  I have read this last review. The rental site was in the middle of a muddy field. We put up the tent and sides. Helped set up all table/chairs at no cost to her. Asked if everything was OK prior to leaving and she responded everything looked great. No mention of any of this. She attempted to stop payment after we provided a service and lost. I always find it amusing that everyone states everything is great and then want money back after the product and service was performed. I am sorry she was not happy after the fact. We did everything in our power to make her special day great. Customer service is our first and foremost priority.

  I only rented some items to decorate my venue but they have a wide variety of things you might need or want from centerpieces to candelabras to fountains and cookware and linens. The prices were very reasonable and the people there were very nice and helpful.

  Garden Gate Party rental is amazing. We rented white chairs and a few tall tables for our wedding. We never had any problems, and they made everything very simple and easy for us.

  We paid for our rentals - in full - for a delivery of May 30th. My daughters wedding was June 2nd. They never showed up - Every day was a different excuse. Thankfully the venue we were at had tables - they were not round like my daughter wanted but they were tables. We bought chair covers and used folding chairs and found a linen company that was able to supply the table linens two days before the wedding. This company still has not returned the money we paid. They won't answer the phone and they only text. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It's a SCAM!!

  These people take your payment in full 30 days before your event then don't provide services. They use the lamest excuses and then refuse to give you a refund. When you try to discuss the issue, they start by denying any wrong doing, then MIGHT say they want to work it out, then block you from calling, messaging, etc. They were evicted from their building and yet are still trying to say they're open for business. Ridiculous. And I'm sure she'll try to reply to this review by saying she DID provide the service and blame the customer. Lies, lies, LIES. Pathetic excuse for a business. KMD linens SAVED THE DAY!

  This company ruined my wedding. Didn’t provide items I paid for. Was left scrambling to find tables and linens the morning of the wedding. Owner is rude. When I asked for my money back she refused. Ended up paying for rentals twice

  New owners since October 2017. Not delivering items not refunding money. Not the same Garden Gate. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else

  I ordered 2 tents, tables and chairs and the day before the wedding I was going through emails and had an email from them saying that they couldn’t fill the order because they were broken into and they would be sending a refund. No call no nothing. Order was paid in full. That was April 20. Still haven’t gotten our money back. Had to find another place the day before the wedding for everything. They won’t return a phone call. We have been hung up on. Stopped in one day and they told use that they haven’t gotten the insurance money yet from the fire. What fire? They said they were broken into. Not only was it a different story they were rude. We tried to tell them that we just wanted to work with them and just wanted an honest answer. We were will to workout if they needed to payback in payments. They took down our number (which they should have) still no word.

  Never received my rentals but this company still has my money! They never would answer my phone calls or return them...only would text back. Everytime was a different excuse why they couldnt deliver. They are under new ownership and many others have had a similar experience recently. The old positive reviews were under the old ownership. It's also ridiculous that the only 5 star review is from this new owner!

  I had rented a 20x40 tent for my outdoor wedding that was to be set up Wednesday. Recieved a call Wednesday saying they couldn't do it that day but will have it up Thursday morning. Thursday I recieved a call saying their truck broke down and that they needed "a special tool that they needed to rent" drive the stakes, but would not tell me what kind of tool they needed. They then said they'll have it up no later than Friday 10am. They showed up to the site 10am and didn't finish until 12pm. My wedding was at 2pm. I had to set everything out and get ready within 2 hours because they did not get my tent up days prior as agreed in the contract. The "special tool" was a 5lb sludge hammer...the white tent was covered in dirt. The walls for the tent were put on wrong. They drove through my planted crop field and left ruts. The stakes were not even. After all the inconviences and unnecessary stress on my wedding, I was not offered any reinbursment for them breaking contract. Terrible experience and will never rent from them again. It was a waist of 500.00
