Amazing venue and team!!

It’s almost impossible to truly explain how beautiful this venue is. The atmosphere and location is perfect. You feel like you aren’t close to any big cities and so private. The night felt truly magical. Vicki helped make sure our everything leading up to the big day was smooth and went over everything to make sure nothing was missed! I would recommend them to everyone.

Best day ever

First off the whole team at GOTH are a dream to work with. The venue is extremely well kept and beautiful, compliments were flowing in the day of our wedding. Vicki went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. I couldn’t have chose a better place to get married at!

Picture Perfect Venue!

When I got engaged last January, Garden's at Old Town was one of my first location picks! They were nearby; but tucked away just enough that you felt like you were out in nature--I ended up booking them 4 days after getting engaged!

From the moment we went for our first tour, they were nothing but helpful! Answering all questions we had, and giving us information on things we had yet to think of--they were even welcoming when I stopped by numerous times with family members who were in from out of town so they could help with decor ideas!

The venue offers heaters for rent, which was needed when it became uncharacteristically cool in the middle of October-->it was great to know they had those on hand, when temps dropped below 50.

The bridal suite is gorgeous, and provided the perfect place for us girls' to finish getting ready, and keep a few drinks and snacks to get us through the pre-ceremony photos.

While the ground weren't used by guests as much as I thought they would be, the spacious grass area, beautiful bridges and water features are what truly sold me on this location. I CANNOT wait to get my photos back and see how the swing and bridge photos turned out.

This was an overall great experience, and I'd recommend the Garden's to anyone local looking for a beautiful, and cost effective venue.

Fairytale wedding!

We fell in love with this venue upon our visit during an open house. Immediately we were able to envision our wedding day. Vicki was very helpful and informative, we booked during our first visit. We were able to contact Vicki with any questions and received a timely response each time. Gardens of Old Town Helotes exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was beautiful! Everyone enjoyed their time and have given us nothing but compliments.

They gave us a gift, a box of cereal churros to ensure we had our churros! They remembered our engagement story and this gift meant alot to us!

Thank you Vicki for all your support and advise! We have beautiful memories!

Gardens at old town helotes

Words can not express how perfect this venue was for our wedding. From the bridal suite where my bridal party and I could spend time and get ready together to the private area for my time. The amount of attention and professionalism was amazing and I would highly recommend this venue to any bride to be. ❤️

A night to remember .

When booking our venue I had very specific criteria in mind . Gardens at Old Town Helotes was my first and only venue I visited .
I didn’t have to look anywhere else , this was the one . I called my now husband and he agreed .
Vicky and family are amazing !
Vicky was so helpful when it came to the final details , the addition of the bridal cabin made getting ready for the big day seamless , Kristen our day of coordinator kept us on time and made sure vendors knew where to go . She even brought us our food and drink at dinner !

Atwell Garden Wedding

Ken and his daughter Vicky are the nicest professionals. Attention to detail impressive. A gorgeous venue and I love that they are environmentally minded. Highly recommend Gardens at Old Town, the price was right as well.

The Perfect Night

Our wedding at Gardens at Old Town was simply perfect. We had the time of our lives! This venue is simply stunning. Our guests couldn’t stop gushing about the outdoor space! Vicki was also a huge help. We wouldn’t have had our perfect wedding without all of her help.

I don't think anyone else provides better customer care!

Vicki, and her dad, and the rest of the family that takes perfect care of you at the Gardens at Old Town Helotes, are super duper sweet! They run their family-owned business with A+ customer service and impeccable care! The lawns are beautiful, well manicured, and play host to the most perfect Texas sunsets! And, you can really two-step/boogie the night away on their outdoor wooden dance floor! My FABULOUS 50th surprise birthday party was planned here, but I also always enjoy visiting the venue and all the staff as a fellow wedding/event professional.

Beautifuly kept grounds

We can’t say enough great things about the Gardens!!!! Beautiful kept grounds , many guests took many pictures on the swing , the bride house is spacious and big win with our party. Vicky and staff were so attentive all the way thru the planning process. Thank you so much for being a big part of our special day

Absolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful venue

I had my wedding here and couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else. I’ve always wanted an indoor outdoor wedding and this venue was perfect! There a beautiful landscaping for photos and a lot of our guests loved how beautiful the place was. I didn’t need to do too much decorating because it just looks that great! Very easy to work with and was there every step of the way. I highly recommend this venue.

