Chris was a dream to work with and made our day perfect!

My wife and I are very meticulous and we spent hours, if not days, reading various reviews on different vendors for our wedding. We consider ourselves to be very organized and when looking for vendors for our wedding we wanted to ensure that whomever we decided to go with was also very organized and detailed. Neither of us have attended many weddings so we were a little lost in the clouds with what to expect and what to look for when deciding on our reception’s entertainment.

After reading numerous reviews on how wonderfully detailed and organized Chris was, we thought we might have found a winner. After first meeting with Chris, we felt very at ease and relaxed as if we were just hanging out with a friend. Chris knows his music. Not just one genre either. He’s a well-versed encyclopedia of all aspects of music. Chris was very receptive to our requests of the style of music we wanted to hear at our ceremony, the cocktail hour and the reception. While we both enjoy different types of music we were a little overwhelmed with which artists to go with and decided to trust Chris with the majority of the selections. We had a few “must play” songs which Chris made sure that we heard. Chris went above and beyond to ensure not only that we were happy but also to ensure that our guests were dancing and smiling the whole time. Our wedding had a few 90+ year olds and we were unsure if they would be able to get up and dance. However, Chris knew exactly what to play to bring them to the floor. Walkers and all, our grandparents were able to share the dance floor with us to create an unforgettable memory for our entire family.

We also want to point out how punctual Chris is. We are very punctual people and we believe that if you’re not early, you’re late. Chris was always early. He always beat us to our meetings. We could go on and on for days about Chris’ professionalism. I wanted to surprise my wife with a song that I wanted to play for her on acoustic guitar at the reception and Chris was not only happy to oblige, but was very excited to make it happen. We spoke on the phone over the weeks leading up to our big day. Chris walked me through the process of what equipment he was going to use and how he would introduce me to the reception. Chris was also accompanied by another DJ named Joe who was equally professional and kind. We met Joe the day of the reception and it felt like we knew him for many years. We were both completely at ease with our decision and had no worries about anything. We felt comfortable and relaxed and a big part of that was because he made sure everyone got to the dance floor, if even for just a few moments.

Chris always greeted us with a warm smile and helped us create a timeline that coincided with our venue to make sure everything flowed properly. He wanted to save us from as much stress possible and requested the contact information of all of our vendors so he could speak directly with the venue about the schedule for the day-of timelines, the videographers about microphones, officiant about speeches and introductions, etc. We cannot express how grateful we were to not have to be the middleman and just provide Chris with names and phone numbers and wait for his “everyone’s on the same page” email! Our venue expressed how easy and flawless it was working with Chris and that some other DJs cause them headaches. Chris seemed to make the day go easy and smoothly for everyone involved.

We also went with a Photobooth through Futurescapes Entertainment and Chris was able to use our wedding template which was created specifically for our wedding. This ensured everything was cohesive throughout our entire wedding.

If you’re looking for a DJ who knows his craft, understands the business and is eager to please then Futurescapes Entertainment is hands down the best choice you can make. Chris, thank you so very much for making our special day even more special. Thank you for the memories we were able to make with our grandparents. Thank you for going above and beyond. You are the example by which all others should be judged.

The DJ you need to get everyone on the dance floor

Chris did a great job putting together a playlist for our wedding! We all worked together to figure out the right “vibe” for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing portion of our wedding. Let me tell you, Chris really knows what he’s doing! The processional music we selected was executed perfectly, and we loved the music Chris played during cocktail hour and dinner. But he truly shined during the dancing part of the evening – Chris really knows how to keep a crowd on the dance floor! We had a blast, dancing the night away without a dull moment/lag in energy. We did have to remind Chris about a few MC-ing details the day-of, but if you’re looking for a DJ who can put together a great set of playlists and keep the party going, Chris is your guy! We had multiple guests coming up to us saying it was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I think that was due in large part to Chris’s fantastic DJ skills. Chris even threw in a surprise send-off song, which was a big hit. We have zero regrets with our choice!

Futurescapes made our day unforgettable!

