Gainey Ranch Golf Club blew us away and exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to our wedding day, this venue went above and beyond. The indoor and outdoor spaces are just beautiful. The food and drinks were absolutely remarkable; our guests couldn't stop raving about the appetizers and the dinner. Their team is responsive, efficient, and were overall a pleasure to work with. They are truly amazing at what they do, and I am so glad we had our wedding here.

Lauren and Savannah are truly some of the most professional, responsive, and amazing coordinators. The venue itself is beautiful and an amazing value. Can't wait for my wedding there in October!

Great venue, great location with great pricing. They have several colors of linen to choose from, rose petals for the aisle, white chairs for ceremony and silver/grey chairs for reception. You can always upgrade from this too. This venue has beautiful views of the golf course, desert and the mountains-you get to choose what view you want for the ceremony - Gainey Ranch area is my favorite part of town. We had the ceremony outside with reception inside. Lauren was great to work with. Quick at responding to questions, flexible, professional, friendly, and laidback. The food (we had buffet) was delicious!! Employees were welcoming and attentive. All of our friends and family raved about the food and venue. We knew this was our location once we looked at it and met with Lauren. Thank you for making our day so wonderful!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Lauren and her team were second to none and made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, service, venue, etc. I actually miss talking to Lauren regularly and will always recommend Gainey Ranch for any and all events!

This was a GREAT venue and we and all our guests loved it. The wedding and reception were perfect. Lauren Ogle was the best person to work with. She took such great care of us and was so easy to work with. She made a huge difference in our selection of using this venue. Highly recommend it.

Lauren and her team are hands down the most wonderful group of people I have ever met throughout my entire wedding planning process. First Impressions: My (now) husband and I first met Lauren after a terrible experience at a hotel venue. We were SET but the staff at that venue were horribly rude and inflexible with any simple request. We were heart broken and back to square one. I decided to scan the Knot for non-hotel options... you know, just to see. Gainey Ranch Golf Club was the third venue we visited and we instantly knew it was for us. We walked up through a gorgeous fountain and pond; and Will & I were greeted with a smile. Lauren was cheerful, upbeat, welcoming and did not seem to mind the probably way too long Q&A. We were in love! Fast forward a few months & over a year before the wedding: Lauren was more than eager to meet and discuss our linens - even though it was probably way too early to look at anything by typical industry standard timeline... Lauren then sent me the information for her linen girl at BBJ Linens and helped me finalize all the beautiful linen details by surprising me with napkins that matched the bridesmaids' dresses perfectly. Next, she invited us to a preferred vendor event where we met with and chose our amazing wedding planner, Stylish Events by Lisa Foster. (Spoiler alert: Lauren & Lisa are rockstars together and created my Pinterest vision perfectly!) Shortly after, we brought our family in for a showing. Lauren & her staff were just as friendly to our parents. She welcomed everyone with the same enthusiasm as she initially greeted Will & I with and was always her bubbly-self. The middle months were less consumed with in person meetings and involved probably hundreds of emails. We would email Lauren about everything -- switching our wine choices, changing our chicken option, changing our room set up, inquiring about Serbian traditions, where to take our photographs, our photographer issues, who to use for transportation to/from the venue and preferred hotel... dozens of things! Lauren always was quick to respond, efficient in her answers and friendly as can be! Even though you rationally know that she has hundreds of emails pouring in per day by dozens of brides and other event staff, she always made you feel like she spent hours on your response, was perfectly thorough and eager to help. Working with Lauren was a complete 180 from our original hotel venue -- and for the better!! She was beyond accommodating! Food & Drinks: I will be honest, I've never had better salmon. The food was phenomenal! Our guests RAVED over the dishes and the drinks. Everything was delicious and everyone was pleased with our event & signature drinks. We were also very happy with the wine selection in the top bar package. Extras: When you book at Gainey Ranch Golf Club, you are provided a cake with their NEW preferred vendor, Pixy Cakes. Tina at Pixy Cakes was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond for our tasting and allowed us to sample more than usual. Her cake was delicious and everyone raved about it afterwards! She was also a detail master and our modern-themed all white cake looked perfect! All in all, Lauren and her team made our day perfection. I could not have found a more easy-going woman to work with. She was a detail queen and tolerated my overly type-A excel spreadsheets. If there is ever a need for an event, I will highly consider GRGC again in the future! Thank you!

