The best caterer ever!

Karen and her team at G3 were a pleasure to work with. They were so helpful throughout the whole process and very flexible with all of our changes. The food is AMAZING! I had guest coming up to me raving about the food all night. They got all of our guest fed quickly and efficiently and they had servers for me and the groom while we were taking pictures.

Consummate, professionalism, and drive to fulfill all of their clients needs and wishes

G3 was listed as one of the preferred vendors for our venue and we thank our lucky stars for this! From the moment that I contacted them, they were extremely attentive, flexible and thoughtful. We were very demanding and wanted a lot of things “our way“, and G3 was more than happy to accommodate us.
After a long process, which took time due to our delays not theirs, we finally met and got to taste our food. The food was absolutely delicious and just as described. We knew at that moment we had made a good decision.

G3 was always available and ready to meet any of our needs and changes as things developed. If They did not answer when I called, I heard from them within the hour each and every time.

In fact, they went above and beyond to help us. Our wedding cake vendor was not open on Sunday the day of our wedding, and G3 was willing to accept delivery from that vendor to their warehouse on Saturday, and then bring the wedding cake to the venue for us on Sunday. This is something that they certainly did not have to do but we’re willing and able. We simply could not thank them enough for going this extra mile. I don’t know what we would have done had it not been for them stepping up on this cake issue.

On the day of the event, they were there in a timely fashion, they had everything set up in no time and everything went just as planned. All of their food was delicious, just as presented during the tasting.

We would absolutely recommend this caterer for your wedding or other needs, they did a super job and were a delight to work with.

G3, we thank you endlessly for helping to make all of our dreams come true!!

Quality Catering & Exceptional Food

G3 Catering delivered an incredible two course, catered meal for our wedding. We had 95 guests and the service and quality of food was truly incredible. We had a personalized butler that followed us around to make sure we were always well fed and had a drink in our hand and guests could not stop raving about the food. We are truly so thankful G3 Catering was apart of our special day!

Fort Myers Wedding with G3 Catering

Karen and her team at G3 Catering are amazing to work with. Karen was in constant communication with us as we planned our wedding. The food, bar, and total presentation were outstanding. On the day of our event the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend G3 for any event.

Highly recommend G3

Karen & her husband Mike were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful & knowledgable. They were readily available to answer any of our questions that arose in planning our daughter’s wedding. Our guests could not say enough about their food, from the appetizers to the main course, everything was amazing.

Best Choice

Great variety of food choices and the staff knows what best combinations work. They provided great expertise, considered additional services we had forgotten to take into account. They allowed us to be flexible until literally 2 days prior. Everyone at the wedding raved about the aesthetics and the taste of the food. It was worth it, and we'll definitely continue using them and recommending for events in the future.

Simply Amazing

G3 was amazing. Very responsive and day of the weeding the saff was attentive. Making sure we had food and drinks. Checking in with the guest to see how everything was. They were a hit with the cheese wheel pasta station! Definitely recommend if you love pasta and cheese.

Outstanding Service and food

We received so many compliments during the wedding.

We received so many compliments during the wedding about the catering. Kayla has the best customer service and she made great suggestions. The Chef action station was a BIG hit. The service from set up to clean up was stellar. We are so grateful that they helped to make my daughters wedding day so memorable.

Seamless Experience

G3 provided the perfect meal, Everyone raved about the absolutely wonderful food, Bar and professional service. The appetizers were to die for ,especially the mushrooms. The dinner buffet was fresh and warm. Thank you for making my daughters wedding perfect. I also want to mention they even packed up the left overs :) Since I was rushing around ( as mom and planner) I did not eat much. Thank You G3. We will be back for our other 2 children in the not so near future :)

Amazing Experience with G3

The food was absolutely amazing! I did a very heavy appetizer cocktail hour with the addition of 3 main course stations and every single thing was hot, tasted phenomenal and was displayed beautifully! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for quality food for a very reasonable price. An absolutely amazing experience with G3! Not only were they so helpful in the months leading up to the wedding but they adapted to the environment the day of to make the best possible display and service!

Best food ever!

You cannot talk about our wedding without talking about the food! From the cocktail hour to the sundae bar and the dinner in between, simply outstanding. Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. The presentation and the friendliness of the staff was impressive. G3 will not disappoint, truly fantastic!

Amazing Team

We used G3 for our recent wedding and from start to finish they were absolutely flawless. From Karen with original discussions, through to Bonnie who was fantastic every step of the way. Would highly recommend using them on their staff alone, and the food itself was perfection. Best. Catering. Team. Ever.

