Absolutely the best!

Gabriel was amazing! We had such a great experience working with him. He took time ahead of our wedding to meet and discuss the details and run of events. He offered a lot of great ideas and was willing to incorporate whatever we requested for the evening. He was so flexible and accommodating during the wedding and definitely made the party fun! Gabriel interacted with our guests and kept us on schedule. We received so many compliments. We are truly grateful for all the wonderful memories of our reception and would highly recommend Go DJ Go!

Fun on the Dance Floor!!

Gabe was wonderful to work with from start to finish. From our very first meeting, he came across as upbeat, and genuinely excited to help make our day special. His planning app was incredibly helpful; it allowed us to easily build our timeline, choose songs, and note important moments in one place, which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Gabe was flexible and communicative, offering thoughtful suggestions and quick solutions whenever something needed adjusting. He even helped us edit our first dance song so it felt perfectly timed and personal, which we really appreciated.
On the day itself, Gabe brought such positive energy. He did a great job reading the room and keeping the momentum going once the dancing started; his remixes were smooth, creative, and really got people to the floor, which is what we wanted more than anything! Throughout the evening, he maintained an upbeat vibe and helped everything flow naturally.
Overall, we’re so glad we had Gabe and his team as part of our celebration. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and talent added so much life to our reception, and we’re thankful for all the effort he put into making our big day such a success!

Scaling Wedding Review

I had the opportunity to see Gabriel and his team in action quite a few times on different occasions leading up to our big day. After every event, I was blown away by how professional, fun, and engaging he and his team were. When we began the planning process, the choice was obvious to go with GDG Elevate Events with his expertise and familiarity of our venue. The entire planning process was so simple and he was there to guide us every set of the way. We even used their team for a Photo Booth because I knew they would execute and deliver. Our only wish was for someone who could respond to the energy of the crowd and he did just that. We have had so many compliments since our big day and have referred Gabriel and his team to people we know who are in need of a DJ. From the moment we met Gabe, we knew we were in great hands! He is a true gem in the wedding industry, and I can't find enough words to describe his incredible talents. Not only is he relatable, fun, passionate and full of energy, but his knowledge of music is unmatched. Gabe was the first and only DJ we talked to, and we immediately felt a connection—it was like chatting with an old friend!

Our wedding had a diverse crowd with varying ages and musical tastes, and we were initially worried that not everyone would enjoy the music. But Gabe expertly mixed all genres, keeping the dance floor going all night long! His 360 video booth was a HUGE hit, and the reel he created for us, showcasing the best moments, was so appreciated.

Gabe's planning app was a game-changer, making the entire process smooth and informative. During our 30-day call, he gently guided us on how to enhance the energy of the evening, and I’m so glad we listened! Adding a game turned out to be a fantastic decision that everyone loved. Best DJ for a wedding !

We had a great experience with GDG Elevated Events!! From the first conversation with Gabriel we knew it would be a great fit! Gabriel always took his time talking to us, explaining everything, and helping with the timeline since this was the first wedding we’ve planned. We really liked the app as it was very helpful and user friendly. The setup and the DJ booth was beautiful along with all the uplighting they provided. We wanted a beautiful, special, and super fun night and that’s exactly what we got with this company! Our DJ James was awesome! He was the perfect fit for us and really meshed well with the vibe we wanted. He was so knowledgeable about all kinds of music genres and kept everyone entertained all night! The trivia game for dismissal to the buffet table was a big hit! Everyone loved James and said he was awesome! We will definitely recommend him and GDG Elevated Events!

Highly recommend GDG!

Gabriel and his team are fantastic! We hired them for our wedding and are so thankful we did. Gabriel is very well organized and his app made it easier to plan and be prepared for our wedding day. James was our dj and he pretty much became everyone’s bestie by the end of the night. Everyone had a great time! GDG has so much to offer and a lot of great add on options. We added the photo booth and guest book. Our guest added pictures from the Photo Booth and signed it - it’s a nice keepsake! We highly recommend GDG!

Thoughtful and Experienced DJ

Gabriel is personable, diligent, respectful and fun. He took the time to give us thorough explanations of the many special features that he offers -- which are very thoughtful and festive. He uses an app that allows collaboration between himself, the client, and any other necessary vendors to run extremely smoothly. He tailored the music to our intercultural wedding, and the dance floor was never empty. His energy and enthusiasm kept the atmosphere vibrant. He also provided lighting and a selfie station, which were instrumental in providing a celebratory atmosphere for our reception. He was even able to give us great advice about our floor plan because he has so much experience and pays attention to details. You can tell he loves his job so much. He is a pleasure to work with! GDG was amazing! Definitely recommend them for any event or wedding!