Gainey is amazing! The team (Lauren) is incredible! Very patient, great with communication, helps with questions, design suggestions, and ensures everything is perfect and smooth. Great value for the price, the food is amazing- all our guests were so impressed. The views are great, ballroom is gorgeous and there is many options for add on’s and upgrades available.

Gainey Ranch Golf Club was the perfect place to have our wedding. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and provides a wonderful backdrop for pictures. But what makes Gainey truly special is the staff and the service they provide. Lauren, the director of private events, was a pleasure to work with. She was always so responsive and patient in answering my many questions. We've received so many compliments on the food from our wedding - everything was delicious and the staff working the wedding were very professional. Thank you to Lauren and everyone at Gainey for making our day unforgettable.

Gainey ranch golf club was such an amazing wedding venue. We loved our entire experience but Lauren was the best. We worked with her for over a year and she goes above and beyond. We looked at so many venues and Lauren pretty much sealed the deal for us. We had the best day ever and highly recommend this venue.

My husband, Aubry, and I are from Chicago, and our wedding was this past weekend at Gainey Ranch Golf Club. We had the most amazing experience with this venue! Because we're from out of town, a lot of the planning and communication was done through email. Lauren made the process so easy and enjoyable by being prompt and detailed in her responses. When we were in town for our menu tasting and final walk-thru, it was like visiting with a friend, and we truly enjoyed her company. We held both our ceremony and reception at Gainey, and the evening was just magical. If you have a certain vision for your wedding, you can rest assure that Gainey can pull it off with all that they are able to offer and the amazing relationships they have with local vendors. Almost all of our guests were from out of town, and they continue to rave about how beautiful our wedding was. Our photographer was able to find great spots for photos, even during the brightest times of the day. Gainey is also able to accommodate a sparkler exit, which makes for a memorable ending. As you can see, we can go on and on on why we would continue to pick Gainey if we had a chance to do it all over again. Thank you to Lauren and the rest of the staff for our dream wedding and the seamless planning that went to it! We have enough memories to last us a lifetime.

The Gainey Ranch team goes above and beyond!!! Lauren the coordinator and her team are just amazing and made our dreams come true!!!

My total wedding experience (pre to post wedding) at Gainey Ranch Golf Club was AMAZING!! I looked at roughly 20 venues in the valley and when I stepped foot at Gainey and Met the private events director - Lauren Ogle I knew this venue was perfect! I met with Lauren to take a tour and discuss all they have to offer and felt so comfortable and confident with their venue and staff. It was so wonderful to get all my initial questions answered, see the space, and even brainstorm ideas on the spot privately with their private events director. She had an iPad there and showed me lots of pictures of previous weddings for inspiration. Our tasting was wonderful and we LOVED the food! The entree and appetizer options are awesome and they have tons of choices from more traditional to unique dishes. All communication was so smooth with Lauren for the wedding - she was very responsive with emails, questions, etc. I cannot emphasize how amazing she is to work with!! We even set up a round of golf for family and friends the Friday before the wedding and it was so easy to make tee times and all were raving about how awesome the course was! The actual wedding was beyond perfect, the timing of everything flawless. The flow from the ceremony lawn, to the cocktail hour, to reception was beautiful! The reception space is beautiful with big windows and lots of ways to set up the room. I'm literally running out of space here, so in conclusion: its PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL! The event staff and Lauren are AMAZING! Food is AWESOME esp. the risotto, You will be so happy if you chose Gainey Ranch GC for your special day : )

