Amazingggg!
I have been to Gautier more than one time and I have always found the most beautiful dresses ever. I used my dresses for two different weddings where I got so many compliments, I felt like a princess. Also, I had to have them altered and everything was just perfect! The lady & girls helping me with my dresses the three times I have been there have been awesome and smiling! The only thing I would suggest is for you to listen to them on the size suggestions because some of their dresses are definitley not true to size. Overall loved my dresses, loved the service, greattt layaway plans, and very moderate prices for the amazing quality of the dresses.
Finally, I got married and wore two of their dresses! Super comfortable and got so many compliments! -

Beautiful wedding dresses! They have a so much variety and all tupes of wedding dress that you are looking for! The customer service was great and everyone was super helpful. Everyone told me finding the wedding dress was going to be really hard but Gautier Bridal made it so simple! Thank you! Fell in love with this store!! -

My biggest wedding regret is buying my dress from Gautier. I purchased a custom dress in May 2021 and was quoted an arrival of late October 2021. October came and I didn’t hear from the store. I followed up with the store the last week of October and was told that the dress was delayed and would be coming in late November. I did not receive an explanation for the delay and waited to hear from them in November. November came and I still did not hear from the store so I again called to follow up. They again told me the dress was delayed but again with no explanations and assured me the dress would be here by the end of December. Again I had to follow up with the store. NOT ONCE did Gautier staff call me with an update on my dress. If I wanted an update I had to call, which is terrible customer service when my dress was already 2 months delayed. Maria, you and your staff should be ashamed of yourselves. You lied to me and sold me a dress on false pretenses. At no point in time did you or your staff ever say the dress would take 9 months to make. Why in the world would anyone risk having a dress come in mere days before their wedding. Had I known that, I would not have purchased a custom dress and would have stuck to something with a better timeline. You LIED AND NEVER told me the dress hadn’t actually begun production until late October. I didn’t find out until I came into the store asking for an explanation in January. You could have explained the reasons for the delays at any point in time WHEN I CALLED and I would have been happy to explore other options. You destroyed my wedding dress dreams and denied me the chance to take bridal portraits and caused an incredible amount of stress to me. When I did finally receive my dress on January 31, you sold me a dress that didn’t fit me and had a seamstress so inexperienced that she didn’t even know it. I got my dress less than 1 month before my wedding and still needed to get alterations. Maria, you assured me I would have alterations done in one day and seemed confused when I mentioned it. When I asked for my alterations to be compensated know it was never about money. I paid a deserving business more just to fix your salons mistakes! It was the principle. Your business failed me and LIED to me. I ended up getting my dressed altered somewhere else and it was the best thing I could’ve done. I wish I would have never walked into Gautier. Brides be aware they do not care about you and simply want your money. Do not give them your business. There are several other salons that have excellent service and care about your experience.