Gabriel and his team were amazing and 100% what we wanted for our wedding. We’re super happy that we went with them! We started off with a thorough walk through via zoom of what his company offers and once we decided to go with them we were asked to download an app which allowed us to go through questions about my wife and I, the wedding party, the other vendors, any need to know information, things we liked about previous weddings, things we didn’t like, etc. They really want to know who all is going to be involved in your day to give the smoothest ceremony and reception possible. It was great! They also had different sections you can add music too and he helps you get together a timeline. He offers games as well that you can play, or fun dances you might not have thought of! Gabriel and his team were definitely a huge part of our wedding and everyone had a blast! Gabriel does great with following up throughout the process to see if you have questions or need help. He was helpful in our final call before the wedding, just getting all the details down that we had and finalizing our timeline. He also asks you what kind of crowd you’ll have to see if you have a lot of dancers or if it’s more chill. It was a question I hadn’t heard before and was grateful he asked! It seemed he wanted to make sure we have the day we envisioned. We definitely wanted to have a party and GDG delivered! We also got the Photo Booth which was a hugeee hit! Our wedding was at Artspace111 and he was a preferred DJ with them. I highly recommend going with GDG Elevated Events if you want to have a great time with no worries!

There IS NO BETTER OPTION than hiring GDG for your event! Gabriel and his team are top notch entertainers with a real passion for making your event unique, thoughtful and streamlined. Thrilled with GDG

This review is a long time coming, but I just wanted to thank GDG Elevated Events for creating such an amazing atmosphere for my sister’s wedding this past spring. My husband and I were reflecting after the fact that our one regret for our own wedding 16 years ago was that we didn’t invest in a good DJ. Because when you do, they are able to set the tone for the whole reception. And let me tell, the tone that was set by GDG WAS SO, SO MUCH FUN! There were sweet moments and funny moments, but mostly just lots of people being prompted to have a blast the whole night. We didn’t want it to end. My family admittedly is a bit awkward and can be tough to get out of their shell, but I’ve never seen so many smiling and laughing faces out there on the dance floor. Additionally, the videos GDG took and posted on social media was an added bonus too. So fun to have those videos to look back on. Truly grateful for the all the fun memories you were able to create that night and we would highly, highly recommend you to others!

Best dj ever!

One of the things we wanted our guests to remember about our wedding was the entertainment and and all the fun going on the dance floor. GDG Elevated Events definitely made our night so special not only for my now husband and I, but each and every guest had an amazing time!
Since the first zoom meeting we had with Gabriel, we knew that we had made the perfect decision and just could not wait for our wedding day to come. From the music during the ceremony, all the way until the last dance, there was a mix of songs for everyone to enjoy which made all of our guests (from toddler to grandparents) want to go out and enjoy themselves.
We had GDG help us plan some games to have throughout the reception including bride and groom trivia and scavenger hunt and whether the guests were playing or not, every single person had a great time helping one another and trying their best to be the big winner. Every single person I talked to at my wedding said that Gabriel made this the best wedding they have ever gone to, and I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a great time at their event.
From the first call to our last private dance at the end of the night, all the communication and collaborations that we talked about were spot on, and even better than what my husband now and I were expecting!

Above and Beyond!

I want to start off by saying that Gabriel was singlehandedly the most impactful person I worked with throughout my entire wedding planning process, and having a DJ provide that level of value completely defied my expectations. But, GDG Elevated Events provides much more than your typical DJ services. Not only does Gabriel have such an encouraging and personable attitude, but he utilizes a custom planning app that went way beyond planning the soundtrack for the day. I was able to really conceptualize the flow of my wedding and determine what schedule felt most authentic to me and my husband's vision, while also deciding what song(s) I wanted to play during each moment! Gabriel was not able to DJ my wedding due to already being committed to another, but who he sent in his stead, James, was full of positive energy and did a great job being the emcee and DJ for the best day of my life. The sound quality was great, the white DJ booth was classy, and James kept everyone dancing right up until the last minute. I really couldn't recommend GDG Elevated Events more!!

Highly Recommend for Weddings

Gabriel was the DJ for our wedding and did a fabulous job! We have gotten tons of compliments from our guests about how engaging he was. We opted to have him do a trivia game to dismiss tables for our buffet and he was very comical. The whole crowd loved him and he bantered with our guests! For entertainment during the wedding, he hosted a bridal party musical chairs that was also a huge hit. We added on the bubbles feature including smoke bubble and it was the most memorable effect at our wedding! Guests have continuously commented on how cool their photos came out. Planning up to the wedding was very easy and thorough with Gabriel directly. The GDG app made it so easy to select our wedding preferred playlist along the planning process. We highly recommend working with the GDG team!

Gabriel was so easy to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure our day was set for everything we wanted. The attention to detail and the planning app made sure we had all the important moments highlighted with the perfect music. James was our DJ for the night, and he was great! Not overbearing, and made everyone want to be on the dance floor (he even joined in). We booked the photobooth as well, which was a big hit. All the props and mirror camera made for a great time. BEST DJ Vendor out there!!!

