We had Rich as our wedding DJ and would recommend him to anybody that I could imagine. We actually were at a wedding in Washington DC that he was DJing and had a conversation with him where I found out that he was from Pittsburgh but was there because he was a friend of the Father of the Bride.
I took his phone number and reached out shortly after about our wedding and didn't think twice about it. He was very responsive and easy to work with. There's an online portal to be able to fill out an overview of the wedding day so you can have all of that written out ahead of time.
The bottom line is that he just gets it. He's an all star on the day of and made everything run seamlessly. He knew how to quickly and efficiently get through all of the wedding day formalities, speeches, dances, etc.
However, he's at his best during the dance party, with top notch mixing. We had several people say he was the best wedding DJ they'd ever seen and I couldn't agree more. I would recommend him over anybody I've ever seen, and the price is incredibly affordable on top of it all.
Hire them and request Rich - it's the easiest decision you'll make during the wedding process! -

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Al Cruz from Fusion Social Events for our wedding. Alain is professional, personable, dependable, and energetic. The ideal DJ and emcee!
And we were grateful for Alain’s expertise in the entertainment industry. He listened to us and was able to provide excellent recommendations for songs so we could offer a unique experience for our guests and not a cookie cutter reception.
We had a bilingual wedding (Spanish & English), so it was great having Alain as our bilingual emcee, so none of our guests felt excluded. And my husband also surprised me with their “Dancing on the Clouds” service (dry ice) which made for a memorable first dance.
Music will make or break a reception and Fusion Social Events delivered! I can’t tell you how many of our wedding guests still come up to me (almost 3 years later!) and say that our wedding reception had the best music and vibes.
My husband and I highly recommend Fusion Social Events, and they will be the first ones we call for our future entertainment needs.

Fusion Social Events was fantastic! I’ve known Al for a few years and he is just the best. He was very responsive, so helpful with planning, knowledgeable, and got the party started at our wedding! Our guests loved the music all night and the dancing didn’t stop. The photo booth was so much fun for my husband (ah!) and I. While dancing, we loved the sparklers and dancing on the clouds. It was amazing and a moment we will remember forever! Our friends and family had a blast at our wedding and I’d highly recommend Fusion Social Events! -

Best Wedding Entertainment Ever
From the planning of the engagement dinner to the end of the wedding we received the most dedicated and prompt services! Alex was very easy to work with and was able to help us plan for things we did not even think of! As we were planing Alex made everything feel easy and effortless and most important everything was very personalized and there was no forcefulness on deciding weather to use the company photographer and videographer. We decided to use the company’s videographer and photographer and it was a great decision! They were very thorough and great to work with! We also had a photo mirror that made the night that much more amazing!! After using Fusion Social Events and working with Alex, I can honestly say that I have no doubts about their amazing talents. They purely care about you and your event and just want you to have an amazing time and are willing to do anything to make the planing process that much easier! Thank you Alex and company for an amazing experience and answering every single question I had throughout the way! -

Absolutely amazing!
We used Fusion Social Events and Rich Kenny for our wedding this past weekend and it was absolutely incredible! We dealt with Rich since day 1 and he was so easy to contact and communicate with! He was extremely hospitable and relatable; it reminded us of talking to a long lost friend! Fusion provided us with Dj of course, photobooth, lighting, TV photo montage, dancing on the clouds, and custom Gobo. Everything was so perfect! Rich kept the dance floor packed all night and was able to blend together 2 cultures perfectly. We have received so many compliments from our guests about how great Rich and his crew were! Rich even stopped by the hotel after the wedding to deliver us a photbooth album he put together for us! Rich and his crew are absolutely amazing and made our wedding a fairytale and the night we always have dreamed of! Him and his crew also took AMAZING photos throughout the night that they quickly shared with us. We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice and we are so grateful to Rich for making our dreams come true! We love Fusion Social Events and DJ Rich Kenny!!!!!! -

