Wonderful Staff & Food!
I utilized Gaston's Culinary Services for a corporate event and was beyond pleased with the food & service! They were more than accommodating with security protocol at the venue, maintained open communication, and the food was delicious. All of the employees I communicated with & met in person were professional and genuinely happy to be assisting with our event. It was wonderful getting to support a local & Veteran owned business. The BEST food and BEST service
Kathy, Chef Gaston, and all the members of this wonderful company really made our wedding day special! To start, Kathy really makes her clients feel listened too and important. She is always quick to respond to messages, works magic with budgets, and is overall such a friendly person to talk with!
Now, more importantly the food was outstanding! There were plenty of options to choose from and the prices were hard to beat! All of our guests absolutely loved the appetizers and entrees and we continued to hear how good the food was all through the night! We really can’t recommend Gaston’s enough. They we’re truly the best! (Still thinking about the delicious bruschetta and salmon we had 🤤) -

Responsive & Accommodating
We hired them for a corporate party and they were so accommodating, helpful when dropping off/set up. Everyone raved about their food and business cards were gone in a 30 mins! Dani was wonderful and very responsive thought the entire process start to finish! -

Helped us in a bind
Gaston's Culinary was awesome. They were one of the only catering companies I called that actually returned my phone call. Food was wicked good. Service was on time and they were available for any questions we had. They helped make our event extra delicious with prices that were very affordable. Everything came ready to go, which made it much less stressful the day of our event -

Great food, great people
Everything was amazing! The guests could not stop raving about the food. The cheesecake shooters, angus sliders and Cod with Shrimp and capers were an all around crowd favorite. However every dish was mentioned by multiple guests. Thank you for making our party easy and a huge success! They were easy to work with, on time and quick setup. -

The Trifecta - Great Service, Food and Staff!
I hired Gaston’s Culinary Services for a milestone event! They had a wonderful selection of food choice options which made it easy for me to customize. The FOOD was delicious and wonderfully presented. The catering manager, Danyell, was a pleasure to work with, I had 10 days to pull off the event and Gaston’s partnered with me to get it done. They scouted my venue and came up with a food presentation design that impressed the guest of honor and our guests. They are now my #1 Catering Choice! The Food is Fantastic! -

Amazing Chef & Staff
Chef Gaston and his entire staff were absolutely phenomenal to work with from beginning to end. While we used him for a charity event this time I am currently in the process of booking him for multiple other events. From customizing the menu to your theme, working with venue staff, and overall customer service I can say he is without a doubt one of the best caterers I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Professionals that serve yummy food
Gastons Culinary Services is a family run business and are very professional and the 5-star reviews on their profile gave us a good hint as to what to expect. As for the service, it was great and they communicated exceptionally with the venue and also with is as we planned our menu. The food tasting was delicious. On the wedding day, we were so busy that we barely managed to enjoy our food and when we did it was already cold (typical I supposed), but we have heard only good comments from fam and friends. -

Wonderful food! Great team!!
Choosing a caterer was a challenging experience being an out of state bride who couldn’t do any tastings. So, I had to rely on reviews to select my caterer. I selected Gaston’s with the reviews on their food and service. I’m so glad that I did! The team is great at Gaston’s. Kathy helped to coordinate my meal and was very communicative and kind at every step of the way. The team that came on my wedding day were very professional and friendly! The food was very tasty and all of my guests loved it! They were even kind enough to fulfill a special meal request for a guest with dietary restrictions - who also loved it! I’m so happy that I chose Gaston’s. They’re a great company that cares about their clients and their services took away one more thing to be worried about on my wedding day. -

Best Service Ever!
Chef Gaston provided an unbelievable selection of food for our guests. The food was delicious, the display was amazing and the service was outstanding. We received a high number of positive compliments from our guests on the food and layout. Best Service Over All - 1/5/2020
Gastons Culinary Services Staff went above and beyond to meet our wedding day needs and expectations. They were on time, courteous, and generous with their assistance on our special day. I have been trying to figure out what words would help me reassure another bride that they will not be disappointed.
All I can really say is that I know for a fact that I will definitely be going back and recommending them again for any major events.