Gabriel has been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! He's so amazing that I have hired him for 3 separate events over the last year, one of them being my wedding. He has been hands-down one of the best vendors I have ever used. He is very organized and knowledgeable about the flow of each type of event I have hired him for. He has a fantastic app where you can add in your music selections for each phase of your event. He is an excellent communicator and is very thorough. Whether it's a Zoom meeting, phone call or email, he's always been very responsive. His state-of-the-art DJ system set-up, custom uplighting, mirror photobooth, professional appearance, and upbeat energy are just wonderful! He was the best vendor as far as collaboration goes and he took a TON of stress off us with his ability to work with our wedding planner and all other vendors we had. You will have made the best decision in hiring him and his team - they will not let you down!

GDG Elevated Events was absolutely amazing to work with!

Gabriel did such a wonderful job. He is so kind and helpful. He helped make our wedding night fun for all ages. He has an awesome app that allows you to create a playlist for your big day. Absolutely Amazing!

Before hiring on GDG Elevated Events, we had concerns about setting the right timeline of the ceremony and wedding/what the timeline should entail. With their amazing app, we were able to easily figure out what we wanted and the order we wanted it in; along with adding songs based on our music preference! Gabriel was able to meet/zoom with us a couple of times to go over details and answer any questions we had, he was also able to respond fairly quickly to any texts throughout the process. The availability was honestly amazing! The day of, Gabriel was really able to surprise! He dressed very professionally and even to our color scheme, the flexibility with time when photos took too long or removing a category from the timeline was very stress-free. He definitely helped make our day that much more special and we are truly grateful for it!

We had our wedding recently and was recommended GDG through a friend. Right from the beginning was the most professional experience I could have imagined. His app was easy to use and very useful. Professional, fun, attentive DJ, MC & entertainer

When I first talked with Gabriel about our wedding, he was very easy to talk to and had a lot of ideas to share about how to make our day the best. He suggested various games and special moments that we are glad we incorporated. Gabriel was super flexible and communicative over the months leading up to our wedding, including a covid reschedule. Gabriel professionally managed my many emails with questions and added on a photo booth after our original contract was signed then later added on an extra hour. Gabriel impressed me with his planning app, which was newly developed during our time working with Gabriel. The app was so helpful for us to determine our timeline and order of events. It had an easy way to manage our special moment songs and allowed us to modify them if we needed to. It was really effective to add the songs we wanted to hear and other songs we like, he really nailed it with the music he played. Plus we could add anyone else we chose to so they could suggest songs. The 30-day lockout date in the app forced us to get our plans together early enough ahead of our wedding date so that we could get all of our other plans which relied on our timeline sorted out. You can tell Gabriel is experienced and knows how best to help you plan and work together with him. Gabriel was flexible and helpful, providing feedback about our floor plan and worked with us on whatever came up or needed a solution.

Now to the day of, everything went super smoothly. Gabriel was so professional, the music was perfectly on point throughout the whole event, from ceremony, first dance, cocktail hour, dinner music & the party. Gabriel kept us in the loop and checked in with us throughout the event to make sure we knew what was coming up and see if we had any special request songs. It was the right balance of attention, not too much but enough that we knew he was making it about us if you know what I mean. It really couldn't have gone better. We are so happy with our choice to work with Gabriel and his team. He even brought a hype man lol it was fun! He got the line dances going, brought some funky dance moves to start a dance circle and generally was really fun. The photobooth was great, the guests had a good time with it.

Overall, I'd say if you're looking to work with someone who is super professional, will help you get your plans together and be really organized, plus has great add on options to enhance your experience, then Go DJ Go is who you are looking for. We would definitely hire him again.

Best DJ Ever!

Gabriel was absolutely amazing and helped everyone have a blast at our wedding! His attention to detail was amazing and helped us have such an easy and stress free day! He has a customizable app that you can add all of the music you would like and plan things out super easy! He collaborated with our vendors as well so we weren't having to go back and forth with information. He offers an array of services such as custom lighting, special effects, video projection, etc! Gdg elevated events = outstanding!

GDG Elevated Events was an absolute joy to work with! He and his team provided DJ services (music, lighting, mirror ball, FUN!) for my daughters wedding.
We held the wedding at House of Blues Dallas and Gabe went above and beyond our expectations.
The House of Blues, while an incredible venue to host a wedding, is a unique venue for vendors like GDG to work within. Gabe installed a mirror ball on the ceiling that was recessed with rafters, plumbing and electrical throughout. Challenging to say the least but Gabe solved the puzzle and got it hung - just like my daughter envisioned.
Gabe took good care of us throughout planning, setup and event day. Communicating throughout and adjusting to our changing requests without batting an eye. He takes pride in his work and delivering top notch service and it shows!