I can't say enough good things about Gainey Ranch and Lauren Ogle! This place and the people were fantastic! My husband and I orginally had our wedding planned at a different venue but after a horrible 3 months of planning we were on the search for a new venue. Dealing with wedding stress and switching to Gainey Ranch Golf Club was defintiely a blessing in disguise. When we first met with Lauren you could tell how much she loves her job. She is ethusiastic, super responsive and detail oriented. I sent her many emails and she always responded within a timely manner and never seemed annoyed by my multiple questions. She was honest and upfront about everything. She always made me feel like my wedding was a priority, which is very important when you are planning the wedding of your dreams. When I walked into the reception room, I was amazed by how beautiful everything was. The rest of the staff was also great. All of the servers and the bar tender were very friendly and accomodating. The golf team made sure that my husband and his buddies enjoyed their round of golf and everything was set up smoothly. I also received numerous compliments on the food. I was a little worried about how the steaks were going to be cooked but they came out perfect! It was a memorable night and I can't thank Gainey and Lauren enough!

Lauren, the Private Events Director, went above and beyond in assisting with the planning of the wedding of our daughter. After meeting Lauren, she was definitely one of the main reasons we chose Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Her assistance was invaluable. We looked at other venues, and while Gainey Ranch was not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive as well. The open house with its display of vendors was a huge help in deciding on which vendors to use. The ballroom looked magical, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gainey Ranch Golf Club & especially about Lauren Ogle, their private events director! Gainey Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our wedding and Lauren and her team went above and beyond to make everything exactly how we wanted! Lauren is the most responsive person I've ever worked with, always quick to answer, helpful and happy. We planned our Arizona wedding from Texas, and I am so grateful for Lauren's willingness to work with us from a distance. Lauren always went above and beyond -- one perfect example (although there are MANY), was when my husband and I were having trouble choosing our appetizers, Lauren threw one extra in for us for free. We also used Gainey's preferred vendor list to find most of our vendors, all of whom were also wonderful. The food at Gainey is phenomenal, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, all the support staff are great -- I genuinely only have good things to say! I would recommend this venue to anyone!!

Gainey Ranch Golf Club was the perfect setting and venue for our ceremony and reception! It was a seamless transition between the ceremony and cocktail hour and then cocktail into reception! Lauren at Gainey is the best site coordinator we talked to at any venue and she made deciding to book this venue that much easier! She even worked with us when we had to special order a liquor for my husband's signature drink, and when we changed our linens 2 weeks before the wedding! Lauren and Gainey Ranch Golf Club gave us the wedding we dreamed of and one that our friends and family have not stopped raving about!

There really aren't words to describe how incredible the Gainey crew was to us for our wedding. I never thought I would be able to plan a wedding myself but having the package they offer helped tremendously! From our tour, Mock wedding, tastings, check ins, and of course the day of--- all exceeded our expectations. Lauren, the coordinator, will make any couple feel at ease because she is so down to earth and knows what she's doing. She was a huge factor with us booking here! I would highly recommend Gainey to anyone looking for a picture perfect day. Thanks again, Lauren!!!

I don't think our wedding could have been more perfect and it's all thanks to Lauren and the awesome people at Gainey Ranch! Not only are they great because they have great wedding packages and a beautiful location, but because they work with some of the best vendors around! All our guests have told us how beautiful our wedding was, how delicious the food was and that they had so much fun! I couldn't have done it without Lauren's help. My husband and I had never been in a wedding before our own and Lauren answered all our questions so well wenever felt the need to hire a wedding coordinator. Pricing was VERY reasonable in all other aspects as well. Would love to do my wedding day all over again at Gainey... but I'll settle for an invite to yours ;)

Working with Lauren at Gainey Ranch was painless! She made the wedding process/planning so easy! She was responsive, friendly, and always worked with you on anything you wanted for your special day! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and we received many compliments for our venue selection!

The setting was beautiful, on the golf course with the McDowell mountains behind. The time of day Lauren suggested made for beautiful photos. Lauren made all the planning so easy, and was open to some personal touches such as my husband driving the bride and bridesmaids to the site in his antique car.

