  Most Beautiful Desserts!

  We were amazed at how beautiful our cake was - it was even better than the reference pictures we gave! It was also absolutely delicious, and they were so helpful and easy to work with when choosing flavors and size. In addition to the cake, we got a dessert bar package and everything was incredible! My husband wasn’t sure when I said I wanted sticky buns on our dessert table, but after trying one he said it was one of the best choices we made for the wedding. Highly recommend!

  Tasty deserts and great customer service!

  Gable House Bakery was phenomenal to work with. We didn't want the traditional white wedding cake, we just allowed Nikki to have creative freedom with our cake and boy, did she deliver! She HAND PAINTED our cake. We did a combination of mini cupcakes and tart bites for our wedding which made for easy take-home desserts. There was nothing left by the end of the night! There was a variety of flavors which made it difficult to choose but we definitely recommend the burnt sugar buttercream! We cannot wait to eat our cake on our one year anniversary and will definitely visit Gable House when we come back to town.

  Perfection

  Gable House Bakery created the most delicious desserts for our wedding! Nikki and her team were super professional and so easy to work with! We had carrot cake with cream cheese icing as well as chocolate chip & snickerdoodle cookies. Our guests were raving about how good they all tasted! Thanks for helping to make our wedding day an absolute dream! 🥰

  Beautiful & Delicious Cake & Cupcakes!

  Gable House Bakery's cakes and cupcakes are absolutely delicious, and the decorating they for our cake and cupcakes were exactly what we had wanted! Nikki and her staff were a joy to work with (including when we had needed to postpone our wedding in 2020). We've also had some of Gable House Bakery's non-wedding cakes and they are also beautiful and delicious - we're so glad they're local! If we ever need to purchase desserts for an event, we would without a doubt hire Gable House again!

  Delicious Desserts!!!

  Nikki and her crew did a phenomenal job on our desserts for our wedding this past weekend! Working with her was simple and left me with no worries. Everyone raved about the cupcakes and even asked me where we got them from. I will definitely be recommending Gable House to anyone in search of delicious baked goods in the future!

  Cake and Cupcakes

  The second we tried their cake we knew they were the ones! Everything they make is packed full of flavor and beautifully decorated. We had a strawberry cake and a variety of cupcakes. Nearly everything was gone by the end of the night.

  The best cake

  Everyone always says that no one remembers the cake at a wedding but it seems ours is the exception! In the weeks since our wedding, every guest I have talked to has raved about the delicious cake Gable House made for us. Working with them was so lovely and they exceeded our expectations with the beautiful and delicious cake, mini whoopie pies, and cookies. We even ordered one of their delicious pastry trays for the morning while everyone was getting ready! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and will definitely be back!

  Vision Come To Life

  Nikki is wonderful to work with! All of the ideas and designs we had for our wedding day, from the dessert bar to the grooms cake and everything in between, Nikki made the vision come to life. She has true talent, but most of all you can tell when working with her she puts her heart into all of her customers.

  Great bakery. Their cupcakes are incredible and great to use as a reception option. The personal cake was done perfectly and the decoration exceeded our expectations. One consultation and a few e-mails later and we had a memorable, first class experience for our guests.

We had a dessert buffet at our wedding and it was by far my favorite aspect of the entire day! Her whoopie pies, cheesecakes, and cookies are incredible and beautiful to look at as well. We had a funfetti cake as our wedding cake and SHE MAKES HER OWN SPRINKLES!!! Everything is from scratch!!

  Gable House is just hands down the BEST bakery I ever received desserts from. I had an idea for my wedding cake and they totally nailed it. I will be getting all future desserts from Gable House!

  We had an usual vision for our wedding cake(s) - to reproduce railroad "drumheads" exactly as they appear on the end of vintage trains. Nikki sat down with us, asked good questions, looked at photos, and came up with ideal reproductions on 5 differently shaped/sized cakes (with three flavors/fillings, no less!) to meet our request. My groom was all about "they have to be the right color" and she nailed it!