Highly Recommend

The entire experience with GDG elevated events was great from the beginning to the end. My husband and I wanted Gabriel to be our Dj but he was booked, we decided to go with James and he was just wonderful. All our guest really enjoyed him during our reception, he was very funny and personable. Gabriel and his team is a MUST!!

From the second Gabriel reached out he made a huge effort to get to know us and understand the vibe of our big day! He was very welcoming and was able to provide some amazing ideas that truly went over so well at our wedding! He had some amazing games and some great lighting that made everything great! As for the dance floor it was so hard to keep people off it! Everyone was having too much fun! We also got the PhotoBooth package and it was such a blast!! Gabriel and his team created a special boarder for our photo booth prints and it made it super special to us! Gabriel thought of every detail, provided suggestions was extremely easy to communicate with.
From the moment we found him we knew we made the right choice.
He was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
His enthusiasm and outgoing personality combined with his knowledge of a variety of music made him the perfect DJ for our wedding.
Gabriel has an amazing DJ setup. He has great speakers and really nice lighting. We loved his lighting!
His equipment is what every event needs to provide the final, finishing touches.
He worked collaboratively with our wedding planner and venue.
Hiring a DJ with plenty of experience was the best decision. He covered all the bases. Thinking of things, that didn’t even cross our mind.
He was perfect!
All appointments were done with both the bride and groom.

GDG Elevated Events is Amazing!

Gabriel is the epitome of professionalism. During my wedding, he came through when the unexpected occurred, including our person of contact with the venue never showing and the weather turning on us. Despite the all-day rain, the no-show person of contact, Gabriel took these extra responsibilities to such great lengths that I, as the bride, never realized that our person of contact was a no-show. Gabriel handled the unexpected, the added responsibility of handling vendors, directing guests and wedding party members, as well as the MC responsibilities. He did an amazing job. Our song list was fantastic, the lighting beautiful and his personality, as well as his organized, calm demeanor, helped a very stressed-out bride. His personalized event plan was extensive and detailed. At first, I was unsure how to go about any of it, however, Gabriel walked me and my husband through everything, answered every question, responded quickly when we had a sudden change or music request, and did everything we asked, adding suggestions and advice. His experience is invaluable and professionalism evident in every detail and comment. He cares and you will know he does by how open he is about the process and how flexible he is because he wants what you want: to have an amazing event with the people you love, untethered from the stress of logistics!

Great DJ/Lighting Service!

GoDJGo did such a great job at my daughter's wedding in June 2021. Gabriel was very organized and help us coordinate the reception to create a great flow for the evening. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or party needs. It was like having a coordinator to keep the evening on time for each event moving smoothly (i.e. dismissing tables for buffet, dances, cake cutting, and getting the party started, etc.).

Gabriel is GREAT!!!

We had the best experience with Gabriel and Go DJ Go as the DJ for our wedding reception! He was very responsive to our song requests and helped us create the best playlist that got everyone on the dance floor, even our grandparents! He provided custom mix services on our first dance and father/daughter dance (which was awesome since the songs we chose were a little long), and he provided uplighting services that highlighted the colors we chose for our wedding. Finally, you should definitely to use one of his games!! The musical chairs/scavenger hunt game was a major hit, and we received so many compliments that this game was a blast! You can’t go wrong with choosing Gabriel as your wedding DJ, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Great DJ to work with!

Gabriel from Go DJ Go was a pleasure to work with at a wedding I performed in at the Petroleum Club in Downtown Ft Worth.

When one has to sing with a background track instead of a band the sound mix can be hard to get right and it can make or break the performance. Gabriel did an excellent job of producing the right sound mix for the ceremony & made me sound much better than I actually do.

He was also very entertaining as the reception MC/game host & his music mix was enjoyed by everyone. Excellent DJ. Very professional. Great to work with!

I cannot say enough about Go DJ Go’s enthusiasm, professionalism, patience, flexibility, and talent. From our initial contact throughout the rescheduling of my daughter’s initial wedding date due to Covid and finally her New Year’s Eve 2020 wedding, Gabriel was always helpful and responsive. He was a wonderful guide always asking good questions and really getting to know the bride and groom. Gabriel gave wonderful advice and responded to changing plans (Covid, last minute celebrity congratulations video, moving an outdoor ceremony indoors because of inclement weather) with tremendous patience and understanding. In addition to his attention to detail and skilled presentation, Gabriel was FUN and kept the guests on the dance floor! I definitely plan to hire Go DJ Go again for future events.

Incredible dj!

Gabriel was fantastic! He was so helpful and very quick to respond with all the last minute changes! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! He played awesome music, keeping the people dancing! I also and so grateful for how nice of a person he is, he really helped Joe and I calm our nerves by taking care of all our music needs 100% for the ceremony and reception! Gabriel was awesome!

