  Really Great!

  Gem shuttles were easy to work with as we prepared our wedding day in Jersey City, NJ. Sara was prompt in responding to our inquiries and provided her recommendations for shuttle sizes and schedules. As we modified our plans days before the wedding, she and the company were flexible and happy to adjust times. The day of the wedding, the shuttles were on-site in a timely manner and got all of our guests to and from the venue with no hiccups or issues. The drivers were polite, happy to wait at the site or leave upon our request, and drove everyone safely. We recommend Gem to anyone looking for reliable and easy to work with shuttle service.

  Great Limo Service

  We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs Limo services in North Jersey. We used their Sprinter shuttle for our wedding this past month and the service was excellent. Sara was super helpful in the planning process from figuring out what size vehicle we need to making the final schedule. They were super responsive and the drivers even showed up early to every pickup time. Stress free process since the beginning!

  BEST Limo / Shuttle Service !

  We had our daughter's wedding last month and we used Gem Limousine. THEY WERE THE BEST! Not only were they reliable, personable and their vehicles were spotless, Sara was great to work with. She was flexible with our last minute changes and the drivers were professional and fantastic.
  We plan on using them again next month for another daughter's wedding, wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Gem limousine handled my transportation needs recently and I recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable bus company. Their drivers and vehicles are brand new and they even allocated a special party vehicle upon our request for the bridal party. Their drivers were extremely professional and it made our wedding day run extremely smooth with a shuttle to the hotel from our venue. I highly recommend Gem!

  Helped make the Perfect wedding day

  As a bride it can get stressful planning a wedding, transportation one of the many things we didn’t have to worry about. I recommend Gem Limo because their buses are spectacular and Sara, Gem’s wedding specialist organized our itinerary according to budget, head count and logistics. I will recommend Gem to all my friends!

  NJ to Cape Cod

  Gem limousine was amazing! We utilized them for transportation of the wedding party from New Jersey to Cape Cod. They were super accommodating as we went from needing a large bus and eventually scale down to a large van needed for service. Thanks to Gem and flexibility of driver to add additional hours that were unexpected.

  Whatever you do, do not. I repeat, DO NOT use this limo company. I simply called Gem Limo and spoke to a Jason. We decided on a 8 passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for 4 hours. He quoted me $467.00 plus tolls. When I called back I asked Jason for a discount and he said he will give me 10% off the $467.00. What happened next kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and this is when I found out what Gem Limo is all about. 10% is $46.70. Jason kept saying no. I kept saying yes. It isn’t rocket science to figure 10% of $467.00. I came up with $420.30 and he came up with $433.70. He insisted this was 10%. I am a business person. In customer service for years. I was getting frustrated and he couldn’t explain to me why he was at a different price. He puts me on hold for a very long time. Gets back on the phone and tells me his manager figured it out and that is what it is. I told him impossible. Lauren gets on the phone. She’s the Director of Global Business Development. Lol. OMG!!! Lauren now tells me that 10% discount is only off the base price. What base price?????? I simply called for a limo to take myself and some business people for dinner. I had to understand this base price thing. She says base price is $330.00 so $33.00 only comes off. I asked what was the other costs that are bringing me up to $467.00. She says gratuity’s. $137.00 of gratuity for a $320.00 limo ride!!! I was floored. That’s over 40% gratuity!!!! I got so frustrated. She says, “Mam, what do you want to pay?” I will try to help you. I’ll go right to the President if I have to. I tell her $300.00. I couldn’t believe she even would just ask me that open ended question. So she says, “hold on”. She puts me on hold for 15 more minutes. I’m thinking that this big company is really going to take care of me. Well!!!!!! She never comes back on the line. A woman named Dina gets on the phone. I ask her her title. She says, “you don’t need to know that”. “What can I do for you?” Now I’m laughing............