My husband and I couldn’t have been luckier to have Chris and Futurescapes Entertainment recommended to us for our wedding day! We instantly clicked during our first meeting and Chris and Joe worked so hard to bring our vision and all of our details to life! They just got it, they knew what we wanted without really having to ask. From the ceremony to all the special touches at the reception we could not picture our day with any other DJ. Chris and Joe were the catalyst behind our dream reception, they kept us on time but kept the party going from start to finish. Wow! Above and BEYOND!!

Chris was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond in service for a DJ. He was responsive to us and what kind of atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. He had tons of packages and add-ons to pick from and was open to whatever we wanted to make our day special. He is affordable and has something to work for any couple with any type of budget. He set up multiple meetings with us to make sure our vision could come to life and was very helpful in ballroom set up and logistics of timing for the night. My husband is very picky with his music and we have a family that LOVES to dance. We knew what we wanted and Chris formed a special playlist just for us to create the musical vibe for our wedding that kept ALL of our guests dancing all night long. We got so many comments from guests that they have never seen a wedding with so many people on the dance floor. In addition to ALL this on our end- he helped my father in law set up the BEST surprise of the night! My husband is a huge Sixers fan and Chris worked to get Matt Cord record our walk ins and introductions for the night. He messaged him and worked for months to get in contact. After finally getting in contact, he took Matt's recording and edited it to work with our walk in songs and to make it perfect!! I know hours and hours of work went into this and we are SO thankful because it just made the day amazing. It shows you how much Chris cares about his clients to make their day the best. On the night of the wedding, Chris was attentive and checked in with us multiple times on time-line reminders and announcements. Really, I would hire him for any of my events in the future and already have guests asking for his information to hire him for their upcoming events. Stop looking!! You found the best DJ around!!!!!!!!

Awesome experience!

Chris was an amazing DJ. His lighting set up really made the reception feel like a party and not just a boring old stand around and talk celebration. His music choices were on point and he knew our sense of humors so we we could goof off a little bit with the music and games we played. Throughout the whole planning process, he was really responsive and made sure we had everything we wanted. Just an all around amazing experience.

Chris and Joe were awesome!

Chris and Joe were such an amazing team! They were so organized and thorough throughout the process. Chris sat is down about two months before the wedding, went through our ceremony details, cocktail hour, and all we wanted for our reception. When we had an uplighting request that he didn't have on hand, he find a way to get us what we had in mind. He kept everyone moving throughout the night and everyone had such a blast! We're so happy we went with Futurescapes!

Excellent/the best

Chris was the best! My sister used futerscapes for her wedding years ago and I decided to make the same choice which don’t regret at all. Got so many compliments from my wedding guests on our music and everyone was on dance floor entire time. Highly recommend.

Perfect DJ for our Wedding

We highly recommend Chris from Futurescapes Entertainment. He was great to work with and very responsive. He met with us at our wedding venue to go over our vision for our wedding day. He worked with us to choose what style of music we wanted for all parts of our wedding. We had a unique venue with two floors. He was really helpful and accommodating in figuring out a plan for music that worked in all spaces. He was great to have there the day of too. He helped keep our wedding running smoothly and was wonderful to work with.

Best DJ ever!

Chris and Joe were absolutely fantastic during our wedding. They were both very attentive to us and made the reception so much fun. Chris was always responsive and accommodating leading up to our big day and was very detailed in planning the schedule of events. Both my wife and I loved the idea for the anniversary dance to bring people on to the dance floor vs kick people off. Also, he put the lights up in green when the Eagles won so we could all sing the Eagles fight song!

We had such a great time and we will not soon forget it!

Everyone LOVED Him!

Chris was very thorough and responsive throughout the entire planning process. He gives you forms to fill out so he can best judge the vibe you are going for. He even let us pick a cake cutting song (something most of my married friends said they never got to do). My husband is in the Army and last minute deployments and trainings were a concern while planning. Chris worked with us and our situation which is something we both really appreciated! He gave us an incredible moment at the end of the night with our family and friends on the dance floor... it is a moment we will never forget. All of our friends and family have been raving about how great he was! We highly recommend Futurescapes Entertainment!!!