The reception was elegant and festive and our guests raved about the quality of the food and the delicious and beautiful wedding cake.

We looked at a number of venues and the prices were far more reasonable than anything else we explored.

Lauren Ogle is simply amazing! She was a super hero helping us plan our dream wedding. She answered every question and helped us with every concern. She made us feel like we were the only client she was working with even though I know that wasn't the case. Her genuine passion, timely response, and professionalism made us so comfortable and as least stressed as possible. We highly reccomend this as a venue!

We had our wedding here on October 1, 2016 and had the best experience ever. We worked with Lauren Ogle, the Events/Wedding Coordinator and she was FANTASTIC - extremely detail oriented and very kind and professional. When I saw the ballroom set up on my wedding day I had tears in my eyes because it was everything I had imagined plus more thanks to Lauren and the Gainey staff. The chef and staff for the food/serving was amazing, too. The guests ranted and raved about the quality of food (both apps & entrees) saying it was some of the best food they've had at a wedding. The grounds are kept up consistently and looked very pretty on our wedding day. I would highly recommend having your wedding here. My husband and I are so glad we did!

We absolutely LOVED Gainey Ranch Golf Course for our wedding venue. As soon as we toured the grounds, we knew it was the spot for us and our searched ended right then and there. The waterfall backdrop at the ceremony cite was the biggest selling point. Our photos are absolutely gorgeous with the waterfall background, green grass and white sand. The cite seemed small, but can hold way more guests than I could have imagined. Our coordinator, Lauren, was fabulous. She was only 4 days into her new job and already knew everything about the location. She is bright, bubbly and was so easy to work with. She made sure that everything was perfect for us. The food was wonderful and the biggest problem was trying to choose from all the many awesome selections! For the location the price was very reasonable and they worked within our budget. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone for their wedding day, you won't regret it!!!

We wanted to have a rehearsal dinner for all of our out of town guests, totaling over 100. We wanted to have a place with a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful setting. Since we were on the East Coast, and our son's wedding was going to be a couple thousand miles away, we needed to do everything long distance. Working with Lauren Ogle and her staff could not have been easier. She responded promptly to all our questions, helped us come up with a great menu and format (we did stations), and topped it off by suggesting S'Mores for dessert! All the details were taken care of and the evening itself was very special thanks to the delicious food, the beautiful venue (people thought it was a movie set) and the extremely helpful and courteous staff.

Steven and I got married on March 5th at Gainey Ranch Country club! It was excellent! The service was perfect and it made our special night one we will never forget! Christina and Lauren were so amazing. They were always so professional and helped with everything. Steven and I loved working with them. Thank you so much to the Gainey Country club team for making our wedding such a wonderful special night for us!!! 5 Star!!!!

The Gainey Ranch team are awesome! The golf club itself is gorgeous. The waterfall, which was our ceremony site, is absolutely breathtaking! Lauren and Christina are the best! They've helped us out so much and the time and effort that they have put into all the wedding planning and the actual wedding itself have been incomparable! They kept the stress off of me and the husband the day of. They worked so seamlessly with all our vendors, and dealt with the problems that came up so discreetly. Nobody wants anything going wrong during their event, but things inevitably happen and we are so thankful to have the ladies by our side when they did! They are a joy to have as coordinators! They did a wonderful job setting up everything from the ceremony to the reception. Absolutely worth your money! This is the best decision we've made overall in this wedding!

From beginning to end, Christina and Lauren, the event coordinators at Gainey, provided us with personalized, responsive, and absolutely wonderful service. Not only did they remain patient with us while making decisions, but they were on top of all of the details at all times making us feel like we didn't have to worry about anything at all (especially on the day of our wedding).

We got SO many compliments on the quality of the food, the wait-staff, as well as the venue location and beauty. Because of their hard work and attention to detail, we felt VERY taken care of and stress-free.

Also, the Gainey Experience package, which included our DJ, florist, and photographer for one great price was the best decision we could have made. It helped us save time and energy on the process of finding the perfect vendors, and it left us feeling confident in all aspects of the planning and details for the day. All three vendors are the REAL deal, and each have no less than 10 years of experience doing weddings which is awesome.