A wedding beyond my dreams!

GOTH was amazing from start to finish! Vicki & her team helped with my vendors, assisted during the wedding, & everything was flawless and so so so beautiful! I wouldn’t have chose anywhere else to get married. The weather on our big day was a dream! I’m still over the moon about everything! Thank you!

A literal dream that came to life

This venue was the 3rd venue we had viewed and I instantly knew it was THE one! Even during the day with empty tables/chairs the scenery was amazing. The communication was awesome as they answered any questions or concerns I may have had along the way. Thankfully they offered a time to do the rehearsal for the big day so everyone, including the wedding party, was on the same page. One of the perks of this venue is the amazing bridal suite that is onsite. This took soooooo much stress off of getting the whole wedding party to get ready all at the same time.On the day of, I was cooped up in the bridal suite so I wasn't in the process of setting up but I will say when I walked out, the whole venue was breathtaking. All the decorations I brought looked 100xs better just being displayed there. I was very impressed and would recommend this venue to anyone!

Amazing Team

The Gardens at Old Town Helotes was the best place for our dream wedding. From the naturally beautiful scenery to the staff, everything was perfect. Vicki really works with you to make sure you have covered all your bases, and takes off a lot of the stress that you encounter when planning your big day. I highly recommend this venue!

Absolutely amazing staff and site

Vicki and her team at GOTH were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. First off, they are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. She answered every email and question I sent her way throughout our year of planning. The venue space is BEAUTIFUL and offers so much with the outdoor and indoor options. We had our ceremony and reception at this site. Furthermore, the bridal suite was SO useful the day of. It is incredibly spacious and very clean, our entire wedding party of 10 fit in there very comfortably. They had GREAT recommendations for vendors they had worked with and truly made our special day so great! We could not have asked for a better venue and highly recommend this place and their team.

Beautiful venue

Beautiful venue!!! This was the easiest choice to make for our wedding. Vicki was always responsive. I loved that this venue was open about what companies to hire. We didnt have to follow a strict list of vendors and this allowed us to maintain our budget. I would get married there a million times over, hopefully one time's a charm though.

This venue is so beautiful. Vicki and her team are so friendly and work very hard to make your day super special! Even with the drama and confusion which had nothing to do with the venue or the staff, Vicki helped calm things and make it flow. It all turned out PERFECT!

I was having a diy wedding which made the location ideal as it was already so naturally pretty very little decorations were needed. Package came with a day of coordinator Vicky who made sure everything went wonderfully she asked questions I didn’t know I needed asked. Everyone loved the venue !

We LOVED having our wedding at the Gardens at Old Town Helotes. We wanted somewhere simple and beautiful and GOTH was perfect! We didn't have to decorate too much, it was accessible for our guests with special needs, and it just had an all around amazing atmosphere. We had a fairly large wedding and the open feel of the venue helped things not feel crowded at all! Vickie and Jamie helped me so much when it came to details and I could always count on them to respond in a timely manner to any of my questions. The beautiful location made for some amazing portraits as well! We could not have been happier with our location <3

Vicki and Kristi were amazing! From the planning, rehearsal and through the actual day of, they were so helpful! My husband and I are so happy with our decision to have chosen the Gardens at Old Town Helotes for our wedding ceremony and reception last weekend. The venue was beautiful, the grounds are kept clean and my favorite was the Bridal Cabin! We got so many compliments on the venue and how much of a romantic vibe it gave. Everyone we worked with was so sweet and there to make sure we had a perfect day. If you are looking for easy to work with, sweet people and a beautiful venue then go no further. I highly recommend Gardens at Old Town!

Location and venue were amazing - but the best part of the experience was the service. Vicki, Rhonda, and the Dad (can't recall his name) were wonderful - paying attention to the every detail and always very responsive to our needs. They helped make our special day Amazing.!!!!

This venue is gorgeous! Has plenty of space and best part Vikki and Theresa are amazing coordinators and great at what they do. The day of the wedding everything went smooth and Theresa was on top of everything. I would totally recommend all brides to take a look at this venue. The best part is that if it happens to rain on your special day they have an indoor reception too.

Vicki was so helpful throughout the entire process and always answered the phone/her emails to answer all my questions. The place was gorgeous at a great price. Jamie helped us out the day of the wedding and she did a phenomenal job. Everything was supposed to be outside, but when it started raining they got everything going inside instead without a hitch. It was wonderful!