Chris did an amazing job, people literally were dancing from the moment they walked into the reception until the last song played, which is exactly what I wanted. From the day we met, he was very focused on us, as a couple and getting to know what we are like and the type of music we are into. Since we are SO eclectic in our taste, I don't think we made it easy for him. But he worked with us every step of the way, from helping us pick the 30 second Metallica intro, for the guys to walk into the ceremony to, to helping us narrow down our bridal party announcement songs, to picking and mixing the last song of the night. His attention to detail was fantastic, he created a day of time line and even worked with our officiant prior to the wedding to get the timing right for ceremony music. I will be recommending Futurescapes Entertainment!

Chris and Futurescapes Entertainment were absolutely amazing!!! So carefully detailed and thorough while ensuring the bride & groom's expectations were met 100%. Futurescapes was the fourth DJ I met with and was sold immediately. As someone who has a strong attention to detail I so greatly appreciated our detailed meetings and outlines. When it comes to any wedding, there are many moving parts, so reliability becomes one of the top priorities. With Futurescapes you need not to have any concern. I am a wedding DJ and needed a DJ for my wedding. I wasn't going to make my employees work and I wanted someone that would make the night incredible for my wife and even my in-laws. I cannot thank Chris enough for all that he did to deliver my DREAM wedding! He is meticulously organized, not only with song selection, but also with his assistance to help you lay out your entire run of show for your wedding. My husband and I have completely different musical tastes and Chris did a great job blending my indie/alt rock heart with my husbands affinity towards 90s hip hop/rap and R&B. He delivered on our wedding ceremony music perfectly, as well as all of our bridal party entrance songs, right on cue! Even threw him a curveball of running sound for a live performance - he tuned my guitar for me and made sure the sound was PERFECT for my tribute to my husband. He was very easy to work with, flexible, professional, reliable and extremely thorough. Futurescapes is also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. If you are someone who takes your wedding music seriously I would strongly recommend Futurescapes!

AMAZING! Don't spend anymore time researching musical entertainment for your wedding. Futurescapes Entertainment is the way to go! We were lucky to have two days of celebrating and Chris was part of both of our celebrations. He was "Chris the karaoke guy" on Friday and then "the best DJ ever" on Saturday. Our wedding was an outside event during the recent heat wave and we were joining together families from two very different cultures. Despite these obstacles there was a full dance floor all night! EVERYONE danced including my 90 year old Grandmother! Chris was great at reading the crowd and getting everyone excited and involved. This is a no-brainer. I would hire him again in a heart beat! Thanks Chris!!!

Chris was so awesome and such a perfect choice for our wedding DJ. He is so organized that your wedding day will literally be flawless. Futurescapes Entertainment. Precise, Artistic, Personable, FUN. Chris and Joe were amazing and completely dedicated to ensuring our wedding was the best show in town. Their pride and joy is music, but they did not stop there. The two of them were on top of the night, providing more than just a DJ service. Every time we looked around they were at our side asking if we needed anything or fielding requests from others and then running them by us. About midway through dinner, we had multiple compliments on the music and specific songs that were played. The sound, lighting, and service was white glove, top shelf. Thinking we were organized in life, we then saw Chris's passion for his business. If we had a plastic 3 drawer cabinet with some filing tabs, Futurescapes had an engineered space saving carbon fiber multi-tiered process management system designed to provide a seamless experience, yet organic in nature and never synthesized. We are grateful for them to be a part of our wedding and would recommend them to any couple looking for the best DJ service around. Thank you for providing us and our guests with memories that will last a lifetime.

We knew when we started planning a wedding that we wanted a DJ who was professional and we still feel so lucky that we found Chris. He was so easy to work with and ACTUALLY played the genre's we wanted (80's, 90's, early 2000's with a few Top 40) and wasn't overly chatty. A few of our guests even mentioned how they genuinely felt like they were at a club in Center City. Chris and his assistant honestly looked they could've been guests at our wedding and were so sweet and kind from start to finish. Our guests honestly were on the dance floor immediately after dinner and didn't want to leave at the end of the reception. Thank you so much for everything, Chris! You were absolutely perfect!

