Gateway made it easy for us! The time between our ceremony and reception was a little longer than the 6 hour package they offer and they were able to work with us without charging extra! Highly recommend!

First, I would like to say how amazing the service was and specifically I would like to call out our driver Paul he was above and beyond an amazing driver. He was so helpful to me. Gateway is the way to go. Their prices are reasonable and their service was impeccable. We had a wonderful experience booking 3 separate vehicles with them for our November 2024 wedding. Hooking up to the Bluetooth in the party bus on the way to the venue was a nice surprise bonus. Gateway got the job done for us!

We love Gateway. I was able to find the exact vehicle we needed for our wedding and get a quote right away. From there payment was made and it was one more critical detail for my wedding that was crossed off the list! Paul Pettinicchi, our driver was on time, professional and calm. Just what a stressed out bride needs on her wedding day. He got us to the church on time and back to our venue. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable. Don't hestitate.

Three shuttles went off without a hitch!
We had three shuttles for our recent wedding, one of the wedding party and two for guests and it all went off without a hitch. We decided pretty late in the game to add a second return shuttle and the folks at Gateway were able to make it all work. We got 24 hours notice reminder as well which helped check it off our list the day before. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Excellent for Weddings!
I used Gateway Limo for our wedding in November 2023. I read the reviews ahead of time, but have never used the company before. They exceeded my expectations. They were not on time, but EARLY to take us to our wedding ceremony as well as a late night pick-up from our venue to the hotel. Paul, the driver, got out of the bus to help all of my bridesmaids get on the bus smoothly and even walked with me inside of the church holding my dress from getting dirty. Who does that?? We were very excited to celebrate with music after the ceremony on the bus, and Paul just went with the flow. He was awesome. For our ride back to to the hotel at night, the driver got out and helped us carry items into the hotel. I can't thank this company enough and if I need a limo service again, I would use them. Also, keep in mind I had a huge wedding party and they were so accommodating!

We used Gateway Limo to transport our bridal party from our hotel to our wedding on 9/21/24. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were so easy to work with. Everyone was very helpful in helping me chose the right limos we needed to ensure everyone fit comfortably. The limos were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our drivers were amazing. They were so prompt (actually 10-15 minutes early), texted me as soon as they arrived, and got us to our destination safely. They were so fun and excited for us on our wedding day too! Amazing Service & Driver Rickey
I was contacted a month before my wedding to go over details and pickup/drop off locations. They were so accommodating and very flexible! I had to change our times and locations a few times and they were perfectly fine with it! On the day of our wedding, I got emails and texts notifying me when the driver (Rickey) was leaving, picking up my husband and his groomsmen, and dropping them off at the venue. We even had Rickey drive us (myself and my girls) around the building to the ceremony. The whole time I was waiting to leave the limo, Rickey was talking to me and making jokes to calm my nerves, lol. He was an overall an amazing driver and a nice guy. I would recommend him and Gateway Limousine to anyone who wants to ride in style and feel beautiful!

Edward is the best!!!
Edward was our driver on our wedding day and he was wonderful! Edward helped load things into the bus and assisted every one in and out with a helping hand. He had the champagne ready to go and provided my husband's group and my group a safe and smooth ride to our wedding venue. We booked a party bus for our wedding day and we had the best time thanks to our driver Paul! He is the ultimate professional. He was punctual and safely got us to our destinations on time. Luxury transportation for wedding party and guests
We used Gateway Limo for our limo to transport our wedding party as well as the 18 passenger van for our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. The van was more like a limo bus! And the limo was just as expected. I think all of the members of our wedding party and our guests felt very pampered by the transportation. Our experience for our big day with Gateway Limousine was awesome! Our driver EJ was more than accommodating and was very patient waiting out front for us before it was time for us to go to the venue. He had our champagne chilled in the backseat and was able to pack the trunk with our belongings as well as my grandmothers wheelchair which was such a relief. The ride was smooth and he made sure to tell us where the air controls and Bluetooth hookup was. Great experience!

Magic carpet ride with the Genie

Efficient, helpful, and perfect for what we needed
Gateway limo worked with us to make sure that we ordered exactly what we needed, when we needed it to ensure everyone got to and from our wedding! We had guests with children in need of car seats and they had recommendations for how to go about doing that. Great to work with. We rented a small bus and had multiple trips throughout the day and night and everything was on time and we had no issues. Even brought some guests back when they needed to in the middle of the wedding. Driver was dressed so well and very professional. The bus was very clean and so comfortable. Excellent wedding transportation!
We recently used Gateway Limousine for our wedding transportation, utilizing coach buses to shuttle guests to and from the hotel and venue. Their customer service was fantastic, the buses were clean and the driving was excellent and very professional. We had a Covid wedding, but despite having to reschedule our wedding four times since 2020, the team at Gateway Limousine was extremely flexible and responsive. We are so happy we were able to work with them for our wedding transportation, and they did an excellent job!

