    Amazing Experience

    We had a fantastic experience with Gala Cloths! They did the table cloths and napkins for our wedding. Dulany actually made the suggestion of table cloth and napkin colors since she knew our venue and it looked incredible. I never would have thought to go with that color/texture she recommended, but it was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to other brides!

    Lovely Linens!

    It was absolutely wonderful working with Dulany from Gala Cloths to find the perfect linens for our wedding! She helped us pick out burgundy and gold linens for our sweetheart table, guest tables, cocktail tables, and napkins. The linens were delivered promptly and looked gorgeous. Thank you, Dulany!

    I had a great experience working with Nancy from Gala Cloths. We ordered sage green sashes for the chairs for my wedding at the Concordville Inn. She quickly was able to send us samples of several fabric options for us to choose from. Then all I had to do was give her a headcount a few days before the wedding. When we arrived on wedding day, the sashes were there and already tied onto all the chairs. They looked great and really added to the look of the room. I would definitely recommend Gala Cloths as it was super easy and headache free for us and everything turned out exactly how we had hoped.

    We decided to rent chair covers, sashes for the chairs as well as an overlay for the sweetheart table. Everything looked gorgeous and Nancy was so helpful in the selection process. We were overwhelmed with how great the room looked with these choices and I am so thankful to Nancy for helping us tie everything together.

    I used Gala Cloths for the chair covers and sashes at my wedding; I was not initially going to rent these items but a few months prior, decided it would make the room look even nicer - I am so glad I did! Nancy at Gala Cloths was fantastic - she sent me samples after our initial email conversation and met me at my venue (Hartefeld) so we would see what the covers and sashes would look like in person (we even ended up renting a beautiful overlay for the sweetheart table based on her suggestion). Everything perfectly complemented our colors and details, and really made the room look extra special and just beautiful. Thank you Nancy and Gala Cloths!

    We wanted the table settings for our wedding reception to have a strong visual impact that was colorful and vibrant and the linens from Gala Cloth instantly provided that! Dawn was very helpful, really easy to work with, and she was very accommodating as our requirements evolved. We really achieved that "WOW" factor and received many compliments on the decor!

    I received a promotional email from Gala Cloths after attending the Turf Valley Bridal Expo, and I am so glad that I chose to read through the email, because it turned out that Gala Cloths was exactly what I was looking for! Our venue provided basic linens, but I knew early on that I wanted table runners to add a little sparkle and texture to our otherwise simple table decor. Gala Cloths' staff worked with me to send swatches of the fabrics that I was interested in free of cost (I think you have to have a credit card on file and perhaps pay a small fee if you elect to receive actual samples of the runners, linens, etc. instead of swatches), and they were always very responsive to my questions about size and availability. The linens were shipped to me a few days before the wedding along with clear instructions about how to return the linens in their boxes with prepaid postage. They were beautiful and by far the most economical option I explored for linens.

    My venue came with ivory tablecloths and napkins of my color choice (navy), but after seeing all the fancy table setups at the wedding expos I decided I wanted to spruce up my sweetheart table. Many of the linen rental places have minimum order numbers, but Gala Cloths was fine with me ordering just one or two.

    After going to the showroom I decided I wanted to add a little more. We got a navy pintuck for the cake table. I also rented navy shimmery runners for my tables, a runner for our cake table, and some sashes in navy bengaline and navy sheer. The sashes came in handy to add some pops of color around the venue. I just got them and figured I would decide what to do with them when we were setting up.

    The girls in the shop that helped me were great. They gave me a second option on colors and fabrics that would work well together. I'm really glad I went in person. They had a table in the showroom we could lay the different fabrics on to see what worked well together. They also gave me some samples that I could bring back to my venue to make sure things coordinated.

    Because my venue already had the tablecloths and napkins I only spend about $120 and it really added a lot of color and character to the whole room.

