I was introduced to Gary at a bridal expo and immediately fell in love with his work. 20 years down the line when your memory is foggy, your wedding pictures are going to tell the story. So far we've reached our sneak peeks from Gary and already we can tell they're going to be incredible. His turn around for the sneak peeks were incredibly fast and he gave us SO MANY pictures. His communication prior to the wedding was wonderful, he answered any and all questions that I had very quickly. He also reached out a few weeks before the wedding asking for a list of must have pictures as well as personal touches we added to our day that we'd like photographed. Day of, he arrived early and immediately hit the ground running with getting ready shots and detail shots. I chose to do a first look with my dad (highly recommend) and him and his team did an impeccable job moving me around the venue while making sure my husband did not see me. His direction while taking our portraits were needed and highly appreciated. We're so excited to receive the rest of our pictures and we are so glad we were able to secure Gary for our wedding! -

Gary Flom and his associate Stephanie photographed our wedding in mid-March 2026 and our engagement photos in April 2025. Gary’s passion is reflected in the photos he takes, the poses he has the subjects do, and his incredible attention to detail. Gary has an eye for beauty, and demonstrates a talent for capturing the little moments, and he never hesitated to seize an opportunity to grab a great shot, and is flexible in the moment in order to grab those spontaneous happenings that make for the BEST photos. For example, during the reception, the groomsmen put the groom on their shoulders and Gary SPRINTED across the ballroom to make sure he got photos of it! Gary and Stephanie are very easy to work with, and demonstrate incredible skill during sessions. Gary ensured that we were confident in his abilities as a photographer, ensuring we felt at ease on our special day. And the final products speak for themselves; they are the perfect memories of our wedding day. Gary is a preferred vendor of our venue, The Olde Mill Inn, and we realized during the planning process how valuable it is to have a photographer familiar with your venue because Gary knew the layout, lighting and small details of the venue like the back of his hand. We met Gary at a bridal show at our venue, The Olde Mill Inn approximately a year before our wedding. His portfolio that he brought was impressive, as well as his selection of add-on items. The images were stunning and the subjects of the photos looked so genuinely happy and comfortable in front of the camera. What really got our attention, though, was Gary's excitement and enthusiasm for what he does. Gary was warm and inviting, but not in a sales-pitch type of way. He gave us his undivided attention and showed us several weddings he shot at our venue. He took the time to show us his favorite images and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us after the bridal show.
Fast forward a few weeks. We booked Gary. It was a no brainer. His communication throughout the year was sincere and thoughtful, and we received responses the same day we sent questions. His timelines were accurate and he followed them to a T.
Now to the wedding. Gary and his team arrived on time, stuck to their schedule, and were extremely professional all day. We felt comfortable from start to finish, even though we are both a tad camera shy. He worked seamlessly with the venue and got us a ton of great photos (we have received our sneak peek so far, can't wait for the rest!). It was drizzling on the day of the wedding and Gary came prepared with big umbrellas to get some beautiful outdoor shots despite the weather.
I simply cannot say enough great things about Gary and his team. He LOVES what he does and it shows. He got excited about a few photos during the day and showed us right then and there on the camera screen. If you are lucky enough to have him available on your wedding day, book him! You will not regret it. -

We had a two-part wedding (a 40-person ceremony in 2024 and a 150-person renewal ceremony / reception in 2025) and had Gary Flom and his team photograph both events. We couldn't be happier with the results and how detailed, skilled, and professional Gary and his team were. They captured every moment with stunning photos and did so in a way that was extremely natural and courteous.
We had a large 20-person bridal party and many family combinations to photograph, which Gary and Federico handled to perfection, capturing amazing photos while keeping on schedule and ensuring that everyone was engaged. Gary was our point person for the several requests and specifications we had leading up to our wedding and he always answered in a timely manner and went above and beyond to deliver on our requests.
We highly recommend Gary Flom Photography, as all the photos from both parts of our wedding fit our style and personality to a tee, which is a testament to Gary and his team's skill and care, and we will be able to relive the best days of our lives forever thanks to them. -

We absolutely loved working with Gary and his team at our recent wedding at Olde Mill Inn! Communication leading up to our event was timely and concise, and made the planning process seamless. On the day of our wedding, Gary and his assistants captured every moment perfectly! My husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of a camera, but they knew exactly how to get us to relax and have fun. They were courteous, gave great direction, and kept everything running efficiently so that everyone was comfortable in the summer heat. We received our sneak peak less than a week after our wedding and our full album only about a month later. Our photos are gorgeous and beautifully capture the joy of our day! We cannot recommend Gary enough! -