We hired Gateway for my wife and I's wedding a few weeks back. Our driver Jason was on time, very professional, and helpful. We opted for the Lincoln MKS Sudan, which was an excellent choice outside of the conventional limousine. My August 14th 2021 Wedding
At first I was hesitant on getting a limo, after finding gateway and booking with them I’m glad I did, they were flexible, patient and kind. Awesome Limo Driver
We recently rented the 25 passenger limo bus for our wedding day to transport ourselves and our wedding party. Our experience was wonderful- Cindi was our driver and she was so laid back, relaxed, and made sure our time on the bus was as fun as possible. She arrived early and even stayed a little late to allow us to stay on the bus when our ceremony started late due to guests still walking in. The bus itself was clean, spacious, and had a really cool vibe with lights and a spot to connect your own music. The complimentary beverages were not provided due to covid (very clearly laid out in the contract) but we were able to bring our own cooler with drinks. Booking with Gateway was a breeze and very straight-forward. I also thought the prices were very fair. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception from June 2020 to July 2021 due to covid, and the transfer of services was very easy. Overall we were very happy with our decision to use this company and would definitely recommend to others.

He was great n on time
The limo driver saw that there was puddles of water at the pavilion at hammonasset beach. He and my brother n son help carry me to across to the pavilion area. I felt like a princess . Thank you ! It was great!

Exceptional service and ability to reschedule due to pandemic
In the crazy time that it was with the pandemic going on, I sincerely appreciated Joe's ability to work with us to reschedule our wedding day numerous times. Joe is a class act, and I always felt comfortable giving him a call to try and explain how some part of the day again had changed.
EJ, Paul and John - what a driving crew! All excellent drivers and gentlemen. EJ and Paul went above and beyond on the wedding day to not only provide transportation but to assist with little things as well, and that was greatly appreciated. John was an awesome person to talk to on our way home from a long day, and he got us home safely and quickly.
This company and crew are exceptional and I would recommend them to all!

Great All Around!
We could not recommend Gateway enough for your wedding transportation needs. We had a large gap in between our ceremony and reception and Gateway worked with us to get the best package possible and allowed us to update our times and destinations with ease. The scheduling and payment process was seamless as well. The driver showed up 30 minutes early, was very attentive while we were on the bus, and helped load/unload the coolers and bags we had with us. The 25 person bus was also so much fun to transport our wedding party from the church to the reception venue, it has lights, a TV and great sound system. Everything was incredibly clean as well. We will definitely use Gateway for our future transportation needs!

Seamless transportation!
The team at Gateway Limousine was so wonderful to work with. I’d contacted a few companies for transportation for our wedding guests and Gateway was by far the most responsive & easy to work with, and had reasonable pricing. Jen helped us to plan out our transportation to get appx 130 guests to Bill Miller’s Castle from downtown New Haven on New Year's Eve. She helped us with some last minute changes and overall the experience was seamless. Our guests all traveled to and from the wedding with ease and the bus drivers were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend Gateway for any transportation needs for weddings and beyond!

Professionalism meets friendly and helpful
From the moment I met Mark at a bridal show, I just knew he was the kind of guy I wanted to do business with. It was nearing the end of the show, and he still came over and asked me if I needed help and didn’t rush any of my questions. There was a lot of logistics for the big day, since I was getting picked up at the hotel, going to a pre- ceremony location for photos, then to the church. The groom was also needing transportation to the church since we weren’t doing a first look. Then after the church ceremony, the whole bridal party would join together in a limo bus. Mark was always so helpful to talk to along the way with all my questions, and very quick to respond. He was so detail oriented, i needed that since I was so worried that my groom would see me since we were staying at the same hotel. I even had to change the the timeline a couple times because of photography. And he did it with such ease and right away. On the big day, my driver was Orlando, he was very punctual and courteous. So friendly and helpful as well. He even helped sneak me into the church so the groom wouldn’t see me. That was above and beyond. The grooms driver, Paul to the church was also very punctual and so helpful. He also helped us tremendously before the ceremony, helping us sneak in and out of the church before the ceremony started, Helping me with my train. That was five star service! Never would I imagine such genuine care outside of their job description. I was blown away with the amazing service by every single person that works for this company. If I ever need transportation in the future in the CT area, they will be my choice over and over.

Party bus & limo
We got married on 10/18/2019. We originally started off with the 31 passenger party bus. I later decided I wanted to add a limousine for my dad and I to go to church in. This was a last minute decision about a month before the wedding. Gateway limo was able to accommodate this request with no issue and everything worked out perfectly. Both the limousine, and party bus drivers were so sweet and helpful to everyone. When I arrived at church, they walked in with us and he fixed the train on of my dress before I walked down the aisle! Talk about great service! The limo and party bus were both on time and perfectly clean. The party bus ride to the reception was so fun. I will definitely look to them in the future for other events.