    Gala Cloths, Diane Sundholm and the entire work team were a joy to work with. Beautiful linens, reasonable pricing and excellent service. Twice Diane sent me free samples and this helped me put my table together. Her suggestions were much appreciated. I highly recommend them and I wish Gala Cloths and Diane much success.

    Gala Cloths provided table linens for my wedding, and they were absolutely perfect. Inspired by coastal Connecticut, I was searching for blue and white striped linens. Nancy was fantastic to work with, and was so accommodating. She sent me various swatches to ensure that I found the specific shade of blue that I was hoping for. Gala pressed the linens for us and organized delivery and pick up from our reception venue. There was nothing for me to do or worry about, which is very much appreciated in the week of your wedding. The linens photographed magnificently as one of the focal points of the room, and I could not have been more pleased. I *highly* recommend Gala for all future brides!

    I used Gala to rent chair covers and sashes for my reception. Meeting with them they were able to help me envision what everything would look like when it all came together. They were very professional, made the process easy, and when I needed to speak to them or had any questions they were always able to answer or if I left a message they answered in a timely fashion. When it came to my wedding day, they had sent someone to set up everything and it turned out beautifully. If i were ever needed to I would definitely use Gala cloths again.

    Gala Cloths provided the table cloths for our wedding. They were a gorgeous Apple Green Pintuck. They made all the difference in the room where we had our reception. It was all white before we found Gala. They brought color into the room that matched the theme perfectly. We had an English Garden themed wedding with bright pops of purples and Apple greens. They were perfect. I used their website to find the right colors and then visited Teri at the showroom to get a true feel of how the linens would look on a table with flowers and table settings. It made all the difference in the world. Not only could I see what they look like in person, but also being able to see them at the venue was key. Teri was always helpful and quick to answer any questions and checked in with me to make sure the theme was still on track throughout the process. She was great! They delivered and picked up the linens without any issues and were able to handle everything without me worrying over every detail. What a valuable service when you are a stressed out Bride! Couldn't have pulled the day off without their help! Thank you Gala!

    The ladies I worked with at Gala were very awesome. I am a very visual person so I went to the show room a few times to browse. Sarah who was there working was knowledgeable and helped me see each table cloth that I wanted and was great with suggestions. The thing that I liked was that she wrote a follow up email confirming what I liked and the number of tables and sizes, and everything was very organized. Before I realized I could go to the showroom they were great with shipping samples to our venue as well. Diane was super helpful and responded quickly to any phone calls or emails.

    MY beautiful wedding was Rose pink and purple. Our linens all came from Gala Cloths, our wedding planner got them ordered for us and we thought it really made a big difference. Seeing a room transformed with simply adding specialty linens really makes a difference.
    I recommend calling Gala Cloths for linen rentals.

    I waited until the last minute to book my linens, but Diane took it in stride and was very helpful and incredibly fast in helping me to choose which linens to use for our reception. I had 100% confidence in Gala Cloths and was not disappointed. I was absolutely thrilled with the results and would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company.

    When I first contacted Diane Sundholm with Gala Cloths I was looking for a way to make my sisters wedding an event to remember. The venue that she chose for her wedding reception had substandard decor at best and that was not going to do. I was able to get some fantastic advice from Diane and was even sent sample linens to try at the run thru at the venue. I enjoyed working with her as she was very professional and extremely personable. She was available via phone and email whenever I had a question or her thoughts on tying everything together. I look forward to working with her and Dorothy the owner or Gala Cloths in the very near future.

    Gala Clothes did a fantastic job incorporating our color scheme into the decor of the reception! Teri was great to work with - she gave us personal attention with design when we visited the showroom and made it easy to adjust our order all the way up to the week before the wedding by a simple email request.     Gala cloths was excellent at helping us develop our theme and bring color and beauty to our backyard wedding. We are still receiving tons of compliments from our friends.     Gala cloth did a grey job delivering and setting up all of the cloth we ordered for our reception and cocktail hour tables. They were so easy to work with and so professional. Teri is such a great person to work with and so flexible. The lines were so pretty and made the wedding venue look much better. Gala cloth is a must and I definitely recommend them.