Our experience at Gardens at Old Town Helotes was wonderful. The venue was absolutely beautiful. It provided us with a peaceful, romantic, and entertaining scenery. The staff was amazing. They answered every single question we had without hesitation. I was always able to contact someone via phone, text, or email. They have such a family vibe there. They made my day extra special. It was going to rain on my big day and the whole place made sure that nothing stopped me from having a wonderful wedding day.

We searched for almost a month and when we found the Gardens we instantly fell in love! We got married mid October so outdoor weather was almost perfect. Theresa and Vicki were the absolute sweetest just walking in to our initial tour made us feel so welcomed. As we came closer to to wedding day they were always keeping us up to date with what was going to happen the day of making sure all of vendors were up to par and everyone was on the same page. (Which took off so much stress from me). Overall the venue itself is gorgeous the staff makes you feel like family and your wedding day will be perfect!

They were great! They helped me set up a payment plan and were very kind and patient throughout the entire event planning. The location is extremely beautiful and little decoration is necessary. Everything exceeded my expectations!

I loved the venue everything was just as I imagined it would be. Vickie is amazing she kept calm and positive when things ran behind and ensured me things are going to be ok, because Vickie never showed a sign of concern I worried about anything other than making sure I had fun.

I had the best experience thanks to Vicki! She did an outstanding job making sure everything was ready for my big day and even when it rained she made arrangements to move everything indoors the night before my wedding! The venue is absolutely breath taking and i wish i could have had those wonderful pictures outdoors, but the ceremony indoors worked out perfectly as well! I highly recommend to everyone!

Vicki and Jamie were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They were attentive to my concerns and questions in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. Jamie was the coordinator the day of and she worked hand in hand with my day of coordinator to make sure everything was flawless. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. The vendors they suggested and vetted in their recommended vendor list were true to being reliable. I have nothing but glowing reviews of this place. And so many people LOVED the gorgeous venue. I'm so glad we booked our wedding a year in advance - it was worth it!

The Gardens at Old Town Helotes was the perfect venue and I am so thankful I decided to book my wedding here. From beginning to end, everything was flawless. Vicki was so helpful, responsive, attentive and organized. I received compliment after compliment about how beautiful the venue was as well. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Gardens at Old Town Helotes on Sunday, March 5, 2017. The very first time that we toured the venue we were blown away! We fell in love with the venue instantly! The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of atmosphere and scenery. We had sole use of the entire venue for more than 8 hours. Vicki Perkins and Jamie Taylor (our assigned on-site coordinator) were nothing but helpful in the run up to our wedding. During the course of our big day Jamie made our special day, PERFECT —we couldn’t praise her enough!

We received so many compliments from our guest on how beautiful our ceremony and reception was. The venue played a huge part in the success of our wedding and the amount of guests who are still talking about the venue is a testament to that.

Make sure your DJ knows is wireless. This is an amazing and wonderful place to have your wedding. My husband and I fell in love with it and had such a wonderful time. It a beautiful place for pictures too, our guests really enjoyed the view and "cute and cozy" feeling. If we ever have any friends or family planning on getting married we defiantly recommend they have their special day at Gardens at Old Town.

The Gardens at Old Town Helotes exceeded our expectations for a wedding venue. The first thing that attracted us to the Gardens was the beautiful atmosphere. After we booked with the Gardens we soon began talking with Jaime and Vicki about our big day. Everyone at the Gardens was incredibly kind and prompt when responding to our many questions. By the time of our wedding day we had no concerns at all we knew that Jaime and the team had everything under control and our only job was to enjoy our wedding day.

The day of our wedding was a dream; the venue was beautiful, everything was on time, and we enjoyed a spectacular day and evening with our beloved family and friends. We did not have anything to worry about the entire day! Now that our wedding is over we will truly miss going to the open houses, enjoying the atmosphere, and speaking with the Gardens family. We would recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding in the San Antonio area; it is a truly beautiful venue with wonderful people!!

Beautiful venue and service! Vicki was amazing with getting back to me and my family with any questions we had about the wedding. Just keep in mind this venue is mainly outside (for the dancing) so just be aware what date you choose. We got so lucky it didn't rain on us! Our date was 11/25/16 and the weather was perfect! Our wedding started at 5pm, looking back I wish we could've pushed it to 4pm because of the daylight savings. (mainly because of taking pictures outside) Overall, I had a great experience with this venue. My wedding day was perfect!!