Our wedding planner, @annachristineevents, first introduced us to G3 Catering in early 2020. Soon after, our daughter’s wedding with 220 guests was postponed (Covid be gone!) until January of 2021. Karen was gracious, empathetic and eager to put our fears at ease about moving the date. The only thing that changed from our original contract was the guest count (down to 140). For safety reasons her team adjusted our plan to include passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour (instead of stations) and a served buffet for dinner instead of a typical line buffet. She even sought me out during the celebration to locate our sole vegan guest. Karen’s husband (chef extraordinaire) prepared an amazing risotto stuffed portobello mushroom off menu for that special guest who was delighted with the exceptional attention. Picking the right caterer is essential to any successful event. For Caroline’s dream wedding, G3 Catering was the perfect choice. Karen and her team went above and beyond our contract to ensure that the menu and the service was absolutely perfect. I look forward to another reason to work with Karen and G3 Catering again. Worth every penny.

Amazing food, Top notch group!!

We are so happy with our decision to hire G3 catering! Everyone was so attentive and helpful, and the food was amazing! We had compliments from everyone. I was a little nervous having never had the chance to taste their food, but we were blown away and so happy!
It was great meeting Mike and working with your team, Bonnie and Michelle, they really attended to our every need, made sure we had food and drinks- whatever we needed. G3 was spot on!

We had a great experience with G3 as our catering company. We went with a buffet style dinner and cocktail hour fruit/cheese/crackers displays. It was excellent quality food! We received nothing but compliments from our guests. Karen was great in the planning process and had good flexibility and communication with both us and our planner. The ONLY complaint we had was the servers cleared off our cake from the table before we had a chance to eat it. They we very efficient!

Just Perfect!

Phenomenal! G3 Catering blew it out of the water. The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and attentive. Karen was wonderful to work with during the whole process and had great suggestions. The Best Catering in SWFL

G3 was awesome! Karin worked with us over the course of a year. She was friendly, creative and flexible. We changed our menu a few times and Karen was more than accommodating. The food G3 served was amazing. It's not often wedding food is good nonetheless great. Everything turned out as expected and left guests very happy! Karen also catered our welcome party which was casual comfort food. This also turned out perfect.

The perfect plate

Went went with G3 because they were required by our venue but I am so glad we did! They were very responsive and worked with us to create the perfect menu that would fit our theme and accommodate the diverse needs of our guests. On the day of, the staff were awesome! They were super helpful and communicated well. They filled plates for my partner and I and made sure we ate them! To top it all off--the food was so so so delicious! Everyone--the omnivores, the vegans, the gluten free crew--gave rave reviews of dinners. I highly recommend G3 Catering for your wedding reception!

Food is amazing!

G3 catering did our wedding at Sydney and Bernes Davis Art Center. Karen was so easy to work with and always very responsive to emails. My mother-in law was helping us plan the wedding from out of town and Karen was very flexible in phone calls and emails. The menu is flexible and G3 catering ensures they have everything you want on your special day. We even did an ice-cream bar and she let us add every topping possible. It was the hit of the night!! They were great and we couldn't be more happy. Everyone loved the food!

Great food and great experience!

Karen was wonderful to work with! Food was something we wanted to definitely focus on for our wedding, and we were able to curate a fantastic plan together! Not only was there a fantastic spread at the cocktail hour (including interactive stations, a fantastic raw bar with an ice sculpture, and delicious passed hors d'oeuvre), my very particular mother stated that the filet was the best she has had, all of our friends and family loved their entrees, and the late night munchies (with fries made to order) were a hit! I would enthusiastically recommend G3 catering.

Karen and everyone at G3 was awesome! Karen sat with us and pretty much said she can make almost anything we want and did just that! She helped design a delicious, personalized menu for our wedding, even preparing my husbands favorite appetizer for cocktail hour from our family recipe. Very reasonably priced, very accommodating, and excellent service the night of the wedding. And EVERYONE commented on how great the food was! Everyone. Would definitely hire again. 10 stars!

I can't say enough about the husband & wife team of G3 Catering. Karen was responsive to all my questions & even allowed extra plates to be added up to the very last minute for those guests that RSVP'd by just showing up the day of lol. Our wedding guests raved about everything from cocktail hour to the main course. I have no doubt we could've chosen any item from their extensive menu for our wedding & it would've been just as delicious. The presentation of all food served was so visually pleasing ... it made every bite even more enjoyable. I highly recommend G3 for all your catering needs!

I can't say enough good things about Karen and G3 catering!! The food was outstanding. We received SOO many compliments. They always say you don't eat on your wedding day- but there was no way we were letting that food go to waste!

G3 Catering did a great job with my daughter's wedding reception at SBDAC. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't choose our own caterer at SBDAC but we were quickly turned into big fans of G3 as they were very accommodating, professional and just plain good people. We were working on a tight budget but they were very creative with the menu to help us create an awesome cocktail hour and dinner for nearly 200 guests.