If anyone is wondering whether or not they should have their wedding here, I say HECK YES!!

Gainey Ranch Golf Club is by far the best wedding venue in Arizona! The location is perfect, the surroundings are spectacular, the food is awesome and the staff is amazing! Lauren and Christina made our day unforgettable! The whole night went off without a hitch and it was all thanks to them! If you want to have a stress-free wedding, this is the place to be! Our family and friends also stayed at the Hyatt and Gainey Suites which are right next door, and they were both fabulous as well! I highly recommend :)

Gainey Ranch Golf Club provides the perfect setting for a magnificent wedding, with the added bonus of 5 STAR food! We had the pleasure of working w/ Lauren. She is a outstanding individual. Her passion for her job shines through! She did a tremendous job keeping track of all that needed to be done, to create the perfect wedding. Everything was spectacular & each detail was followed through to perfection.

What a beautiful location! One of the most beautiful settings in the state. This venue overlooks the Gainey Ranch Golf course, which is stunning.

From the get go our event planner Christina was on top of things. She was top-drawer in every way. Excellent follow-up/communications.

Nora and her team were tremendous. Out of all the venues we contacted - Nora was not only the most quick to respond, she was professional, a joy to work with and the most affordable. The venue was beautiful and all the amenities included were 1/2 the price most of the other places we checked out. She was organized and helped keep me organized as well. She made the entire experience FUN, inviting, easy and safe!! I can't say enough about how fabulous the food was!! I have much experience in my career with banquet and restaurant food... WOW - I was impressed. The food was truly beyond my expectations and I will keep her and Gainey Ranch Golf Club in mind for future business functions. This venue is beautiful, we've received several compliments on the beauty of our ceremony site, and is close proximity to excellent hotels and amenities for traveling guests. The event director, Nora, was incredibly professional and attentive during the entire process, and very trustworthy; we felt calm the day of the wedding knowing the other vendors were in good hands. My husband and I didn't use a wedding planning service, and because of Nora and Christina's leadership, coordination and guidance, we are absolutely thrilled with the seamless execution of our rehearsal and wedding day.

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at the gorgeous Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Nora was extremely professional and attentive to each detail, but at the same time was caring and offered support and advice when needed. She provided an invaluable Vendor List. We used the Hotels with no complaints, Flowers by Jodi who provided absolutely beautiful floral arrangements. We chose Make Up by Heather Wilson and she transformed the wedding party into Divas. Mark and his staff ensured the evening was perfect. He anticipated our needs and took care of every request. The guests raved about the food and fireworks. Thank you Nora and Mark and Gainey for making their night magical and memorable.

My husband and I were married on November 15, 2014 at The Gainey Golf Club. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Working with Nora was an absolute joy. She and the entire Gainey staff were extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They worked with us till the end, making it so easy for us to make last minute changes. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a stress free experience.

The service by the waterfall was breathtaking! For those that think this area is too small for 100 people,
they are mistaken!! The ballroom looked spectacular with tables surrounding the dance floor, Fantastic Linens were truly fantastic, Flowers by Jodi were amazing, and Twinkle and Tulle made the astronomy theme light up the ceiling. The dinner was cooked to perfection and all the guests commented on what a delicious meal it was. All I can say about Gainey, is BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!!

The venue and reception were absolutely perfect. The coordinators at Gainey were beyond amazing, courteous and helpful. Everything was done for us for the reception and the coordinators were in contact with my other vendors. They met with us before multiple times, went over our vision, and created a beautiful reception down to the tiny details. They were there during the reception as well making sure everything ran smoothly. The food that was catered also by Gainey Ranch was beyond fantastic as well. It was just perfect and made for some beautiful pictures. We received multiple upon multiple compliments about the venue. Definitely recommend.