I got married at the Rockleigh in October 2023. My husband and I found Gary through the Rockleigh’s preferred vendors list. When we met with him for the first time, we instantly hit it off with him and knew we wanted to use him as the photographer for our wedding. We couldn’t have made a better choice! From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, we had a great experience working with Gary. He made us both feel very comfortable in front of the camera. His work is phenomenal and his talent is unmatched! We received so many compliments on both our wedding and engagement photos from all of our guests. Gary was the BEST! He was very responsive via email and very easy to book. He helped move the day along which was super helpful. He knew every corner of the OMI and was able to get amazing shots. He was also very nice but assertive with moving the schedule along which was helpful. I should mention, that one of the first emails he sent me had a schedule of what the day should look like. I used this schedule and sent it to other vendors. That schedule was life saving!!!! Gary literally did a huge chunk of planning for me so I didn’t have to! A week after our wedding, he sent us a sneak peak of about 100 photos. They were everything we dreamed of and more! We can’t wait to get the rest of them. At the end of the day, i’m so happy I chose Gary to photograph our wedding. His friendly and calming energy paired with his knowledge and professionalism was the perfect combination to make our day the best it could be! -

I highly recommend Gary Flom Photography for any couple seeking amazing wedding photography and videography. Gary was the photographer for my engagement shoot and wedding and his photos blew us away. The results were of such high quality, they look like they should be on the cover of a magazine! He made sure to capture our most important details at the wedding like family heirlooms and made sure to get plenty of pictures of our parents and grandparents too which meant a lot to us. Not only did he make me feel like the most beautiful bride, he made both my husband and I feel so at ease, comfortable and confident in front of the camera. His videographer was also excellent and a pleasure to work with. The highlight video captured the perfect moments from our day and brought tears to our eyes when we watched it back. Absolutely recommend!
We had Gary himself for the day of our wedding along with Ricky (second photographer), Carmela (photography assistant) & Gary (videographer). The entire group was amazing.
Gary knows our venue very well & was able to get unique & beautiful shots. Ricky, dealt with the boys most of the day so he’s a trooper & was super fun & easy going! Videographer Gary was hilarious & got everyone laughing & feeling comfortable to get gorgeous shots! Carmela was attentive and caring & on top of her things (and mine), always catering to me (the bride) and making sure I was happy!
Honestly, I’m writing this before receiving all my final photos because I saw the sneak peak and I just know the finals will be magic! The photos are soooo beautiful! They feel like they’re out of a magazine.
They took full advantage of getting pictures so you will get your moneys worth with the amount you take/receive. I got married Saturday & received our sneak peak photos Monday! We got unique photos as well as your classic ones.
We also had a LARGE wedding party of 20 and they commanded everyone wonderfully! Polite but able to direct everyone to get the shots we needed. The team worked well together. Everything was documented from start to finish! We had some rain on the day of and it was off and on so Gary really made flexible choices to make sure we got the shots outside that we could and unique alternatives inside to not miss any elements of the big day!
Overall, great team & absolutely recommend! -

Gary and his team were absolutely amazing. We initially chose to meet with Gary because he was a preferred vendor for our wedding venue, The Rockleigh. From the start Gary made sure to provide me and my husband all the details we needed to know that Gary's services would be unmatched. I didn't feel overwhelmed with the planning process because Gary made sure I had all the details I needed. When we were 2 weeks out, he listed the perfect timeline that helped with getting ready, getting hair and make-up done, doing a first look, capturing bridal party pictures and evening pictures.
On the day off, Gary and his team were right on-time and ready to go. I never felt rushed or stressed throughout the whole day. The team captured all the special moments and all the little details so perfectly, all the while making sure we were present with each other and our guests. The team's experience allowed them to make sure they captured all beautiful poses and moments to create an amazing collection of pictures and video.
Looking back, I know the day went by so smoothly because of how diligent, efficient, friendly, and professional they all were. Again, I can't thank you enough! -

We got married at the Madison Hotel and Gary did such an expert job taking us through all the prime photo spots. He was also such a huge help in ensuring the day moved forward on schedule and that everyone was happy. I sent him a random email leading up to the day letting him know my husband really loved the hotel lobby. He remembered that little detail and took these gorgeous portrait photos of him standing in the lobby. It really showed us the care and attention to detail he puts into his work. Those little details really set him apart. We can't recommend his team and his work enough! -

When we chose our venue, we automatically knew that we wanted Gary to do our photos. The venue photos taken by him were just so stunning; we knew we wanted him to capture us in a venue he knew well. Gary did not disappoint. The best thing about having Gary and his team was that they were so familiar with the location, he knew the best places to take photos of us during our first look and portraits. He and his team were with us every step of the way on the wedding day, making sure they captured every shot. They were so much fun to work with and I promise you would not be disappointed with their services!