    We rented napkins for our wedding from Gala Cloths: we wanted something a bit country/rustic, and we found several great options. They had a good selection, and were incredibly responsive and flexible, happy to talk with us over email, in person, and on the phone. Their prices were very reasonable, especially given how flexible they were. Working with them was a breeze, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others!

    I worked with Nancy at GalaCloths to secure linens for a company event, and the whole experience was wonderful. The linens themselves were wonderful quality, and Nancy couldn't have been more helpful. She even suggested complementary linens to the one I had chosen, and reminded me that I needed to add napkins. I normally sourced my unique linen needs from New York and sometimes even California, but now there's no need! I love having a new go-to company that is so close. I will certainly be contacting GalaCloths first, in the future.

    Working with Nancy from Gala Cloths was an absolutely wonderful experience!! She helped us to achieve the fall, romantic, vintage, feel that we wanted for our wedding reception.     Gala Coths did an outstanding job at my daughters wedding Saturday evening. The sashes were perfectly tied and the table toppers were perfect! Nancy was a real joy to work with....always responded quickly to every question and it was so much fun to work with her. She had many wonderful ideas that I had never thought about. The quality of the materials was top notch and the pricing was extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend this vendor!

    We made the decision to rent linens just a couple months before the wedding and we are so glad that we choose Gala Cloths. They came highly recommended by our day-of-wedding coordinator, Aubrey. I decided to go to the showroom in Owings Mills and had the wonderful opportunity to work with Terri. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! She gave useful suggestions as well as ideas to help cut costs. On the day of our wedding, our reception ballroom looked absolutely beautiful and the linens truly made the difference! I would highly recommend Gala Cloths for any event!

    We used Gala Cloths to rent a few linens for our sweetheart table setup because we had won a certificate at a bridal show. I ended up really liking working with them and would definitely use them again and recommend them. Terri was very helpful picking out great looking linens and explaining everything to me. Their showroom was set up with a lot of different displays and ideas. They had all the linens hanging so it was easy to see them all. I would recommend checking Gala Cloths out!

    Great experience in renting table overlays - we went to their showroom and they were extremely helpful in the selection process. No one else in the area even had these specific overlays which went perfectly with our venue, and the prices at Gala Cloths were very appropriate for the good quality of their linens. I called to place my order only a month before the wedding and it was no problem, the service was great, and the overlays looked amazing. The pick-up and return process was also very easy. We are very happy we chose Gala Cloths.

    A few months before the wedding day, I contacted Gala Cloths about linens that I had seen from photos at my wedding venue. They sent me samples for both the linens and napkins right away. Everything was great and on the day-of, the linens looked beautiful. Since the venue came with standard linens, this was an extra cost, but well worth the money.

    It did get a bit confusing talking to them because their showroom and order team apparently work separately. So I would call one line and nobody could help and so somehow I ended up working with some people, booking with one person and another calling me to follow up to see if I wanted to book.

    However, overall, things were great. I am very glad I rented linens from Gala!

    Gala cloth was great! I loved the different types of linens that they provided. My reception place including basic liens, but the room really popped when I added Gala cloths sheer organza overlays. The guests loved the way the room looked with these linens. Gala cloth was great with installing all the linens and also picking them up after the reception.

    My fiancé and I decided we wanted linens pretty late in the game and Gala Cloths was able to help us at the last minute. We had seen one of their new linens at a bridal show a few weeks earlier and although they did not yet have it in stock they were able to get it in for our wedding. I highly recommend them!

    We rented table cloths and napkins from gala cloths for our wedding. We were very satisfied with all of the services. They were very helpful when we were in the showroom and very responsive when we had questions or changes after we booked. The table cloths were beautiful and really added a special touch to our event. The prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

    Gala Cloths were the Best. Nancy met with me three times for me to see all of the linens choices and make sure my vision came to reality. They have a wonderful selection and their linens are absolutely beautiful. Thanks Gala!!

