What a fun loving crew! They were on point with everything. I highly recommend Gann Entertainment for any event. They adjusted to rain without hesitation and were the highlight of my daughters wedding. -

Pricing was so reasonable and affordable compared to most and Even when there were last minute changes he just went with it. hIm so going to use him again if ever i have a need. He even was ok with our daughter singing our first dance song. I reccomend him to everyone!!!

Missi Sent on 10/01/2008I had last minute (11p the night before the wedding) song changes and he was able to accomidate them and he was so much fun and professional at the same time...everyone told me about how great our DJ was...he was alot of fun and kept our company on their toes with dancing and the electric slide, etc...Jason was AWESOME!! -

If I could leave less than one star I would. I initially met Tyler at my brothers wedding. He was absolutely fantastic so I also booked him for mine and even referred him to other brides. During the process he was great to work with. He responded quickly and was very flexible with what we needed (so I thought). The day of the wedding he ended up bringing what I am assuming is his girlfriend who was giving not only me the bride but our guests dirty looks. We were not informed she was coming and her appearance for a wedding wasn’t acceptable. He was also informed that we had a child that had sensory difficulties so the music needed be at a lower volume. However after asking multiple times to lower the volume, he just turned it off and made everyone eat in silence. He did not play our recessional song nor our walk in song where we are announced as one. Our late night playlist for our after party was not played either. We paid for uplighting and microphones for our vows that we did not receive as well. So if you are planning a wedding and are looking for entertainment I would look elsewhere. Professionalism isn’t his forte. -

My fiance called a few different DJs and asked specific questions to find someone he liked. He spoke with Dennis Gann on the phone and thought he would be a good choice for our wedding. He specifically asked Dennis to be the DJ at our wedding, not a contractor. Dennis agreed and said we would set up a meeting 3 weeks before the wedding. 4 weeks before the wedding my fiance called Dennis to schedule a meeting and discuss the details. He was impossible to get ahold of and when he finally did get to talk to him, Dennis was very rude and told him that he needed to re-check his contract because we were not to contact him until 2 weeks before the wedding. My fiance reminded him that we live almost 2 hours away and needed to arrange a meeting time in advance. He refused to schedule anything with us.
To make a long story short, we never ended up meeting up with Dennis Gann before the wedding and he never showed up. He instead sent someone else who had no idea what was going on. The guy was late resulting in there being no ceremony music while the guests were waiting and he played all the wrong music at the ceremony and the reception. My wedding coordinator had to keep running over to tell him what songs to play and when. My now husband and I and our wedding party never got announced into the reception and the music he played was not at all what we wrote on the contract.
Dennis Gann was nice until he got all of our money. He requires the final payments to be made 2 weeks before the event and then he doesn't care about anything after that. I even spoke to him on the phone 2 days before my wedding to make sure everything was good and he said he was looking forward to it and that he would be there. We haven't been able to get ahold of him since and just want to warn everyone about his lack of professionalism and work ethic. He and his business are a joke and a rip off.