#TWOTY - The Wedding Of The Year - (to us)
Phenomenal !!! The services provided by Fusion Social Events, DJ Rich Kenny and Al Cruz were Top Notch and exceeded our expectations. DJ Rich Kenny is an Awesome guy who took time to listen to us and ensure that All our needs were met. We planned our event long distance and the Fusion Social Events website was a huge help for us to stay connected. I would Recommend DJ Rich Kenny for ANY event. Sherlene Sent on 01/17/2016Working with Rich was great! Planning a wedding is consumed with meetings after meetings with vendors to go over details, and after a while it gets exhausting. But as the bride, I really enjoyed meeting with Rich. He gave us tips of do's and dont's as well as walked us through some suggestions. We ran into a small hiccup with our photographer, so Rich asked to rearrange some things in the night to ensure our photographer got the photos. What I liked most about Rich was the questions he asked before the wedding. His information sheet was detailed, and asked things that I had not thought about such as, "what songs should be played?" and "what songs should not be played". I was pretty busy the entire night, so whenever I got a chance to dance, I was on the dance floor. They say the wedding goes by quick, but my family and friends keep saying two things. Number one is that the venue's food was delicious, and #2 is that they danced so much & that they enjoyed the music. My family enjoyed him so much that they want to use his services for a baby shower. Thank you for working with our very diverse music suggestion list & for giving us advice on things we were so clueless about! -

Update on wedding following after the engagement party! I originally uses Al at Fusion Social Events for my engagement party recommended by a friend. He did great. I used him again at my wedding. He ruined the 15 minutes of going to see my family during my cocktail hour by forgetting I paid for a photo booth. I found this out when my venue crew wanted me to see the room before my family and friends. My DJ Carlos informed me he didn’t have in his report that a photo booth was supposed to be present. All my favors were photo booth frames which had to be removed off the table until it was confirmed they were making good on their part and got a photo booth. My husband took care of it with Al and a photo booth showed up 25 minutes later. The guy that was hired LAST MINUTE was rude to all my family and friends and my husband and I. I also only got an 8 minute highlight video which I was informed was my wedding video. It had everything important cut including majority of our ceremony. It looked like a commercial for a club with majority of the footage only being my guests dancing and one of my brothers speeches especially being cut and my dad and my husband’s parent’s being cut😒 it took me months to get a straight answer finding out this was my wedding video. They finally after about 8 months after the wedding offered the raw footage. After going through the raw footage, that’s edited too! Part of the clips from the raw footage have only the audio but no video. Part of the footage also has the video and part of the audio cuts out moving the video into slow motion. How can you edit a clip of the raw footage and saw it’s raw? I tried to salvage the audio on my video program to make a video out of what they gave me and it’s actually not even possible with how fucked up the raw footage is they sent me. The kid who was videotaping looked like a kid from high school in video club. Part of the raw footage, the kid points the camera at the ground at the end before turning it off. Last I checked, a ceremony would be recorded in full length and then cut into clips. The kid couldn’t even hold the camera without the video shaking. With how upset and angry my husband and I were, Al didn’t even really try to make it right besides sending us some fucked up raw footage. I didn’t get money back for the photo booth fuck up either. These people shouldn’t be in business and don’t know what they’re doing. I asked for my money back twice for the raw footage and it was refused. Avoid this company and these people, they’ll ruin your wedding and you won’t walk away with the video you deserve. I also told him between the 8 minute video and the unusable raw footage, $3000 was too much. $3,000 was what I paid for the video part of their services. He began to tell me that was the going price and I was welcome to find quotes to support it myself. I found 2 vendors with 5 star reviews with $1,500 to $1,900 less.
Al Cruz was AMAZING! We got the basic package with him for our engagement party. He kept all the kids entertained, the music selection was amazing, he was well organized. He even inserted a father and daughter dance for me when I requested it the day before. Everything was just perfect. Everyone loved him. I would recommend anyone to use him as your DJ. He made my engagement party a night to remember. I'm looking forward to using him again for my wedding. Thankyou so much Al for making my night and my guests night absolutely perfect! -
