If you are looking for an amazing events planning team, LOOK NO FURTHER! I rarely write reviews but feel like this one is important for anyone looking for an incredible partner for their event. Especially on Martha's Vineyard where things are not exactly like the mainland. We worked with Jessica at GATHER and her team for our wedding on September 23rd, and I cannot express how incredibly happy we were with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final moments of our wedding day, everything was absolutely flawless. Also - it RAINED cats and dogs on our wedding date and GATHER was so amazing at helping us pivot some of the plans accordingly without a hitch.
First and foremost, the events planner is one of the most important relationships for the success of a wedding or event, and as you need to feel like you trust this person and end up spending so much time planning that it is so important to pick the right person to bring into the inner circle. I was so happy to have Jessica and her team with us. I would trust her with anything. Her energy, professionalism and demeanor were just what I was hoping for. Jessica's insights were invaluable, and the level of professionalism exhibited by Jessica and their team was outstanding. They were also able to understand my taste and wants, and went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was executed with precision and care. It was evident that they put their heart and soul into their work, and the results spoke for themselves.
One of the aspects that stood out the most was how easy they were to work with. Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming and stressful process, but GATHER made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. They were always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and offer valuable suggestions. Their approachable and friendly demeanor put us at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy the planning process and the big day itself. I was often overwhelmed by vendor decisions and GATHER helped me navigate these decisions and help me find creative solutions that helped us maintain our budget.
The creativity and innovation displayed by GATHER was also truly impressive. They took my complex vision and turned it into a breathtaking reality. I was so happy to walk into our venue and see everything exactly as I planned. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the lighting, was carefully curated to match our theme and preferences. The end result was a wedding that not only met but exceeded our expectations. Our guests were in awe of the ambiance and elegance that their team executed.
The coordination and management of the event timeline was also impeccable. Everything was queued on time. Weddings go by SO FAST, and their team ensured that everything ran smoothly and on schedule, allowing us to focus on cherishing the special moments with our loved ones. Their expertise and organization were evident, and it made a significant difference in the overall flow of the day.
I wholeheartedly recommend GATHER to anyone in need of a wedding planner. Their dedication, creativity, and professionalism are unparalleled. Jessica made our wedding planning so easy. I, as the Mom, don't know what I would have done without her. She is knowledgable about all aspects of planning a wedding. Besides being so helpfulI, she is a lovely person. I highly recommend Jessica to help plan your wedding. -

GATHER Event Company, specifically Jessica, was an incredible resource to have in planning our wedding. Every single detail was taken care of. There was a wonderful dichotomy of meticulous planning, without ever feeling monotonous. I genuinely looked forward to our meetings and the progress we would make. My wife and I were able to have the picture-perfect wedding that we could only have imagined on our own, and it came to fruition as a result of Jessica's hard work, diligence, and expertise. Gather Event Company is a wonderful company, run by even more wonderful people.