Chris was amazing from day 1. He really took the time to sit with us and get to know us to better understand exactly what we wanted. He was responsive to e-mails and helped us develop our timeline for the day. On the day of the wedding, Chris and his co-worker were absolutely flawless. They checked in with us throughout the whole night, making sure we didn't need anything and asking if we were happy with the music. They worked great with our venue and other vendors to make everything flow seamlessly. Our guests did not leave the dance floor! We kept getting comments on how much fun the music was and how much they were dancing. I would recommend Chris to anyone!

OUTSTANDING!!! My husband and I got Married 3 weeks ago and every guest told us how great the music was! Chris was extremely patient with my husband and I when selecting songs for our wedding day. Chris was also very flexible with meeting times and catered to us with a playlist! Chris also had an assistant who was great! We had DJ Darren Moyer for our reception and he made the night amazing! We didn't want to spend hours pouring over playlists and songs, so we gave him a few that we liked and he made a spectacular playlist for the evening. The guests only had compliments to give. There was a great range of oldies that everyone knew and could dance to, and some of the newer hits near the end of the night to keep the younger guests dancing. He was just the right amount DJ/Emcee, enough to get the guests engaged, but not too much to take the focus of the evening. He was very professional, timely, and all his equipment worked flawlessly. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. He made the flow of the night seamless. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends, and anyone looking to have an awesome wedding reception.

We was always available by phone and email during the time leading up to the event, he worked with me regarding some creative touches to add to the reception. We had a couple meetings before the event, because he wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Actually, during our first meeting with him we hired him on the spot. He just has such a great, positive energy that fit so perfectly into our reception. He was present when he needed to be and disappeared when he was not needed. He was not overbearing or too involved, and had my guests on the dance floor all night!! Many guests told me after the wedding how great our DJ was. I could not recommend Futurescapes enough, from the lighting to the music, everything was PERFECT. There are no words to express how grateful we are to have been honored to be able to work with Chris. Locally owned and operated, Chris is willing to work with you, he wants to ensure your day is everything you wanted it to be and he did exactly that! We used Futurescapes for our uplighting and DJ services, both were simply amazing. A week later, we are still receiving phone calls about how fantastic the lighting looked and how amazing the music was. We had live music during our cocktail hour, but Chris was ready to supply music as a back up if something went wrong. He and his MC bent over backwards to ensure everything ran smoothly and the music was perfect.

I found Futurescapes Entertainment online as I was searching for a wedding DJ. I was totally impressed by the professionalism of this company and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, fun, and professional DJ at a reasonable price. Our event DJ, Darren Moyer did a phenomenal job. He not only met with us a few times before the wedding to plan the flow of events, but on the day of the wedding, he showed up early, and was completely prepared. Prior to the wedding, he promptly responded to any questions or concerns that we had. Most importantly, Darren played all of the music that we requested and even added some requests from our friends and family. When planning my wedding my dad took a special interest in finding the best DJ ever for the big event. He and I knew the DJ makes the wedding experience either great, bad or just 'ok". So after months of searching we found Futurescapes Entertainment. Chris met my father and I at a local Starbucks. During our first meeting I was impressed with how organized, professional and friendly Chris was. Chris spent a couple hours with us, we never felt rushed. My dad being the anxious type I always worry about how people deal with him and his million questions but Chris handled my dad gracefully. Chris was there every step of the way, mostly through emails due to my busy work schedule. I did get to have a meeting with him and my husband before the wedding to pick our theme of music. He did an excellent job melding me and my husbands styles together. He also tailored the music so both the younger and older crowd were on the dance floor all night. I have had nothing but rave reviews about how awesome my wedding was because of the DJ, I've even had people say they wished they had my DJ for their wedding. He played games, made me and my husband feel special, kept my night organized so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Chris if you read this for making my wedding the best day of my life!

