jasmin and Derek are the perfect choice!

They were willing to work with our schedules, took the time to listen to our needs, and executed them 100%. We couldn't have picked a better team to take not only our wedding photos, but our engagement photos as well. We were completely happy both sets.   We had an outdoor Hawaiian wedding ceremony shaded by macadamia nut trees and post-wedding shots family and wedding party shots on the beach and on the lawn in full sun. All of the shots were stunning with vibrant colors, great lighting, and unique vantage points. Jasmin and Derek are a great team and always seem to be in sync. Each adds their own perspective to the wedding shots and there were instances where we have the same moment from two different angles. Genie in a Bottle also took beautiful stills of our rings and our wedding objects which were artfully executed. Most of my favorite photos were candid or impromptu shots taken all throughout the wedding day's festivities and also at our reception dinner. Genie in a Bottle is very open to new ideas and will put a lot of effort and research into creating the perfect photoscapes. They do a great job of remaining incognito during intmate moments of the wedding. We didn't even know they were there snapping away until we saw the photos later. We were so lucky to have a photography team truly dedicated to excellence and service. We have a lifetime of photos that we can cherish when our memories might not be so sharp so we can remember the happiest day of our lives.

  I talked to several photographers before deciding on Genie in a Bottle and I am so happy I chose them. I was worried because my husband to be is so tall and I am so tiny that the photos would look awkward. They really have a creative talent which eliminated my fears and although I had my own ideas, worked with me and enhanced what I wanted. My photos are a dream come true! They were so polite and unobtrusive, but end of all the photography I felt I have lifelong friends with"Genie."

My husband and I have 2 to 3 events which includes his annual 4 day birthday bash in Los Angeles and we ALWAYS book Genie In a Bottle. They capture the pure essence of the moment ! Anyone can pose for a picture , but they bring life to the moment using a lens and seem to capture every moment we missed during an event. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your friends and family. We always receive our pictures promptly. My husband & I enjoy looking at the pictures together while enjoying a glass of wine and are amazed at the moments captured. They are so good that you do not realize the cameras are present. Our friends booked their wedding and the pictures were absolutely gorgeous !!! I highly recommend their services.

  I wish I could give 10 stars! Wonderful service. Went above and beyond. Like many other brides, I was feeling overwhelmed. Jasmin was always trying to find ways of helping me solve problems with vendors etc. She was in constant communication with me from the day we hired her and her husband Derek. Unlike other vendors who only speak to you when collecting money and on day of service. In addition to their personable , professional service, as photographers, they do everything to assure the best shots for your important day, like viewing the venues to get a feel for all the great shots they can capture on your day. My wedding was an ALL DAY event, that included 2 ceremonies and reception; while everybody else was feeling tired, the photographers continued to feel enthusiastic about capturing great photos, even after a long day. The photo quality is superb of all others. My husband and I were truly blessed to have found such great spirited, hard working, motivated photographers that truly have a deep passion for their work and clients and their work is proof of that.   Jasmin and Derek exceeded my expectations of them. From day one they were professional and a delight to work with. They were great at making both of us feel relaxed in front of the camera and it showed with the great photos that we have and will enjoy for the rest of our lives.   Choosing Jasmin & Derek as our photographers was by far the best decision my husband and I made together as a newly engaged couple. As stressful as planning a wedding can be, we never lost sight of what was important for us - our photography. My husband and I always talked about showing our wedding pictures to our children one day. Being able to not only relive all the special moments of our big day, but to actually enjoy them in form of beautiful photography and incredible artwork displayed in a well designed luxurious 12x12 wedding album with thick pages that comes in a high end leather box, that is amongst the many things that separates Genie In A Bottle from the crowd.
  Our customized wedding package also included a DVD slideshow, an engagement session (which really gave us an opportunity to get to know each other), full day coverage, an online gallery of our pictures for our wedding guests, and high resolution digital files of our touched up wedding pictures saved on an elegant custom flash drive. We also opted for a couple of large panoramic metal prints.
  Jasmin & Derek were very particular about creating a detailed timeline of our wedding day, and they understood that we had a lot of high profile guests who needed to feel comfortable. Talking about professionalism and likability! They managed to communicate with us all throughout our wedding day, and they never ran out of ideas or energy. Which brings me back to how we found them in the first place. A dear friend of mine attended a wedding that Jasmin & Derek captured, and she couldn't stop talking about how amazing their photography looks and how much excitement they added to the overall experience.

  Jasmin and Derek were truly an exquisite pair to work with. We were in contact throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jasmin had so many artful and thoughtful photo ideas when I couldn't make up my mind. At our wedding she was able to capture those candid, in between moments that made are photos oh so special. I am so thankful for the lifetime of memories that we can look back on today. I recommend Genie in a Bottle Photography at every chance I can.   Jasmin and Derek were truly an exquisite pair to work with. We were in contact throughout the entire wedding planning process. Jasmin had so many artful and thoughtful photo ideas when I couldn't make up my mind. At our wedding she was able to capture those candid, in between moments that made are photos oh so special. I am so thankful for the lifetime of memories that we can look back on today. I recommend Genie in a Bottle Photography at every chance I can.   They were very professional and really cared about giving us the most amazing experience possible. They put a tremendous amount of time and effort into making sure our video was exactly what we wanted.
