Best Day Ever and simply amazing

This venue and all the staff were amazing and very helpful through our this whole process even during the 3 date changed we had due to the military and COVID. They worked with us without a problem and made sure our day was perfect!!

We could not have asked for more!

This venue is everything. Our experience was phenomenal. We live in Tennessee and Gabrella’s staff was extremely helpful with the wedding planning process. Gabrella is fantastic because it requires only minimal decoration as the venue is so incredibly beautiful! They take care of the food and flowers in house and offer photography. They recommended a great DJ and for our evening as well. Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be. I would recommend Gabrella Manor and the amazing staff to anyone!

Words cannot express my gratitude to the team at Gabrella Manor!! This place is outstanding! My husband and I sat down with their team and decided on every detail they then turned our plans into a reality beyond what I expected!! They are very organized and care about their brides! (and grooms!) This place is THE BEST!!!!!!!

The Gabrella team was a delight to work with as I planned my wedding from out-of-state. I appreciated our face-to-face meetings to plan the flowers, menu, event flow and logistics, and I was incredibly grateful for their quick turnaround on email-based communication. Groom and I made many changes to our event plan and always felt supported and encouraged to custom-fit our event with as many changes as needed to have the event that perfectly fit "us" and our goals for the big day. The venue was just amazing for the wedding. We had to move the wedding ceremony underneath the tent to accommodate for rain and feared that such a change would irrevocably mar our big day. Quite honestly, the feel of the manor was even more ethereal and beautiful with the rain showers and our photos turned out gorgeous. There were still so many beautiful areas for the photographer to stage shots, even in the rain. Guests loved the courtyard, house and tent areas and transitioned from space to space with ease. The preparation area for bride is stunning and I loved descending the stairs into the courtyard for our "first look." The Gabrella team did such a wonderful job with our wedding and I am so thankful to have worked with them on our big event. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, communicative, professional and thoughtful venue/staff.

Did a wonderful job especially since it was an evening wedding and we had a severe thunderstorm just before our arrival. All plans had to be changed to bring it under cover (with no power), great job.

We really loved having our wedding here! It was gorgeous. We had the wedding part outdoors and the reception under their big white tent. The staff is very kind and curteous and they listened to everything I said during the planning session and imagined it with me. It was downright gorgeous the day of.

Amazing venue and team! We loved our wedding at Gabrella Manor. They made the process so easy and everything exceeded our expectations. We can't say enough good things about Gabrella and everyone there, we've received so many compliments on the wedding and we owe it all to them. Having an "all-inclusive" style wedding venue like Gabrella makes planning a breeze, and the gorgeous venue is second to none. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful venue, super professional

We can't say enough good things about these folks. From the very beginning, Gabrella Manor helped us attend to every detail, and when the COVID outbreak forced a delay in the proceedings, they patiently worked with us to make sure the final arrangements were just right. This is closest thing to a "one-stop" venue you could hope for - they handle wedding planning, venue decor, food, photography, flowers. All this was tailored to what we wanted. They also coordinated everything with other outside vendors we used (like the band and chauffeured limousine!). HIghest recommendations!

This place was absolutely perfect!! The venue alone is breath-taking. The staff and the owners were always willing to help, give advice, and do everything for you. This is an "all-in-one" type of venue. They provide everything from flowers, food, photography, decor, invitations/programs, cakes, etc. You name it, they can take care of it. My husband (fiance at the time) and I both work full time so we didn't have the time to go from vendor to vendor to figure out if people were available, or how much they cost. Gabrella Manor was everything we dreamed of.

Venue like no other

Gabrella Manor is a one stop shop for most everything you require for a wedding. They handle the venue/decorations, flowers, food, and alcohol onsite. The only thing you have to reach outside of their venue for is music, cake, and photography. They can make recommendations on who they have used previously, or you can bring your own. Either way, the experience is like no other. We had several planning sessions to work out the details, and handled other things via e-mail. It was incredibly convenient for my busy work schedule. The staff were all amazing and took care of my every need, most of the time anticipating my needs before I even asked. They were accommodating and adaptable. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Great Venue !!

Gabrella Manor is such a beautiful venue. The venue does not require a lot of extra decorations to make it special. We worked with Brenda during the planning process, she helped us keep the budget as low as possible, but I as a bride was able to have everything I wanted for the special day. We had one real planning day and she handled it. I trusted her 23 years + experience. This was one of the major reasons we chose Gabrella Manor, is because I didn't have time to plan every detail.The venue handles the ceremony, food, decorations, and flowers. Steve Johnson is the photographer you can use through the venue, and he was wonderful to work with. So friendly and I was at ease with him the entire time. He knows this venue so well, and knows where and when to get the best pictures. Our pictures were so beautiful and vibrant! Our wedding guests all said what a wonderful time they had, plenty of food and drinks for all. Our day was very organized from start to finish, which for me, I liked because I didn't have to worry about what was happening and when. Thanks Brenda, Steve, Lori, and all the others who helped make our wedding day so perfect !!

Every detail was meticulously and impeccably planned--down to the staff member who handed Jessi and John a damp cloth to wipe their hands after the cake-cutting. The flowers were beautiful, the photographer fun and attentive, the manager pleasant and on top, the staff organized and so nice, and the venue a beautiful backdrop for a perfect wedding! Book them today!

I cannot say enough about this venue. It was solely because of them that we had an absolutely perfect wedding day! From the moment I first contacted them, they were fabulous. Every single person I came in contact with was over and above expectations. Everything was flawless day of and our wedding coordinator even handled some minor family issues without me even knowing! I left most of the decor and cake design up to Lori and couldn't have been more pleased. This venue is worth every penny! My guests were in awe and my wedding party was floored by how easy and relaxed everything was. MUST BOOK!

The people at Gabrella Manor were so wonderful to work with!! They have lots of vendor information so it was pretty much a one-stop-shop for us! They are worth every penny and make each and every wedding day so amazing!!

Not only is Gabrella Manor an amazing venue, but the people who own/work there are incredible as well. They helped with all the questions I had throughout the process and were great at responding to my emails quickly. The venue was the perfect backdrop for my dream wedding. I got married at night at Gabrella, and they helped me make my visions come alive by using personal items along with items that they provided. They provided the catering (food was delicious!), décor, coordinator services, floral (flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!) and the staff on the day of the wedding - along with the set-up and clean-up at our wedding. They offered advice on other vendors to use, and their suggestions were spot on! I would highly recommend any bride to be to visit Gabrella Manor and speak with Brenda, Lori or Heather and consider having your wedding there. You won't regret it! I'm so grateful for everything the team did to make my wedding go so perfectly! :)

This a one stop, get everything done place. The staff was wonderful, the setting was prefect and my husband and I could not have been more happy. Everything was taken care and it was beautiful!!

The venue speaks for itself. Unbelievable beauty and uniqueness matched by their professionalism and friendliness. They worked with our rather large wedding party and made everything they were involved in hassle free. They worked around our schedules and were always willing to meet and change things. The food was excellent and they allowed us to make a custom menu using our own recipes. They even made our requested Sangria and people still tell us about how good it was months later.

I had looked all over Birmingham for a beautiful wedding venue that would fit with in my 22,000 dollar budget and this was it! I am getting married in September 2016 but the staff has been amazing helping my fiancé and I craft the perfect day. I am not going to lie I am very picky and know what I want, the staff has done an amazing job helping with this.
