The flowers completely exceeded my expectations! They were absolutely stunning! I got so many compliments throughout the night, and several of my family members even took the centerpieces home because they loved them so much. I’m preserving my bouquet because it was that beautiful.
Elaine is incredibly talented and was so patient with me throughout the process. She really listened, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every floral detail enhanced the overall look of our day. The arrangements were perfect, fresh, vibrant, and so thoughtfully put together.
Not only was everything top-tier in quality, but it was also very affordable and luxurious. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your vision, Elaine is the one!

Stunning Floral Art for our Destination Wedding
Elaine was the first person I called based on the reviews that I had read, and she did not disappoint. We had a Valentines Day (2026) destination wedding in Rincon, and we had a bright tropical theme that Elaine brought to life with her stunning floral arrangements and various types of bouquets for our wedding. Elaine was a delight to work with from start to finish. She uses a very user friendly professional platform to collaborate on projects together, which made the whole process very smooth. I gave her a budget that I was shooting for, and she delivered with a detailed proposal within days, and stayed in communication during the planning process. Our team had missed an arrangement when they picked up the flowers, and Elaine called me and went out of her way to meet some of our friends to make sure I had it for the wedding. Elaine provided a beautfiul tropical landscape to our wedding, and I was happy to be able to send some arrangements home with guests to enjoy for hopefully a long time even after the wedding. If you are looking for a stunning arrangements for any special occaision you might be having on the West Coast of Puerto Rico, look no further. Our wedding at fusion beach villas was like a DREAM, it was all we wanted and more; the process was also so smooth. With my fiance and I having a lot on our plates Elaine made the process and the day of SO smooth and the results stunned us! Our family and us can’t stop talking about how beautiful, organized and fun it went. All details from my bouquet to the decoration, the coordination, the vendors we perfectly picked. We couldn’t have picked a better place and a better person, Elaine. I love flowers and Elaine made the bouquet of my dreams! She worked with us and communication was so clear, efficient, she is responsive, honest and gives great recommendations. The decoration of our wedding was very elegant, the day of all we did was enjoy with our loved ones. Also staying at fusion beach villas was perfect, we are planning going back for our anniversary. Wedding Welcome Party
In mid-December we had the pleasure of hosting a Welcome party for our son’s wedding. The complication was we do not live in Puerto Rico. We had to rely on Elaine and Fusion Floal ART for all the floral arrangements. I can not begin to convey what a wonderful job they did. We shared photos and many, many back and forth sessions on the internet. Elaine was so helpful and instrumental in helping me achieve the impression I wanted. She was professional at all times, and very responsive to my questions and changes. Working with Fusion Floral ART was an excellent experience on every level! -

Highly recommend! Elaine provided the most gorgeous flowers for our big day. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful bride bouquet and the way she laid out the flowers on the reception tables were incredible. Fantastic Experience and Results
We worked with Elaine who was very professional and responsive. We had a destination wedding and were struggling to find vendors. When we asked Elaine about that, she recommended the wedding coordinator and baker that we ended up using, and we had a wonderful experience with them as well. When it came to our flowers, we weren't even sure what our vision was, but she was so patient and flexible, sending us many pictures of different options. We listened to her recommendations, chose a few, and then we were blown away by the results on our wedding day. The flowers were absolutely stunning and smelled so fragrant, too! We even took them in our car from one hotel to the next so that we could enjoy them a little longer. I loved the tropical look, and the colors came together so nice. My bouquet was my favorite, and we used it in many of our couple’s photos with our photographer. Very well done! ❤️ -

My husband and I eloped in Puerto Rico on the west side of the island and when I was looking for florists in the area it was clear that Fusion had the most beautiful bouquets! I emailed asking if they could provide just a bouquet and boutonnière and got a quick and pleasant response. We emailed back and forth about what I wanted and picked up my flowers the day before the wedding and they were perfect! -

Elaine with Fusion Floral was amazing from the start. She is experienced, knowledgable, professional, and responsive. We exchanged several messages and had a few virtual meetings to discuss the vision and goals: I wanted tropical, simple, and chic, with a focus on greenery. On the wedding day, I was absolutely blown away, and everything far exceeded my expectations!!! My bridal bouquet was more perfect and beautiful than I could have imagined. The ceremony arch decor was perfect, centerpieces gorgeous, I can go on and on. My bridal party and guests were all impressed and highly admired the decor. I cannot thank Elaine enough for her kindness and hard work - this extraordinary decor helped elevate my wedding, and made the ceremony especially beautiful when we had to move inside due to the rain. Thank you so much for everything, I'm so grateful for everything. The bridal & bridesmaids bouquets held up great, one shot of the bridal bouquet was taken 2 days later. (I don't have my official photos yet so the rest of these photos were taken by guests :-)). I wish I could have kept these pieces forever! -