We hired Gateway Limos for our September 27, 2019 wedding to transport our wedding party to our venue. The initial booking was so seamless. We were quickly sent a contract and communication was easy and fast. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. On the day of the wedding, both limo buses we arranged for arrived on time. The buses were brand new, perfectly clean and spacious. Various drinks were provided and we had access to the speaker system which made the trip that much more fun. Both drivers were superb (especially Paul) and got us safely to our destination in a timely manner. It isn’t easy to travel over an hour during rush hour traffic but Gateway did it without a hitch. Easy process - Would recommend!
My wedding guests really loved having the option of taking a shuttle to and from our wedding. I did not get to partake in the shuttle, but from pictures my guests have shown me the shuttle looked clean and comfortable. I have already convinced my aunt to use their service for her wedding in a few months. Would definitely use them again.

Great Service
Gateway was so responsive and worked with me to create the timeline for my wedding transport. They worked with my budget and found options that met my needs. The day of our limo driver was on time and super friendly. He helped us with our bags, offered to hold my train so my dress wasn't on the ground, and was so helpful. The service was all-around incredible and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with for my wedding transportation.

Best limo service
Best limo service! They literally did all the work for us on our wedding day. They arrived exactly when they were suppose to, our driver was amazing! and all around they were fabulous ! We would definitely use them again for any other limo service !

Wedding Party Transportation
Gateway Limo was on time and professional. The driver was extremely helpful as well - always helping me with the train of my dress! The ride was fairly smooth and the limo/party bus was amazing. They provided champagne and also had awesome lights and music outlets. I would most definitely recommend Gateway!

Reliable and professional company
I can't say enough great things about Gateway Limousine. They were professional, reliable and always helpful and patient even after the number of times I would call them!! They also are reasonably priced! Our driver was awesome too!! She was with me every step of the way with my dress. She held my train while getting on and off the party bus. AND, she held it before I went down the aisle! We also had a bus for a wedding guests to be transported to and from venue, they were terrific as well!!
Gateway Limo is the best in CT. I would certainly hire them again and would recommend them to others!

Excellent Service for Wedding
We hired Gateway Limousine as a shuttle service from the hotel to the wedding venue and then from the reception to the hotel. The communication was excellent from start to finish and the drivers were great. The shuttle service ran smoothly and perfectly on time. It was easy to organize the pick up/drop off locations. Honestly, everything was pretty easy and smooth with Gateway Limousine.

Wedding Drive Home
Thankful we had Gateway Limousine to pick us up after our long, exciting wedding day. Our driver was patient with us while we finished our goodbyes and thank yous at the end of the night and he was kind enough to help us bring our belongings inside once we arrived at home.

Dealing with Gateway was easy and painless. The day of the wedding the bus showed up exactly on time. The bus was well kept and cool on the hot day. The driver help us on and off the bus and even helped me with my dress while we entered the church. I would recommend Gateway to anyone!

Gateway limousine was fantastic in every aspect. They were helpful when I called to ask questions prior to my wedding and always prompt and responsive. I highly recommend Gateway Limo! I used 3 vehicles (31 passenger party bus, 31 passenger shuttle and 55 passenger coach) from them and each one was so clean and perfect! The drivers were extremely friendly and helpful! Everything ran so smoothly on my wedding day!

Reliable, great experience
We hired Gateway Limo for the end of our wedding night to bring us back to our hotel. It was a short trip, and unlike other limo vendors, they didn't overcharge us to meet a minimum number of hours we weren't going to use, which we really appreciated. The driver arrived on time and was very professional, and the car was in excellent condition.

Amazing Limo Company
We used Gateway Limo for our wedding and they were amazing. The limo bus was clean. The driver was early for both trips and got us to our destination on time. He helped with my dress so I wouldn't get dirty. The company as a whole was a great help because I lived out of town.

We used Gateway Limo for our wedding and they were so accommodating and great to work with!! Also, the driver, Orlando, was fantastic!!!! Couldn't of asked for a better driver. On Time and Patient
We booked gateway limo for our May 3rd wedding after looking through a few limo services. They weren’t the cheapest option we had, but they were the most positive reviewed. We felt that on our wedding day, it was worth a few extra dollars to feel confident that our transportation would show up on time, or at all. (Some of the reviews of the other companies that served the area didn’t have a 100% appearance record, yikes)
When the limo showed up to pick up my bridesmaids and I from the hotel, my makeup and hair was running a bit late. But the limo driver was patient and waited for us. And the trip from the venue for my husband and myself back to the hotel was amazing. The driver was so very nice and took us on a long slow drive back since the hotel was only about 5 mins away. It was nice to wind down a little bit after the reception.
Overall we were very pleased with Gateway and their service and would recommend them.

We had a great experience with Gateway for our limo to our venue. We had two different pick up sites. The driver was early to the first one and gave plenty of time for the groom and groomsmen to be ready. He then came to pick up me (bride) and bridesmaids. He accommodated moving the pick up spot, helped us into the limo, and even drove to different areas of the venue for pictures because we had extra time on the contract. It was a great experience!