My husband and I LOVED working with Gabriel and GoDJGo. We just had our wedding in October 2020, and Gabriel was super responsive and worked with us every step of the way. Even with Covid, he was flexible to all the various changes and wrenches thrown at us by the ever-changing restrictions set by Dallas County. He had great suggestions, and truly listened in order to understand and execute the exact wedding WE wanted. He even helped us find a live musician to sing a certain song we wanted for the ceremony. He went above and beyond every step of the way, and he was an excellent and entertaining emcee for the event. We cannot recommend him enough!

AMAZING is an understatement!

I have no idea how to put into how INCREDIBLE Gabriel was at our wedding. We met Gabe at an open house for wedding vendors and knew right then and there that we had to hire him for our wedding. He was amazing from start to finish when it came to planning the day of and the execution. He was so easy to work with and we cannot say enough good things about him. We had numerous people come up to us at the wedding and even after saying that he was incredible. His variety of music was great, and hit all of our favorite genres on the head! ow would be an understatement! Have was simply amazing and so professional. My daughter (bride) and son in law (groom) met him at an open house and called and said he is a must. He was our first vendor. He is enthusiastic, willing and more then able to pull off the wedding of your dreams. I had more people come up and rave about the music and the energy he had. Once the party started I had ZERO WORRIES.

godjgo is the best!!

Gabrielle Patterson (goDJgo) was phenomenal to put it short. We met with him early in our planning process, where we sat for coffee and discussed our vision and plan for the wedding. he went through every single detail, while providing examples or suggestions in sections we were not familiar or sure to put. We worked with him throughout COVID and worked with us when we had to push our wedding date 3 months! The wedding day was perfect! he added music for the ceremony, and was an incredible DJ throughout the reception! I never realized how critical a DJ is for a reception, but he was the DJ, MC, time keeper, and played the perfect mix of songs/music from start to finish!
I highly recommend! Go with Gabe! You won't regret it! He is detailed and so professional! I would highly recommend him to anyone with a wedding or party or any kind of celebration!

GDG created the reception of my dreams!!

Gabriel was one of my favorite vendors to work with! I remember the first time we had a meeting with him, I left the meeting telling my (now) husband how thankful I was to have booked him because he was SO helpful in figuring out a timeline for my reception. He helped me choose songs, event orders, and even had a list of reception games to choose from. We played the newlywed game at my reception and I've already had so many guests tell me how much they had with it! After my wedding got postponed due to coronavirus, he was so quick to help me figure out a new date as well as restructure my entire timeline multiple times. He was so helpful in suggesting ways to still have a fun wedding during these times as well as constantly adjusting to my changes and assuring me that it was okay! He was great with making announcements, from the buffet order to small touches like our late night snacks and anniversary books. I had always told my fiance that one of my main hopes for our wedding was to have a fun dance party and we had SO much fun!! He listened to all of mine and my guests' song requests and then took it from there to ensure that we had an incredible night. The lighting was also such a great touch and made the dance floor so fun! My friends all told me they had so much fun and for me, it was the reception and dance party of my dreams! If I had to re-do everything I would hire Gabriel again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone!!

We 110% suggest booking Gabriel for your event! When we first reached out to him Gabriel met up with us to discuss what we were wanting, and within the first 10 minutes we knew we would book him. Amazing one-of-a-kind DJ!

You should hire Gabe!

Gabe was phenomenal at our wedding! My "day of coordinator" basically ditched all his duties on the day of to only focus on the waitstaff so I ended up working with Gabe throughout my day to ensure things ran smoothly and accordingly to schedule. I, however, didn't have to worry whatsoever. Gabe was on top of it all! He kept us in the loop but only really approached us a couple of times and at the right times to get things done. He mc'd the night and had our guests actively engaged in games. We last minute asked him to come do our ceremony processional and recessional music as well and I couldn't believe how seamlessly he flowed all of my music choices for each different party to enter. Having Gabe was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

The Highlight of our Reception

My wedding reception was an absolute blast thanks to Gabriel Patterson (Go DJ Go). Gabriel is very professional and organized. He prepared a nice timeline for the reception and shared lots of fun ideas with my husband and I months prior to our wedding. We really appreciated the advice and direction he provided us with. He also followed up with us about a month prior to the wedding and a week before, to ensure all updates were reflected in our timeline and he was well prepared for our reception.

Gabriel spread a few games out throughout our reception, which made the night unique and kept our guests engaged. The dance contest was one of my favorite highlights from our wedding! I highly recommend Gabriel! Not only was he wonderful to work with, but my guests raved about him to us as well. He left an impression on our wedding in the best possible way.