I’m so happy I chose Elaine to do my bouquet and my husband’s boutonnière. She really listened to what I had in mind and let me make edits when I picked it up. She also called me to confirm the details a few days before, which I appreciated. One of the reasons I chose Elaine was because I noticed the way she ties her bouquets together, she does it so the stems aren’t long and sticking straight down and therefore the flowers can point outward, not straight up. Note to future brides: uneven stems protruding from a bridal bouquet always look ugly. Think twice before accepting that package deal that includes your bridal bouquet. A professionally created bouquet is a small investment for one of the biggest days of your life. BEST practice: have a floral designer create YOUR bouquet, like Karen did! 🤗 -

Elaine is amazing. I am from Puerto Rico, and live in the USA, so Elaine and I worked remotely until I met her when we picked up the flowers the day before the wedding. I found Fusion Floral Art through Wedding Wire, and I absolutely loved working with her. From our first phone consultation, Elaine knew my vision and supported us making it a perfect reality. We had a strict flower budget, and therefore had a big order to set up ourselves and save costs. Elaine not only helped us making sure we stayed on budget, and had great communication while on the planning stages but coached us trying to fit everything in the car AND provided perfect instructions of how to set everything up on our own - made it a breeze! Every arrangement was PERFECT, looked like a work of art and added to our wedding a beautiful, tropical feel. Elaine is FANTASTIC. I had a destination wedding and the venue was less than helpful. Elaine was my go to for all questions about the island, design, party ideas, other vendors, etc. She was always so quick to respond and kept me on track. I am not artistic minded and had sent her some Pinterest pics of things that I thought I liked. She totally nailed the design and it was so much more breathtakingly beautiful and romantic than I had ever envisioned. She is a phenomenal listener, artist, and an all around wonderful person. Everyone commented on how absolutely stunning the flowers and decor were. -

The owner did SUCH and amazing job! The flowers we perfectly set up with great attention to detail. I walked into my wedding areas thinking I was in a fairytale 🥰 they really helped me out with figuring out with how to maximize our flower budget and get the most bang for our buck. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to anyone! Perfect place to use if your not trying to over stress about you're flower cause everything was perfect. I truly appreciate all their hard work! -

Not a florist but an Artist!
I was nervous about hiring our whole vendor team while in NY but I hands downs must say that I won the lottery with Elaine! From the very first moment of contact she was so responsive and helped me choose the perfect flowers for my arrangements. Our vow renewal was extremely intimate and simple but the arrangements gave the whole ceremony an elegant touch. I completely left the larger arrangement up to Elaine to design and I was amazed because it was beyond beautiful! They looked absolutely amazing no matter where we placed them. The day of our ceremony it rained at the beginning so we we did an indoor first look with the flowers on the patio and it blended in perfectly yet popped out of the scenery at the same time (crazy!). For the ceremony, the flowers were placed on pillars on each side of the aisle and it looked fabulous. My bouquet was exactly as I imagined (much more beautiful actually). The flower combination was perfection and just the right size. I also must add that the bouquet was used for 3 days of photos and they stayed amazingly perfect! Under the right conditions, all the arrangements lasted us about a week as home decor. Elaine definitely has the eye and touch for creating flower arrangements that give off a vibe of being made with such love, care and pride! For anyone looking for a florist on the island MUST hire this artist…you will thank me later! :) -

While searching for a venue in PR that was budget friendly for our micro wedding we found Fusion Beach Villas. What caught our eye was the "Simply Wed" package which included all the basics that we needed. The on site villas for a handful of our guests to stay in sealed the deal. Elaine was great to work with from the start. She was very responsive via phone and email and also patient and open to hearing all of my ideas. Besides the venue she also did an incredible job on our flowers. I looooooved everything about them. Even when I added in a last minute bouquet and boutinere the day of she was happy to make them. She also did our rehearsal dinner flowers and even delivered them to the restaurant. I had my destination wedding in Rincon Puerto Rico, and only had a few months to plan. I am SO HAPPY we found Elaine with Floral Fusion and that she was available to do my wedding. She did an excellent job making my vision come to life. She was so professional and was willing to go back and forth with me until we had everything right. She also quoted us a very reasonable price, below some other recommeneded vendors. Elaine arranged with a rental company for rentals, and then did such a good job with the floral decor. After choosing Villa Montana as our wedding venue, I knew I wanted to find someone local to help bring my dream flowers to life. After searching WeddingWire I discovered the best florist in all of Puerto Rico. Elaine, of Fusion Florals completely exceeded my expectations.
I provided her my budget and my “must have” flowers for my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and the boutonnieres. She worked with me to decide which flowers stay and went to stay within my budget. And when I saw the flowers my mouth dropped and eyes filled with happy tears. She completely nailed and exceeded my vision.
Each bridesmaid had the most gorgeous king protea and monstera. The groomsmen wore ginger. My bouquet was exploding with all of the above and more. It was heartbreaking to leave this bouquet behind in Puerto Rico!