This venue is beautiful and all staff that is here is super friendly and truly enjoys what they do. Vicki, our on site coordinator was so helpful with answering all questions and giving advice where she could. Our wedding went perfectly! She took a lot of the stresses away so that I could enjoy the evening. We had about 90 guests and we loved that it was an intimate celebration that was still gorgeous.

We had our wedding at the Gardens on October 7. Vicky and Ken were SO helpful, polite, accommodating, and easy to reach. We had a large wedding with over 200 people in attendance, and they made sure everything went perfectly. Their contract is very clear, and you get SO MUCH with the cost of the venue rental- they don't nickle and dime you like other wedding venues do. They were also very flexible, which meant that we could choose all of our own vendors (though they did provide an excellent list of vendor recommendations, some of which we did choose). The grounds and house are beautifully taken care of, the bridal cottage is to die for- and most importantly, Vicky was always available when I needed to ask her a question.

Planning weddings can be so hectic. Gardens at Old Town Helotes truly made my wedding a smooth process on their end, and it turned out beautifully. My new husband and I would choose the Gardens all over again. Good luck!

Jamie was amazing throughout the whole planning process. And even more incredible the day of my wedding! She did everything possible to accommodate all of my needs and caterers needs as well. GO CHECK OUT THE VENUE MORE THAN ONCE! Check out their open house. It's beautiful! Jamie was our wedding venue coordinator and I cannot rave about her enough! She made sure everything fell into place and scheduling times were met. Jamie, Vicky, and Kent do a wonderful job of keeping the place as lush and colorful as can be, with the Texas Hill Country background adding that final outdoor-country feel. I love the venue. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. The pergola is the focal point for the bride to meet her groom. It's surrounded by beautiful scenery and plenty of seating to accommodate guests of all numbers. I had a summer wedding and was able to provide guests with chilled water outside of the seating area. The deck is perfect for the cocktail hour and both outdoor and indoor hold 250 people. The outside land has a swing bench and little bridges, cute enough to take pictures. Go with Gardens of Old Town Helotes!

This venue is family owned, it is apparent that the owners take pride in the appearance of the location as well as the level of service they provide. Vicki helped us plan each and every detail out from the beginning of the ceremony to the send off at the end of the evening. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the quality of service was outstanding! Our previous venue fell through 1 week before the wedding and thought it was going to be a disaster looking for another venue at the last minute. The Gardens of Helotes exceeded our expectations!! We fell in love with the venue at first sight. Our coordinator, Vicki was pleasant to work with and very accomodating. I just had my wedding here this past weekend. It went perfectly thanks to Jaime working hard behind the scenes. She was our wedding-day coordinator. Previously, I had communicated mostly with Vicky. Both were wonderful to work with and very attentive. We were running a little behind schedule and Jaime did not wait to be told to do anything, she just handled it. Its easy to lose track of time and the order of events, but Jaime kept everything moving. The venue and grounds are gorgeous. I also liked having the flexibility to choose our vendors. Compared to other venues around town, Gardens at Old Town Helotes is an exceptional value.

We LOVED having our wedding here! Not only is the venue beautiful, but Vicki gave us a list of local people to use for DJ, bartender, catering, and more. This made the wedding planning process very smooth. Luckily we ended up with wonderful Texas hill country weather, but it was great to know that we had an option to move inside if needed. I first came to know Vicki more than a year before my wedding date so it has been a long journey! Her hospitality, organization, and professionalism left nothing to be desired. The venue fits 150 people comfortably. I had 160-170 guests, which seemed to be a bit tight (but there were enough no-shows on the big day). This venue is best used for outdoor ceremony and cocktail, indoor reception. In my opinion, beautiful weather is a must. Prices are cheapest on sunday < friday < saturday. My wedding lasted from 4:30pm to 10:30pm.

-allows outisde catering (from anywhere! Rudy's, Chick Fil A, Panda Express, wherever)

-comes with preferred vendors Thirsty Bear Bartenders and Out of the Ordinary Events (rentals, decor, photobooth) both of which I recommend! We had absolutely fanastic experiences with both businesses

-features a bridal cabin with boutique mirrors, great natural lighting for pictures, complete with two bathrooms, bottle water, a fridge for your maids!