Gabriel is so great at his profession!!! Great service and lots of fun

We used Gabriel's DJ service for our wedding on 11/3/19. Everything was so great. Gabriel first met with us in person to get a clear view of everything we wanted at the wedding. We didnt want any rap or songs with foul language and he made sure that did not happen, regardless of guest requests. He made sure to keep the dancing going and there was never a dull moment. He also edited some of our songs to match timing for certain parts of the wedding. He was easy to work with and was great at making sure everything flowed really smoothly. Our dinner ran a little late so he easily took some stuff out of the original plans to better accommodate the timing. Gabriel is very friendly and we got a lot of compliments on how great the music was and how nice the DJ was. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.

No need to look any further for a DJ!

We hired Go DJ Go for my oldest daughter’s wedding in 2016. Gabriel was perfect, helping with multiple parts the wedding from the planning stages up to the big day itself. He met with my daughter and her now-husband far in advance to go over all their questions and draft a basic plan, and then stayed in touch with them over the ensuing months to help refine the flow of events, suggest music choices as needed, etc. Then on the wedding day, he welcomed our guests, announced all the special moments, and kept everything on track with the timeline (which he had helped create from scratch originally). Gabriel's assistance as an MC was invaluable in keeping people engaged and entertained as we moved through the reception. He also assisted with a video presentation I needed help with during my toast. The music was awesome, too! Not only did he play my daughter and her younger crowd's favorite songs, but he included ours in the mix too to make sure the other generations had fun, as well. Everyone involved was very pleased with Gabriel's service.

It was so good in fact, that when our youngest daughter scheduled her wedding for August of 2019, we did not hesitate to hire Go DJ Go again. Same results! Gabriel really got to know our group's various tastes ahead of time, and then combined what we gave him with his own expertise (and some additional requests he received on the fly) to tailor an awesome mix for the reception. He also ran extra sound systems during both the ceremony and cocktail hour in separate areas, and integrated his music with a live musician we had hired (including running a microphone for her vocals), making a seamless transition between all of it. Overall he's a great DJ/MC, easy to work with, competitively priced, and always exceeds expectations. He even met with me individually to work out details for surprise moments I wanted to include in each of my daughters' weddings, and clearly cared a lot about making sure they went just right. I highly recommend Gabriel and his company, Go DJ Go. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing DJ! Thanks Gabriel!

A DJ can make or break the vibe of your event, which is why you should hire Gabriel. He's the business owner, and his pride of ownership is displayed in his entire process! My husband and I traded multiple phone calls and emails with Gabriel during the months of planning (responsiveness and engagement...check check). He really wants to understand what you're going for with your event so that he can tailor it precisely to you and your group of guests.
The entire evening went off without a hitch, and I had so many compliments from friends and family about how fun the dance party was (Dance Craze contest for the win!) and how well the evening flowed. Gabriel definitely cares deeply about making your event well-planned and stress-free so that you can sit back and enjoy your time with your guests. Just listen to me and hire him, okay?

A great DJ, highly recommended

We were very pleased with Gabriel's work. He did a great job mc-ing our reception, and incorporated our music tastes very well. He was good with dealing with requests and funny moments from the crowd. The games he came up with were a lot of fun and got the wedding guests involved. While planning the reception he was very easy to work with and very approachable. For me, I had no idea what kind of music I wanted to play so I gave him creative freedom and he planned it so well, I couldn’t have done it any better myself. He’s very professional and worked hard. Words really can’t describe how well I liked Gabriel. Guests at my wedding liked him so much they are using them for their own wedding.

Awesome DJ!!!

Gabriel was an amazing DJ! He really took the time to get to know us before our big day so he could make sure to play a set that fit our personalities. From our first meeting, Gabriel made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident that we chose a great DJ and emcee for our wedding reception. He was a great asset in helping us manage our time during the reception so we would not get behind on our day-of schedule (who needs a day-of coordinator when you have Gabriel!?). We could not have found a better DJ to provide the soundtrack to our joyous day. He was patient with us as well as our wedding guests (and their many requests). Highly recommend!

We hired Gabriel of Go DJ Go for our wedding in May, and he was wonderful! From the very beginning when I made an inquiry, he was genuine and quick to respond. We had an initial meeting with him, after which we decided he was a good fit for us. We then had one very productive 2-3 hour meeting to lay out the wedding day timeline. He used his expertise and experience to guide us in making the decisions we were uncertain of since this was our first time. We were able to send him our song requests and worked together through email to finalize the details. Gabriel also helped us edit a mix for us to practice our special surprise dance with. On wedding day, he did a great job of being our MC and DJ, reading the room and keeping things lively. He played the right songs at the right moments (he set the mood so well with his background music during our first look that both my husband and I got emotional even before he turned around to look at me), He kept us on top of our schedule so that we didn't have to worry about anything as the hours flew by. We definitely recommend him for your wedding or other event!

Exciting Times!