Great food and fabulous staff. We didn’t have a single guest that wasn’t raving about the food and presentation. They offered great ideas to have unique options that fit our budget. We did a mashed potato bar that everyone loved plus much more. A really good experience for us planning and our attendees relaxing.

If you don't select Karen and her amazing G3 crew for your catering needs, you will have a mad case of FOMO and be disappointed. From the beginning, I was impressed with Karen's level of professionalism and engagement. When we went to book the venue, I wasn't aware that they had in-house catering, but when I learned that it was G3, I was excited! In fact, I had already marked G3 as a potential catering vendor if we found a venue requiring a caterer.

Karen is a culinary genius. We came at her with our ideas, rough drafts of course as we were unsure what we could get with our budget, and she helped shaped the vision. She likes to go big, creating the first draft of the menu with the dream wedding meal. But then, she has this incredible ability to tweak and adjust to make your dream a reality, while still fitting in your budget. My friends were, and still are, RAVING about the quality of the food. No gross, weird, baked chicken with nasty veggies. And that was one of the biggest things we wanted for our wedding - we have a lot of foodies and knew the food would be highly critiqued. Like pasta? Look into the cheese wheel - you're welcome.

Lastly, Karen was so mindful about my husband and I that she had a few to-go containers filled with appetizers and main entree food. While we did get a few bites in of the deliciousness during the reception, she knew that we wouldn't have the time to really sit and enjoy it. That was so thoughtful and kind...something that she didn't have to do. Karen and G3 Catering are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!

Karen and team are outstanding!

We hired G3 two weeks before our son’s rehearsal dinner (we lost confidence in our initial pick). We are detail oriented people who have a fond appreciation for quality food and service. The process was painless. Karen walked me through options based on our theme and personal preferences. She made a trip to our house prior to the event to ensure we were comfortable with the plan she had put together. The day of the event, she came with her team to ensure the setup was perfect.

The food was great but the service provided from her team during the event was over the top. I will utilize the G3 team again. In a word - outstanding.

Karen/G3 Catering were fantastic. Every one of my guests loved the food; from the cheese plate, to the meatball apps, to the plated salads, and their pork entrees! Karen was phenomenal. We sat down for the first time and my (now) husband and I had viewed some of her sample menus and selected one we favored most. We showed Karen and she on-the-spot adjusted it exactly to our liking with our budget and came up with her own recipe for the main pork dish. It was amazing. Took two seconds to figure out the food and she was so knowledgeable it’s as if she bangs out a million wedding menus a day. After speaking with her, I didn’t have to think twice about the food. She crushed it. We don’t have any party plans in the future, but if we did, I would love to use Karen and )3 Catering again. Maybe my next wedding (JUST KIDDING)! Thank you, Karen!

The G3 crew arrived even earlier than expected, surveyed the home and asked about specifics, and then went to work. They staged everything in our garage, where it stayed until we finished the wedding in our courtyard. We then went inside for cocktails and appetizers that were set up during the ceremony. During that inside cocktail hour, they transformed the courtyard wedding seating to a fabulous outdoor dining scene. All the guests were delighted with the food and impressed with the quality of the service staff. When over, they even removed all trash from the home, making final clean up a breeze for us!! We'll load photos once received from the photographer. This was a marvelous and flawless event, in great part to Karen and her crew at G3 Catering, and it equaled or surpassed anything available at any SW Florida hotel.

G3 is simply the best catering team in town, and elevated our wedding to make it unforgettable! Our guests loved every aspect; our cocktail hour was legendary, and our plated dinner was fantastic! My advice would be have some ideas of what you want, and be open to listening to the owner, Karen for suggestions!

As a guy, I'm not one to write reviews... But I wanted to share our experience with G3 catering because it was THAT GOOD!

My wife and I would strongly recommend G3 Catering to anyone who is looking for incredible food and stress free/top notch service. Everything was as promised and the attention to detail/presentation was beyond our expectations. Mike, Karen, and staff are first class. They took the time to tailor the menu to my fairly demanding requests and exceeded our lofty expectations!

Karen and Mike at G3 catering do an outstanding job! Their staff catered and bartender our wedding and it was perfect. We had a buffet style dinner that was seamless. There was never a line at the bar as the bartender was fast and friendly, the food line was quick and smooth; we had over 100 guests that were announced to go get food by a few tables at a time and they were all seated with food within 30 minutes. Mike and Karen are friendly and professional. They work with your needs and offer suggestions where necessary. Their food quality is amazing and will impress all the guests at your event! Truly one of a kind service.

This catering company was the best to work with. We told them our budget and the types of food items we wanted and they made it work. They were also able to accommodate our fun request for an ice-cream sundae bar! All of our guests raved about the food. As the bride and groom, we ourselves didn't eat during the receptions due to nerves/excitement. But the staff at G3 catering packed us each a to-go tin with everything served and we ate it all when we got back to our hotel, it made our night!! I would completely recommend this catering company to anyone who wants great food as well as great service!