Futurescapes Entertainment was the icing on the cake to our wedding day!
Chris was super organized and really took the time to get to know us, musically and personally, as a couple. Chris took the time to meet with us personally which helped us in our selection process. He provided us with a detailed survey to understand our music tastes and what we wanted out of him as an MC. My husband and I left our second meeting, where we went over the fine details and schedule of our wedding, feeling as though the music for our event was in good hands. Chris did not disappoint! Our dance floor at Normandy Farm was packed the whole night and Chris was great at transitioning into a variety of different music genres. Chris even mixed a few songs for the father-daughter dance and edited the mother-son dance. He really went out of his way to ensure that our night was perfect! I highly recommend Futurescapes Entertainment if you are looking for a fun, memorable soundtrack to the best day of your lives.

We had a Halloween wedding and were a little nervous looking for just the right DJ to create a fun vibe without being cheesy. My husband and I used Futurescapes for the lighting at our wedding. We really wanted that fall/rustic feel for the reception, and we found a great place, except it was very dark and plain. After doing a ton of research on how to brighten up the place, i contacted Futurescapes for some info. Chris did a spectacular job lighting up our venue. It felt like a totally different place when we saw it all lit up! It was bright and warm and homey, exactly how I had envisioned. Not to mention his prices were very reasonable and he was super nice and easy to work with. He matched our up lighting to the exact shade of our wedding colors and provided all kinds of fun lights for dancing. From the beginning, Chris was very thorough and organized when planning the sound, music & entertainment for our wedding. Chris was amazing. My wedding venue as well as my officiant loved how professional and organized he was. He had us fill out a 20 page packet of everything we wanted, his company went above and beyond and made the wedding great. He had everything perfect for the ceremony and reception, he gave suggestions and even dealt with my ocd, I gave him a printed list for music I wanted played during cocktail hour and he was totally fine with it. his partner was great, he came and got me and notified me everytime there was something coming up that we needed to do. Chris was so easy to work with. We chose him over cheaper DJs because of his thoroughness and attention to detail. His setup is classy looking and he has a variety of lighting options to choose from. Chris is the best. My husband and I knew when it came to planning our wedding the music selection would be the heart and soul of the night. Picking our DJ was incredibly important to us. We have musical taste that ranges from The Strokes to Hall and Oates to Katy Perry, not exactly a straightforward playlist. Right off the bat Chris knew where we were coming from. He was really into our music selections and had some great insight on what music would be best for dancing the night away. Together we created a curated playlist that was just so incredibly US. Chris, the owner and head DJ at "Futurescapes Entertainment" performed at our wedding on 9/7/13. My wife and I were extremely impressed with everything Chris did for us, not only on the day of the wedding, but for the months leading up to it as well. Rarely have I seen someone as professional and organized as Chris is. His pricing is competitive but the value we received was far beyond what we paid for. As soon as you meet with Chris for the first time, you can tell he is a hard worker and he takes his business very seriously. The preparation and planning time that he spends for his clients is obvious. I would highly recommend Futurescapes to anyone wanting to get 110% of what they hope for in a DJ. Being involved in a wedding is a test of organization, communication and time management skills. Having experienced dealing with other vendors that lacked these skills, I was impressed by Futurescapes' excellent organization and ability to communicate easily and clearly in all situations.

Being a musician, I can say that their equipment is top-notch, and they make sure that you and your guests will be thrilled with the music, no matter how specific or "hands-off" you are with the playlists.

We had such a great time, the guests LOVED Chris, he wasn't uptight and boring, and he wasn't cheesy either...just the right mix of professionalism and fun!! Our wedding was a blast...the music was perfect, everyone loved the selections. The set up was done beautifully. I could not have asked for better. Even the hall staff boasted that Chris was a true professional, he was there early to set up and very detail oriented, he made sure everything was perfect, and worked seamlessly with the hall staff to make sure the night went off without a hitch. I have dreamed my entire life of having an amazing time dancing at my wedding and these guys made that dream come true... We received compliments on the music from everyone at the party - young to old. Everyone had a chance to dance - oldies, Frank Sinatra, Motown, 90's/00's rap :)

My husband and I gave them some direction - must plays, do not plays, and then genres/bands/singers that we liked and they could not have nailed it on the head any better.