When my wife and I decided we were tired of not being married and threw together a wedding, we honestly were so nervous that everything would go wrong. Gabriel really set our minds at ease, he walked us through parts of the wedding we had not thought of! With him we were able to set up the timing and music for the ceremony, as well as plan out any transitions in the wedding as he was more than happy to announce what the guests were supposed to do next! He set up games that the audience, my wife ,and I played to get people in the spirit of fun at our wedding! When it came time to dance, he played amazing songs perfect for our wedding by asking just a simple question of what kind of music we were into! He is very good at reading the room and planning the songs to match! I honestly have not sean my family dance like that in my entire life!
One of the best things I found however was that hiring goDJgo made the whole process so much extravagant. He made everyone feel excited by setting the mood for the entire wedding, and Gabriel was a very kind and helpful person!

We used Go DJ Go for my daughter’s reception and couldn’t be happier! From our first meeting with Gabe, we knew that we could trust him with making sure the night would go just like we wanted. Gabe was actually booked for the night we needed, so we got to have James be our DJ. We highly recommend him! He was so fun! Our Special Day with Great DJ

We hired Gabriel to DJ our NYE wedding and we are so glad we did! He met with us to discuss the type of wedding we were looking for and our tastes, as well as helped us create a timeline of events. He is our ONLY DJ!

Gabe was fantastic! He was so easy going and calm, which was perfect, because I am not lol!!!! He is very professional and will ensure that your wedding is done the way YOU want it! If you're not sure, he is full of great ideas! If you ask for his direct honesty, he will give it to you and I love that because as you know, us brides don't have time for anything else! He is dependable, easy to contact, quick to respond, and even checks in on you to make sure all is good! I will say that one of the things I also loved most about Gabe is that he takes so much pride in his work; he is organized, meticulous, and a perfectionist....ie. I asked if by chance he had a list of the songs he played at our wedding and he replied pretty instantly with every song from the time guests entered the ceremony room until they left the reception, in order that he played them, organized by each event the songs were played at! So amazing lol! He likes to have a plan, a backup, and then leaves some room to "read" the environment so he can respond accordingly. He is a joy to work with and in the event we ever need DJ services again, we know where to go! Great Experience... Highly recommend

I highly recommend Gabriel Patterson, GoDJGo, for the honor of your Wedding DJ. Gabriel was on the preferred vendor list at my daughter’s wedding venue. I was planning her wedding from out of town. As soon as I contacted Gabriel, he set a meeting with us which was about a year prior to the wedding date. He listened to us to understand what we were looking for, what our concerns were, and encouraged our “out of the box” ideas. He also presented a detailed timeline incorporating some of his ideas we loved and the ideas we provided to him. There were so many genres of music we wanted played at the wedding ......he is a master at transitioning and kept our guest on the floor all night long. We had so many compliments on the fun everyone had and the great DJ. I want to thank him for encouraging us to do the bride and grooms Texas A&M fight song…that was a participation crowd pleaser. Instead of performing the traditional dollar/honeymoon dance….the bride and groom had the idea to play a save the bride/save the groom money jar game . It was a smash hit…and very lucrative for the couple. Gabriel did and awesome job of keeping the guest informed all night of who was winning. There was also a rain obstacle to overcome, Gabriel was flexible changing the timeline at the last minute to get all of the dances done outside before the rain came down. Even after that, Gabriel positioned his equipment so the dancing flowed from inside to outside easily through out the night. Gabriel is highly professional, very quick in responding to emails, dependable and was on point all night.

Everything we wanted in a DJ

Gabriel is awesome! From the day we met up with him, we had nothing but pleasant interactions with him! He is a very very nice person and is extremely professional. We gave him a list of songs we love and he played them along with others that went great with the ones we selected! He was so nice and interactive with our guests and he kept everything running so smoothly! He does a take on the Newlywed Game and it was our favorite part! It got all the guests involved and made for a lot of laughs! We loved it! If we ever need to hire a DJ in the future we would absolutely choose Gabriel again. I wish I could list every single word in the dictionary and thesaurus to describe how fantastic Gabriel was! EVERYONE had an incredible time at our wedding because of him. Gabriel kept the party going and always checked in when he thought we might need to move some things around due to time constraints. Gabriel from Go DJ Go was a joy to work with! We had NO clue what type of music to play (our guest list included an eclectic mix of people from all over) and we really put our trust in him to sort of figure it out.. well he did a great job! People were dancing the whole time and he was a great emcee! We had over 170 people at our wedding and he had no problem making sure they were all in the right place at the right time - he even had the cool idea of doing a group photo! (this effectively got everyone on the dance floor and now we have a great picture of everyone together). Gabriel was easy to work with, and he provides a great value for his service. My husband and I chose Gabriel as our wedding DJ, and we are so happy we did! Gabriel was friendly, professional and easy to work with. My husband and I had many questions throughout the wedding process, and Gabriel was always helpful and quick to respond. A few hours before the wedding I emailed Gabriel and asked if he could introduce my parents at the reception before the bridal party. He responded quickly, stating that it would not be a problem.