Elaine did a beautiful job on my wedding! After having to find a new florist last minute, Elaine came to my rescue and calmed my panic. She is professional, kind, creative and saw my vision right away. More importantly, her flowers are fresh and beautiful.
We had a small dinner of 20 at oceano, and the table she decorated was breathtaking. Romantic flowers of pinks and whites with gold accents. I can’t thank her enough for pulling it together in a short time so effortlessly.
She’s also very responsive via email or phone, and living in Arizona, it’s hard to find someone who gets right back to you and is happy to answer allll my questions. Thank you Elaine! -

Beautiful Flowers
Elaine is amazing! She was easy to work with, suggested ideas and understood my vision and wedding style. Most important, we had a budget and she made it work. My wedding was outdoor, oceanfront that didn’t require too much decor, however I wanted to have enough flowers to create a romantic ambient. She nailed it! She suggested green foliage with flowers to decor the tables and I suggested adding the glass cylinders with floating candles. It was the perfect decoration for an outdoor/oceanfront wedding. I was very happy and satisfied when I saw the decor. It was more that I could hope for, absolutely beautiful. Thanks Elaine! -

I was searching for florists and we weren't on the same page Then came Fusion floral which was so colorful and vibrant and once I spoke to Elaine I knew she'd be my florist. She sat with me, for what seemed like hours to my now husband (lol), picking out exactly what I wanted. She was so accommodating and comforting it de-stressed me a lot! Her communication was great and her personality as well. I saw her setting up the day of my wedding and she was being so meticulous with how everything aligned and looked that I knew I had made a great choice. Thank you! -

We are so happy that we chose Elaine as our florists. I wanted to add some Chinese elements in the wedding. She went above and beyond to realize my dream wedding. She was very responsive and friendly during the calls, and the flowers and decorations turned out amazing. I highly recommend her to every bride. -

Elaine was as sweet as her floral arrangements! I was so pleased and so blessed to have had my vision come to life the day of my wedding. She was understanding and was able to add to my ideas especially when I had no clear direction of what I wanted. Her flowers were vibrant and she really blew me away with her arch. Unfortunately the day of my wedding we had rain from a nearby hurricane but the arch was draped so beautifully we were not getting wet by the residual rain. Her work truly shined in our pictures and wedding video. Thanks Elaine and her wonderful staff -

We got a floral arch for the ceremony that Elaine helped us pick out to match the rest of the flowers. The bouquets and center pieces were absolutely stunning! I also added a last minute request for flowers in my hair on the day of the wedding and she came through with even more beautiful flowers same day for my hair! On top of having stunning flowers, Elaine and everyone else who helped set up the flowers were so friendly that we truly could not have been happier with our day!

with ease and comfort. Elaine won my heart. Handsdown, this was the spot. FUSION BEACH VILLAS here we come. With the help of Elaine, the wedding planning was a breeze.
The venue was beautiful, the cost was efficient and the service was impeccable.
Now for the good part.
Let me first tell you a little about Elaine. This woman is to be admired. She had a dream and made it happen. Elaine is living a beautiful life built around her
true hearts desire. The love that Elaine has put into her property and her craft is apparant when you visit Fusion beach villas. Elaine is talented in her
passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets. She is a beautiful spirit with an ability to make her surroundings just as beautiful. She made our entire family feel comfortable our entire stay. We felt like a part of the Fusion family. Her vision to create a beautiful place for couples to escape, get married, and enjoy a private corner of paradise has come to fruition. Inspirational to say the least, great example of woman empowerment indeed.
We had planned our wedding for the middle of the week on a Wednesday. We had a few days before the festivities would begin. Puerto Rico, was gorgeous, we visted
as many beaches as we could find, we did a lot of site seeing, horseback riding, hiking, caving and eating. It was a blast. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We had
our children with us ages 18, 13, 12 and 1 respectively. Fun for the entire family without paying too much. My husband and I are frugal, we couldn't beat this experience.
We did not have to worry about a thing once we arrived in Puerto Rico. We had to visit the courthouse to be sworn in as non citizens of Puerto Rico planning to marry. This was all taken care of by Elaine. visit reinestorm.com for the full review. -

Michael Sent on 12/27/2017Our wedding in Puerto Rico was 11/17/17. This was a few months after Hurricane Maria. My husband and I planned our destination wedding for over a year; needless to say we were devastated to see the destruction to this beautiful island and was at a loss on what we should do about our wedding. I can say that one of the most comforting points during this stressful time was Elaine from Fusion Floral. Even with all that she was experiencing she made this experience seamless and absolutely stunning. Not knowing what to expect, she gave me feedback about the island, was flexible in changing the plans when our guest list decreased, and was an absolute joy to speak with. I was so excited to meet her on our wedding day. The service was stellar, the quality of the flowers was simply amazing (I didn't want to leave my bouquet :(, and I felt like I was working with a family member. Thanks Elaine for your work and your hand in making one of the most important days of our lives magical.

She emailed us some different ideas for flowers and helped us schedule everything for our special day. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. The flowers were even nicer than we expected and she able to accommodate some special requests last minute. Our guests gave us many compliments on our flowers and decor. Lisa Sent on 08/22/2016Amazing! We had an intimate destination wedding in June 2016 and were fortunate to have found Elaine. We wanted our floral décor to appear effortless and natural....she did just that. Elaine secured this amazing large piece of driftwood that ran the length of our dining table (table for 16 guests) and added floral pieces sporadically....it was perfect!
Elaine's price point was fair, she was very responsive to email/ calls and the payment process was simple.