I can't say enough great things about G3 Catering! They provided me with an outstanding holiday dinner, and they were a pleasure to work with! Karen Gravala (owner) was professional, efficient, and she gave great suggestions on choosing the menu. The food was delivered on time, set up with nice card-holder descriptions, and everything tasted delicious!
In addition, Bonnie (Server) was excellent! She was organized and extremely helpful.

Mike and Karen are personal family friends, but without them, my wedding would not have happened. They are the most amazing, talented, accommodating individuals to work with and their food is perfection. With 3 days before my wedding and a venue change due to weather, Mike and Karen and their team created a wedding I couldn't even dream of. Go for it! This catering company has it all - and does it all beautifully. I have had the pleasure of attending a HUGE party catered by G3 that was amazing - with full bar service and the food was out of this world. And my most recent event was an intimate affair to celebrate my Mom's 70th Birthday. It was wonderful. Karen worked with me on outlining the menu - taking into account my many allergies - but not sacrificing any flavour whatsoever.
The food was wonderful, the service impeccable and the evening - priceless!

Cannot say enough about G3 and how they contributed to my daughter's dream wedding becoming a realty. Most important-they understand what your vision is for your event. Don't think twice. We had a dinner party for eight and it was fantastic. From appetizers to desert to a different wine at every course, everything was perfect. Michael and Karen and their server Bonnie were a delight and so nice we wished they could have joined the party. They have a lot of experience both in catering and owning restaurants and it showed. Your service, from planning to execution, was excellent. The entire team was courteous and prompt. The food was absolutely perfect! We had '5-star dining'. The entrees, the sides, the salad, everything was outstanding. To use any other caterer for any size group would be a disservice to those you wish to feed. G3 Catering, Karen, Mike and the entire staff was incredible. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I don't think there was one person at our wedding that didn't personally speak to myself or my husband about the staff and AMAZING food. People that have been to their share of catered events commenting over and over again that it was by far the best food they had ever had at a catered event. Michael and staff happily set up and fulfilled our menu wishes without any kitchen or accommodations on site. They made it all happen as though they had a full chefs kitchen at their disposal and no one knew the difference. They took care of details that I never even thought of. I honestly can say there is no one better. We cannot wait to use them again!

This was simply the most amazing event I have ever been a part of. Mike, Karen, and their team did an unbelievable job making sure that everything was PERFECT! G3 and the Gavala's made my event a huge success and because the theme of this gala was authentic Luau our vision would have been a huge undertaking by any other caterer but Mike and his team were eager to listen to our plan and develop a wonderful menu that easily won over our guests. They then exceeded any traditional expectations by continuously hitting it way out of the park from prep and presentation to service and professionalism. G3 is now my go to for catering. Thanks Mike!

G3 Catering amazed me and my guests with their presentation and the quality of the food. Just tell them what you like and they will create a menu based on your taste.

Wow! Beautiful & Delicious! Very reasonably priced! :) I took a picture of a beautiful cake off Pinterest and requested a few changes, including monogramming. The result was the most beautiful cake (wedding planner, guests, etc. raved about it) that tasted as good as it looked. Definitely give Soby's on the Side a try!

WOW- AMAZING cake. Teryi from soby's on the side made our cake look and taste amazing. I went to teryi with the idea of having a lemon cream cake and she nailed it!! Our cake was out of this world!!! and it was raved about the entire wedding and even after the wedding people couldn't stop talking about how good it was!

G3 Catering has catered all of the parties I do at an upscale, private club for the past two years. They have done over a dozen events. Chef Michael Gavala's food is OUTSTANDING. His staff is extremely proficient and professional, always on time and over very friendly service to our residents every time. Our residents love the entire team which is why they are the only caterer I use. You couldn't do better than G3 Catering

A delicious Dinner Buffet!

The food and the service were beyond our expectations! We loved every single dish. Karen went above and beyond to calm me down and guide me each step of the way. She was even able to coordinate with my DJ and make everything run smoothly! Thank you!

We used them for a Black Tie Optional Gala at the SBDAC in Fort Myers. We had filet and half a lobster tail for everyone and they did an excellent job cooking, and serving them. They were also very able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, with a veggie rice dish that was apparently amazing.

Great food, and lots of it. Appreciated the creativity of the menu and the "can do" attitude with changes that were suggested. Vendor was on time and everything was set-up in an aesthetically pleasing way. Overall an excellent vendor and one I would highly recommend without reservation!

When I put in a request for a small wedding dinner, I was very late. But that was not a problem with this vendor. They set everything up quickly, and we were very satisfied with how it turned out.

Amazing Job

Had an amazing experience with G3 Catering for my wedding. From planning to the day off they did an amazing job. Arrived on time helped with set up and breakdown. Food was delicious.