They also gave us an AMAZING light show - I felt like I was at a club that played all the music I loved.

Chris & Steve are awesome & awesome to work with, and I danced the entire night because of them and couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU!!

Chris was amazing. He was very organized & On our first meeting he explained to us that he has several backup plans for "what if " situations. We had full confidence in him that we would have music on our day. He took notes on our likes & dislikes and what songs we had to have played. Also on his website there are lists and lists of songs and song ideas for special dances. He has forms for you to fill out all your wedding information on, bridal party names etc.. there's also an AP on his website to pick songs you want to be played. All of my guests keep telling me how great the music was and how much fun they had. I liked all the music Chris played he stayed close to our specifications and only took requests he knew we would be ok with. He did not take up a lot of room on the dance floor and the lighting was very nice. he took notes on everyones names & pronounced their names right in our entrance. He was very easy going & interacted well with our guests. We were very very happy with Chris/ futurescapes and would recommend him!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! The groom and I had a terrible communication problem, we thought that we had the venue an hour longer than we actually did. We realized this right at the beginning of our reception. Instead of having to hire all the venue's employees for an extra hour we decided to squish the reception down by an hour. Chris was incredibly accommodating! The father/daughter and mother/son dances and cake cutting all happened back to back which was really great because it gave our guests ~1:45 of uninterrupted dance time. The dance floor was packed for the entire reception, which was halloween themed. The only complaint I have is that the introduction song for our bridal party ran out before they were done being introduced. That being said we were still so happy with Chris's services we asked not to be reimbursed for the hour of time that we booked him for. If you have the chance to use Chris's services, please do! He is incredibly helpful and easy to work with.

Chris was the DJ at our wedding and I cannot say enough good things. He is extremely organized and had the timing of everything mapped out in detail beforehand. He walked us through every step of the process, letting us make our decisions about our day but letting us know some wedding pitfalls! He didn’t do anything cheesy on the microphone which was one of the reasons we picked him and not some larger company. We saw this happen at other weddings and wanted no part of that. Excellent DJ!! Very professional and extremely flexible. He had everything set up with plenty of time, and really knew what he was doing. Once he found the music that got everyone dancing, he stuck to it and kept the party going. Kept our schedule going through the night, but never made us feel rushed. Awesome work!!!

Chris is a great DJ! He had great communication with my husband & I. I e-mailed him the day of the wedding & he got right back to me by e-mail. Everytime I had a question, he always responded to us right away. We appreciated everything Chris had done for Ryan & I. We booked him three months before our wedding when our first DJ fell through & he helped us with our music and was always patient with us. We will definitely recommend him to friends & family.

Chris did a fantastic job at our wedding! From our first meeting through the end of our reception he was professional, on time and well presented. His music variety and knowledge was vast and his ability to get people dancing and keep them dancing is second to none. The equipment was high quality which offered excellent sound and the lighting used provided just the atmosphere we were looking for. Kudos to Futurescape Entertainment for a job well done. I would recommend them for any event!

Dj was exactly what we were looking for. He really worked with us on price and gave more than expected. He played great music and you could tell that the dj cared whether my guests had a good time. Also, they did a star wars introduction for the wedding party complete with movie screen and scrolling storyline...people loved it! I would highly recommend using them for any party.

Futurescapes DJ'ed my wedding this past July. I was very pleased with the setup and the sound and the lights. Everyone danced even my 86 year old grandparents! The price was much cheaper than I got from other DJ's and was well worth it.

Chris DJ'd our wedding on 08/22/09. It was great! He played everything we wanted to hear. He also had everything my friends and family requested. The lighting system was of great quality. He was very professional and quick to respond to us before the big day. He gave us a great price that was perfect for our budget. I HIGHLY recommend he DJ your next event!

Chris DJ'd my wedding on 8/8/08 and he was fantastic! He gave us a great price to fit our budget and provided excellent entertainment for our event. He definitely had everyone moving on the dance floor! I would definitely recommend him for any event!

