Friendly People and Tasty Food!

Fusion did the catering and bartending for my wedding! They are amazing! The food was awesome- we did the fajitas! They took care of everything, our guests loved it! The bartender was great as well! All of the staff were so kind and accommodating. So happy they could be a part of our special day!

Amazing!!!!!

They exceeded our expectations in caterers and vendors! They were our best vendor of the night! We felt so taken care of! They made us feel stress free with dinner, the cake cutting and our late night snack! The food was amazing! And the service was perfect! Thank y’all for making our night special and our guest well fed!!

Holy Cow How Amazing

These guys catered my wedding on 9/28/2019. I cannot stress enough how amazing they are. They made our day so easy. They were all inclusive with servers and the price included cake cutting and plates/utensils. Each server was so kind and the POC for the day was knowledgeable, flexible, and so very kind. We had BBQ for 140 people and it only cost about $1,300. The quality of the service and food they provide cannot be beat! 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again.

Phenomenal!

Service was great! They catered not only to myself and my bride very well, but also all of our guest. Very friendly and we loved to have them at our wedding. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. They were really good about getting our food to us right when we sat down and then taking it away right when we were done for a more comfortable and pleasing table for us to sit at. Great Experience

Fusion Catering did a wonderful job for our wedding! Everyone complimented the food and their services were fast and efficient! They were very flexible and made sure we had a day to remember! :)

Geronimo and his staff delivered great service to all of our guests on our wedding day. They were kind and happy to help with anything we needed. Geronimo is great and will extend his generous nature to help you in anyway he possibly can, they even provided vegetarian meals for my non-meat eating guests 😘. I highly recommend fusion cuisines services for your big day. No Regrets!

Amazing AND Affordable!!!

Flor was amazing! I had done a tasting back in September of 2018 and wasnt quite sure, there was a different coordinator at the time. But flor asked me to come back for another tasting and this time my fiancé came with me and it was AMAZING! We got the 3 meat bbq, and they were having a special for $13.99!!! You can’t find that kind of pricing AND good quality food everywhere! Another PLUS?! They don’t nickel and dime you for everything! I recommend Fusion to any bride looking for affordable good quality food!

Gourmet food and they treat you like family

I was very impressed with the service that we received on our wedding day. They made the dinner transition easy and took care of everything we needed . I was excited and didn’t have to stress about anything! They packed up, they cleaned up, and they even stayed to make sure that everything was still running smoothly even after everybody was done with dinner and the wedding was almost over. The manager that was in charge of our event was friendly and took care of all my needs.

Amazing food

Fusion Cuisine is AMAZING! We got married on November 23, 2018 and we had been having an extremely hard time finding a catering place that we both loved and most important that our families would love. As soon as we tried their first plate (fajitas) we fell in love with it and knew instantly they were the ones we would go with.. it was so good our toddler ate everything on the plate!! They were so easy to work with, they cut our cake, served coffee and served champagne for our toast! We were extremely satisfied with their work!

Fusion Catering was everything we asked for and more! My husband and I still get complements on our food that we served at our wedding. Everything was delicious and the professionalism was wonderful. This felt nothing like a small business, we are very thankful to have found them!

The only issue we had was that the cake was cut but not announced to our guests so no one knew it was available. The food was incredible and the service and value were the best we found in south Texas!!

All of fusions staff was very professional and sweet. They were very communicative and were willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure everything went smoothly and without any stress on us. We had so many compliments on our main dish and the biggest hit was the street tacos at the end of the night. We will be using Fusion for other events from here on out.

From the very start everything with Fusion and Genaro went smoothly. The website is very modern and professional. At the tasting, the food was delicious. We thought the kitchen looked a little small (to serve our large wedding of 200+), but it was clean and they were highly recommended by our venue. Genaro said he caters events as large as ours on a regular basis. Our worries were unfounded as, on they day of the event, everything was great. We had many guests comment on how great the food was (we had appetizers and the chipotle lime chicken). The food that day tasted exactly as it did at the tasting - delicious!

Fusion catered my best friend's wedding and I remembered it being delicious so I gave it a try! After trying a couple of caterers, Fusion's food was much better than others with almost unreal pricing. Genaro was a pleasure to work with, his staff was very professional and responded very promptly. We had a seat down dinner and everything was fantastic. Highly recommend! Thanks Genaro!

We enjoyed Genaro and the rest of Fusion catering staff at our brunch-style wedding. We had Lorraine quiches, chicken & waffles as our main dishes and our guests loved them! We sampled the food and was provided with a great presentation of it. Hired the bartender from Fushion, also. Our guests could not get enough of the Bloody Mary's! Those were a definite hit! Genaro was very responsive and even took time from his day to scope out the venue beforehand. In all, we would recommend them for any special event. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for an affordable and yet delicious caterer, look no further than Fusion Catering. Genaro and his staff are absolutely amazing! They listened to our requests and fulfilled them with ease. We had several compliments about their food. They served the perfect portions to our guests. My husband and I absolutely loved our experience with Fusion Catering! Before our wedding Mr. Trevino was extremely flexible with our plans. Even though our Association did not use Fusion for a wedding, we did use them for one of our largest events of the year. Genaro went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Also, the team who helped onsite the day of the event was very professional. We will definitely be using Fusion in the future!

Fusion Catering did an amazing job at our wedding reception. Guests raved about the amazing appetizers, and we did a buffet style dinner that was amazing. Genaro was very helpful throughout the planning process, and his serving staff was amazing. They did everything from serving the appetizers, pouring champagne, manning the buffet, cutting and serving the cake, etc. We could not have chosen a better vendor, and I highly recommend them!

Everything was perfect! The food was delicious! I recommend Fusion Cuisine 100%, all my guests were very happy and they are still complimenting the food of the wedding. Genaro helped us from the start, and was very nice all the way. We had meat and vegetables and we also ordered cake. The cake looked gorgeous and tasted really good! All the food had great presentation, if we ever have another event we will definitely go with Fusion Cuisine.

Fusion Catering of San Antonio was amazing. Me and my wife decided on the chicken and beef fajitas. It came with beans rice tortillas as wells as tea and coffee. It was great!!!! All our guests loved the food and I could not have asked for anything more from the caters. If you are looking for great food at great prices I recommend Fusion Catering of San Antonio.

It was a pleasure meeting with Genaro and his staff to put our menu together for our wedding. Prices are great considering everything that is done. Food was so delicious and i am still getting compliments on the mini tacos that were served later that night. Thank you for everything. It was such a pleasure booking with fusion catering. Genaro is such easy going and very professional. We asked for a second tasting and without hesitation he agreed. We would call him many times and each time he answered and or gave us a call back right away! The food and staff were amazing! Would recommend to all my friends!

We utilized the food and bartender services for our wedding, every thing was excellent. Our venue had a strict no flame policy which was not problem for Genaro, he was able to use food hot boxes. The food was hot when served. We also had a nacho bar that our friends and family enjoyed while we where off taking pictures. Very timely.

We used Fusion Cuisine for our wedding day and have absolutely no regrets! They catered dinner, passed appetizers, and also bartended.