We had our wedding at Gainey Ranch Golf Club on 4/5 with Nora as our Event Coordinator. She was BEYOND amazing and I can't express my gratitude enough. She catered to our every want and need and executed our vision perfectly. In addition, she was extremely detail oriented and organized, which put both my and my husband's minds at ease. Our wedding ceremony and reception were held at Gainey Ranch Golf Club and the staff there exceeded our expectations!! Nora was really helpful in the planning process and did a great job executing our vision for our wedding day. The food & beverage department did a great job for the reception. Nora really is great, they work very hard to make sure that everything is perfect. They are very accommodating esp for food allergies and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, I can really only comment on the planning part of it because I was unable to participate in the reception. This is a gorgeous venue and a great location to hold your wedding at. We had a fantastic time. Nora was very easy to work with, and made everything run very smoothly. The food was excellent, and we got many comments from our guests saying the same thing. All in all everyone and everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

The venue was absolutely amazing! More than I expected it would be. The staff all the way down was exceptional, and very attentive to all our needs and wishes. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone I meet or know, it was definitely a day that I will remember as one of the most beautiful days of my life.

We had a wonderful wedding experience! Emily Glenn, Assistant Private Event Director, was fabulous to work with! She is very knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. We worked with Emily to plan our ceremony/reception and could not have been happier with the turnout! Emily was great to work with and very quick to respond to emails and was always available to meet if need be. On the day of she took care of all the last minute details, I dropped everything off Friday at the rehearsal that we would need for the wedding and she took care of setting everything up on the day of. The decorations/centerpieces turned out beautiful. The venue even provided the glassware for our centerpieces which helped save some money. The food was delicious and the price was very reasonable compared to other local golf resorts. We got so many compliments on how nice everything was. So glad we chose this venue for our wedding. Great customer service and beautiful location!

Gainey Ranch Golf Club is an amazing venue! Emily is so friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions promptly and made everything so stress free. She was on top of everything and very organized. She even called all of the vendors involved a week or two before the wedding day to conform and check in with everything. She definitely went above and beyond! Everything was perfect on the wedding day! Not only was Emily awesome along with all of the other staff... the venue was amazing! There are so many trees and a beautiful waterfall...really great picture opportunities. All of our guests mentioned how great the food was, especially the hors d'oeuvres. I highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Gainey Ranch on December 1, 2012. From the time we selected them as our venue in June, to the day of our wedding, Emily was extremely helpful. She was quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and made the entire process completely stress-free. On the day of the event she had everything set up perfectly as I had requested it, and her calm demeanor and caring attitude helped to keep all of us calm as well! The entire staff including Nora, the gal who oversaw our reception in the evening (cannot remember her name), and the service staff, were professional, accomodating, and completely on top of it! Gainey Ranch comes highly recommended from us as a great venue for any event, especially a wedding.

I loved Gainey Ranch Golf Club. It was the perfect venue for our wedding. Emily Glenn was our coordinator and she was a huge reason why we chose Gainey Ranch. She made the planning process so easy and stress free! She would answer any question I had right away and worked so hard to accomodate anything I needed or wanted for the wedding! Gainey Ranch Golf Club was the perfect setting for our wedding and on the day, it was gorgeous! Emily Glenn really took the time to get to know us and implement our personalities into the wedding. She was kind, passionate, professional, warm-hearted and amazing during the whole process of planning and especially on the day of. The ceremony site was gorgeous in every aspect from the view to the chuppah draped in pretty flowers; it was beyond what we expected. The team at Gainey Ranch Golf Club really took t he time to make sure that our day was perfect. They were there for us whenever we needed them and did not hesitate to help in any way. I would highly recommend Gainey Ranch Golf Club to other brides that truly want their ideal wedding to come true.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gainey. Emily, the new assistant, was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. As for the wedding day, the room looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service exceptional. We received many compliments from our guests about all of the above. My husband and I planned our wedding in AZ all the way from GA. After months of searching via internet, phones calls, and emails we had found the one! Gainey Ranch was everything we were looking for. It is so beautiful there! All of our guests just loved it. The Staff also deserves a special shout out for everything they did. Emily was a HUGE...and I mean HUGE help to me with planning. No matter what I asked her, she had an answer for me in a timely manner. I also made alot of the decor for the wedding and they did all the set completely how I wanted it. I'd also like to add that my husband and I received numerous compliments on how amazing the food and cake tasted!! Might I add that my husband and I could not make it to a cake tasting prior to the wedding, BUT, one email to Emily and she made sure it was something we would love. :) We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and we owe it all to Gainey Ranch Golf Club!

