Great Experience

I did my Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations with Gem, they both came out beautifully done and fast! The team at Gem was very helpful and friendly. I will be going back to them in the future.

Great service and quality

The staff at GEM printing helped us pick out our design for our wedding invitations, as well as the reception RSVP cards. They were very professional and all was ready timely and in order. We were very pleased.

Absolutely amazing to work with

My fiancé and I walked in and Ellen was the associate that helped us. Though we haven’t purchased anything yet, she pulled out every book possible and showed us exactly what we wanted. We received our quotes (priced fairly) and left with a good impression. When our wedding date gets closer (Sept 2021), we will order our Save the Dates and Invitations through GEM.

Invitations and more

Gem Printing makes it a personal visit. They take you through everything so your invitations are perfect. We also were able to purchase other wedding items needed such as the garter, toasting glasses and cake knives. Made our preparing so much easier. Thankyou

Great Company

We used Gem for several of our paper/stationary/invitation needs during wedding planning. They were always very kind and courteous, and they were great at making sure out needs were met. The prices were reasonable, and the product was beautiful. I highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly and patient as I visited multiple times to look at invitations. They have a large assortment to choose from. They are also very knowledgeable about invitation wording and etiquette. I am extremely satisfied I chose them as my vendor.

Beautiful Invitations!! Received so many compliments! Half the price of other places(as I checked)! Wonderful help! My daughter was so picky about the font and Ellen was extremely patient, continuing to show me more and more! We forgot to order cake napkins and they had them perfect with their initials and a wreath and had them in ONE DAY! Highly recommend! Thank you Ellen and all the wonderful people at Gem's !

I was so impressed with how helpful the staff was! They were so knowledgable and helped me with my Save the Dates. They were printed and ready for pickup the next day!!! I will definitely be going back for my invitations!

The folks at Gem Printing are very professional and helpful. What's great about them is that they are one of the only vendors in the New Orleans area who do their printing in-house, which means they can offer higher quality products at a lower price and get them to you quicker.

Gem Printing is the BEST place to find your invitations and other wedding related things! Melissa was a great help and even stayed let so that my fiance and I could finish looking at invitations. Everything was done quickly, efficiently,and professionally. I would recommend anyone with any printing needs to go see them!

Gem Printing is excellent, especially if you have something printed at the last minute. They have such a great selection of invitations, and were able to get them in overnight. They also have a wide assortment of items, such as favors, flutes, and anything you may have forgotten about for your wedding.

Gem Printing was awesome to work with for wedding invitations. They have a huge selection of invitations in the store, so you can actually see and touch what you are ordering. (There is also a big variety of wedding and party supplies.). The staff is very thorough with wording choice and spelling. They provide the option for emailed proofs. Everything is done in a very timely manner. Each person I talked to was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company for wedding invitations.

There is nowhere else I would go for invitations! Great value and service. Melissa was amazing - both patient and attentive. Always felt like her only customer.

My invitations, has been the conversation piece every since they went out to my guest, everybody loves the quality of the invitations, the wording that me an my husband put on our invitation, and the idea of the invitations.

We had a large order and a very specific order as well with names and titles and stationary. Gem did a great job making sure everything was perfect. We had to get the proofs changed a couple of times before we got everything printed, but they took the time to fix the mistakes and work with us. Our entire order was ready in less than 2 weeks, and my invitations looked amazing!

We ordered our invitations and cake topper from Gem Printing in Metairie, La. We didn't have a singe problem with them. The invites and topper came in on the exact days they said they would (cake topper was from seperate company so it came in on a different day than the invites). The staff was so helpful and kind and let us made payments on our order since we didn't have everything the day that we ordered. Both the invitations and the topper (monogram letters) came out beautiful!

Absolutely amazing service! They took hours to work with us to create our own invitations. Ours were unique, not one you just pick off the wall & their help & suggestions were great! Definitely worth the 1 hour drive from where we live. Also they offer so much more than just invitations, pretty much anything you need for your wedding.

I had used them before, and they give an excellent quality product with the best value. We had party cups as favors printed from them and hankerchiefs for our second line. I lived far away and they worked with me promptly over email to get things right.

They were great, I was only ordering matchbooks with my husband and I's initials for little favors for our wedding guests. They came in on time and they looked great. They were done in like three days. They were cheap too!

When I first went to GEM, I found the perfect invitations, but I only saw it in the "one-day service" they offer, and the print wasn't "raised." When I went back, I found a similar invitation (this had raised print), but I wanted it to look more like the other (which had a fleur de lis). I showed the salesgirl and she told me it was the same exact invitation, but the other took 7-10 days and I could add a fleur de lis to it. I was SO happy they were able to design it the way I wanted. They have been in the business a very long time; my grandma had them make her invitations 50+ years ago. They have i down to a science. It was a bit more than I planned to spend, but it was ultimately worth every penny!

I notice that the ink rubbed completely off when I used them in the dishwasher, but they were still GREAT cups to put our candy in that was wrapped in tulle. You can't beat the price for this cup. I keep one in my office. Plus their personalized! Wonderful quality.

I ordered my wedding invitations, thank you notes, and wedding favors from GEM. I truly appreciated all of the workers' knowledge of their products, as well as their professionalism. Each person I dealt with at GEM was able to offer me assistance in both a timely and appropriate manner. Everything turned out great-- I loved my invitations and thank you notes. I also really liked my wedding favors (matchbooks in both red and black). The red matchbooks were not exactly the color I had originally had in mind, and I was at first a little disappointed, but they ended up looking fine (and of course no one else thought anything of it). I would definitely give GEM my business again when it comes time to order more thank you notes or any other printing product.

Gems was awful! We ordered our save the dates from Gems and was told they would arrive in 14-18 days. On day 20 I called, and it turns out that they put a picture of a Chinese symbol where the picture of us was supposed to go. I did not receive an apology and was just told that the new ones would come in in about a week. A week later, I got a call from the manager informing me that the save the dates came in but AGAIN they came in with the Chinese symbol. It was incredibly frustrating! When we went to finally pick them up, the manager was not at all apologetic. He said "accidents happen here all the time and it is what it is." While I understand that accidents happen, it happened twice, no one bothered to call me when it happened the first time to let me know they would be delayed, and we never once received an apology.