Amazingly Delicious!
we had Chef Gaston cater for our daughter's wedding and it was a pleasure from the beginning, his disposition to help and make suggestions about the menu. 25th Wedding Anniversary
We hired Chef Gaston of Gaston's Culinary Services for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal Celebration. From our initial site visit with him and his team, we knew we had selected the right caterer for our special event. He not only provided a wide array of food options, but went above and beyond to accommodate the special circumstances of our event. Furthermore, every member of his team demonstrated the same commitment and attention to detail during the event that contributed to its success.
Chef G's passion for his work is clearly evident in his execution. He is dedicated to high quality food preparation, beautiful presentations, and timely service. His ability to adapt to any circumstance or challenge and to do so with a desire to please, separates him from caterers we have used in the past. Additionally, he provides his services at a very reasonable price.
We would gladly recommend Chef G of Gaston's Culinary Services and his company to anyone seeking an EXCELLENT caterer. -

Gastons Culinary Services have been amazing the past few times I have seen them in action. They have been able to accommodate our breakfast order at the very last minute (Day Before) as well as coordinated an entire evening function to include live music and a bartender. The menu left nothing to the imagination and all of the guest were very pleased. the conch fritters and fried snapper were just icing on the top. I cannot wait until the next opportunity to experience the friendliness, service, and FOOD again! -

Gaston's staff were so accommodating. I changed my mind regarding food choices. Kathy, with Gaston's was highly professional, provided ideas and even had to get back with me regarding one of my specific choices. The food was exceptional. Set-up was on time and staff stayed for a few minutes after set-up to make sure we were all set to go with our surprise birthday party. I felt like Kathy went the extra mile, but could tell this is just they way they do business. It's nice to see such great customer service coupled with a nice variety of food choices which were delicious! -

Even if you want something a bit unconventional - Let them know and they will make it great!!
The clients and the staff loved EVERYTHING on the menu!! Though the menu was a bit unconventional and based on a theme we were having for our clients , Gaston's still managed to pull it off and exceed our expectation.
EVERYTHING turned out great and seasoned to perfection… I will DEFIANTLY be using Gaston's again .

I thought about running around for items myself to save money during a special event - the unveiling ceremony of Newtown's historic markers. I didn't need the added stress of wondering how the food would taste and how to make the table look inviting and beautiful. I remembered the great work of Gaston and his crew when I lived in the Sarasota/Manatee County areas. A friend of mine always booked Gaston.
I called him. I knew during the phone meeting that he'd know what to do and exceed my expectations. Immediately, I felt a calm after talking to him over the phone. We worked out a menu, decided the best colors of the presentation that matched our theme, etc. I've received only great remarks about the entire event, including the catering. We "fired on all cylinders" with the catering, its presentation, taste, and there was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. We celebrated our African American history in style.
Another star is needed....to rate Gaston's Culinary Services, Inc. exceptional. Excellent isn't enough. Disney Quality Service training outlines the kind of customer service that keeps customers returning again and again. Gaston gives customers above what's expected. That's why I'll hire him again in a heartbeat! Can you add double the amount of stars for this Rating? -

It was with great pleasure that we selected Gaston's for the Surprise "50th" Birthday Party for my husband. I worked with Chef Gaston during another event, and was instantly impressed. I set up a meeting, we sat down to go over the menu, and the professionalism of the staff was impeccable. Once I explained the type of atmosphere I envisioned for the party, Chef Gaston initiated his plan; and it was brilliant. My husband is a native of New York, and loves pizza and egg rolls; so instantly Chef stated, "try Naan Pizza Points, and the Vegetable Spring Rolls!" We added his favorite toppings (Spinach/Feta), and we were off...the rest of the menu was so easy; from the Teriyaki Sesame Meatballs to the Panko Chicken Bites, which were "superb," the guests couldn't stop raving! What stands out the most with us is that our family suffered a loss during the planning, and we received an email from the staff that they were thinking of us during the time of our bereavement. We knew at that moment that we selected more than just a Culinary staff who saw us as a business deal; but a staff who cared about lasting relationship. From our initial encounter, to the staff who served at the party, there was nothing but expertise and care; and the food left you wanting more! Thank you Gaston's Culinary Services!

I hired Gaston's Culinary Services for my work holiday party. The staff was prompt, professional, and worked together with ease. When I first started planning my party I had no idea of the who, when and where...but I did know what caterer I wanted to have - Gaston's Culinary Services.
Everything was exactly how I envisioned and what I wanted it to be. The food was amazing, everyone is still talking about the beef, conch fritter balls and the mash potato martinis :)
You and your staff treated my family and friends like they were your own family and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I even saw the bartender breaking it down a couple of times to the music. Thank you for all the suggestions.
Thank you Chef, Kathy and Anthony (I apologize for not remembering the other servers name) for making my "Fierce and Fabulous" party memorable.
I now I have found a go-to caterer.