    Great value, great service. The tables looked great! They were also very flexible with us changing the number of linens we needed a few times.

    The selection of fabric and linens is amazing! When I went into their warehouse, I wasn't sure what to expect but I had something in mind of what I wanted. When I left, I was not only impressed but I left picking out something that was outside of what I originally entertained and the day of our wedding, our choices left us breathless!

    Gala clothes was fantastic! They had exactly what I wanted, which was very hard to find with other vendors and when another vendor raised their prices in the middle of us settling our contract, Gala clothes stepped in and offered us what we wanted for half of what the other vendor was charging! They are conviently located and have very flexible hours, I will definitely use them again for other events.

    Gala Cloths really helped set the tone for my wedding. They helped me pick playful and inventive cloths and colors that really helped set the style for the ceremony. We liked their linen selection so much that we even used their linens for our chuppah (traditional fabric used as a wedding canopy). My family has used them for every wedding and event and we've been satisfied every single time!

    We loved working with Gala Cloths! They helped us decide what colors and fabrics would work with the vision we had in mind for our wedding. When we finally made up our minds, it turned out that it was a little above our budget. I let Teri know this, and she was wonderful about working with us to help us get everything we wanted a price we could afford. Up until the week of the wedding, she was great working with me, even when I was still flip-flopping on some of my choices. I never felt any pressure to decide on something that I wasn't 100% comfortable with! I would not hesitate to use them for another event!

    Very helpful, beautiful and large selection of linens, took the time to set up model tables so you can see exactly how it will look on the wedding day, a little pricey but not outrageous.

    I used Gala Cloths for my wedding table cloths (black pintuck) and chair sashes (black satin). Nancy was wonderful to work with - very responsive, helpful and was so accommodating when we tried to find a time to meet with her at our venue. She actually set up a table with what we wanted so we could physically see what the end result would look like. They were great. The only reason I gave them a 4.5/5.0 on the quality of the service is because my sweetheart table cloth was wrinkled and was way too long for the table. It looked very tacky in all my professional pictures when you could visibly see the crease marks in the table cloth and how it gathered on the floor because it was too long for the size of the table. I was surprised too because all the guest tables were perfect, but the most important table, where the bride and groom were sitting, was messy looking. Other than that, no complaints.

    Working with Gala was wonderful! I was able to visit their showroom in the Baltimore area and get a feel for what linens they had and how they would look on the tables. I got a feel for how the napkins and tablecloths would look together which gave me a vision for how things would be on our wedding day! The staff was wonderful and the payment process was easy!

    I wanted ivory rosette tablecloths for my wedding, and Gala Cloths actually made them for me to rent because they didn't have enough on hand. They turned out beautifully, and they also made a runner for the head table. Diane mailed me the sample because I wasn't able to get to her showroom in person. Then she met me at the venue a few weeks before the wedding to show me what the full tablecloth would look like. She is a former interior designer and that helps with talking through ideas! My mom and I had a little trouble making initial contact with Gala Cloths, which turned us off from using them at first, but when Diane followed up several weeks later, things went very smoothly.

    I went to my first and only bridal show for the sole purpose of meeting with someone from Gala Cloths to discuss what I wanted for my reception (I already knew). Unfortunately, at the show all I got was a handshake and a brochure. However, when I finally met with Nancy (at our reception hall no less!), it was great. She brought with her the actual sashes I wanted, showed us several ways to tie them (bow vs wrap, etc, we went with the wrap), and answered all our questions. Moreover, it was already late at night and if I recall correctly she still had to drive to Jersey for another appointment that night! The day of the wedding everything went so smoothly - I didn't even know they were there (and didn't even think to worry since I was assured by Nancy and the reception hall that everything would be taken care of). On the way out to the patio where the ceremony was to take place, the bridal party walked through the reception hall, and I saw for the first time how perfectly done up everything was. Great Job!