First of all let me start off by saying this is one of the most beautiful venues and at a better price than many others throughout the city. Karen was wonderful to work with. She was willing to accommodate anything I needed and answer any questions I had. The staff made sure we were very well taken care of. I cannot say enough about this place. It was the wedding of my dreams.

Our day was perfect at Gainey Ranch Golf Club! Our ceremony was so beautiful in front of the waterfalls and the stunning greens! The staff during the reception was impeccable and we received so many compliments on how wonderful the food and the service was! Gainey Ranch was the perfect wedding venue! With the beautiful waterfall and helpful and friendly staff. They helped make my special day perfect. I couldn't of asked for a better wedding! They walk you through the process and make it an easy process. I did have one issue trying to hang a flower ball over the dance floor but it all worked out in the end!

Gainey Ranch Staff were great. Nora Narkevic was also excellent.

Gainey Ranch Golf Club was the perfect setting for our April wedding. We had the best experience working with Emily. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision was executed without a hitch! The golf course was manicured to perfection and the grounds and landscaping were so beautiful. We received so many compliments on the food and the delicious cake provided by their baker, Maggie. We looked at many other wedding venues before deciding on Gainey, and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place. The ballroom was large enough to easily accommodate our 180 guests and large dance floor! Emily was so quick to respond to the many questions I had along the planning process and was such a hard worker. I actually remember watching Emily carry our ceremony flowers from the lawn into the ballroom so we could use them for our reception. I was blown away with how dedicated she was to making sure everything was perfect. I would recommend this venue highly to anyone looking for the perfect place to hold any special occasion. Thanks again to everyone at Gainey Ranch Golf Club, our wedding day was a dream and I couldn’t be more grateful and happy!

I love Gainey! Karen was great we ended up having to change the time of our wedding about 1 month out which was stressful, but Karen made sure that the transition was seamless. The staff was great that day and very accommodating to our guest and bridal party. The food, the specialty drinks, ceremony location and reception were picture perfect that day. Thanks for making our day special!

The venue is amazing and everyone is a great help throughout the location. The only time I had an issue was I had a hard time reaching the second event coordinator that took over my account towards the last 2 months before my wedding. But all around the venue is amazing and people are so polite! I would recommend this site to anyone getting married!!!

I loved this place because everyone was curtious, food was great, they didnt babysit us (I had a party crew). I even had the chance to move spots of the ceremont if it got too hot outside. Its pricey but, totally worth it. They have a great baker for the cake too. The room I chose for the reception was made for a wedding.

Lauren was absolutely outstanding to work with. She was incredible and we didn't worry about a single thing on the day of our wedding or the night before. She took care of us and she truly makes her clients feel special. Hands down was the best.

I absolutely loved working with the wedding coordinator, Emily. She was fantastic and very accommodating throughout the whole planning process. When the big day came she was awesome at keeping everything running smooth. The only issue we had was during dinner the overhead heaters caught fire and the employees sat around doing nothing. Luckily one of my guests (an EMT/firefighter) moved quickly and got a fire extinguisher to put the fires out. Other than that little fiasco, the venue was beautiful and the food was wonderful. I just wish I had been able to eat more but since the fires happened right as dinner was starting I was more concerned with my guests comfort so I ended up not eating more than a few bites...