Chef Gaston catered our party and it was a huge success. We were impressed from the very first contact with him and his staff until they loaded up their van and left. The menu sampling was set up in a five- star restaurant atmosphere. All of the options were explained clearly and thoroughly.
Chef and Anthony "Five Star" arrived slightly ahead of time (which was great). They set up quickly and were ready well before the quests arrived. The food was excellent. The quests were blown away. Chef, Anthony and Leilani (pardon the spelling) were so attentive that each guest felt like they were getting special treatment.
The price was extremely reasonable. Chef Gaston's reputation will surely grow. I'm glad we found him before he becomes a superstar. -

I posted a review through Thumbtack but I also wanted to let you know how grateful I am to you and your crew for making our dinner services exceptional. I am usually the one who has to serve and so I am one of the last ones to eat and it is always cold. Your crew took care of everything and I had a good hot meal for once. The food was delicious and I had so many people comment about how so good it was. The hard one to please was our GM and apparently he had doubts in my abilities to hire a good caterer and you guys blew him away. He was very pleased and I thank you for all you did. I will definitely be looking to you in the future when we need a caterer whether for work purposes or personal. I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Safe & Happy New Year. Gaston's provided phenomenal service and food! From the very start, Kathy was very quick to respond to all of my emails and calls, and helped us create a menu and answer any questions I had. We met Gaston and Kathy at our tasting and they were very friendly and we knew right away we would be having them cater our wedding. I can only say three words: HIRE GATSON'S NOW!!!! You do not want to miss out on Chef Gatson's beautiful presentation of delicious dishes. Our guests are still raving on how great their dishes were and the impeccable service from all team members. I only wish I had time to get a second plate of food because it was so good. We had the jerk chicken, seared tilapia with pico de gallo, yellow rice & pigeon peas and broccolini. We also had caesar salads, assorted rolls. We found Chef Gaston through his website, and arranged for a private tasting of the tenderloin carving station. After the tasting, and after meeting Chef Gaston, my son, his finance, her mother, and I all agreed that he would be perfect for our event. Chef Gaston is a classy, kind, and calm professional. He made all of us feel relaxed, which is pretty hard to do when it comes to a wedding reception! He provided us with excellent guidance throughout the food selection process, and never pressured or tried to oversell. He provided us with a written contract, and I put down a 50% deposit, and paid the rest just before the wedding date. About two weeks before the date, Chef Gaston called me to discuss final details, and to make sure that I had everything I needed. On the day of the wedding he arrived on schedule, and completed his work without questions, stress, or interruptions. When the guests and wedding party arrived, everything was beautiful. The three large hors d'Oeurve trays were works of art, and included delicious custom sauces prepared by the Chef. There were two carving stations - tenderloin and turkey, with all the trimmings, as well as mashed potatoes, mac n cheese for the kids, and rolls with butter. Throughout the time of the reception guests kept approaching me to say that the food was exquisite, and much better than they had experienced at other catered receptions. I have been recommending Chef Gaston to everyone, and I plan to hire him again in the future, should the need arise. -

Chef's Gaston Catering was awesome. Our guest loved the food and we had a guest list of approximately 75+. I chose Chef Gaston because of his reviews from another venue. The pricing of his service was also better than any other catering service I researched. We loved it. I have recommended him to other people. -

I had a great experience with Gaston's Culinary Services. The food and presentation was amazing. The pot stickers and conch fritters were my favorite. Chef Gaston and his staff were very accommodating to our needs. Making additions and adjustments and working with my other vendors to ensure I had a flawless day. I would definitely recommend to anyone. -

One of the most stressful and expensive things in wedding planing is the reception. You really want everything to be perfect for you and your guests. Finding the right caterer is very difficult. It was a amazing turn of events when a good friend of ours suggested Gaston's Culinary. Sitting down with Chef Gaston and his staff and talking about what we wanted to was such a relaxing thing. Chef and his staff came up with suggestions that were perfect for us! They fit our style and more importantly our budget.
If you are looking for someone to make your dreams come true, Gaston Culinary Services is perfect! -

Chef Gaston is very professional and provides the best quality of food. Our event was for an Open House in our State Office. The attendees raved about the appetizers provided and wanted to know who catered our event. He is always on time and is willing to assist with our guests. This is the second time we have had an event catered by Chef Gaston and we recommend him highly for any type of event you are planning. -

They made everything easy for the catered event. Food and service were excellent! I would recommend them to other clients.
I was able to review the catering menus and create my own menu for the event. The catering manager was attentive and easy to communicate with. The staff were excellent on site and everything looked great; and the food was delicious! -

Chef Gaston & his team came In professional attire. Set up was great. The food was of good quality however when it was served I was disappointed in the amount of food. The condiments that were offered with the burgers there wasnt any lettuce, tomotatoes, cheese or pickles. There wasnt enough hot dogs (many people wanted one however they ran out quick). There wasnt any refills for the salad (delicious though). We were told the team served for 2.5 hours well set up is included in that time. Party started at 1:00 the team arrived at 11:30 & were out by 2:00. There also were not enough drinks to last throughout the party. I paid $14.95 / person. The day was not all bad. Chef is very friendly & professional & his food was very good. Next time I will definately be more specific in my expectations. Also the day of my event was July 26th 2014. The calendar would not allow me to go any further back than the 28th. -