Gary photographed our wedding in May of 2022 and was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Since first contacting Gary in 2020, he has been nothing but professional, prompt, and overall awesome to work with. Gary walked us through his professional packages, and described a typical wedding day photography schedule with plenty of different photo and video examples as references. He made sure we informed our other vendors of the photography timeline to keep the day running smoothly. His communication throughout wedding preparation was absolutely impeccable. On our actual wedding day, we were thrilled with Gary’s expertise. We had a large bridal party of 18 people, and he was able to effectively organize our large group, family photos, and shots of the two of us in an extraordinarily smooth and organized fashion. He had our group smiling and laughing throughout the day, and gave easy-to-follow directions. We were so excited when we received our “sneak peek” photos within just two days of our wedding! We can’t recommend Gary enough!

Right from the first time we spoke to Gary via video chat, he made us feel comfortable with the wedding photography service he provided. His photos and editing were very well done for a fair price. Gary and his team are true professionals! They did an excellent job of managing our large bridal party and family, and keeping everyone on a set timeline. Gary and his associates took absolutely gorgeous and captivating photos and videos for us. They made sure to include photos of all the little details which made it so fun to look back on and reminisce on our special day. I cannot express how beautiful he captured our special moments, candids and shots of our guests! I was so excited to share photos with my family and friends and I haven’t stopped getting compliments from my guests since. Photography was the most important vendor to me when booking our wedding, and we are 100% satisfied, floored and impressed with the stunning photography by Gary. Absolutely Stunning Photography - and Amazing Team to Work With
A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when Gary Flom and his team are taking them! We had the absolute pleasure to work with Gary, Mariah, Mike and Kyly for our 2020 ceremony and our 2021 reception. When I received our pictures - I was absolutely speechless, they did an unbelievable job. Throughout the day, the whole team was so creative - coming up with unique and stunning photo ideas to capture our day perfectly. They got everyone’s photos at the wedding - when we posted them, all our guests were so thankful to find themselves among our VAST collection of photos. So many people have complimented our photos saying - “wow, how can you pick a few favorites to print” (which I’m still trying to figure out)… and “they captured your personalities and your love for each other so perfectly!” They were up for anything, too! We did a “race against the clock” where we raced around the room getting a photo with every table before the song was over… they ran around the room (coordinating the whole thing as we went) to get every photo. Gary Flom's team is extraordinary at capturing your most special day and night; Gary is so easy to to work with and very thorough in preparing for your event and making you feel comfortable with everything taken care of. For the actual event, his photographers Mariah and Kyly worked with us and they were honestly the best of all of our vendors. They went to all lengths to capture the most stunning images and knew our venue (The Madison Hotel, Morristown NJ) so well that we moved efficiently! They were so charismatic and made sure we were happy and comfortable during hours of pre-wedding shots; and then they were excellent at capturing the most important moments during the event! Mariah speaks Spanish as well which was a big help with our Spanish-speaking family members. And they were so attentive to the evening that they followed us and others when we were posing with guests, so that in the end we had professional photos with every guest!! The results are magical, we received our shots 3 weeks post wedding and have been in love with them every day. They post beautifully to social media and we have been printing them as gifts. The most STUNNING photos!!!
My husband and I had such an exceptional experience with Gary, I don’t even know where to begin! First of all, our photos came out absolutely STUNNING! The rumors are true people. Gary is a true lighting master and an expert at posing people. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and his attention to detail is phenomenal! What I loved most about Gary is how creative he can be. When I was searching for a photographer, it seemed like many photographers would set up the same shots for every wedding they did. All of Gary’s wedding shoots are unique to the couple! He also found a way to incorporate all the small little details from our wedding, which made our photos so much more personal. I also was so surprised and pleased at all the different angles Gary and his assistant were able to capture! I was so impressed that they were able to avoid getting in each other’s shots and how non invasive they were! During the ceremony and reception, I swear you barely knew they were there! They worked so well together and captured every moment. When we went through our photos, we truly felt like we were reliving the day through Gary’s photos. I also want to mention how down to earth, friendly, and flexible Gary is. Being Covid times, there were SO many changes along the way. We even changed venues! But Gary was with us every step of the way and even took the time to discuss all the changes with us over the phone. He truly goes above and beyond and you can tell he is passionate about his work. Gary is the best photographer out there! Gary and his team photographed our wedding in Philadelphia this month and the photos are absolutely perfect. The whole day, Gary and his staff were courteous, kind, and above all, professional in how they conducted the shoot. Gary sent us a preview of our photos about 48 hours after the wedding, and then the full collection of photos just two weeks later, and all of the photos were perfectly captured and brilliantly edited. Thank you so much Gary for your incredible service, your kindness, and your fantastic attention to detail. We'll be sure to call you up the next time we need to capture our important memories!
One more thing - my then-fiancé and I booked an engagement photo shoot with Gary a few months before the wedding. The session allowed Gary to test out various angles and light on us to prepare for the wedding. My husband and I are beyond happy that we chose and trusted Gary to be our photographer for our wedding on July 19, 2019. Gary is a recommended vendor through the venue (Olde Mill Inn), and after meeting with a few other photographers, we chose him. From the start, Gary was extremely easy to work with, responsive to all of my emails/calls/questions, and was detailed oriented to make sure that all of the times/dates/places were up to date and correct throughout the process of booking to engagement pictures to the wedding. He did not make the shoots awkward at all, and it really shows in our pictures how seamless the whole process went. Nothing felt forced, and the results exceeded our expectations.
Gary helped recommend the venue we had our engagement photos taken, and made the whole engagement shoot process a blast and not awkward at all. We went to the New Jersey Botanical Gardens for this, and he even helped suggest what types of clothing we should wear to work best with the photo shoot. Our engagement photos were amazing, and everything we wished them to be, and we were beyond confident in his abilities for our wedding.
We were married in a church, and our reception was at the Olde Mill inn. We had Gary as our photographer and he brought an experienced assistant. He knew all of the inns and outs and where to go both in our church and at the venue to get the best pictures. He had a plan set so that we would take our photos in a timely manner so we could still enjoy cocktail hour. We also had to fill out a form prior to our wedding to help stay organized and to ensure that all of the photos we requested would not be missed or forgotten. Our wedding was also on the hottest weekend of 2019, and you could not even tell we were all dying in our photos that were taken outside!
Now that we have received our wedding pictures, we seriously cannot recommend Gary and his team enough. They worked seamlessly together, caught all of the best moments, and made my husband and I feel at ease throughout the whole process. You can tell through his photos that he truly enjoys what he does and that he cares about the quality of his work to give his customers the most amazing results! -