    I rented chair covers and organza bows from them and they turned out beautiful. I decided I needed them last minute but I didnt not have time to go to MD to see the cloths in person. They sent some samples for me via UPS and I received them 2 days later. I was able to make my decision quickly with their help and advice. It was a little bit more expensive than I thought it would be.

    Great linens, wide variety of choices, excellent quality. Booking was done through our event venue, so did not have contact with their staff, but was very pleased with the tablecloths, chair covers, and napkins that we rented. Not familiar with other pricing, but seemed reasonable.

    Got my tablecloths here. They have tons of selection. Will deliver and pick up the cloths to your site. Much more affordable than I had anticipated!

    Donna and Gala Cloths provided us with our table linens. They sent us many samples and their table linens we ended up using were very nice. The price was reasonable and they were easy to work with.

    Excellent and easy. They have an incredible variety of table coverings. In the showroom the salesperson gave me some tips on how to save on the event. Once I made the contract with them, it all worked beautifully to create a special look for the reception venue.

    We rented red satin chair sashes for our wedding reception. The bows were BEAUTIFUL and we got so many compliments on them. They really added that special touch that I was looking for. The only reason that I did not give them a 5/5 is because I felt that the set up fee was a bit expensive. The sashes themselves were reasonably priced, but I paid more than what the bows cost to have them set up and taken down. It is unfortunate that this fee seemed to be a flat fee and not based on the amount that was ordered.
    I would recommend this vendor to a friend, but I was inform them about this fee. If they could find someone to help them set up the bows and take them down at the end of the night, it would save them a lot of money. I am glad that we got these sashes because they really did make the room look beautiful.

    The chair covers and sashes were beautiful. They really make a difference in a room. I thought they were a little expensive and found other places online that were cheaper, but I went with Gala Cloths because they were local and I was able to go to the showroom to see exactly what I was getting. They delivered them a day before the wedding so that the staff there had plenty of time to put almost 300 on. They even picked them up after the event. I did not have to worry about anyting.

    I wasn't all too pleased with Gala Cloths. I will go into the positives first though: they responded quickly to my emails, they allowed us to handle picking up and dropping off our linens ourselves (so we avoided a delivery fee), and they communicated with our venue directly so that I did not have to act as a middle person. All of these things definitely made things easier!

    What I was displeased with was what I encountered in the actual showroom. The first time I went, I felt like I was being a bother. I saw some of the employees working on something when I first came in and they took their time coming over to me to ask what I was there for. When I told the woman who approached me I was interested in linens for my wedding, she made me wait a few minutes until a young woman I had seen outside playing with her cell phone came in to be my consultant. My consultant was friendly but didn't seem too knowledgeable about linens- for example, I asked about aisle runners and she showed me chair sashes (they don't do aisle runners, by the way- I found this out the second time I came by). I signed the contract and was told they would be in communication with my venue, but I have to admit I was nervous.

    The second time I went to the showroom was to choose exactly what kind of chair covers I wanted. When I entered the showroom, it was dark. At first I thought maybe my eyes were just dazzled from the sun, but no- it was business hours and their lights were turned off! I realized this when one of the employees came in, looking annoyed that a customer dare come in, and flipped a light switch. This woman was different from my consultant and the woman I was emailing with, and her attitude didn't make me feel welcome at all. I thought maybe I had misread her or she was having a bad day, so I brushed it off... until I came in with my then-fiance to pick up our linens and she "helped" us again. By this I mean she was still unfriendly, and she made him load everything himself.

    We did not return the linens ourselves the following Monday because my father-in-law was nice enough to do it. Thankfully the man who I'm pretty sure the manager was there and he was very friendly. I consider myself an easygoing person, and I was definitely a non-Bridezilla type, but my experience with Gala Cloths was not very good. If they hadn't been so conveniently close to me I wouldn't have continued working with them.
