Our wedding cakes and mini desserts from GD Cakes were an absolute delight! With a plethora of tempting flavors to choose from, the decision-making process was challenging. Eventually, we settled on the guava-flavored cake, a nod to Puerto Rico's culinary excellence. Locating their shop was a breeze, and although there was a charge for tasting multiple items, the quality made it worthwhile.
Despite the tasting fee, we wholeheartedly recommend GD Cakes. They flawlessly brought our design vision to life, and the collaboration with our florist for the added floral touches was seamless. The Geo cake pops and lemon tarts were equally delectable, contributing to the overall culinary success of our celebration. GD Cakes is a 10/10. -

GD Cakes did an incredible job with our wedding cake — it was absolutely beautiful and tasted just as amazing! We chose a guava cake with guava cream cheese filling, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. They also created the most gorgeous two-piece macaron boxes as guest favors, and everyone loved them. The presentation and attention to detail were flawless. I highly recommend GD Cakes to anyone looking for stunning, unique, and delicious desserts for their big day! -

Ok, a delicious cake is a must in a successful wedding celebration. This bakery blew our mind in the tasting with the presentation and the flavor of their selections. The cake was moist and infused with delicate flavors and the filling combinations were endless. We settled up for a three tier cake with pistachio cake and alternating guava and dulce de leche in each tier. It was amazing. We did not care for a very elaborated frosting work, opting for a color scheme that matched the decorations of the wedding and some natural flowers from the decor. We also ordered a dessert bar with macarons, tembleque, flan, and tres leches (all traditional Puerto Rico desserts). Thank Goodness my wedding coordinator set aside some of it for the wedding couple because my guests descended like termites! I had just enough left overs to have a room breakfast for two days after the wedding . Perfection! Highly recommended vendor. -

OMG DELICIOUS! We worked with GD cakes to create a small 2 tier cake and dessert tray with tarts and cookies for our wedding. Being a destination wedding we didn’t have time to “try before you buy” and we trusted our gut with the decision. BEST DECISION EVER. The cake (one layer chocolate + dulce de leche filling, one layer vanilla cake + passion fruit) was simply amazing. We could’ve eaten the entire thing. The cookies were adorable with ‘Mr. and Mrs.’ embossed on them. Let me talk about the tarts – we had a mix of chocolate and lemon and each had the CUTEST detail with gold foil and fruit perfectly placed. Everything was magazine perfect, but most importantly everything was delicious!! -

Germari y su equipo de GD Cakes fue excelente! Su sabor es delicioso y consistente y la habilidad que tienen para decorar es fabulosa. Para nosotros que no vivimos en PR, probar bizcochos fue complicado, ya que contábamos con que nuestros familiares nos hicieran el favor de viajar y traernos muestras, o aprovechar cuando íbamos a PR para probar. GD Cakes lo hizo fácil pues pudimos pedir las muestras “online” y mi mamá me hizo el favor de buscarlas y traerlas con ella en su equipaje de mano cuando vino a visitarme el año pasado. Las dos veces que probé sus creaciones quedábamos encantados, sobre todo con el bizcocho de zanahoria; QUE DELICIA!! Para mí lo más importante era la consistencia, y el equipo de GD Cakes lo es 100%. En adición, ellos pudieron plasmar lo que queríamos en el bizcocho perfecto. Ya perdimos la cuenta de cuantos invitados nos han dicho que el bizcocho estaba riquísimo o que repitieron, y yo sigo contando los días para poder probar otro pedacito del que guardamos para nuestro aniversario. No lo pienses más y selecciona a GD Cakes para tu evento! -

Delicious & Beautiful
Our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful! It was definitely a showstopper. At first I thought the cake being displayed was fake because it was so beautiful, but it was real! GD Cakes was professional, talented, flexible. I called the week before my wedding to add a smaller cake and they accommodated me with no problem. My husband and I did not get to enjoy as much as we wanted during our reception, so we decided to order a small replica for our anniversary. We had other desserts at our reception, but everyone enjoyed the cake! We had very little leftover. -

Delicious and soo tasty
Germari and everyone were absolutely phenomenal with advice and getting what I wanted from cake design and taste. So many guests were talking about the cake and how delicious it tasted (vanilla/almond cake with raspberry filling). -

If you are considering G'Delights for your wedding -- DO IT! They were an absolute pleasure to work with, even when I changed my mind about the design just a few days before the wedding. Not to mention, the cake was absolutely delicious and we had family and friends from both Puerto Rico and the states ask us about the cake and compliment how great it was. We went with vanilla cake with different filling for each tier which included, dulce de leche, guava and chocolate. The dulce de leche was our FAVORITE! We can't wait to go back and order some more desserts! Thank you again G'Delights! -

Germari fue muy atenta y profesional
El cake testing hizo difícil la elección por que todas las combinaciones estuvieron divinas. También elegimos trufas de chocolate. Calidad y sabor inigualable.
El pastel de bodas estuvo delicioso. Perfectamente trabajado. Quedamos encantados con el trabajo y servicio brindado por G delights.

Perfectly Delicious
I just had to write a review for G’Delights for making our wedding cake everything we hoped for and more. Germari was very professional. The dulce de leche cake was perfectly delicious and the details were sublime. Their work was polished and the cake and fondant had a great flavor. Everyone was impressed by the work and taste and asked where we got the cake. Inside and out, the cake was perfect! My family and I became customers... and I’m sure some of our friends and family, that attend to our wedding, will be also. Thanks! -

Coordinan cada detalle para que quede a gusto del cliente y el resultado siempre es increíble!! Durante el proceso de diseño te sientes segura por el profesionalismo y conocimiento que tienen. Our dessert table was so popular my husband and I almost missed out on it! I managed to snag a donut and some macrons which were fantastic. The bakers let us pick different flavors for almost everything and the cake was designed exactly to my expectations! So beautiful and different. Thank you GD team for making my wedding so sweet! -

Una de las decisiones más difíciles fue escoger quien nos haría nuestro bizcocho. Solo sabíamos que queríamos que el último piso fuese de chocolate y buscando entre los bizcochos pasados de G Delights encontramos uno que tenía una técnica que me encantó. Primero que todo, poder ordenar el tasting box a través de la página hace el proceso fácil. Luego de unas llamadas y de tan solo brindarle unas imágenes de los colores de la boda, G Delights pudo capturar la esencia de nuestro Wildflower Garden Wedding y los colores estuvieron on point! En las fotos se ve mi reacción al ver el bizcocho, quedo precioso! Además de que estaba delicioso, los pisos de abajo eran almendra con dulce de leche y el piso de chocolate ni se diga! -