So amazing!
AMAZING! I hate taking pictures....but Gary made me and my husband feel so comfortable! We had so much fun and are so happy with how the images came out. I don’t even know where to begin with this review. In a market oversaturated with wedding photographers, Gary is an absolute breath of fresh air. As my husband and I are also photographers, I cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are for Gary’s creativity and innovative ideas to photograph our wedding in a unique and exciting way. He is so knowledgeable from a technical standpoint, and is so creative in portraying weddings in a new light. Of course, he knows people like some traditional posing, but since he spoke with us very frequently before our big day, including spending hours at our super unique venue beforehand to scope out lighting and key shooting locations, he knew we were looking for a lot of out-of-the-box shots as well. He also brought his dream team to shoot our wedding, consisting of Kyly, Mike Coppola, and assistant Melanie, and we could not be more pleased with the final results. We have only seen our preview so far (which Gary and Kyly turned around so incredibly fast, we can hardly believe it!!), but cannot wait to see the rest of our day captured by such talent. Gary is so easy and fun to work with; I want to get married again just to have him capture it all over again! I could not recommend him higher!!! -

Winter Wedding
Gary is beyond fantastic! He was also our photographer for our engagement shoot so we knew what to expect for our wedding. If you were to find on a chart the perfect balance of price, quality, and professionalism in the sea of wedding photographers, Gary Flom is where you'd find yourself. My friends and family cannot get over how great every picture turned out, and my biggest problem is picking my favorites! I looked at so many photographers for my wedding as it is the one momento that you look at forever -- even your kids and grandchildren look at and use your wedding photos!! It was the most important thing to me after the venue and we could not have chosen more wisely. There is so much variety in his photos as well, and can (and did) do everything from candid/photojournalistic to incredibly artistic beautiful shots. The turn around time on the photos was incredible as well!! I can't wait to have another big life event just so I can hire Gary again. He is absolutely amazing!!! Really, really, cannot say enough wonderful things about Gary Flom Photography. Look no further!!