I would definitely recommend working with Emily and the venue was amazing, just make sure they don't turn on the overhead heaters! :)

Gainey ranch golf club at first was great, veery helpful with planning the wedding util it cam to the week before the wedding and the day of. They were late with the reseeding of their winter lawn which they had told us would be done before the wedding since it was outdoors. No one bothered to tell us that we could no longer get married at our spot on the green, my dad happened to stop by and thats how we found out. Then the day of the wedding things were unorganized and were not placed in the right area, my mother had to fix things herself which she should not have had to do. It was very stressful the week before and the day of due to gainey ranch, in the end it turned out fine but i would be hesitant on planning your wedding here. make sure everything is the way it should be so there are no surprises.

My now husband and I booked our venue at Gainey Ranch 13 months in advance from our wedding day - we fell in LOVE with Gainey Ranch Golf Club since day 1 at the Open House we visited. Our wedding day was gorgeous ... the views and photos there are spectacular! The food was OUTSTANDING! Seriously amazing amazing food, our guests were raving. I felt so disheartened and disappointed however by the lackluster poor service at the very end of our engagement journey and our wedding day. I am convinced this is a fluke and was an off-day. The service was just lacking in terms of the waiter-to-guest ratio, and we heard some comments from family members and guests regarding not being treated very well by staff. The attention day of from the Gainey staff was lacking but thankfully we were too in love and happy to notice it. Again, I am convinced this is a fluke because we had great treatment and attention from everyone the entire year - I was convinced we were going to get spectacular service, but for what we paid for.... it is disappointing. We had our ceremony at our church which was my dream since childhood, so perhaps that made the staff feel like the extra personalized touch for us and extra hard work wasn't as necessary? I hope that Gainey Ranch turns things around for future couples, because it is SUCH a lovely place to have a wedding! Overall we had an amazing day despite certain balls being dropped with service.

Our wedding at Gainey Ranch was very nice up until the "cocktail hour". At that point our feelings about the experience changed significantly. These feelings only grew as we reviewed our final invoice, post the event, and noticed a few items that didn't make sense. Included amongst these items were drink prices that did not match our contracted prices. When we inquired into the discrepancies their customer service was far different than the service they had provided us prior to the wedding. While they finally did acknowledge errors in drink prices, we felt their communication style was very dismissive of our concerns. They said that the errors were all in our favor, and as a result overall we were under billed. With that, the total invoice price was correct. When we asked to see more detailed documentation to validate this it was never provided. In the end, the amount of money in question wasn't worth additional frustration and annoyance. Ultimately this experience left us feeling bad about a once-in-a-lifetime event that we will never be able to do-over. As a result of this we cannot, and will not, recommend Gainey Ranch to family, friends, or others seeking a venue for their special day.

I will start off by saying that Gainey Ranch Golf Club is a beautiful venue and a great location. However, the planning process was less the perfect and we all expect perfect considering how much is invested in a wedding. We had a short 4 month timeline but everything was going great until the final weeks leading up to the wedding.
Lauren, the main director of events, does not work past 5pm so Lindsay became our initial point of contact. When we showed up for the menu tasting Lindsay was out sick so we ended up meeting Lauren. After that we felt caught between the two. We planned our final venue meeting 2 weeks before our wedding with Lauren since she had more experience. My wedding planner worked hard to coordinate a mid-day time for me, my husband, our photographer and band manager to all meet and finalize the details. We of course had to take time off work for this. As we are standing in the GRGC lobby, Lauren emailed my wedding planner that she had to take a conference call and wasn't going to make it. Not only did I find this incredibly unprofessional, but she never even apologized to me & my husband directly. After several days of hearing nothing else, I had to reach out to finalize certain details (napkin colors, ceremony flower colors, etc). We then had a guest cancel 5 days before our wedding and after multiple attempts to inform them, they finally tried to figure out which place setting needed to be pulled on the afternoon of my wedding when I was already taking photos with my photographer.

I did not care for the food served at the wedding. The risotto was cold and the chicken was dry, which was a big surprise because the food at our tasting was fantastic. We heard multiple complaints that the bartenders were rude or MIA. And finally, their "famous" fountain which is a highlight for photos was turned off the day of our wedding and no one told us- we found out when we went to go take pictures there after the ceremony.