-allows you to arrive at the venue as earliest by noon to start make up and hair
-complete clean up!

-outdoor cocktail hour and dancefloor = amaaaazing ambieance. String lights, lanterns, overarching trees that catch all the light... beautiful!

Details Our venue coordinator Vicki Perkins was the bomb and got us everywhere we needed to be, from the amount of tables, chairs, special requests to tablecloth orders needed.
@1200 Allowed to arrive to set-up. Our Host, Christine, helped to take care of anything we needed as far as set-up went.
@1430 Went to get ready for the ceremony
@1515-ish We were in the middle of getting ready and Christine brought out a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies to the bridal cabin for us (delicious)
@1615-ish We were brought out back to prepare/line up for the ceremony.

Throughout the evening Christine went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed from the DJ and his needs, to the caterer, the bartender and the security guard. Our bartender service came from Thirsty Bear Bar-tending and it was amazing, they predominately serve at the Gardens (suggested to us by the Gardens) and if you want to have an open bar...USE THEM, they allow you to purchase your own alcohol at a great price we paid approx. $300 for 100 guests. They have a new permanent light-up bar and they came fully stocked with juices at eye level for children. To continue.... Christine, along with my matron of events, brought out our cakes to display, due to the hot weather. She was very warm to all of my guests and family and even gifted us with a dance to Spice Girls- "Wanna Be" They had ample parking, and provided golf-cart services to all attendees, which came in handy when we were unloading and loading all vehicles. The Gardens told us basically, if there was anything we didn't want, leave it and they cleaned everything. They also kept items they were unsure in case we left anything behind. I had the most peaceful experience I could've hoped for. My husband and I don't do a lot of things for just us and aren't used to getting all that attention, but this day was something never forget and it truly beautiful.

I recently had my wedding out at Gardens and it was absolutely amazing! This venue is very reasonable and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Bridal Cabin was prefect to get ready in!! Vicki was very nice and made sure your day goes as planned. I would definitely recommend Gardens to future brides. This is a hidden gem in the Hill Country.

I am originally from this area, but my husband and I live in Dallas. I wanted to originally get married in Boerne, but it was too far spread out for all of our out of town guests. We were going to get married in a Catholic church so this place in location to the Gardens was less than a mile drive, which we arranged for shuttles to get from hotels anyway.

I used the outside area of the venue and it was exceptional. We had a count of a little over 200, but with the end number around 180-190 it was perfect to use the round tables with 8 chairs instead of 10! The number one compliment we received from our wedding was how gorgeous the venue was with the background and ambiance. The GOTH family was wonderful, especially Vicki. She even went out of her way to send us a gift from our actual registry. I will be attaching some photos and honestly they speak for themselves.

I would give this place 10 stars for everything. Price, Service, Venue and amenities. This place played one of the largest parts in our wedding and it truly was the best day of our lives. The most important thing to us was to have great food, photographs and location and this place made our dreams come true.

The venue is what I envisioned for my Garden Party style wedding. The grounds are beautifully arranged with paths and flower beds. I wanted a place that has an indoor escape from the heat but yet an outdoor area that want to be out in, no matter how hot it is. I can not say enough great things about this venue and staff. Ms Vicki is amazing!! She was so helpful and always ready to assist. She offered many suggestions and was very flexible. The venue was always clean and so taken care of. The day of our wedding it did rain a little bit. We were able to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside. I was disappointed about the weather but the indoor venue was still so nice and they kept everything lit up for us outside too so we still got the same effect. Ms Kristen also helped the day of the wedding and she was so sweet. She helped me to organize picture taking, dinner flow, cake cutting, everything! She stayed until the very end of the night and helped organize our gifts and everything too. We paid about $3300-3400 for ceremony, reception, rehearsal, linens and nice white chairs inside. We were also able to use the bridal cabin to get ready which is also beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. The customer service you receive is worth the price alone. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Vicki at the Gardens was AMAZING. She helped guide the entire event and made sure it ran smoothly. (This is not in the contract.) She made my husband and I feel extremely special as if that day was all about us. Several of our guests commented on the organization of the event and I believe we owe it all to Vicki. The weather was terrible that day, but we had already discussed a back up plan. Sure enough as we arrived, everything was in perfect place. We had such a perfect wedding day and I truly believe Vicki had a HUGE part in making it unforgettable.