He worked closely with us on planning the music, games, and general flow of the event. We played the Shoe Game, a trivia game and his dance competition. Gabriel was very confident on the mic and made all three of these games a ton of fun! Gabriel’s musical selection for the dance competition was perfect and a highlight of the evening. Our friends are still talking about it!

We decided to follow his advice for the music, which was to start with older songs at the beginning of the night and progress to newer music towards the end. This was very effective as the dance floor was full!
We would highly recommend Gabriel as a DJ for your next event!

Gabe was great! We had a long phone conversation with him prior to the party and he took the time to understand our needs for our Halloween party. He was on time, professional, personal, brought fun juice boxes dressed like mummies (and he dressed up in a mummy costume also!) His equipment was very professional. When searching for our wedding DJ we happened upon GoDJGo and are truly lucky that we did! From our very first meeting Gabriel really listened to us and helped us think through parts of our wedding ceremony and reception that had frankly evaded us. Being that we are a cultural blend we knew that it might have been difficult to please all of our guests but somehow Gabriel managed to mix latin music, 80's classics, disco, early rock and contemporary hits. Days after, our friends and family continued to rave about the DJ. We loved the dance craze dance off!! We also really appreciated that the music Gabriel selected was all family friendly since we had older guests as well as children attending. We had a great time last night at Hannah and Pablo's reception. Gabe was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He kept the party moving and everyone dancing! Highly recommend!

Gabe did a wonderful job as the DJ for our wedding. He met with my mother and I months in advance and mapped out the entire night for us. I didn't even mention to him that my husband's family was Columbian, but he gladly took all of their requests and had all of the Latin songs they wanted to hear. He communicated with us through the entire night and made sure we were happy with everything. We played the newly wed game that he suggested and our guests were commenting how much they enjoyed it for the rest of the evening. I wouldn't have changed a thing he did an amazing job. Thank you Gabe for making our special day that much more special!

Luke & I still can't stop smiling about our wedding day! You helped to make our special day the most amazing ever. From the personalized introductions for each member of the wedding party, to the coordinating of our surprise dance with my Grandpa, to making absolutely everything run seamlessly throughout the entire ceremony & reception. All of our guests keep telling us how much fun they had, & how great the music was. The dance floor was packed through the very last minute! You were so pleasant & easy to work with, we feel like we've made a new friend along the way. We can't thank you enough!

We had a great experience with Gabriel's services. Our event was a homecoming dance and Gabriel accommodated with no problem. He played a variety of school appropriate music that the students enjoyed and also offered a great sound and light system. When we first talked, he said he did weddings and corporate events but he was open to experiencing our school event. I definitely recommend GoDJGo to anyone who is looking for someone reliable, open minded, and fun!

Gabe was amazing to work with! He was flexible throughout our daughter's reception when we needed to make adjustments in music, timing, and activities. He listened to the newlywed's requests and made other suggestions to them for the evening. The wedding guests stayed engaged the entire event due to Gabe's energy. We will definitely use Gabe again for our next event!

This by far was the best birthday I have ever attended. Our DJ had us dancing all night long and knew how to blend the music. Anyone looking for a Great DJ, Gabe would be your guy.

Gabe was our DJ for my daughter’s Sweet 16 party on 08/07/2015. I put in a tall order because my daughter had her heart set on blacklight glow party.

Gabe was excited about the “theme” possibilities from the get-go and really indulged us in all of our ideas. He even brought various lights during our initial meeting at the venue so I could get an idea of the effect of each. I mentioned to Gabe he could feel free to join in the fun and wear some white/neon and he showed up all decked out as a true glow-in-the-dark DJ.

We provided Gabe a list of song “likes” and he incorporated most and threw in others that were really along the same lines. Several times I thought, “how did we forget to put this song on the list?” Basically, he really got in the mind frame and spirit of our event. I received compliments from several guests on Gabe’s interaction with the kids and his laidback DJ style. I appreciated that he worked to keep the crowd going, without turning it into the “Gabe show.”

Gabe got there on time, was ready well before the event started, worked super well with the venue staff and other vendors, and was super accommodating in extending the end time by an extra hour at the very last possible moment (we were having a great time dancing and weren’t ready to go!). I could have cheaped out and spent half what we spent on a DJ for our event, but I can’t imagine that we would have gotten the same level of professionalism with someone else.

Very professional and did everything we asked. Even went above and beyond and mopped up a spilt drink on the dance floor. Everyone had a GREAT time!

Gabriel Patterson from godjgo was an amazing DJ. He was very thorough in making sure all the order of events were just perfect. He was also very professional and easy to work with. All the music was awesome and the whole party danced the whole night away! His lighting & sound system were amazing! Several family members & friends even commented to me about how good he was. We were very pleased with his services and will be recommending him in the future. He made our daughter's Quinceanera a night to remember!! No one sat the whole night, his music kept the party going all night!