Wow....talk about professional!!! Chris was amazing as he really knows his music. He has a vast knowledge of a wide variety of different music genres and is able to create his own unique style. His transitions were flawless and he has the ability to create an environment that gets people off their chairs and onto the dance floor. The equipment part of the package was outstanding! Chris uses a different array of lighting with a quality sound system that I believe uses over 1000 watts of power and a smoke machine for effects. My wife and I were very impressed with Chris. We booked him for our Wedding and the DJ was all the guests could talk about. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service was incredible. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to book a wedding, party, or any other event. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK AROUND!

DJ Chris gave me a GREAT price for our wedding this last July. He showed up with an awesome sound system and WAY MORE lights than I would ever expect for the price he gave me. He played all of the songs which we had requested. Our venue coordinator said she was very impressed with him as well, saying he was better than many of the large companies they usually recommend. We had gotten quotes from like 10 other DJ's and Chris was the cheapest and seemed to offer more than many of the other DJ's. He also told us we get a $25 gift card for every person we recommend that books him so we have been recommending him to EVERYBODY!

Chris DJ'ed my wedding in September of 2008 at Bolingbroke Mansion and it went beautifully. We had sound for our very non-traditional ceremony. We had classical cocktail music on the rear patio, and music for dinner on the side patio. I was very concerned that there would not be much dancing as the rooms in the mansion are small, but Chris was able to get a large crowd motivated in the main room. He did a great job playing the songs we wanted to hear? and he also did a great job of avoiding playing the CD?s which my aunt brought! Everyone had a great time.

Chris did a great job as our wedding DJ. He was extremely attentive from our first meeting, taking meticulous notes. We were looking for a DJ that wasn't too corny or overbearing and Chris was the perfect fit. Throughout the year after we booked him, if we emailed any questions, he was immediately responsive. We met with him a week or so before our wedding. He really took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted and what we didn't. A great example is the Hora. Chris didn't have a mix that was what we were looking for so we told him what we wanted and he put it together flawlessly. He also listened to our concerns that since we didn't have as many Jewish guests attending the wedding we were worried they wouldn't get up and dance during the Hora. He made sure that everyone was up and dancing and you can tell from the pictures and videos that everyone had an amazing time! Chris also made sure to contact and work seamlessly with all of our vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. He played all the music we were looking for and really seemed to understand what we wanted. We can't recommend Chris enough!

It may seem like I just filled in the stars high for these ratings just to do this fast but that is not the case. Every star on this rating was well deserved as Chris at Futurescapes provided a truly fun time for us and all our guests. I have already recommended him to other people I know and will continue to as well. I am confident that he will provide them with an experience that everyone will enjoy and remember for your wedding or any other social event. He was organized, thoughtful, personable, and took good care to provide the type of entertainment you are looking for.

Chris worked with us diligently and thoroughly from the beginning. He met with us 3 times prior to the wedding, including visiting our reception site on a Friday evening to go over all the logistics with the owners. He worked with our budget and provided a very reasonable price with a lot included. He was in constant contact with us and never missed a beat, always on top of the time frame and to-do lists. He worked with us to create a very detailed plan for the evening, and carried that out well on the day of the event. Chris and his partner arrived at our venue hours in advance of the reception, spending hours making sure that the sound & lighting systems were perfected before our guests descended. He was aware of what was working at the reception, and worked to make sure that the dance floor was full and people were having the good time we had hoped for. He played the music we wanted while working with the tastes of the crowd on the evening of the event. Chris had to work under somewhat limiting circumstances at our reception site, and managed to pull off a fun & high quality event despite multiple roadblocks. He was flexible & creative in trying to navigate the limitations placed upon him. Our venue set-up made it difficult for him to make all of the guests happy with volume; he did his best to adjust & to make sure that my husband and I were happy. Chris's website makes it easy to plan your event, pay online, etc. He was completely professional & friendly, and always easy to work with. I would recommend Futurescapes without any reservations.

Futurescapes was great, they were professional and very thorough, they thought of things I never would have imagined we needed, but were vital to the flow of my wedding reception. The price was perfect for my budget, and I got so much more than I paid for.