The venue was so gorgeous, even in the winter. The bridal cabin is super pretty and relaxing. Vicki, the day of coordinator, will really do whatever she can to help make the planning and wedding day as stress free as possible. Our whole experience was just so nice.

I walked into the Henry B Convention center at a Bridal show, and as soon as I saw a picture, I knew this was my venue. We had a perfect wedding with the Gardens at Old Town! Vicki was amazing at helping me with everything. It was October so the weather was very nice, not too hot. The atmosphere was perfect! Our wedding was outside, then we had the guests mingle out back by the open bar for about 45 minutes with appetizers while we took photos, then we had a dinner inside (buffet) and then the ceremony was outside. I loved the bridal room. It has one way glass, so you can see the guests walking up and they can't see you. Our pictures turned out perfect on the bridge and also we had a first dance photo outside under the lights that is perfect. ALl the staff were very polite and friendly. They were so nice to my aunt even after they had to stay late for us. (My family didn't realize how much room the presents would take so they had to make an extra trip!) During the planning Vicki helped me with very honest feedback about my vendor choices, great recommendations and she patiently listened while I voiced all of my concerns. She knew the best place for the tables so that the room would flow well, they out out the heaters outside at night when it started getting chilly, they even have this pretty walkway that leads to a fire pit, with speakers that look like fake rocks. My husband and I stopped by after the wedding at their open house so say hello and they were in the process of building this whole new building for the bridal party. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Everyone loved the look and feel of the facility. I saved a lot of money on decorations and flowers because of its natural beauty. I loved not having to travel to different places as we were able to have the ceremony and reception at the same facility. The staff was fantastic and followed up on every promise they made. They knew what questions to ask and even followed up with my other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. I even met some of the staff at wedding events (such as Bridal Fairs and Bridal Extravaganza) leading up to the day, and could count on their recommendations of which vendors to assist us in our wedding planning. The staff was always so wonderful!

The venue was beautiful and really made our our celebration so special! We loved having indoor and outdoor settings, and Vicki was so helpful and supportive from our first meeting to our wedding day! She was very responsive, attentive, and really honored our unique style and vision. Our family and friends raved about our location, and it made the day that much more intimate and romantic.

This place was amazing!! The bridal cabin that was provided for the girls was soo BEAUTIFUL! Our coordinator Vicky made my life super easy! If you love green scenery and a more nature feel this is definitely your spot. They are super friendly and flexible for an amazing price. I looked around a lot for a venue for the wedding and I am so glad we encountered this location! My wedding was amazingly beautiful and everyone loved how great this place looked. So glad we chose the Gardens at Old Town for our wedding. What a magical place, such a beautiful back drop for our special day. Vicki is wonderful and thinks of everything! We were taken great care of. Also love the beautiful Bridal Cabin where I had time to have a little bubbly with my girls as we got our hair and makeup done. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Vicki was great. She was very helpful and shared ideas and her experience from previous weddings to assist in our wedding. The day of the rehearsal, she knew everyone by name and was very professional. She was easy to talk to and made everyone feel at ease. The day of the wedding she was prepared and offered herself every minute. The venue was ready and was set up exactly the easy we asked. She handled my wedding day as if it was the most important day of her life. During the ceremony she made sure everything went smoothly and made sure the venie kept clean. Everyone at the Gardens of Old Town were absolutely AMAZING!!! They bent over backwards to make sure my day was special. They made accommodations that I wouldn't think any other venue with a contract would make. Vicki is so quick to respond to all my emails, texts and phone calls. She is literally the best venue coordinator EVER! There was nothing to complain about during the day of the wedding. She handled everything perfectly and made sure things ran smoothly. Again, I can't stress how absolutely amazing Vicki and her team are! If I'm still in Texas after so many years and decide to renew my vows I would love to do it at the Gardens of Old Town Helotes. It is a beautiful venue and you truly get a bang for your buck!

The venue is absolutely picture perfect and will create unique memories for your wedding. The Bridal Suite is very nice and functional. I recommend it as great for garden type weddings. Watch weather carefully, so u can pick a perfect weather day. The staff is sweet and responsive. Kristin and Vicky are professional and they care about you having a great event.

The gardens of old town was such a beautiful diamond in the ruff. It's off the main road so it feels like you are in the country which me and my husband loved about it. Vicky was the most pleasant person to work with, she helped me with anything I needed. The price was shocking great :) couldn't have asked for a better place to get married and celebrate with my friends
